New PiS Campaign Spot:

You Are Right to Vote for Poland.

- Poland was right. You are also right to have bet on those who keep their word. They lowered the retirement age and unemployment to an all-time low. They introduced the 13th and 14th pensions, 800+ [child benefit], and free medications for children and seniors. They support Polish farmers, they are building the Polish economy and companies. They are developing the Polish army. They say "no" to illegal immigration. They are protecting all of Poland and its borders. You are right to vote for Poland - says the narrator in the new PiS clip.

07:33

Morawiecki in Ruda Śląska: It's Worth Betting on Those Who Solidly Invest in PSP, OSP, Everywhere, in Every Corner of Poland

- Dear residents of Ruda Śląska, of all Silesia and Poland. We are all certainly grateful to the Volunteer Fire Brigades (OSP) and these professional firefighters of the State Fire Service (PSP), PSP officers. They ensure safety, today they already respond to fires about 300 times a year from Ruda Śląska alone - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Ruda Śląska.

- I encourage all residents to ask their local authorities, district governors, mayors, or village heads about the current state of the OSP and PSP. These 8 years that we have worked, compared to the previous 8 years that we worked, because one can, in effect, work hard for 8 years to improve the state of security, and then lose everything in one day. And that one day is October 15th. You can lose everything on that one day, because it is truly worth betting on those who solidly invest in the PSP, OSP, everywhere, in every corner of Poland - he continued.

08:11

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

I am absolutely certain the Third Way will cross the 8% threshold

- I am absolutely certain [that the Third Way will cross the 8% threshold]. Thank you for this support, in recent weeks I have felt this wave, this wind. We are asking for every vote, we approach these good polls with humility, but we care very much about every vote, because it is the Third Way or PiS's third term. The choice is simple - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in an interview with Dariusz Ociepa on Polsat News' "Graffiti".

08:28

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

If the lead is significant, I don't think the president would, in the first step, entrust the task to someone who has no chance of forming a government

- This also depends truly on the lead we can achieve. If this lead is significant, I don't think that even the president would, in the first step, want to entrust [the prime minister's role] to someone who has no chance of forming a government - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Polsat News's "Graffiti".

08:30

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

No Coalition with PiS is Possible

- I will not [sit down at the table with Jarosław Kaczyński]. We do not want, we did not want such a government in 2006, it was already proposed, then there were these attempts. We will not enter into any coalition with PiS. We will win these elections, I feel it. No coalition with PiS is possible - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in Polsat News' 'Graffiti'.

08:31

Bochenek:

The Referendum is for the Future Polish Government to Have a Mandate to Fight Harmful EU Migration Policy

- This is what the referendum is for. This is what the referendum is for, so that the Polish government, the future Polish government, has a strong mandate to fight this harmful policy at the EU forum. In half a year, there will also be elections to the European Parliament. They will also decide the future of Europe, and then it is also important that we elect the right representatives there who will support this course. And they will stop this madness that the left, the EPP, Tusk's party, are proposing to us today, because Donald Tusk was once the head of the EPP – stated Rafał Bochenek in "Sygnały dnia" (Signals of the Day) on PR1.

08:32

Bochenek:

The EU's 'Solidarity Mechanism' is Neologism Invented by the EU's Leftists

- This is precisely the hypocrisy. Our leader, Prime Minister Jarosław Kaczyński, always repeats, and this is key in politics and important for every compatriot to remember: Not words, but deeds. By their deeds you shall know them. Today, in Poland, Donald Tusk, Civic Platform, and the entire opposition – because they are all essentially playing for Donald Tusk, whether it's the Left, the Third Way, etc. – they are all playing for Donald Tusk to become prime minister. Today, all of them in Poland are saying they are against forced relocation, but when it comes to voting in the European Parliament, they support these solutions, or where they could block them, they do not block them. They do not vote against them. Therefore, this shows their true political intentions – said Rafał Bochenek on PR1.

- And what is this EU solidarity mechanism? It is a neologism invented precisely by all these leftists in the EU. This is precisely this forced relocation – he added.

08:33

Bochenek:

The EC Would Unilaterally Decide on the Number of Immigrants Accepted

- Indeed, this final document could still be much more stringent. Furthermore, regarding the numbers of migrants that would be relocated to individual countries. All of this would be decided unilaterally by the EC every time; there are no limits there – stated Rafał Bochenek on "Sygnały dnia" (Signals of the Day) on PR1.

08:33

Czarnek:

If the Senate Pact Parties Formed a Government, We Would Face Unprecedented Chaos
- There will be total chaos [if the parties forming the Senate Pact take power in Poland], because you see, there are, I think, 13 or 11 parties altogether in this entire Senate Pact. If they were to form a government based on their ultimately shaped majority, we would face unprecedented chaos, a fight at the top, and indeed something that will plunge our country into recession and lead to total danger, because today this is not the Poland of 20 years ago or 30 years ago. We have a war just beyond our eastern border, we have a war in Israel - said Przemysław Czarnek in an interview with Antoni Trzmiel in the TVP1 program "Kwadrans Polityczny".

08:40

Morawiecki:

What has been achieved in the last 8 years can be lost in a single day, and that day is very soon. It's October 15th.
If economic crises occur, it is always worth considering how the state behaves in such times. Well, a dozen or so years ago, there was such a crisis, and the state did nothing, or almost nothing, to help entrepreneurs who were then in trouble. In the last few years, various thunderbolts have struck us. First, COVID, then the war in Ukraine, the energy crisis, and each time we tried to offer entrepreneurs support through the anti-COVID shield, which involved saving jobs, because everything stopped for a moment across Europe and around the world, but later solidarity-based, anti-inflationary, or anti-Putin measures. We are always with entrepreneurs - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Bytom. - We are here in a bakery, and a sad reflection came to me when recently a certain gentleman kissed bread, and then this bread ended up in the trash. This gentleman is our main political competitor. I mention this because when someone kisses bread for show, and then this bread ends up in the trash, it reminds me of an old Polish proverb: he who despises bread, God will despise him even more - he continued. - We will certainly take care of all entrepreneurs, and we will create such conditions for doing business so that the competitive advantage of large buyers is not so crushing. That is why the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection exists, precisely to take care of Polish entrepreneurs, and to ensure that large international chains, which already have a financial advantage, do not stifle the margins for Polish entrepreneurs. That's what the Polish shelf is for, shortening the path from field to table, but also the Polish entrepreneur must have Polish authorities behind them in the fight against large chains - he added. - What has been achieved in the last 8 years can be lost in a single day, and that day is very soon. It's October 15th. It is worth taking care of Polish entrepreneurs, taking care of what has been done for society and all social policy, but also taking care of security in the context of what is happening in the Middle East - emphasized PMM.

08:41

Czarnek on Tusk: He is a Para-Politician
- This is an unprecedented scandal [that Donald Tusk calls the Territorial Defence Force a para-military], it is an insult to these thousands of people, often even families, father and son, married couples who join the Territorial Defence Force and are a truly powerful reinforcement for the Polish army. These are thousands of people who give, one might say, their private time, their family time, for the needs of the Polish state's security. People also involved in patriotic education, in patriotic upbringing, wonderful families, whom he calls a para-military. He is a para-politician, and that is why he says such things - said Przemysław Czarnek on TVP1.

08:47

Gliński:

Europe's Largest Economic Growth, Most Secure Country in Europe, Improved Living Standards for Polish Families. What More Could We Want?
- We are taking care of Poland's sovereignty, its independence, and its strength. We are currently prepared for the terrible threats that exist in the modern world. We have defended Poland against hybrid pressure, hybrid warfare at the border. We are also building energy and economic sovereignty. Europe's largest economic growth, the most secure country in Europe, an improved standard of living for Polish families. What more could we want? - said Piotr Gliński in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on 'Gość Radia ZET'.

08:48

Gliński on Generals' Departure: "For Some Time Now, Everyone Knew There Was Bad Chemistry"
- For some time now, everyone knew there was bad chemistry. That the gentlemen [Rajmund Andrzejczak and Tomasz Piotrowski] happened to decide to do this in the last week of the campaign is irresponsible behavior. However, this behavior does not threaten Poland's security - said Piotr Gliński in "Gość Radia ZET". - I assure you, there were immediate nominations, the generals are in their positions. Poland is a country that is well-prepared for a potential attack. It is we who are strengthening the Polish army; they [PO] were disarming the Polish army, they had a defense plan on the Vistula River - he continued.

09:25

Hołownia:

Vote for Your Dreams in This Election
What Władek said – when the polls, the ratings of Trzecia Droga were good, the opposition was winning. When they were weak, sadness began, we will definitely lose. We will win this, we beg you today, together with Władek – vote for your dreams, not for this or that politician, vote in this election for your dreams, and today, after touring the entire Warsaw and Mazowsze region, because my colleague is going his way, and I am going mine. Our paths will meet again later – stated Szymon Hołownia at a press briefing.

