Nowacka:

More people mobilized to bid farewell to PiS than in 1989 to chase away communism. PiS politicians should reflect on who they have become for Poland.
- The turnout figures are greater than in 1989 [year]. More people today mobilized to bid farewell to PiS, to drive PiS from power, than in 1989 to chase away communism. In my opinion, PiS politicians should also reflect on who they have become for Poland - said Barbara Nowacka in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24.

08:05

Suski:

I'm Always an Optimist, Even Though Evil Has Temporarily Triumphed in Poland

- I am always an optimist, even though evil has temporarily triumphed in Poland – stated Marek Suski on the program "Jedziemy" on TVP Info.

- There is only one [group with which PiS can enter into a coalition]. And as for other groups. As we heard after their victory, they chanted that they love us, but with such a pathological love. It will be very difficult – he continued.

- Of course, time is still ahead of us. Perhaps some kind of sobering up will occur among some on the opposition. However, indeed, we will most likely be a truly democratic opposition – he added.

08:06

Suski:

It is customary for the party that wins the election to be tasked with forming a government

- This is already the President's decision. There is a custom that the party that wins the election is tasked with forming a government. If this fails, then the President gives this task to someone else. But for now, let's wait and see what happens. We still have this term ahead of us – stated Marek Suski on TVP Info.

08:07

So a Patriotic Government Can Hold the November 11th Celebrations. Suski Suggests a Sejm Session Date

- I think this will be roughly the last possible date. We have November 11th, and I believe the President won't convene parliament earlier, so that this government, which is a patriotic government, loving Poland, can still conduct the celebrations of our Independence Day, and then we'll see – said Marek Suski on TVP Info.

08:19

Nowacka:

"We all on the democratic opposition side know the huge obligation our voters have placed upon us, that we must reach an agreement"
- We didn't win because we are super cool. We won because people expect great effectiveness from us. Today, despite certain sympathies and antipathies, our voter will expect a government proposal to be formed quickly. Of course, it is known that we are conditioned by what PiS will say, want, and how it will act - said Barbara Nowacka in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24. - There is one good thing: everyone on this democratic opposition side knows the huge obligation our voters have placed upon us, that we must reach an agreement. This, in fact, closes the chapter on many politicians' egos, because we simply have to agree, we have to deliver governance, accountability, and the repair of the Republic of Poland - she continued.

08:28

Nowacka:

The process of coming to power will be quite long and arduous. I would rather suspect PiS of sabotage within ministries.
- I think that the process of reaching the point where we will form the government will, of course, be quite long and arduous, but I would rather suspect PiS of sabotage within ministries, because they also see the support they received and they see what a big difference it is - said Barbara Nowacka in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24. - I think they will try to pretend, but with whom will they [form a coalition]? With the group from Konfederacja, which is also not as numerous as they expected? They will not dare, in my opinion, to stage a spectacle of coercion, intimidation, and bribery. They would have to bribe around 30 people at the moment. […] I think they will rather engage in burning files, destroying documents, and preparing in such a way that somehow they will endure, no one will hold them accountable so quickly because they will hide everything and quickly return to power, because Duda will block us. Well, no, we will hold you accountable - she continued.

08:32

Kierwiński Responds to Sawicki: There is One Candidate for Prime Minister

- I think there is one candidate for prime minister. The voters have spoken, so our task of answering these questions is simple. I recall in your studio, during our conversation, you asked who would be the candidate for prime minister, and I replied – let's wait, let the voters have their say. The leader of the opposition parties who gathers the most capital should be the candidate for prime minister, and I don't think anyone today doubts that without the energy and determination of Donald Tusk, change in Poland would not have been possible – stated Marcin Kierwiński in an interview with Grzegorz Kępka on Polsat News' "Graffiti" program.

08:36

Kierwiński on Coalition Negotiations: They Will Start Soon

- No, we are waiting for the formal election results. [Coalition negotiations] will start soon - stated Marcin Kierwiński on Polsat News.

