- Our services thwarted the smuggling of almost a ton of heroin. This is the largest operation of its kind in over a decade, the largest drug operation of its kind in recent years. I don't need to tell you what would have happened if such an amount of this terrible drug had hit the Polish market. It is a particularly dangerous, particularly addictive drug, which our services have been dealing with very, very effectively so far - stated Marcin Kierwiński at a press conference.

- We are submitting a resolution to the Marshal's Office and demanding that Mr. Marshal Czarzasty set it in motion so that this resolution is processed at tomorrow's Sejm session. This is a resolution concerning the commemoration of the victims of the genocide committed by Ukrainian nationalists against Poles - stated Przemysław Czarnek at a press briefing in Lublin.

 - This is necessary in light of not only what the Ukrainian side is doing, in light of the glorification of Banderism in Ukraine, not only in light of the glorification also in Poland by certain Ukrainian circles, but also in light of the spitting on Poles and our sensitivities, including historical ones, by Mr. Zelensky, who is the President of Ukraine only because Poland helped Ukraine. - These people, who illegally promoted themselves, will hold me accountable for legal promotions? It's laughable - he continued.

- As a general rule, please, we should explain everything, but in this case, what are we even talking about? We are talking about a situation where I was supposed to agree to some official being promoted to a parallel position, meaning 'promoted', transferred to a parallel position; they claim it's a promotion - said Patryk Jaki on Polsat News.

- In the Prison Service, there are several thousand such promotions annually. And if we were now to hold every minister accountable for their daily work [...] whether they promoted someone well or poorly, it would signify the collapse of the state - he continued.

- In every company, people get promoted; sometimes the decisions are good, sometimes they are bad - he added.

- There are no such decisions regarding any new deputy minister, either in the Ministry of Development or the Ministry of Finance - stated Andrzej Domański in the "Piasecki Conversation" on TVN24.

- At this moment, there are no such decisions. I don't think it will happen today either. We are, of course, open to discussions at all times - he continued.

"I believe he should be fired, he should resign himself, and if not, he should be fired," said Patryk Jaki on Polsat News, when asked if Minister Szeptycki should resign or be fired.

"If someone compares soldiers of the Home Army in this case, truly European heroes like Witold Pilecki, to soldiers of the UPA [...] it is not only a lack of historical knowledge, but it is spitting on one's own nation," he continued.

- Let's remember who this [draft law on ZUS for artists] is for. For the poorest, for those who actually earn the minimum wage, whose income continuity, as is typical in the artistic profession, is very weak, there is no such continuity in reality, there are these periods when there are no contributions. 30% of artists earn below the minimum wage, over 10% have no social security whatsoever, no access to healthcare. These are also young women who, because of this, do not decide to have children - stated Andrzej Domański on TVN24's 'Rozmowa Piaseckiego'.

- So, of course, there was terrible hate, that's a fact. Examples of Ms. Maryla Rodowicz and Mr. Cugowski were cited in the media, but that's not the point. The numbers are completely different, and we need to help those who are currently excluded from the social welfare system and healthcare system in some way - he continued.

- We probably have no other choice, meaning Poland must give some signal that there is no consent for one of the military units to be named after murderers, murderers of Poles - said Patryk Jaki in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on "Graffiti" Polsat News, when asked if he were on the Chapter of the Order of the White Eagle, he would sign off on revoking this distinction from Volodymyr Zelensky.

- As I said, we will analyze the possibilities for 2027 and subsequent years - he continued.

- It was no offer or proposal [to raise the second tax threshold] presented to the Minister of Finance during coalition talks. It was presented on Twitter or another social media platform, and that's what's interesting, because [Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz] and I talk quite often, for instance, about the KPO, certain fund reallocations, but Minister Pełczyńska-Nałęcz never came to me with such a proposal. Of course, she has the right to submit proposals in any way she wishes in the media space - stated Andrzej Domański in “Rozmowa Piaseckiego” on TVN24.

- We know, we have these calculations in the Ministry of Finance, that this proposal, generally speaking, would be an increase of the threshold by PLN 20,000, costing around PLN 11 billion - he continued.

The topic: Artificial intelligence and social media: an opportunity or a threat to youth.

At 5:00 PM in Krakow, a press conference will be held during which Nowa Lewica will announce its candidate for the position of Mayor of Krakow. The conference will be attended by MP Daria Gosek-Popiołek and the Małopolska Voivode's Deputy, Ryszard Śmiałek. The conference will be open to the public.

At 6:00 PM in Gorzów Wielkopolski, a joint rally for residents will be held with the participation of Przemysław Czarnek and Mateusz Morawiecki.

Civic Coalition (KO) and the Polish People's Party (PSL) are also expected to present their candidate for Mayor of Krakow today. RMF FM reported over the weekend that the coalition would back Rafał Sonik, but the Monday presentation of the candidate remains uncertain, as although the Prime Minister stated on Friday that it would happen on Monday, his closest circle currently knows nothing about it, nor does the candidate.