09:45

Gliński:

We see how incredibly Morawiecki works, he's a computer. On the other side, we have a lazy Tusk who couldn't even prepare for the debate.
- If he were truly a hardworking, well-organized person whom one could trust, he would have professionally prepared for this [TVP debate]. He came across as a completely unprepared person for work. Of course, [Mateusz Morawiecki] was prepared; the difference was evident - said Piotr Gliński on "Gość Radia ZET". - We all see how incredibly Prime Minister Morawiecki works and how prepared he is for all his appearances. He's a computer, further supported by his very hard work. On the other side, we have a lazy person who couldn't even prepare for what was perhaps the most important debate of his life. He lost it and will lose the election on Sunday - he continued.

09:46

Tusk:

Today we will talk about unfulfilled promises, about the fantasies presented by Morawiecki and other PiS leaders in Silesia

- I still have in my memory, from the previous conference in Silesia, that forest cleared for investments, for the Polish electric car. Today, we will talk about unfulfilled promises, about those fantasies presented by Mateusz Morawiecki and other PiS leaders in Silesia. They are still doing it today, even though the list of their omissions, lies, and plain electoral deceits is unfortunately impressive - stated Donald Tusk at a press briefing in Katowice.

09:52

Gliński:

Tusk is a Pole who brings various 'political garbage' here
- I regret that some Poles, like Donald Tusk, serve Germany to such an extent that they allow them to do anything. You asked about Poles who brought in garbage. Donald Tusk is precisely such a Pole who brings in various political garbage, in quotes of course - said Piotr Gliński on 'Gość Radia ZET'.

09:53

Tusk:

Based on local government and real Silesian forces, ambitious industrial and technological projects in Europe can be realized

- I want to strongly emphasize that the fact we have started our campaign very strongly, that I have spent so many days and weeks in Silesia and the voivodeship, stems from my deep conviction that, first and foremost, based on local government, on these real, true Silesian forces, it will be possible to realize the most ambitious industrial and technological projects in Europe. We need people for this, and they are here, in Silesia. That's why we are talking about a Ministry of Industry, here in Silesia, so that people here can jointly oversee the projects that politicians promise - stated Donald Tusk at a press briefing in Katowice.

09:58

Tusk:

I Can Take On the Commitment That Notifying the Social Agreement Will Make the Silesian Transformation As Painless As Possible

- Today, after more than 2 years, Prime Minister Morawiecki is pretending to still be interested in this social agreement, and thus in aid for, among others, Silesian miners in the transformation process, and behind it, very large sums of money were supposed to go, but they couldn't get it notified in Brussels with the European Commission. I can take on the commitment that notifying this social agreement, thanks to which this transformation in Silesia will proceed as painlessly and without losses for the miners, for mining families, as possible. We all know that transformation is necessary. We understand that transformation is an opportunity. This civilizational, economic, industrial transformation is an opportunity for Silesia, not a threat, if honest people take it on - stated Donald Tusk at a press briefing in Katowice.

09:59

Tusk:

Silesia is Crucial, Not Just Regionally or Nationally, but in a European Context – We Don't Speak Idly

- We have prepared this 100-day package for Silesia. Some people in Poland ask me why Silesia specifically has an additional program, beyond the nationwide demands, and why other regions don't. I want to tell you, this is absolutely justified. Silesia is a unique place, and this is not a compliment. I'm not saying this just because I'm here with you today; I'll soon be in Lesser Poland, in Chrzanów, then in Warmia-Masuria, and at the end of the day, I'll go home to the seaside. Silesia is a unique place, it's an opportunity for Poland, and it can once again be the industrial heart of Poland, but it can also be a center for modern industry and modern technology on a European scale. If the European Union did not hesitate to decide that billions of euros could be allocated here, it's because we all understand how important Silesia is, not only in a regional or national dimension, but indeed in a European one, and therefore we don't speak idly – stated Donald Tusk at a press briefing in Katowice.

- These funds, these opportunities, these ideas will be realized within the first 100 days after winning the elections. Our partners will be the local government and this administration, including the Ministry of Industry, which will lead and monitor these projects here on the ground with the people of Silesia – he added.

Morawiecki at Bumar-Łabędy: 800 Employees Laid Off in Group Reductions, 800 Million in Capital Injection. These Two Figures Are Worth Remembering
The first [figure] is 800 employees laid off here during the Civic Platform era, those who were thrown out onto the street in group redundancies. This was about 10 years ago, perhaps a bit more, between 2010 and 2012. 800 employees dismissed. And the second figure – 800 million in capital injection for this plant, the famous Bumar-Łabędy, in order to produce Krabs here. 54 Krabs will be produced annually in a few years, after the construction of a new technological line – stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Gliwice. 800 employees dismissed in group redundancies, 800 million in capital injection. These two figures are worth remembering, because they testify to completely different – he continued.

10:32

Morawiecki:

Tusk and his team will spin fairy tales, as that's what they're known for. Then they shoot at miners, lay off workers, and waste Silesia's industrial potential
- Tusk and his team will spin fairy tales, as that's what they're known for. Then they shoot at miners, lay off workers, and waste Silesia's industrial potential. Look at actions, not words. Today, arms production is increasing. Siemianowice Śląskie, Rosomak armored personnel carriers. I recently spoke with the Prime Minister of Slovenia about Rosomaks precisely so that the largest production would be carried out here - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Gliwice.

NASK Warns: Disinformation on the Home Stretch of the Election Campaign

In recent days, CERT Polska experts have received information about disinformation activities ongoing in cyberspace. We warn voters – the final days of the election campaign are a period of particular threat from external entities who may wish to influence the course of the Sejm and Senate elections – informs NASK.

"The campaigns identified by NASK experts involve disinformers impersonating the Law and Justice Electoral Committee, sending out false email messages and SMS messages containing untrue program proposals. Among other methods, unsecured domains with names similar to those used by the electoral committee and SMS gateways used for mass message sending were utilized to distribute such messages," states NASK. Electoral committee programs are available on their official websites and verified social media profiles. Election messages originating from unidentified senders should be rigorously verified. NASK provides examples of messages that were used in the attack. "We ask editorial offices for a responsible approach to this matter and to refrain from replicating false information aimed at influencing the course of elections in Poland by foreign centers," writes NASK. full statement: https://www.nask.pl/pl/aktualnosci/5264,NASK-ostrzega-dezinformacja-na-ostatniej-prostej-kampanii-wyborczej.html

10:42

Tusk:

From the Start, I Knew That When Power Sees How Many of Us There Are, They'll Understand There's No Chance to Rig These Elections or Scheme
- From the very beginning, I knew, when I called on Poles to actively participate in election monitoring, that this could be crucial. That the authorities, PiS, when they see how many of us there are – whether on the streets of Warsaw, or today at the meeting in Chrzanów, or yesterday in Katowice, or in those hundreds and thousands of places where we have been – that these authorities will understand that there is no chance to rig these elections, to scheme – Donald Tusk said in Chrzanów.

10:49

Tusk:

Nearly 100,000 People Have Signed Up to Oversee the Elections
- They are ready – and I say this from my own experience, but also from your experience in recent years – to do all sorts of bad things. This government crosses all boundaries of cynicism and selfishness, but it always backs down in the face of strength. The fact that we are strong today is thanks to these thousands of ordinary Polish women and men who decided to take matters into their own hands and, among other things, signed up – and that's nearly 100,000 people – precisely to oversee these elections – said Donald Tusk in Chrzanów.

ORLEN Launches Remote Station Employee Summoning Service via ORLEN VITAY App: A Solution Designed for People with Disabilities

PARTNERSHIP TEXT

ORLEN has launched a service for remotely summoning a station employee via the ORLEN VITAY application. This solution, created with people with disabilities in mind, allows for the use of station offers and services without leaving the car. Thanks to this functionality, users can request assistance with refueling, using the air compressor, or the car wash.

Since the beginning of October, ORLEN station customers have been able to remotely summon an employee for assistance with station-related activities using the ORLEN VITAY application. The solution is intended particularly for people with disabilities, for whom refueling, using the car wash, or the air compressor can be problematic.

– Building a responsible and credible organization isn't just about large and ambitious projects. It's also about actions that respond to our customers' needs, continuously improving the quality of offered services, and social responsibility. It is particularly important for us to counteract social exclusion and support our customers in simple tasks that will significantly improve the comfort of using the station, especially for people with disabilities. The new functionality in the ORLEN VITAY application will enable customers to access our services even faster and more easily – says Łukasz Porażyński, Executive Director of Retail Sales at ORLEN.

To use the solution, simply click the "Help at the station" tab, then select the category for which assistance is needed, provide the dispenser number, and the car's make and license plate number, and finally confirm the help request. This sends the request to station employees, who will respond as quickly as possible. Additionally, all ORLEN stations will feature new informational signs: "Summon service via the ORLEN VITAY application or by pressing the horn 3 times." The stickers will be placed on the pillars of the drive-through canopies.