08:41

Kosiniak-Kamysz on potential Third Way demand for Prime Minister post: "We would be irresponsible"
- We would be irresponsible [by demanding the post of Prime Minister to begin talks with Civic Coalition and The Left], because Poles voted for change, either the Third Way or a third term for PiS. They chose the Third Way and want normality, cooperation, dialogue, not to corner someone [...] let's separate dreams from the desire to cooperate as quickly as possible - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program "Gość Radia ZET".

08:44

Nowacka:

We Expect the President to Remember He is the President of the Republic of Poland, Not a Cabaret Performer Sitting at Kaczyński's Doorstep
- We expect the president to remember that he is the president of the Republic of Poland, not some cabaret performer sitting at Mr. Kaczyński's doorstep. We expect him to finally break free from PiS - said Barbara Nowacka in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24. - Political honesty also requires stating that President Duda has committed things that are difficult to forget and forgive [...]. We must remember that any harm done also to the dignity of the Republic should be accounted for. However, for now, we will have to conduct some kind of dialogue with Andrzej Duda. It simply depends on him today how PiS will relinquish power, largely on his attitude. This does not change the fact that he has behaved in a way that is degrading to the law - she continued.

08:45

Kierwiński:

We Will Change Leadership at Public Television. We Have Three Scenarios

- We will change leadership at public television. We have three scenarios in this regard. We will choose the scenario that is most optimal, considering both the quality of the television's operation and the speed of changes. But yes, I confirm that the party-run radio station will be closed. Public television for citizens will be restored in Poland - stated Marcin Kierwiński on Polsat News.

08:46

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

We agreed in the contract to form two clubs, but this result makes us reflect on whether it's not better to create one club
- In the coalition agreement, we stipulated that we would form two clubs, but this result certainly also leads to reflection on whether it's not better to create one club. The division within this club will be fifty-fifty, just as it was on the lists [...]. I believe that some form of club federation, while maintaining our distinct identities, because we are indeed two different formations with differences between us [...] we did not fall out even in difficult moments of this campaign, we will not fall out now - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Radio ZET.

08:50

Kosiniak-Kamysz on Possible Talks with PiS on Joint Governance: 'No Chance'
- There is no chance [of talks with PiS on joint governance] because the voters make the decision. We are democrats through and through, and we must respect and thank the voters for this decision. They indicated it clearly, there are no ambiguities here - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Radio ZET.

08:54

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

No Worldview Issues Should Ever Be Part of a Coalition Agreement

- No worldview issues [including the permissibility of abortion] can ever be part of a coalition agreement, and I will not agree to any inclusion of worldview matters in coalition agreements. [...] We have freedom of conscience, and I will never introduce discipline in these matters - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Radio ZET.

09:00

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

800+ Has Already Been Adopted, So We Won't Try to Turn the Vistula with a Stick
- 800+ has already been adopted, so we won't try to turn the Vistula with a stick - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Radio ZET.

- We proposed [800+] for working people, but if this decision has been made, to withdraw today from a decision that was made, that there was 800+, people, I think, who have already planned for it, who already have it in their family budget, it would be unfair towards them, but this amendment 'for working people' I think is interesting for the future - he continued.

Paprocka on the date of the new parliamentary term's first session: No decision yet, the final date is November 14th

- There is no decision yet, the final date is November 14th. Besides the political decision, there are also a number of formal provisions to be issued. As soon as a decision is made, the Chancellery of the President will inform about it immediately - stated Małgorzata Paprocka on "Salon Polityczny Trójki" (Radio Three's Political Salon).

09:23

Paprocka:

The Stage of the First Sejm and Senate Sessions and a Politically Fascinating Time of Government Formation with the President's Significant Constitutional Role Lies Ahead

- This is an impressive result. We are very pleased that Poles wanted to participate in the vote. The nation has spoken. The stage of the first Sejm and Senate sessions and a politically fascinating time of government formation with the President's significant constitutional role lies ahead - stated Małgorzata Paprocka in "Salon Polityczny Trójki".

09:31

Paprocka:

The President Wants to Secure the Homeland's Interests, Respect Voters' Will, and Ensure a Smooth Government Transition
The President primarily wants to secure the homeland's interests, respect the voters' will, and ensure that the next government efficiently takes over the duties of the previous one. This is a very important matter, as these are not easy times – stated Małgorzata Paprocka in "Salon Polityczny Trójki".

