- Yesterday was a very important day for us, because I received a response to my request to the head of the Pentagon [...] to establish a permanent US military base in Poland. This is a dream, a desire, and an endeavor of many generations, but it is our generation's lot to witness what is happening today - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz during the Warsaw Defence Expo.

- Yesterday, in this letter, we received the green light for such very precise negotiations; the final decision will be in the agreement - he continued.