In its development strategy, the ORLEN Group places great emphasis on the social and environmental dimensions of its business activities. By ensuring the accessibility of products and services for all network customers, the concern is introducing further solutions for people with disabilities at its stations. These include: dedicated parking spaces, lowered ramps at shop entrances, and adapted spaces between shelves and in front of the cash counter in the shops. Furthermore, at all ORLEN stations, fuel can be paid for at the dispenser using the ORLEN Pay mobile application (by using the special QR code located on each dispenser in the network), and at nearly 400 stations, there is also service available through the Mobile Cashier, who accepts payments for fuel and items available at the drive-through.

The service for summoning assistance via the ORLEN VITAY application is a response, among other things, to the needs of people with disabilities, for whom such support is essential. Using the new functionality requires updating the ORLEN VITAY application.

Tusk:

Even a Corrupt Government Like PiS Reaches a Breaking Point When It Sees Masses Ready to Stand Firm and Say 'No'
- The fact that there are so many of you gives me hope, despite fears […], that they might use force, for example, if they don’t agree with the election verdict. So, I want to tell you, and this is based on my entire life experience: a government, even as corrupt as PiS's, always has a limit. There is always a moment, even for such a corrupt government as PiS's, when it retreats – when it sees that people, a huge number of people, are ready to stand firm and say 'no, we do not agree' – Donald Tusk said in Chrzanów.

11:13

Tusk on Szydło's Words: I'd Spend 5 Days Thinking and Still Wouldn't Come Up With Such an Advertisement for Us and Anti-Advertisement for PiS
- In reality, we should applaud her, because she gave us an exceptional gift two days before the elections when she finally told the truth. Sometimes the truth slips out of their mouths by mistake, by oversight. Because to say to your voters […]: close your eyes, don't look at what we're doing here. Grit your teeth, because you probably feel sick too, seeing what PiS is doing in Poland. Close your eyes, grit your teeth, and vote for us - said Donald Tusk in Chrzanów. - I would spend 5 days thinking and I wouldn't come up with something like that, such an advertisement for us and such an anti-advertisement for PiS - he added.

Pekao Analysts: Core Inflation Fell to 8.4% YoY in September, Core Prices Down 0.1% Month-on-Month for the First Time in Over Three Years
The biggest surprise came from core inflation, which, considering today's data, fell to 8.4% year-on-year in September, and core prices decreased by 0.1% compared to the previous month, marking the first time in over three years. Regulated and one-off factors influenced this lower reading. The Central Statistical Office (GUS) estimated the impact of introduced free medicines for seniors 65+ and children on the price decrease of pharmaceutical products by 5.3%. A warm September somewhat slowed down seasonal price increases for new autumn collections in the "clothing and footwear" category (+2.5%). Radio and television fees also saw a significant occasional drop (-7.9%), wrote Bank Pekao analysts.

11:22

Dziemianowicz-Bąk:

We're Fighting PiS and Konfederacja Because We Don't Want Mejza and Korwin-Mikke in Parliament
- We are fighting for more seats in the Sejm with PiS and Konfederacja because we do not want Łukasz Mejza in the Sejm, because we do not want Korwin-Mikke in the Sejm, who wants to legalize pedophilia in Poland. If you do not want people who want to harm children, beat children, or exploit children, vote for Lewica (The Left) - said Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk at a press conference.

11:23

Tusk:

There are simply more people of goodwill. If the authorities see you, they won't dare to use force or violence against the verdict of democracy
- Our task is to ensure that they do not falsify these elections in any way. Later, our common task will be to show that since we are the majority, because there are simply more decent, good-willed people who love democracy in Poland. And if the authorities see us, as they see you today in Chrzanów, then in my opinion they will not dare to use force or violence against the verdict of democracy - said Donald Tusk in Chrzanów.

11:28

Zandberg:

Real Wages Declined Under Morawiecki's Government
- Under Mateusz Morawiecki's government, the share of wages in GDP has decreased. Real wages declined under Morawiecki's government, so when I hear Mr. Morawiecki talking about them being a guarantor of anything, it simply makes me laugh, because in this particular matter, concerning employee wages, Mateusz Morawiecki truly has nothing to boast about over the last two years - said Adrian Zandberg at a press conference.

11:42

Morawiecki:

PO and Hołownia Said - Close Turów. The PiS Government Took a Firm Stance and We Implemented Our Plan

- The Turów mine and power plant was supposed to be closed. And if someone wants to see the fundamental difference in the approach to the energy industry, heavy industry, and how to change the Polish economy, they should always think about Turów. Because both PO and Hołownia said - close Turów. After, as a result of the whims of European tribunals, they demanded that we close Turów, the PiS government took a firm stance and we implemented our plan. We did not close the mine, the power plant, we did not close 6-7% of the Polish energy industry, simply because European, Brussels bureaucrats wished it so. Turów as a symbol, remember all the residents of Silesia, because especially before elections everyone tries to pose as defenders of Silesian industry in PO. We say - if Silesia is strong, then Poland is strong. And we are implementing this plan - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at the Silesian Voivodeship Office.

11:51

Tusk:

Vote for Civic Coalition. If we win and our partners are in parliament, President Duda will have no choice.
- You need to vote in such a way as to effectively remove PiS from power, to take away all possible pretexts and opportunities for scheming and manipulation after the elections. […] The best guarantee that they won't deceive us, that the voters' verdict, our victory, will mean a swift, harmonious transfer of power and the formation of a government, is to defeat PiS - said Donald Tusk in Chrzanów. - When these fears first appeared publicly two or three weeks ago, that smaller democratic parties might not cross the threshold, might not enter parliament, and that would be a great bonus for PiS. I didn't hesitate for a moment then and called on all voters of Trzecia Droga and Lewica to vote calmly for their parties. So that everyone takes responsibility for their candidates - he continued. - After two weeks, we have very good news – this problem no longer exists. All democratic parties will enter parliament, including the smaller ones. […] I have the moral right and duty to once again call on all those who think with some hope for a better future about KO. Don't scheme, vote for KO - he went on. - We are truly a step away from victory. Really, on Sunday evening, we might find out that KO is the winner of these elections. […] If we are the winners, and our partners from the left and Trzecia Droga are in parliament, and they will be, because we already know this from all the polls, then President Duda will have no choice - he emphasized. - He won't be able to scheme, he won't be able to deceive anyone, seemingly in accordance with the constitution, but you know, it's better to be safe than sorry. I don't trust them one bit - he added.

11:51

Morawiecki:

Tusk and his team dismantled industry in Silesia

- Today, an agreement was signed to establish the Silesian Transformation Fund. As one of the participants in our meeting rightly said just now, due to the EU's climate whims, it is very difficult to finance new projects. The National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚ), and other institutions, are having significant trouble with this. To deal with this trouble - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at the Silesian Voivodeship Office.

- I have already signed it, the Silesian Transformation Fund. With an initial substantial capital injection of 500 million Polish zlotys. And now, dear Silesians, residents of the entire voivodeship, let someone tell me if there were any similar capital investments before, in infrastructure, in rebuilding industrial potential during the PO (Civic Platform) governments? The answer is obvious, and among our supporters and political opponents alike, everyone must admit that Tusk and his team dismantled industry in Silesia, destroyed industry in Silesia, that unemployment raged then, and what was their offer, their proposal for you at that time? - he continued.

- Their offer was this: group layoffs. Just like in Bumar-Łabędy, there were hundreds of other places throughout Poland, and here in Silesia as well. Group layoffs one after another, the nightmare of the Third Polish Republic, namely unemployment, or precarious contracts, or 'go pick asparagus in Berlin if you don't like it' - that was the offer for Silesia — added the Prime Minister.

11:54

Morawiecki:

If We Continue to Govern the Country, the Ministry of Polish Energy Will Be Headquartered in Silesia

- If that is the decision of the voters, if that is how next Sunday concludes, that we will be governing the country, then one of the ministries, the Ministry of Polish Energy, will have its headquarters here, in Silesia, in Katowice. And because this ministry will be led by people who understand industry and energy, heavy industry, I would like them to be people from Silesia or at least those who are knowledgeable about mining and energy – stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at the Silesian Voivodeship Office.

13:45

Trzaskowski:

Perhaps it's better for us if they claim no one was at the march and cite polls showing PiS at 50%. They'll be sleeping, and we'll win this election
- It's worth looking at how many people from Kalisz itself were at the Million Hearts March, because there are those who claim that I was there alone with Donald Tusk. But generally speaking, I think this propaganda and these lies will turn against PiS. If they claim that there was no mobilization on our side, that no one was at the Million Hearts March, if they cite polls showing PiS at 50%, then perhaps it's better for us, because they will all be sleeping, just like Jarosław Kaczyński during martial law, and we will win this election - said Rafał Trzaskowski in Kalisz.

13:50

Kaczyński:

These elections will decide if Poland is ruled by Polish patriots, or from Berlin and Brussels
These elections will decide whether Poland will be ruled by Poles, Polish patriots, or from Berlin and Brussels, but as executors of Berlin, and also in time after this war ends, probably also from Moscow. If we rule ourselves, we have successes; if others rule here, of course, they pursue their own interests, and then what I have already said happens: the great plundering of Poland. This constant talk about there being no money and there being no money, there's no money for anything. Savings campaigns are constantly announced, and this costs a great deal, it costs our development and the fate of individual families – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Skarżysko-Kamienna.