09:34

Bosak on Korwin-Mikke: It's a Red Card. Time to Draw Conclusions
This is a red card. There's something symbolic about it that after negative comments about women, a woman overtakes him in terms of electoral results. I think it's time to draw conclusions from this – stated Krzysztof Bosak in an interview with Robert Mazurek on the RMF FM program “Morning Conversation”. The interview was broadcast on the radio station RMF FM.

09:35

Bosak:

If Korwin-Mikke Had Been More Reserved, We Would Have Achieved a Better Result

- If Janusz Korwin-Mikke had been more reserved, we would have achieved a better result, but his comments were widely present and I think they harmed us at the end of the campaign. They scared away many voters completely unnecessarily - stated Krzysztof Bosak on RMF FM.

09:35

Bosak:

If the bill amending public media guarantees pluralism, we will support it

- We announced that we would not enter into a coalition with either PiS or Civic Platform, and we are sticking to that. Regarding votes in the Sejm on specific projects, we will vote according to the public interest, according to the interest of Poles. The interest of Poles is for public media to become truly public. If we have a bill that guarantees this, we will support it; if we have a bill about party takeover of media by another party, we probably won't support it - stated Krzysztof Bosak on RMF FM.

10:17

Sawicki:

We Have Three Partners and Three Key State Functions to Fill. There's Truly Room for Everyone
- If today the National Electoral Commission announces the results, the leaders should sit down together and talk, because this is a situation where we have three partners […] and there are three, as it were, most important state functions to be filled by the parliamentary majority at this moment, namely the Senate, the Sejm, and the government. And here there is truly room for everyone. So let these leaders sit down together, agree on who might take what positions and what the proportions are within the presidiums of the individual bodies - said Marek Sawicki in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on Radio Plus's "Sedno Sprawy" (The Heart of the Matter).

10:31

Sawicki on the Prime Minister's Position: Everything is Still Open. I haven't heard any unequivocal condition from Civic Platform
- I wouldn't prejudge at this moment whether [the prime minister] will be Donald Tusk, or if Donald Tusk will propose someone else, whether it will be Kosiniak-Kamysz, Hołownia, or perhaps Czarzasty. Everything is still open. In my assessment, yes, I haven't heard any unequivocal condition from Civic Platform - Marek Sawicki said on "Sedno Sprawy" (The Core of the Matter) on Radio Plus.

10:38

Sawicki:

If Leaders Reach Agreement Today, a Mission to the President Should Follow Swiftly. Kosiniak-Kamysz Would Be the Best Ambassador
- There is truly much to share, and it's not about presidencies and the division of functions that is most important, but rather how quickly a new parliamentary majority can potentially begin its work, and all of this depends on Mr. President. I believe that if the leaders reach some common understanding today, then a mission should be directed to Mr. President by them as soon as possible - Marek Sawicki stated in the "Sedno Sprawy" (The Heart of the Matter) program on Radio Plus. - Here, I believe the best ambassador, given his closeness and familiarity, is Kosiniak-Kamysz, who also comes from Krakow and I know has always had good relations with President Andrzej Duda, and there was a certain mutual goodwill and thread of understanding - he continued. - He should convey these understandings as soon as possible, or arrange a meeting of the leaders with the president, and they should agree with the president on the procedure for taking power in Poland, so that it doesn't take a month and a half or two months, but rather is settled in a week and a half - he argued.

ORLEN Group and Central Military Recruitment Centre to Jointly Act for State Security

PARTNERSHIP TEXT

ORLEN and the Central Military Recruitment Centre (CWCR) are commencing cooperation in the areas of planning and defense activities, training, and personnel development. The signed agreement will strengthen the country's security.

The objectives of the agreement include supporting the defense capabilities of the Republic of Poland, maintaining cooperation on matters related to state defense, as well as conducting training activities and mutual logistical and promotional support.

– ORLEN is a company of strategic importance for Poland's fuel, energy, and economic security. The cooperation between our institutions will focus on protecting facilities vital for state security and defense, logistics, and personnel development. Cooperation and the exchange of experiences between business and the defense sector are very important in the current geopolitical situation – emphasized Patrycja Klarecka, Member of the ORLEN Management Board for Digital Transformation.

