- I want to advance the discussion on the need for radical changes within the healthcare system and will present to you four points that we believe should be discussed immediately, without prejudging the outcome of this discussion. I am submitting proposals that go much further than those presented so far, and I am doing so consciously on behalf of the Left Parliamentary Club - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty at a press conference.

- We believe that the maximum remuneration limit for doctors needs to be seriously discussed. [...] I believe the time has come to engage in a discussion about prohibiting doctors from combining private practice with practice in public healthcare facilities - he continued.

- I believe that an analysis must be conducted immediately and reviewed to determine if medical equipment and apparatus are utilized to their full capacity [...]. The fourth point is the enforcement of doctors' working time records - he further stated.

- This is not a witch hunt against doctors. [...] It is not the doctors' fault that this is the situation; I do not blame the doctors and I am not conducting a witch hunt against doctors, but it is high time to approach the functioning of the healthcare system very seriously and very radically and discuss these matters - he added.

- I am submitting these matters for discussion, stating that the Left, within the framework of the October 15 coalition, is ready to support very radical changes in the healthcare system - he emphasized.