13:51

Kaczyński:

Local Poland Responds to the Proposal to Act Wider and More Numerous

- Local Poland is responding to this proposal to act wider, to act more numerous, very strongly and very well. And this is optimistic in assessing our future chances, Poland's chances, because active societies, including socially active ones, are societies that can simply do more in every respect. Over the 8 years of our rule, we have shown that it is truly possible to do more if Poland is governed by patriots independent of Berlin, of Moscow, then what previously seemed completely impossible becomes possible. This yields good results - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Skarżysko-Kamienna.

13:54

Żukowska on Rent and Housing Credit Subsidies: They Caused a Big Smile on Developers' Faces
- If other types of solutions are proposed [than state-organized affordable rental housing construction], such as credit subsidies or rent subsidies, the only thing this has already caused is a big, broad smile on developers' faces and a significant increase in rental prices. This must end - said Anna Maria Żukowska at a press conference.

13:55

Trzaskowski to PiS Voters: Be Calm, We Want to Build a Poland for Everyone. We Don't Want to Take Away Social Privileges or Fight Tradition and Faith
- I also want to reassure all those who previously voted for PiS. Be calm, we want - unlike those in power - to build a Poland for everyone. If you felt good over the last few years, nothing will change. We don't want to take away social privileges, nor do we want to fight tradition or faith. We simply want Poland to look to the future, not constantly look backwards. We want to talk about the problems that are truly important for the residents of our cities, towns, and the Polish countryside. We want to talk about the future - said Rafał Trzaskowski in Kalisz.

13:59

Kaczyński:

I Believe We Will Win, and No Shouts Will Stop Us
I repeat, in 8-10 years we can already be at the level of France or England. The average European level, and in a few more years, we can catch up with Germany, but on the condition that people like those standing here will rule, not those standing there. This is simply one, big road to misfortune, but it's not worth paying attention to them. I believe that we will win and no shouts will stop us, that Poland will move forward through subsequent terms of our governance – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Skarżysko-Kamienna.

14:09

Czarzasty:

A Month Ago, Various Parties Said "Housing is a Right, Not a Commodity." Now That's No Longer the Case
- If the Left in Poland were to offer a solution to the housing problem, I believe it would be a significant civilizational achievement for our country. [...] Poland is short by 1.5 million apartments; capital has not solved this. If you think capital will solve this problem, you are mistaken. Because there are two main concepts for solving this problem. One concept is loan subsidies, and the second concept, the Left's concept, is building apartments for affordable rent - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said at a press conference. - I'm talking about the concept of PiS and Civic Platform, which is loan subsidies. I am politely and kindly asking, how do you intend to fix this situation if 70% of people in Poland lack creditworthiness, and the remaining 30% who do have creditworthiness usually already own a home - he continued. - Young people today work in Warsaw, tomorrow in Wrocław, the day after in Amsterdam, and in a few days in yet another country. Ownership is no longer as important. [...] Is anyone in Poland still saying now and repeating that housing is a right, not a commodity? A month or two ago, various opposition parties were saying this, various parties were pointing to it, but now that is no longer the case - he went on to say.

14:16

Trzaskowski:

PiS Has Abandoned Any Positive Campaign. They Only Incite and Lie
- PiS has abandoned any positive campaign. Listen to what they've been saying for months. They only incite, attack, lie, manipulate, and of course, conjugate Donald Tusk's name in all possible cases - said Rafał Trzaskowski in Kalisz. - This also shows where they stand. They don't believe they will win these elections. They think that only through negative emotions will they be able to mobilize people to go to the polls. And I don't believe that elections can be won solely on negative emotions - he continued. - Listen to the last few weeks of the campaign and hear who is talking about the future, 100 priorities, real problems, how to solve them, real challenges […]. And who is only inciting against others, using lies and manipulation, and arousing negative emotions. This alone should prompt everyone who cares about Poland's future to vote for KO - he emphasized.

14:18

Żukowska on the 'Mieszkanie+' Program, Among Other Things: PiS Botched It
- We will do it differently than PiS. PiS botched it, and that needs to be said clearly. Mr. Prime Minister, where are those apartments? You promised so much, you assured us so much that you are trustworthy, no, PiS is not trustworthy in this regard, because firstly, they did not treat this program as a priority, they treated it as something announced during a campaign. For us, this is a priority, we are saying this everywhere - said Anna Maria Żukowska at a press conference, when asked why the Left's housing program is expected to succeed, given that previous initiatives of this type, including 'Mieszkanie+', ended in failure.

14:27

Trzaskowski:

The Rulers are Sitting in War Trenches, They Think WWII is Still Ongoing. Today, the Patriotism of Building is Needed
- Look at those in power today. They are sitting in war trenches. They think that World War II is going on all the time. They think that national uprisings are necessary, they are constantly looking for an enemy in the West, in NATO and the European Union - said Rafał Trzaskowski in Kalisz. - Today, the patriotism of building is needed. Patriotism that helps unleash the great energy that exists in Polish society. Patriotism that will allow us to seek friends, that will allow us to play a constructive role in the EU. To defend our national interest, but to play a constructive role. And patriotism that will strengthen our security - he continued.

14:36

Trzaskowski:

What do NATO generals think when they see PiS dragging out the Alliance's secret plans, manipulating them, and showing them to Russians to gain an electoral advantage?
- Look at the message our allies are receiving from PiS. That the Union is a threat, that's what PiS advisors and politicians say. They say there is debauchery there, there is the downfall of Western civilization, they are looking for an enemy there. They also point to internal enemies. Think about what our allies in the EU or NATO think then? Can such a country and such a government be trusted? - said Rafał Trzaskowski in Kalisz.

- What do NATO generals think, who are supposed to defend our security, when they see PiS dragging out NATO's secret plans, manipulating them, and showing them to Russians to gain some advantage in the election campaign? This is unimaginable. This is the greatest threat to our security - he continued.

- Will anyone share secret information with us? Will anyone trust us if we have a government that behaves in such a purely cynical manner? - he asked.

14:52

Morawiecki:

TVN and Onet are foreign media. They are trying to cover up this reality around us

- We know we made mistakes, we are not perfect. But look at how much has changed around you and beware of those who, with the help of major media like TVN, Onet – these are foreign media. What interest do they have here in Poland? I don't know. But they are trying to cover up this reality that surrounds us. Look around you and forget about these stumbles, these mistakes, because they happened. Nobody is perfect, we are far from ideal, but I believe that you will notice this and will not allow what we have built together in 8 years, we with entrepreneurs like those present here among us, all of us Poles, to disappear in a single day - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Nowa Wieś Szlachecka.

14:59

NASK on Suspicious SMS messages: Electoral messages from unidentified senders must be rigorously verified
"Suspicious SMS messages and emails impersonating electoral committees may also be sent during the election silence. Remember to report such an incident to the relevant authorities! The following website will be helpful: https://bezpiecznewybory.pl/zglos-incydent/ You can also forward disturbing content directly to CERT Polska," NASK urges. "Don't forget how important it is to verify the source of information and to exercise caution. Electoral messages from unidentified senders must be rigorously checked," NASK writes.

15:18

Trzaskowski:

No one will tell us we have to accept more refugees; good diplomacy is enough to negotiate it
- Nobody wants to accept migrants who have not been vetted for security. Thanks to you, your efforts, we have accepted two million of our sisters and brothers from Ukraine. No one will tell us that we have to accept more refugees; good diplomacy is enough to negotiate it - said Rafał Trzaskowski in Kalisz.

15:25

Kamiński:

We've Launched 200 km of Electronic Barrier on the Border with Russia Today. Borders Must and Will Remain Inviolable

- We have a difficult neighbor. Russia pursues a very aggressive and brutal policy towards its neighboring countries. It is waging a brutal, cruel war in Ukraine. The scale of potential threats stemming from Russia and this difficult neighborhood is very large. We must be prepared for various scenarios. Even though we currently consider the situation stable, the future may be different. We are responsible for the security of our state, we must see the prospects. These prospects are not easy, they are not rosy, which is why we are preparing in an extremely professional manner for all sorts of interference coming from such a difficult, such an aggressive neighbor as Putin's Russia is at this moment - stated Mariusz Kamiński in Kętrzyn.

- One of the elements of our preparations for any interference with the inviolability of our borders and our state is precisely this new electronic barrier. This is a system that has been launched along our entire 200 km border. This means that our officers have a full overview of the situation. They see everything. These 3,000 cameras, these motion detectors, these detection cables ensure that any attempt at illegal border crossing from Russia will be immediately identified, and then a swift response from our officers follows, which is adequate depending on the specific situation. We are prepared. We know who, where, and at what point crossed or attempted to cross our border. So, it is an incredibly modern, incredibly modern system - he continued.