The CWCR is an institution coordinating and overseeing activities related to recruitment and operational-defense matters. In accordance with the Act on Homeland Defense of April 2022, the CWCR is responsible for, among other things, planning and administering personnel reserves in every state of defense readiness, as well as material reserves – related to contributions to defense.

– With the support and participation of the Orlen Group, we would like to promote military service as broadly as possible. Undoubtedly, the main source of cooperation for us will be the implementation of operational-defense tasks, and I deeply hope that the agreement signed today will facilitate this and enable us to carry out our tasks in this area without impediments – said Brigadier General Mirosław Bryś, Head of the Central Military Recruitment Centre.

The signed agreement formalizes the existing cooperation between both parties, carried out based on legal provisions, concluded agreements, or issued administrative decisions, covering, among others, militarization; protection of facilities particularly important for the security or defense of the state, and other tasks performed for the Armed Forces and allied troops.

Tomczyk:

Everyone is Ready to Work, We Have Drawers Full of Bills

- For now, we are waiting for the announcement from the National Electoral Commission (PKW) because we finally need to know the election results, but I think [coalition talks] will happen soon. Everyone is ready to work, we have drawers full of bills and we want change in Poland. Moreover, the same goes for the 11 million Poles who voted for the opposition – stated Cezary Tomczyk on RMF FM.

12:42

Tomczyk:

Tusk is the Natural Candidate for Prime Minister

- Donald Tusk is the natural candidate for Prime Minister because he is the leader of the largest grouping that won the elections within this part of the opposition. We are also thinking about the first things that are most important to us in the coming 100 days - stated Cezary Tomczyk on RMF FM.

ORLEN Group Acquires New Renewable Energy Capacity in Wielkopolska

PARTNERSHIP CONTENT

Energa Wytwarzanie, part of the ORLEN Group, has signed a preliminary agreement with Lewandpol Holding for the acquisition of a special purpose vehicle (SPV) company implementing the "Kleczew Solar & Wind" project, which aims to construct new hybrid renewable energy sources. The investment is being developed in the Kleczew municipality in the Wielkopolska region, and its total capacity will reach up to 334 MW.

"We are effectively implementing our strategy, with renewable energy sources as its cornerstone. As a result of our investments to date, the ORLEN Group is currently the third-largest producer of RES energy in Poland. Over the next seven years, we will allocate PLN 120 billion to green projects, thereby achieving 9 GW of installed RES capacity. 'Kleczew Solar & Wind' is a project that will enrich our portfolio with additional generation capacity and bring us significantly closer to our goal. The investment will serve the whole of Poland, strengthening the country's energy security. In particular, it will provide an impetus for the further development of the Kleczew municipality, benefiting its residents," says Daniel Obajtek, President of the ORLEN Management Board.
The "Kleczew Solar & Wind" project, being implemented by Lewandpol Holding with comprehensive support from Erga Asset Management, is divided into three stages. The first stage includes the construction of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 193.1 MW and a wind farm with a capacity of up to 19.2 MW. In the next two stages, the installed capacity of the photovoltaic farm is planned to increase by a maximum of approximately 122 MW. This will allow the entire hybrid installation to reach a total installed capacity of approximately 334 MW. According to preliminary estimates, it would be able to generate enough energy annually to power around 200,000 households. Furthermore, the project also envisages the possibility of future expansion with additional wind turbines and an energy storage facility.
The project, being implemented in the Kleczew municipality, will operate using the cable-pooling formula. This solution allows for optimal utilization of connection conditions by connecting multiple assets to a single connection point. Cable-pooling is particularly effective when combining wind and photovoltaic farms, as they rarely operate at full capacity simultaneously.
Currently, the construction of the photovoltaic farm is nearing completion as part of the first stage. Its test operation took place in June this year, and the sale of electricity is scheduled to begin in early 2024. According to the current schedule, the entire construction of the hybrid installation in the Kleczew municipality should be completed in 2025.