- Today, we have launched 200 km of electronic barrier on the border with Russia. For a year, an electronic barrier, also 200 km, has been functioning on the border with Belarus, an engineering barrier, and as Ms. Commander Gorzkowska mentioned, a tender has also been announced for an electronic barrier on the Bug River, with a decision to be made in November. So, we are looking at matters comprehensively, approaching them professionally. We must anticipate various dangerous scenarios for the security of our state and our citizens, and very, very professionally, step by step, we are securing Poland, we are securing our borders. These borders must remain and will remain inviolable - he added.

15:29

Duda at the opening of the Electronic Barrier Supervision Centre on the Polish-Russian border: We are glad this system is being launched

- Given that Russia is an aggressor in Ukraine and considering all the statements made by representatives of the Russian state, unfortunately, it is currently hostile towards Poland, we can expect virtually any actions from the Russian side. Therefore, creating this system, which monitors the border and supports the functioning of the Border Guard, has been one of the priorities recently. We are glad this system is being launched - stated President Andrzej Duda during the opening of the Electronic Barrier Supervision Centre on the Polish-Russian border.

15:36

Teacher Salary Increases, School Without Religion, But with Sex Education and Workers' Rights. The Left Recalls Its Educational Demands
- We want to talk about one of our key postulates: a good school. A school that serves children and puts children and youth at the center. A school that doesn't serve one minister or another, doesn't serve the implementation of the ideology of this or that government, but serves to prepare students for life in the 21st century - said Magdalena Biejat at a press conference. - We are postulating at least a 20% salary increase for teachers [...]. We want a school that teaches not only entrepreneurship lessons, but above all teaches workers' rights and how to cope in the job market. We want a school that teaches children about environmental protection [...], teaches them cooperation and collaboration, not eternal competition. Finally, we want a school where children have the right to and access to modern and age-appropriate sex education, so that they also learn how to protect themselves from violence - she continued. - Religion, according to the Left, should be outside of school, in catechetical rooms. But it is also important for us that children feel safe in school. [...] The problem of child psychiatry should be solved immediately and across party lines - said Joanna Scheuring-Wielgus.

15:36

Duda:

We Will Continue to Oppose Forced Relocation

- We will pursue a decisive policy in this regard, I say this with full responsibility. We will continue to oppose the forced relocation of people and their compulsory bringing into our country, because we believe that everyone has the right to decide for themselves. We also have the right to decide for ourselves, and therefore the decision of our society is paramount - stated President Andrzej Duda during the opening of the Electronic Barrier Supervision Centre on the Polish-Russian border.

15:37

Duda:

I Encourage Participation in the Referendum

- There will also be an opportunity to express your opinion in a referendum on Sunday. I encourage participation; there are questions concerning migration issues, and there are also questions about the barrier meant to protect the security of the Republic of Poland against the influx of uncontrolled immigrants - stated President Andrzej Duda during the opening of the Electronic Barrier Supervision Centre on the Polish-Russian border.

They... it's Him. PiS's New Campaign Ad Featuring Opposition Politicians

On Friday, PiS published an election ad featuring, among others, Włodzimierz Czarzasty, Szymon Hołownia, Robert Biedroń, Sławomir Mentzen, Krzysztof Bosak, and Ryszard Petru.

"They... it's him [Donald Tusk]. On October 15th, don't let them deceive you. Vote for Poland," says the narrator.

16:21

Kaczyński:

These are the most important elections since '89. We will decide whether decisions are made in Warsaw or Berlin

- These are very, very important elections, certainly the most important since '89, and the first matter we will be deciding here is, quite simply, the future of Polish independence. What has been presented in the EU means that Polish authorities will essentially lose control over the vast majority of laws concerning our country, laws that are enacted in our country. The entire democracy will become one big fiction. Simply a kind of theatre that will ultimately have no significance whatsoever. And decisions will be made in Brussels. But Brussels is under such strong influence from Berlin that one can confidently say that they will be made in Berlin – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Starachowice.

- This is the first condition, or rather, rejecting it is the first condition, for Poland to simply have a chance for good development. To have a chance to utilize everything that has been demonstrated over the last 8 years, meaning that when Poland is governed by Poles. Not by a phone call from Berlin or Moscow. Then we truly can manage on our own – he continued.

16:25

Kaczyński:

We Implemented a Costly Social Policy in a Very Short Time, Leading Some Forces to Fury Today Because We Limited Their Scale of Theft

- Under that first arrangement, Poland was being robbed on a colossal scale. We didn't dig up money in Zakopane; instead, we implemented a very costly social policy in a very short time. Simply because we limited, and then very significantly reduced, almost eliminated this colossal theft amounting to hundreds of billions of zlotys, which had been ongoing and benefited various foreign forces, as well as domestic ones. These forces have truly been thrown into a fury because of this, and this fury is visible today, including in the Polish media, as it is fundamentally a reflection of that fury – Jarosław Kaczyński said in Starachowice.

17:30

Kaczyński:

State Forests are a Coveted Prize, Attempts to Seize Them Have Been Underway for Years. They Would Be Largely Under German Control

- State Forests are such a coveted prize. For many years now, there have been attempts to seize them, to privatize them, either immediately, or partially, step by step, because it's simply a lot of money, either directly, through, for example, the sale of timber, aggregates, or forest fruits, but it's also a great resource that can serve as collateral for bank loans. These attempts have been coming from within, and today we are dealing with such an attack from the outside, from the EU, which wants to classify forests among those areas where we have so-called shared competences, which in essence means primarily EU competences, and if the EU means Brussels, and if Brussels means Germany. So, in short, Polish forests would be at least largely under German control - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski.

17:31

Kaczyński:

PO's Rule Means, Among Other Things, Privatization

- The issue of State Forests is a fragment of a broader, much broader problem. The PO's rule means, among other things, privatization. This privatization has never been criticized by them, even when it was wild in nature, simply destroying the Polish economy, the lives of very many Poles, Polish families, and even less so, of course, did they ever criticize the privatization from their own time when they were in power - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski.

17:45

Kaczyński:

Every Vote for an Opposition Party is a Vote for PO and Tusk. Today Brought New Information

- Every vote for an opposition party, we know more about this today and today brought new information, is in fact a vote for PO and for Donald Tusk as Prime Minister, a implementer of foreign interests in Poland - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski.

ORLEN Group Commences Production from Tommeliten A Field Six Months Ahead of Schedule

PARTNERSHIP TEXT

The ORLEN Group has begun the exploitation of the Tommeliten A field on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. This will provide the concern with an additional 0.5 billion cubic meters of natural gas annually, which will be delivered to Poland via the Baltic Pipe gas pipeline. Production from Tommeliten A was launched six months earlier than the planned schedule, meaning the gas extracted from the field will strengthen the country's energy security this heating season.

"Tommeliten A is one of the ORLEN Group's largest investment projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, not only due to the size of its resources but also because we are the largest shareholder in this field. The commencement of production from Tommeliten A signifies a leap in gas production for the ORLEN Group, by 0.5 billion cubic meters per year. This brings us closer to achieving our strategic goal of doubling production in Norway to 6 billion cubic meters of gas annually. Increasing production on the Norwegian Continental Shelf is one of ORLEN Group's priorities to ensure uninterrupted supplies of raw materials needed by the Polish economy. Thanks to the excellent cooperation between our Norwegian subsidiary and the other field shareholders, we managed to accelerate the start of Tommeliten A production by almost six months. This is a significant success, demonstrating the concern's high competencies in development projects and is of great importance for strengthening Poland's energy security," says Daniel Obajtek, President of ORLEN.

The ORLEN Group, through its subsidiary PGNiG Upstream Norway AS (PUN), holds over 42 percent shares in Tommeliten A. The field's resources are estimated at 120-180 million barrels of oil equivalent, with the ORLEN Group's share amounting to 50-76 million barrels of oil equivalent, including 6-9 billion cubic meters of gas. Ultimately, production from Tommeliten A will be carried out using 11 wells and delivered via a heated pipeline to the infrastructure on license PL 018, from where it will be further transported after additional processing. PL 018 is currently one of the most important production hubs on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, and the installations located there have been modified to receive production from Tommeliten A.

The launch of exploitation from the Tommeliten A field is one of nine investment projects initiated by the ORLEN Group in the last two years to increase gas production on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. According to ORLEN's Strategy, by the end of 2030, this production will increase to 6 billion cubic meters of gas annually, up from 3.5 billion cubic meters last year. This will contribute to increasing Poland's energy security, as the gas produced in Norway is transported to Poland via the Baltic Pipe gas pipeline. ORLEN has reserved over 8 billion cubic meters of annual capacity in it and plans for the largest possible portion of the raw material transported this way to come from its own production. In 2030, this could fill up to 75 percent of the pipeline's reserved capacity.