The signing of the final agreement between the companies and the actual completion of the SPV acquisition transaction will be possible after the fulfillment of the suspensive conditions stipulated in the preliminary agreement. It is currently assumed that the transaction may be finalized by the first quarter of 2025 at the latest.

13:52

Pomaska:

All the Evil That Happened Over the Last 8 Years Will Be Accounted For by Us
- It has indeed happened. The people are not blind, the people cannot be fooled. On Sunday, October 15th, people went to vote with wide-open eyes. They went and ensured that good won, that truth triumphed over lies, that decency defeated all the evil that has been happening for the last 8 years. Of course, many things have already started to happen on their own. You only need to turn on yesterday's news to see that while we don't have a Polish BBC, some changes have already occurred there, but we want to tell you that the fact that some changes have happened here and there does not mean we will forget, it does not mean we will not hold accountable. All the evil that has happened over the last 8 years will be accounted for by us - stated Agnieszka Pomaska during a press conference. - What the ruling party has done to various social groups, to teachers, doctors, to Polish education, to women on Polish streets – all of this will be the subject of deep accounting, exposure, and repair. That's why we won the elections, to turn all this evil into good, to ensure that it simply doesn't happen again. We have a deep conviction today that Poland is simply in a completely different place, that it has returned to its proper European course, that today we can all be proud of ourselves because we know we are heading in the best direction, that Polish women and men have simply chosen a secure future for Poland, a secure future for Poland as a country, but also an individual one. This sense of security is incredibly important for all of us - she added.

13:54

Nowacka:

They Had Millions, We Only Had People of Good Will
- This gigantic success of the democratic side, the democratic opposition, is the success of millions of people who got involved in the campaign. They had millions, and Agnieszka Pomaska and I showed it many times, how they abused power, public money, abused so-called public media to campaign for themselves. We only had people of good will. It turned out that there were indeed more people of good will - stated Barbara Nowacka during a press conference. - This victory of ours, the victory of the Senate pact, Civic Coalition, and other democratic lists, gives hope for fixing the situation in Poland, because we know perfectly well that this repair is necessary. We went into the elections promising that we would win, and we won thanks to all of you, that we would hold them accountable, hold them accountable, but then two major tasks: we will rebuild and end the Polish-Polish war, because we no longer want to live in this dispute and conflict. This dispute, which causes Kaczyński's party to crave power, thus dividing us and leading to hatred, must end - she added.

13:56

Nowacka Appeals to Duda: Time to Act Like a Democrat and Grant Democracy the Government it Earned
- I am appealing to President Duda. Mr. President, it is high time you stopped being a man who waits at Kaczyński's door. You have an obligation to nominate a person who will build a government. That person should be Donald Tusk, as he is the leader of the victorious opposition bloc. He is the most important figure, and we know well that while Trzecia Droga and Lewica have their part, this great success is the success of Civic Coalition, Donald Tusk, and we know that the opposition is capable of reaching an agreement on this. Mr. President, it is high time to act like a democrat for once, to grant democracy the government it rightfully earned through democracy - stated Barbara Nowacka during a press conference.

14:18

Tusk Appeals to the President:

Winning Democratic Parties are Ready to Take Responsibility for Governance at Any Moment.
- I wanted to sincerely thank [...] first and foremost those who voted with such determination, with such optimism, with such faith in victory and change. Those who sometimes stood in queues even until 3 AM. Those who achieved this fantastic record, record turnout. Ladies and gentlemen, I am receiving dozens of calls and emails with congratulations for you, from all over the world, because the whole world was truly astonished when it saw the 73%, 85% turnout in Warsaw [...]. I wanted to thank all commission members, trust representatives – said Donald Tusk in a statement. - I am making a heartfelt appeal to the President: people are waiting for the first decisions that will be a consequence of these elections. Therefore, I would very much ask the President for energetic and swift decisions. The winning democratic parties are in constant contact and are ready to take responsibility for governing the country at any moment, but as is known, it is the President who constitutionally is responsible for this process of transferring power. Mr. President, people are waiting, including teachers, for that 30% raise, or the public sector. Swift decisions also mean a sense of relief and satisfaction for those who have been waiting for this change – he continued.