PGNiG Upstream Norway conducts production in Norway from 18 fields and holds shares in 91 licenses. Currently, the company's oil and gas reserves on the Norwegian Continental Shelf exceed 346 million barrels of oil equivalent. In terms of possessed resources and oil and gas production, PUN ranks among the top ten companies actively operating in Norway, and regarding natural gas reserves and production, it holds the 8th position. Kaczyński:

We Rule Poland Ourselves, Without Berlin, Without Moscow

- These are concrete matters, this is primarily a decision that was consciously made by our party, our team, that we rule Poland ourselves, without Berlin, without Moscow. Do you want a Poland ruled from Berlin or from Moscow? Exactly. And this is the first major outcome of these elections - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Sandomierz.

18:57

Kaczyński:

Reparations from Germany Remain Relevant

- We want Poland to receive reparations, because it's no longer possible to punish the criminals at this moment. Thousands, tens of thousands, and hundreds of thousands of criminals were deliberately not punished by Germany. But reparations remain relevant; they [Germany] even pay reparations for events that happened over 100 years ago - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Sandomierz.

19:01

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

Imagine a Much More Fragmented Political Scene If Not for Third Way
- We have done a great job within the democratic camp, among democratic parties, to reach an agreement. Imagine how much more fragmented the political scene would be, how much smaller the chances would be if there were no Third Way. The Third Way is truly an option that gives hope, gives faith, and gives the conviction that good times are coming, that the winds of change are blowing - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

19:02

Kaczyński:

Our opponents can only offer you a state ruled from abroad, plundered in various ways, and pushed into oblivion

- Such success can only be guaranteed by our political formation. As for our opponents, they can only offer you a state ruled from abroad, plundered in various ways, pushed into oblivion, a state of no significance, where Poles will not be citizens. But this is only the first perspective – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Sandomierz.

19:02

Trzaskowski:

It's Worth Voting for Civic Coalition So Our Children and Grandchildren Don't Have to Live in a Country Where Rulers Build Policy Solely on Fear
- Did you see those posters with small children, the Civic Coalition's posters. If anyone is still wondering today whether it's worth [voting for KO], it's for them. It's worth it so that our children, our grandchildren don't have to live in a country where the rulers try to build policy solely on fear, on resentments, on bad emotions – stated Rafał Trzaskowski in Pruszków.

19:05

Kaczyński:

We Will Not Agree to the Euro

- We will not agree to the euro. We will not agree to anything that undermines our independence, because we have given some powers to the EU, but that is all, nothing more - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Sandomierz.

19:06

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

We Must Rebuild Rule of Law, Separation of Powers, and Citizen Trust in the State
- We must rebuild the rule of law, we must rebuild the separation of powers, we must rebuild the citizen's trust in the state and rebuild the judiciary, which will be for everyone - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

19:10

Hołownia:

Repeat to everyone in these last few hours: Third Way or PiS's Third Term
- One phone call, one conversation, it is that important [...]. Remember and repeat to everyone in these last few hours: Third Way or PiS's third term. We cannot allow this to happen. The choice is simple, the simplest possible - said Szymon Hołownia at a press conference.

19:14

Tusk:

It Turns Out I've Traveled Over 70,000 km, Visiting Homes, Villages, and Cities
- Janek Grabiec was fielding questions from the media, journalists, asking for some brief statistical summary, and we were prepared for that, detailing where we had been over the past year or two. Because actually, this campaign for truth, freedom, women's rights, and free enterprise has been going on for over 2 years now. And they asked Janek Grabiec how many kilometers we had covered. And we tallied it up. As I traveled from one Polish home to another, from one Polish village to another, visiting small and large cities, it turns out I covered almost twice the Earth's circumference, over 70,000 kilometers - Donald Tusk said in Pruszków.

19:21

Morawiecki:

I ask all our compatriots to take Poland's fate into their own hands out of love this Sunday

- There are three reasons why we must fight for this third term, as we just called out here. The first reason is the dignified life of Poles, the second reason is internal security and the security of our borders, the third reason is life at the level of the West, but without the West's problems. That is, an opportunity, as the President said, that comes once in hundreds of years, a millennial opportunity - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Sandomierz.

- I ask all our compatriots to take Poland's fate into their own hands out of love this Sunday and, guided solely by this emotion, make the right decision in the '4 x no' referendum and by voting for PiS candidates - he added.

19:24

Tusk:

We're Going for Victory. Not for Power for Power's Sake, but to End This Nightmare of Utterly Corrupt, Rotten, Violent Power
- On Sunday, we are going for victory. Not for our own satisfaction, not to gain power for power's sake. On Sunday, we are going for victory to end this nightmare of utterly corrupt, rotten, violent power, which reaches its dirty hands out for our money, our dreams, Polish women, and our children's right to a fair education. That is precisely why we are going to win, because we know that good must triumph over evil - Donald Tusk said in Pruszków.

19:27

Tusk on PiS: In Reality, These Are the Rule of National Betrayal, Betraying Poles in Every Matter
- We know how many generations, how many decades, how much blood it cost Poles to return to great Western Europe. How many years, how many lost years, how many human sacrifices it took to rebuild the homeland in a safe political environment. We owe this to those people. To our heroes of the past, but we also owe it to all those who lost their health, who lost hope, and some lost their lives because of these incompetent, and today it is visible to the naked eye, shameful rule of PiS. I am not particularly interested whether it is stupidity, or corruption, or paid treason, or a bit of everything, but in reality, this is the rule of national betrayal, in every matter they betray Poles - stated Donald Tusk in Pruszków.

19:28

Morawiecki:

Many tasks and challenges lie ahead, but Poland – this is your time, this is your great chance
Many tasks and challenges lie ahead, but Poland – this is your time, this is your great chance. Either we will be submerged in quarrels, chaos, disarray, in decision-making paralysis, because a vote for any opposition party actually means a vote for Civic Platform, a vote for Tusk. We cannot allow that – stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Sandomierz.

19:51

Witek:

We Want Peace, Not Just External Peace, But Also Peace in Our Families; Let's Not Resort to Hate and Hostility. Let's Not Be the Same.

– We women want peace. We do not want war. We know that war always brings death and destruction. It plunges us into chaos. We want peace, but not just external peace. We need peace in our families. Peace in the workplace and, above all, peace among ourselves. Therefore, let's not wield the weapon that is hate, that is aggression; let's not be the same. Polish women value tranquility; they are the ones who tend to the hearth and home. We have wonderful women in Poland. Educated, wise, intelligent, resourceful. Women who can cope in the most difficult situations; history has taught us this – stated Elżbieta Witek in Sandomierz.

19:51

Witek:

On Sunday, October 15th, Let's Fight for Poland, We Are One Nation

- We do not want to compete, we do not want to prove anything. We want you to trust us, so that we can cooperate for the good of Poland, for the good of Polish families, and for the safe future of all citizens of our state. Because we exclude no one. No one. Because we are one nation, we have one common homeland. This homeland is Poland. That is why on Sunday, October 15th, let's fight for Poland – said Elżbieta Witek in Sandomierz.

19:51

Witek:

We Live in a Country That Cares for Everyone. We Don't Ask if It's a Child from a Family Voting for Civic Platform or PSL

- We live in a country that cares for everyone. Our programs are aimed at everyone. We don't ask who votes for us. We don't ask if it's a child from a family voting for Civic Platform or PSL. Because children are the greatest good, the greatest good – stated Elżbieta Witek in Sandomierz.

- So let's encourage everyone to go out and vote on October 15th, as many of us as possible. I believe that women can do this. We can mobilize if we know that our future, the future of our children and future generations, depends on it. Let's take responsibility for them. And remember that these four referendum questions concern absolutely all Poles – she added.

20:01

Morawiecki:

PiS's Internal Polls are Optimistic. We are Going for Victory and Believe We Can Offer Our Compatriots a Third Term
- They are optimistic [PiS's internal polls]. We are going for victory, we are very close, but at the same time I must tell all our potential voters, those who are undecided, and also those who are wondering whether to stay home, that in many places, mandates can be decided by a millimeter. That's very few votes, 100 votes can decide one more mandate, and 10 more mandates can be a fundamental difference – Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on Polsat News's 'Gość Wydarzeń'. - I believe we are fighting for an independent majority. I still believe that we will be able to offer our compatriots a third term. There are three reasons for this third term: a dignified life for Poles, internal security and security on the borders, and life like in the West, already within reach, but without the problems of the West – he continued.

20:11

Morawiecki:

A New, Great Wave of Muslim Immigrants Threatens Us from the Middle East. Hundreds of Thousands Will Soon March on Europe
- Poland is a safe country today, and our borders are secure. But our security in the longer term will greatly depend on how we approach immigration from the Middle East. I have just spoken with several prime ministers from various European Union countries, literally in the last few days. A new, great wave of Muslim immigrants threatens us from the Middle East. Syria, Lebanon, Palestine – hundreds of thousands of people will soon march on Europe - Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń". - From our allies, we have additional information that this declared jihad, a holy war declared by Muslims in the Middle East, will cause wave after wave. Fighters, Islamic terrorists, will try to infiltrate Europe. Germany is opening its gates wide for them, Brussels is opening its gates wide. The only guarantor that they will not be admitted to Poland is us, it is PiS - he continued.