NASK to Support Energy Sector Entities in Cybersecurity

NASK has signed a letter of intent with the Institute of Power Engineering to provide comprehensive cybersecurity support for entities within the energy sector.

17:47

Gawkowski:

We are not planning a change of leader
- No, we are not planning a change of leader. We have a planned calendar of what will happen. First, local government elections, then European Parliament elections, and then the reporting and election campaign within the party. At this stage, we are saying it directly: we need to form a coalition, and how we will form it, what it will look like, also depends on who will negotiate it. I have trust in the leaders, in Magda Biejat, in Zandberg, in Czarzasty, and in Biedroń, and I know one thing: if any party settles its accounts before it wants to achieve success in a governing coalition, it always loses. There is no room for that – said Krzysztof Gawkowski on Radio ZET.

17:49

Gawkowski:

I have signals that the first Sejm session will be convened after November 11th
- Everything indicates that we will have the first Sejm only in mid-November, PiS will probably drag this matter out for another 4-6 weeks [...] I have signals that the first Sejm session will be convened after November 11th, the most probable dates being November 13th-14th, so I am convinced that PiS will use every day to burn and hide documents - said Krzysztof Gawkowski in an interview with Beata Lubecka on the program "Gość Radia ZET". - They might want to drag out this whole Sejm and all of this so that they don't pass the budget, so that the president dissolves the parliament [...] one must also honestly say that I don't know what's going on in anyone's head. In my opinion, everything will end in December - he continued.

17:55

Gawkowski:

We Will Reach an Agreement; We Have Bills Co-Signed by PSL, PL2050, and PO
- We will reach an agreement. We have had parliamentary and programmatic teams for several months now. We have bills that we have jointly signed – PSL, Hołownia, Lewica, and Platforma – concerning the judiciary, the economy, and those rights that are, among other things, related to the restoration of KPO, meaning funds from the European Union – Krzysztof Gawkowski said on Radio ZET.

18:01

Gawkowski:

In recent days, people said 'The Left is great, but we'll help Hołownia so they can get in'
- I think the mobilization wasn't for us, but for Hołownia. [...] In the last week of the campaign, I felt a different flow than I had felt throughout the entire campaign. That is, people said 'we will vote for the Left,' and in the last few days, with people, on the streets where I stood with my team, they said outright 'we like you, you're great, the Left is great, but we'll help Hołownia so they can get in'. There was this conviction 'let's add a brick to ensure the entire opposition gets in'. And I think this is one of the elements that cost us some support, meaning that people simply thought Hołownia needed help to achieve a significant result - said Krzysztof Gawkowski on Radio ZET.

18:32

Wawrykiewicz Publishes Photo with Tusk:

He Asked Us for a Conversation.

- Rebuilding the rule of law is crucial for restoring democracy, our position in the EU, and unlocking the KPO. That is why, immediately after the official election results were announced, the leader of the victorious opposition, Donald Tusk, asked us for a conversation - wrote Michał Wawrykiewicz on Twitter.

Grabiec:

Talks Are Ongoing

- Yes, the talks are ongoing. In fact, the leaders of our democratic opposition formations also talked very intensely at a certain point before the elections. Then, due to the campaign, they were more engaged in their parties' campaigns. But I think the end of the campaign, during which there was such synergy between the opposition parties, was a very good prelude to these talks - stated Jan Grabiec in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń".

20:03

Grabiec Announces PO Board Meeting

I can reveal that the [Civic Platform] board meeting will take place this week, on Thursday. The National Board is always convened by Prime Minister Donald Tusk before important decisions. This will also be the case this week – stated Jan Grabiec in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events).

20:07

Kamiński:

President Duda will either listen to Kaczyński or the Sovereign. There is no third way.
- The President [Andrzej Duda] has two paths. He will either listen to Jarosław Kaczyński, or he will listen to the sovereign. Simply put, there is no third way. The sovereign has spoken in these elections. The provisions of the Polish constitution, which give the president the right, and no one questions this right, are provisions that must be read with common sense - said Michał Kamiński in an interview with Anita Werner on TVN24's "Fakty po Faktach". - If the President has doubts, he will wait – as he must anyway – for the first Sejm session. At the first Sejm session, the Sejm will elect a new Marshal. And it will be clear who has the majority. And then the President will truly have only one path – to respect the will of that majority, or to play president. Because it will be playing president if he tries to show us for another two weeks that what? That PiS has a chance to form a government? It doesn't - he continued.

20:18

Grabiec:

We Want Independent Journalists to Return to TVP

- There are many possible solutions. We want public television to become public television as quickly as possible, for independent journalists to return there, for there to be a plurality of opinions, and frankly, I must say that every method consistent with the law is worth considering to achieve this state – stated Jan Grabiec on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń".

20:18

Czarzasty:

The President Should Authorize an Opposition Figure to Form a Government

- The President should simply authorize an opposition figure to form a government. Will he do it? In my opinion, no, I emphasize that this is my opinion. I think he will make a final gesture towards PiS, appointing Morawiecki or someone else from PiS as Prime Minister. This person will not form a government because this government will not gain the Sejm's approval, and I think then the President will say to them, 'I gave you a chance, you didn't do it' - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in an interview with Monika Olejnik on the TVN24 program 'Kropka nad I'.

20:20

Czarzasty:

I Am Convinced This is the Time to Clean Out the Drawers

- I am convinced, truly, that this is the time to clean out the drawers, that this is the time to destroy the traces of various dirty dealings, because I am convinced about these dirty dealings. I think there are a lot of people right now, and I know this from my own experience, I'm getting a lot of calls, who will very gladly inform us about what was hidden where, what is lying where – stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty on the TVN24 program “Kropka nad I”.

20:23

Czarzasty:

Those who voted for PiS must see that on the other side are reasonable people who do not want to seek revenge

- I think this will be a time of responsible settlement, because I'm also thinking very strongly about the PiS electorate. Those people who voted for PiS absolutely must see that on the other side are reasonable people who do not want to seek revenge against them, who will acknowledge them, like all other citizens - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty on TVN24's program “Kropka nad I”.

As part of the promotion, which is the guiding theme of this campaign, a new account holder can receive a 1,000 PLN gift card for the EURO RTV AGD store. The reward is prepared for clients who, in each of the three consecutive months after opening the account, actively use their gold VISA card by making non-cash transactions totaling at least 1,000 PLN per month, and who also set up and maintain any deposits from the bank's available offer for a minimum of 3 months, with a total amount of at least 100,000 PLN.

"The Premium World Account is a solution created for people who expect the highest quality and comfort in managing their finances. As part of this product, clients receive access to the care of a Premium Personal Advisor, who will propose individually tailored solutions for daily banking, savings, investment, or credit offers. The flexibility of service for account holders is supported, among other things, by the HaloPekao service, which allows for placing orders by phone directly with the Advisor, and the modern PeoPay application, which allows for mobile financial management in any situation," says Remigiusz Hołdys, Director of the Daily Banking and Savings Products Department, Bank Pekao S.A.

The offer is flexible and tailored to the individual needs of the client. The account holder can benefit from the services of a Premium Personal Advisor, who will assist in making financial decisions and support in the area of savings and investment solutions. The account owner can also submit instructions – either at a branch or by phone, via the HaloPekao service, or independently in the PeoPay application.

A Premium World client will receive a free gold Visa card, with which they can withdraw cash from ATMs domestically and abroad free of charge, and pay abroad without currency conversion fees. The account owner can also use an investment account at Pekao Brokerage House free of charge.

In addition to the benefits mentioned, the account holder will receive access to a wide range of savings and investment products, including:
  • Premium Savings Account with a promotional interest rate of 7% per annum up to 200,000 PLN for 5 months from account opening (promotion valid until November 2, 2023),
  • Lokuj z Żubrem Deposit with a 7% per annum interest rate for 3 months, for amounts between 1,000 PLN and 50,000 PLN (promotion valid until November 30, 2023, for clients without a current MIFID questionnaire),
  • deposits in USD and EUR at 3% for 12 months, from 5,000 USD or EUR,
  • other savings and investment products for Premium Clients: Pekao TFI funds with diversified profit potential and risk profiles, products combining investments with fixed-term deposits, investments with simultaneous insurance, treasury bonds, the PRO Capital Accumulation program, IKZE and IKE pension programs, periodic issues of capital-protected investment products, and a brokerage account with access to Polish and foreign stocks.
The Premium World Account is free for the first three months. Clients whose total savings in deposits and investment products amount to at least 200,000 PLN have the option to use it for free, even after the promotional period.