20:23

Prime Minister Morawiecki in Address: Recent Days Best Showed the Importance of Government-President Cooperation for Citizens
These challenges impose upon us the duty of the best possible cooperation between the supreme state authorities – the government and the president. How crucial this cooperation is for the citizens of our Homeland has been demonstrated in recent days. Within a single day, the government, together with the president, launched an air bridge between Poland and Israel, thanks to which nearly a thousand of our compatriots have returned to their Homeland safe and sound. And the Polish evacuation operation is on the lips of the entire world – stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in his address. Below is the full text of the address. ***** The most important elections in thirty years lie ahead of us. This Sunday, together, we will decide on Poland's future. On October 15th, you will decide the direction Poland will take, not for years, but for decades. We have come to live in troubled times. We all see what is happening beyond our eastern border. We see a massive influx of illegal immigrants into Europe, and we have also recently seen another installment of the conflict in the Middle East. This conflict could cause another wave of migrants to head towards Europe. Among them will be individuals associated with terrorist movements. And the Polish evacuation operation is on the lips of the entire world. I mention this because in Sunday's elections, you will also decide whether, in these difficult times that demand great responsibility, the government, in agreement with the head of state, will care for Poland and its citizens, or whether it will seek any pretext to provoke chaos in the state and initiate a destructive "war at the top" that will harm our country. Let us be aware that after Sunday, the campaign emotions will subside. But the challenges facing Poland will remain unchanged. Recent global events show that in Sunday's elections, we have the opportunity to choose representatives who will secure our most important Polish interests. And by participating in the referendum, we have a chance to obligate all politicians to safeguard Poland's raison d'état! Together, we can decide whether we want a continuation of the policy that has proven itself in good times, as well as in more demanding times. Together, we can decide whether we want a government that cares for Poles, which, when necessary, fights for Polish affairs on the international stage without complexes. I will personally help to assure you of two things that were beyond the reach of our predecessors and most governments after 1989. Firstly – for us, the residents of Poland will always be the number one priority in the state budget, not foreign interests. For us, Polish families, children, and seniors will always be the most important. And secondly, regardless of what crises come to Poland from abroad – and there have been many in the last three years – the Polish state will bear them. It is thanks to Law and Justice that Poles today have a reduced retirement age, unemployment is at an all-time low, and money, instead of going into the pockets of VAT mafias, flows into the budget and from there into the pockets of ordinary citizens. It flows to thousands of municipalities for local investments. Poland has changed beyond recognition. We have built a social policy from the ground up, symbolized by 500 plus, and from January, 800 plus. The fruits of growth have begun to be shared equally. We have bridged the division into Poland A, B, and C. Investments with a Polish flag have appeared even in the smallest towns and in the Polish countryside. The scale of expenditure on defense, investments, police, healthcare, and other areas of social life is record-breaking. And at the same time, we have the lowest unemployment and taxes in the history of the Third Republic. We all want to live in Poland like in the West, but we also want to avoid the mistakes the West has made. We know this is possible, provided we do not stray from the chosen path. Poland is an important member of NATO. Today, we are building the strongest land army in Europe. We are developing our strategic alliance with the United States in the areas of military, nuclear energy, and large-scale investments. From this place, I want to thank you for the trust you have placed in Law and Justice over the past years. Not everything has been done perfectly, but I believe that we have learned from every mistake and will do everything we can to avoid making them. I encourage all of you to vote on October 15th – both in the elections and in the referendum. Let the only emotion that guides us be love for Poland. It is through love for Poland that we will choose most wisely – for ourselves and for future generations of Poles. Let's fight for Poland. It is worth it! Fot.

Morawiecki Asked About Potential Coalition with Confederation: "Theoretical Considerations. Any Configurations are Discussed When Parliamentary Arithmetic is Known."
- All coalitions are discussed the day after the elections. This is an old, well-known political principle - Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events). - These are all theoretical considerations today [a potential post-election PiS-Confederation coalition]. Simply put, any configurations are discussed when the parliamentary arithmetic is known - he continued.

20:26

Morawiecki:

It's a shame Marshal Grodzki decided to be an MC in Tusk's little theatre
- It's a shame Marshal Grodzki decided to be an MC in Tusk's little theatre. I thought it would be a speech [yesterday's address] worthy of the Marshal of the Senate, but in reality, it seems the speech, the text, was brought to him in an envelope - Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said on "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events) on Polsat News.

20:31

Kaczyński:

I Don't Want to Lead Poland Out of the EU, Besides, I Can't

- Even if you asked me this for the thousandth time, you would get the same answer – I don't want to lead Poland out of the European Union, and besides, I can't. I am the chairman, but at the same time, first and foremost, a member of a party that was in favour of joining the European Union, and voted for it in the referendum. But which, under its previous name, Porozumienie Centrum, was the first in Poland to put forward the postulate of Poland joining, not the European Union at the time, but the EEC, and has been striving for it all along – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in the TVP Info program “Gość Wiadomości”.

20:34

Morawiecki on Generals' Departure: Someone Who Makes Such a Decision Four Days Before the Election Must Realize They Are Playing in Tusk's Orchestra
- Poland's security is not based on the personalities of one or two people. Poland's security is based on a strong Polish army, on us acquiring new soldiers, new weapons, on us having a doctrine of defending every centimeter of Polish land - said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News. - Today I have rather not the best opinion of them [Rajmund Andrzejczak and Tomasz Piotrowski], because someone who makes such a decision four days before the election is someone who must realize they are playing in Tusk's orchestra - he continued. - I don't know [if they reached an agreement with the opposition] - he added.

20:36

Kaczyński:

The campaign from our opponents was incredibly vulgar

- It was very hard-working, but unfortunately, from our opponents' side, it was also incredibly aggressive. But something more needs to be said. It was simply incredibly vulgar, and that's truly something enormously worrying, sad, because it signifies the degradation of our society, our nation, and it's a completely deliberate degradation. Appealing to the worst social groups - stated Jarosław Kaczyński on TVP Info.

20:38

Kaczyński:

Poland's Borders Are Secure Today, But We Are Only Halfway Through Building the Polish Army

- Poland's borders are secure today, but it must also be clearly stated that we are only halfway through building the Polish army; we have almost doubled its numbers. We have a lot of modern weaponry in Poland, but we must significantly increase this army, not just double it, but increase it further. At the same time, we must have a large portion of the ordered, partly paid-for weaponry here in Poland, simply in military units. This will still take some time - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in the program "Gość Wiadomości" on TVP Info.

- I would like all of this to be finalized by 2027, because that is the year of the predicted invasion of Taiwan. It could be a moment when something very bad might begin. Then, to avoid the misfortune of war, we must be strong, because the strong are not attacked - he added.

20:39

Morawiecki:

I Made My Wealth Before Entering Politics, While Tusk Makes His Wealth FROM Politics
- I left behind the golden thrones of banking, I left millions, and I did it to serve Poland, to serve public affairs. And Donald Tusk left Poland to earn millions. I made my wealth before entering politics. He makes his wealth FROM politics. That is the fundamental difference – Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki stated in “Gość Wydarzeń” on Polsat News. - My entire fortune has been absolutely displayed in my financial statements for 8 years now. Tusk is bothered by the fact that I simply did not go into politics for money – he added.

20:45

Kaczyński:

We Seriously Count on Citizens Participating in the Referendum, Ensuring Turnout
We seriously count on citizens participating in the referendum, ensuring turnout. As for the result, I have no doubts, as long as that turnout is achieved - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in the program "Gość Wiadomości" on TVP Info.

20:53

Kaczyński:

The point is not to be persuaded into this boycott, because it is a boycott of one's own rights

- The referendum is the most democratic mechanism contained [in the Constitution of the Republic of Poland.] By itself, it puts them in a politically dishonest position, not to use harsher words. It's not worth listening to dishonest people. Secondly, this is precisely an opportunity to express your opinion, to influence reality - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in the program "Gość Wiadomości" on TVP Info.

- The point is not to be persuaded into this boycott, because it is a boycott of one's own rights - he added.

20:56

Morawiecki:

The Only Person with Great Experience in Leading Countries Out of the EU is Tusk, Who Led Britain Out
- The only person who has great experience in leading countries out of the EU is precisely Donald Tusk. He led Great Britain out of the EU. He also contributed to this. It is worth looking at the facts, it is worth looking at what the English say – stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń". - We are in the Union, we want to be in the Union. We are a state that is pushing its way in the Union, fighting for its interests. Not everyone likes this. Not everyone likes the fact that for the first time ever in history, we have a great chance to catch up with those in the West, and what does that mean? We are pushing their entrepreneurs out of some sectors, we are becoming more competitive, more productive. Not everyone there likes it, but it is worth fighting for, because this is a goal that will serve all Polish families. And this is the big difference between us and Civic Platform, which actually operated under Berlin's dictation - he continued. - Donald Tusk once told the truth, when he provided his bank account number in Brussels for them to transfer money to him. So when he says it's a lie, it means it's the truth – he added.