The account usage fee is also waived if the client purchases investment products or takes out an express loan of at least 50,000 PLN and maintains an average monthly balance of 50,000 PLN. If the conditions are not met, the monthly fee for the Premium World Account is 50 PLN.

Kamiński:

If the President Cannot Respect the Election Results, the Majority Representing the Sovereign Must Behave Accordingly Towards Duda
- I haven't heard about that [that the new term's Sejm session will take place after November 11th]. [If that were the case] it would mean that the president is playing at being the President of the Republic and is starting to play games with us, like delaying the first Sejm session. [...] Probably so that his buddies have more time to clean out their drawers - said Michał Kamiński on TVN24's "Fakty po Faktach". - Personally, I really fear... Something has ended in Poland, and we need to start speaking to them in a language they understand. And we need to tell President Duda: there is one law he cannot veto, and that law is called the state budget. If he plays at being the President of the Republic, we will simply take away those toys from him. Because the Republic is too serious a country for someone to play with the office of president. And if Mr. President is unable to respect the election results and the will of the sovereign, then the majority representing that sovereign must behave accordingly towards Mr. Duda. You will behave in such a way that you do not respect the will of the voters, and we will behave accordingly – that should be the message to Mr. President - he continued. - I am not threatening, I am just responding that there is no reason whatsoever for the President of the Republic to stand between the will of the nation and its fulfillment today - he continued.

Why do I have to compete on patriotism with someone like Suski? That's over.
- Why do I have to compete on patriotism with someone like Suski? For God's sake. That's over. The Suskis will not set patriotism standards for us, that's over. The Suskis and that whole crew will not pretend to be some elite, because they are no elite and will not impose any standards in Poland, because they ruined whatever they could - said Michał Kamiński in "Fakty po Faktach" on TVN24.

I Heard in the Corridors That Morawiecki's Colleagues Are Sharpening Their Knives Against Him, Probably Much More Than Opposition Rivals
- The end of Mateusz Morawiecki as head of government has certainly arrived. And I have a vague feeling, because I heard this primarily in the Sejm corridors today, that to put it briefly – Mateusz Morawiecki's colleagues are sharpening their knives against him, probably much more than his opponents from the opposition. Because it seems that someone needs to be found guilty within PiS. [...] It has dawned on them that they will have to bid farewell to power. And they certainly won't say it's their fault, and they definitely won't say it's the fault of the party leader. So, culprits will need to be found, and that will be a terribly interesting game – said Michał Kamiński in TVN24's "Fakty po Faktach".

I Definitely Contributed to Exposing the Confederation's Program Deficiencies, Leading to Their Poor Result

- The Confederation achieved a very poor result. The key is effectiveness, and they turned out to be an exceptionally ineffective formation. I definitely managed to contribute to exposing the emptiness of their program and made an immodest contribution to the fact that, thanks to what we managed to show regarding the Confederation, they are not capable of forming a government with PiS today. It's clearly evident that if the Confederation had twice as many MPs, there would have been a risk of forming a brown-and-black coalition – stated Ryszard Petru on the program "Kropka nad i" on TVN24.

Petru:

I fear PiS may be making a big cash grab now. They weren't prepared for losing power
"For now, he [Andrzej Duda] is loyal to PiS. He wants PiS to govern longer, even these few weeks. I have a fear that there might be a big cash grab happening at this moment. Because it looks like they weren't prepared for losing power. They are shocked, surprised. We are talking about tens of people, hundreds of people, thousands of people who will lose their jobs, positions, sinecures" – said Ryszard Petru on TVN24.

Petru on KPO: We Can Unblock It Very Quickly

- We can unblock it very quickly. That's one of the simple things; the challenges in the economy are much bigger, and it's precisely the economy that I want to focus on in the next 4 years, you can't do everything quickly – stated Ryszard Petru on TVN24.