21:00

Morawiecki:

Ukraine's Victory is Our Victory Too. Therefore, We Will Strive to Arrange Cooperation with Them in the Agricultural Sector
- Where the interests of Polish farmers were at stake, we told the Ukrainian agro-oligarchs "no". But generally, we are aware that Ukraine's victory in the war with Russia is, of course, also our victory. Therefore, we will strive to arrange cooperation, mechanisms of cooperation with them in the agricultural sector. In order to eliminate any problems between us - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News. - We have not been transferring weapons for quite some time now. Our hub near Rzeszów serves as a transshipment point for weapons flowing mainly from the United States and Western Europe. Our role was essential at the beginning of the war, when Kyiv was besieged from all sides - he continued.

21:27

Zandberg:

We want a Poland where there is solidarity, the ordinary, everyday, human kind
- We want a Poland that will be truly free. We want a Poland that will truly be democratic. A Poland that truly respects human rights. A Poland in which we care for each other, look after each other. In which there is solidarity, not the kind written with a capital 'S', not the kind from historical academies, but the ordinary, everyday, human kind. We can build such a Poland together - said Adrian Zandberg in Warsaw. - We want a Poland with a 35-hour work week and we will achieve this. [...] We want a Poland where the nightmare experienced by hundreds of thousands of young people, who have to give 70, 80% of what they earn for renting a tiny room in big cities, will end. We can end this, we can launch a large public housing program. Build rental apartments, apartments for rent in large, medium, and smaller cities and end the housing crisis in Poland. We will do it - he continued.

21:27

Hołownia:

We've stood firm and are in a place where we feel the wind is no longer in our face, but at our backs
- We've been traveling with this Third Way since June. We were just summing it up. We strained our voices, we wore out our shoes. We seem to have done, perhaps, everything that could be done, and above all, we have stood firm, we have persevered. Do you remember how many twists and turns there were, how much pronouncements there were that nothing would come of it, why two parties, why a program, why this, why that? We have stood firm and are in a place where we feel the wind is no longer in our face, but at our backs - stated Szymon Hołownia in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

21:28

Biejat:

We Have a Chance to Bring Them All Down, Fighting Everywhere to Snatch 1-2 More Seats from PiS and Confederation
- We said we had to defeat Confederation, and we managed to overtake them. This is thanks to you, thanks to your effort. And we are on the final stretch. We have a chance to bring them all down. Everywhere: in Krakow, in Poznan, in Gdansk and Wroclaw, and Chelm. We are fighting to snatch one more seat, maybe even two, from PiS and Confederation – stated Magdalena Biejat in Warsaw. - We want a Poland where women will not have to be afraid. They will not have to be afraid of the police. They will not have to be afraid to go to a hospital where they will receive good gynecological care and free, legal, and safe abortion. And we know that you want this too – she added.

21:29

Tusk:

The news that there's no money for army salaries because it was spent on party picnics sounds like a grim joke
- As I was coming to see you, I was reading something that sounds like some kind of grim joke. This information, that there is currently no money for army salaries because the money was spent on party picnics, on those picnics that were supposed to help PiS stay in power. You know, on those events where various Błaszczaks and Morawieckis were photographed against the backdrop of Polish uniforms, even though just a few months ago they were capable of spitting on that uniform, blaming soldiers, on officers of the Polish army, for their own neglect, for their own cowardice, for their lack of responsibility - Donald Tusk said in Płońsk.

21:36

Tusk:

Morawiecki Dares to Scare with Terrorists While Letting in 400 Suspects on Polish Visas
- Prime Minister Morawiecki dares to scare with terrorists, he, who let in 250,000 people from Africa and Asia, by selling Polish visas. This prime minister, who allowed, as we are informed by the services of other Western countries, NATO countries, up to 400 individuals suspected of terrorist intentions to enter Poland on Polish visas. And he today uses this argument, scaring the opposition and scaring Europe – said Donald Tusk in Płońsk. - On October 15th, we will vote either for a safe Poland, or for chaos, for the trade of visas, for the betrayal of our homeland's interests and the interests of our compatriots – he continued.

21:36

Czarzasty:

Dividing people is the worst thing PiS does. To bury these divisions, they must be removed from power, and PiS and Konfederacja must not be allowed to hold it.
- We will co-govern. We will co-govern with our partners, with Trzecia Droga and Civic Coalition. We will create a democratic, strong, sensible, predictable government. I promise you this – said Włodzimierz Czarzasty at a rally in Warsaw. - The worst thing PiS is doing in Poland is dividing people, leading to situations where people at the Christmas Eve table, the Easter table, families start to argue, families stop speaking to each other. These divisions will have to be buried someday. To bury them, PiS must be removed from power, and we must never allow this power to fall into the hands of PiS and Konfederacja – he continued.

21:44

Hołownia:

This is also a beautiful moment, because in 2.5 hours politicians are legally obliged to shut up and wait until the people speak on Sunday

- This is also a beautiful moment, because it is a moment in which, in 2.5 hours, politicians are legally obliged to shut up and wait until the people speak on Sunday, until the nation speaks - stated Szymon Hołownia in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

- Together, with respect and calm, we will await what the sovereign in this country will say on Sunday with their great, powerful voice. This is that beautiful moment of silence from politicians and the speaking of the nation and the nation taking the floor. May we not waste this Sunday, may we listen carefully to that voice - he added.

21:49

Żukowska:

In the Democratic Opposition's Coalition Agreement, We Will Guarantee: Rental Housing Construction, Women's Rights, and Marriage Equality
- We can, and are ready to, form a government with democratic opposition groups, which on Monday will no longer be the opposition but a ruling coalition. And we will be there to set the negotiation conditions for a coalition agreement. We would like this agreement to be public, just like in our neighboring country, like in the FRG - where the SPD, in coalition with its partners, has now taken over the government. And in this coalition agreement, we will guarantee: the construction of rental housing, women's rights, and marriage equality. This is what we want, this is what we will ensure, and we will do it – stated Anna Maria Żukowska in Warsaw.

22:28

Kamiński:

We've seen the man whose hand, trembling with hate, could hold our nation's fate in two days; we have two leaders who embody generational change.

- These elections will be about who we want to entrust with responsibility for Poland, and this is very serious now. Imagine this: if it's PiS's third term and there's no Third Way, and a real missile, not with concrete inside but something much more serious, is heading for Poland, and even they find out the missile is coming. We all know that President Duda, Prime Minister Morawiecki, and Minister Błaszczak's first action would be to call the party leader to ask what to do. In the United States, they used to ask themselves the question: do you realize what a person will do, whose hand will hold that phone receiver when the most important call in your country regarding your security rings? And in Poland, we must ask ourselves a much more pertinent question. Will he even pick up that phone? Will he even answer the call? If he doesn't answer, they won't know what to do, and if he does, your fate will depend on his mood, because it could be like two days ago by the monument, or it could be different, but it's a gamble – stated Michał Kamiński in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

- We have all seen the man whose hand, trembling with hate, could hold our nation's fate in two days. And we have two leaders who promise generational change because they *are* generational change. Because they don't remember; when Jarosław Kaczyński entered the Sejm and started arguing in '91, they weren't watching parliamentary sessions, but likely other cartoons. Therefore, by necessity, you don't live through Jarosław Kaczyński's conflicts, and Poland needs change because there's no point in us constantly reliving the same conflicts. Kosiniak and Hołownia are people of a new generation and are for a new generation – he added.

23:05

Kaczyński on Tusk: Let him stay in Sopot, let him finally be a councillor there. It's an important role, and for him, perhaps even Sopot is too big.

- Ladies and gentlemen, I am a better person. Let [Donald Tusk] stay in Sopot, let him finally be a councillor there. It's an important role, and for him, perhaps even Sopot is too big. In any case, he is not suited to governing the state - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Gózd.

The Stubble is Gone, There's a Decent and Prosperous Country Now, and It Will Be Secure in Every Respect. There's One Condition: Tusk Must Not Be Here

- „This is stubble now, but it will be San Francisco.” The stubble is gone, there's a decent and prosperous country now, but it will be very prosperous, very strong, including militarily, and very secure in every respect. There's one condition: Tusk must not be here - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Gózd.

What's Happening in Poland Today is Political Evil, That's Why I'm Convinced All Poles with Open Hearts and Minds Will Vote for Civic Coalition

- Patience has, at a certain point, turned into a will to fight. We, as a nation, are patient people, but if someone truly oversteps, if someone so demonstratively does bad things, if someone steals without any shame, you know, there are limits to how much Poles can endure. They have crossed all boundaries. No one can pretend anymore that this isn't evil. Politically, what is happening in Poland today is evil. And that is why I am convinced that all Polish women and all Polish men who have open eyes, open hearts, decency, and patriotism will vote for Civic Coalition on Sunday. And on Monday, Poland will be free from PiS – stated Donald Tusk in Olsztynek.

After October 15th, Nothing Ends, a Great Thing Truly Begins

- I wanted to sincerely apologize and greet all those I couldn't reach, but I will also visit you after October 15th, because after the 15th, nothing ends, a great thing truly begins - stated Donald Tusk in Morąg.
