Błaszczak:

Holland, a figure long associated with Tusk and Civic Platform, is releasing a libel attacking the Polish Army and Border Guard into cinemas
- Do you remember the furious attack by the opposition and its affiliated celebrities on Polish soldiers and officers? It's happening again. Agnieszka Holland is releasing a libel attacking the Polish Army and Border Guard into cinemas - said Mariusz Błaszczak in a spot published on PiS's social media, referring to the film ‘Green Border’. - Who is Agnieszka Holland? She is a person who has been associated with Tusk and Civic Platform for years. Have you heard any voice of objection to this film from opposition politicians? Of course not. On the contrary, Civic Platform invited Agnieszka Holland to their political event, Campus Polska - he continued. - We will not allow the opposition and its celebrities to insult our soldiers and officers. They are the ones who have been exposing themselves to danger for over two years, risking their lives and health, so that Poland remains safe. Soldiers and officers deserve respect for what they do. We stand united behind the Polish uniform - concluded the Minister of National Defence.

10 Million Leaflets - Morawiecki Announces New PiS Campaign Launch
Today, we want to continue our campaign, but in a special way. We want to, and we are naming this campaign also the 10 Million Leaflets Campaign, information packages, because we want to reach 10 million people. Over 10 million people voted for President Duda, over 8 million voted for PiS, and we are aware of the powerful crises that have affected Poland over the last 4 years. But we also hope that through direct contact with Poles, through humbly offering a leaflet to every voter, through conversation, through submitting ourselves to criticism as well, because that is the purpose of these meetings, to show what has been achieved, but also to listen to just criticism, that through all these actions, we will reach people, reach Poles, bypassing the media of the Third Polish Republic, and this is extremely important. This direct contact is absolutely crucial - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki during a statement to the media.

Tuskobus Hits the Road: "We Must Try to Reach Everyone Without Exception with the Truth, Open Debate, and Open Meetings"
- We are setting off on the final leg before the elections, today, with this charming bus. Charming not because of my portrait, but because of its optimistic white and red colors and a big heart - said Donald Tusk during the inauguration of the Tuskobus route. The Civic Platform leader emphasized that the route will last "every day, practically until the election silence". - I am absolutely convinced - especially after yesterday and after the incredibly exciting and dramatic experiences, [...] including with government media - that it is worthwhile and necessary to try to reach everyone without exception, in every corner of Poland, with the truth, open debate, and open meetings - he stressed. - I am also counting very much on your commitment, not on anyone's side, but on the side of truth and reliable information. That's why we have also invited media, female and male journalists, on this journey across Poland. I hope that Poland, including in places where access to information is difficult, will learn the whole truth about recent years, especially the last months of the PiS government. And about this chance for change, for a breakthrough, for a normal Poland - the Civic Platform leader continued. - I am convinced that with the help of our parliamentarians [...] we will convince those who are undecided, and perhaps those who today still want to vote for our opponents - stated Tusk.

07:59

Morawiecki:

Tusk's Return Means Poland Back on a Leash

- Tusk's return signifies Poland going back on a leash, and we do not want Poland back on a leash. Through our campaign, we want to remind people what work was like under Tusk, for 4-5 złoty per hour. Even yesterday in Otwock, I heard - 5.5 złoty per hour. We want to remind people what working until age 67 was like, what Tusk and Merkel's plan to massively let in illegal immigrants to Poland looked like - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki during a press statement.

08:02

Morawiecki:

Holland's Film Is a Preparation for Dismantling the Border Wall with Belarus

- Agnieszka Holland's film is now entering cinemas. A film which, in my opinion, is a preparation for the dismantling of the wall, the barrier on the border. A film that slanders the Polish uniform. With this film, they are going abroad, the salons of the Third Polish Republic supporting Civic Platform (PO), many members of PO, and in this film, there is effectively a harbinger of the dismantling of the wall on the border with Belarus - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki during a press statement.

08:07

Kierwiński:

No Relocation, Different MPs Have Different Opinions. This is MP Łęcki's Opinion, but it's His Private View

- I believe and I have been saying this very consistently all the time that Poles have already shown great hearts, they have shown international solidarity, we have accepted Ukrainians. We helped Ukrainians, and by the way, we also did it in the name of elementary solidarity and our own security. But I believe there is no question of any relocation. I understand that different MPs have different opinions, this is the opinion of MP Łęcki, whom I like and value very much, but it is the private opinion of the MP – said Marcin Kierwiński on PR24.

- First of all, we should have a migration policy at all. I am currently conducting parliamentary inspections in various ministries, and it turns out that Polish ministries completely fail to see who we are admitting. Theoretically, we are opening our labor market very, very widely; these 250,000 for migrants from Asian countries and Africa is a fact; that's how many invitations the Polish government has sent – he added.

Przydacz on US Visit: President Held a Truly Large Number of Meetings

- There are a lot of people, leaders from all over the world. They pass each other continuously in the corridors. There were really a lot of these meetings. The president also met with the UN Secretary-General. A long, exhausting conversation with the President of Turkey. Turkey plays a significant role in the security situation in Europe. He also spoke, of course, with the presidents of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and the president of the Czech Republic. During a reception, with many others. He led a panel where Olaf Scholz and Pedro Sánchez, the Prime Minister of Spain, and Italy's Foreign Minister Tajani, also spoke – stated Marcin Przydacz in an interview with Grzegorz Jankowski on “Sygnały dnia” (Signals of the Day) on PR1.

08:29

Przydacz:

By Attacking Rescuers, Ukraine Is Not Helping Itself

- These are astonishing words, but also unfair at the same time. In my opinion, the Ukrainian authorities are actually pushing away the hands that are helping them. Poland, after all, has played a key role in supporting the Ukrainian state for many months, and by attacking its rescuers, Ukraine is not helping itself. The President invoked a metaphor of a drowning person who also tries to pull down those trying to save them, perhaps not fully considering their specific actions and words. This is how it should be viewed - stated Marcin Przydacz in “Sygnały dnia” on PR1.

- Ukraine is in a much better situation today than it was a dozen or so months ago, but one might think that due to the constant threat and continuous atmosphere of war, they are indeed taking steps that are certainly unfair to Poland, astonishing to many, and personally, I must admit, much stronger words come to my lips, but due to the language of diplomacy, which also binds me, I will refrain to these two adjectives - he added.

08:30

Przydacz:

If there is a high-ranking Russian representative, they will certainly hear strong words
The Security Council consists of 15 states, 5 of which are permanent members. Russia is a permanent member of the Security Council, and whoever represents it there, whether it's the ambassador to the UN or anyone else, they will be a representative of the same Russia. The same Russia that is responsible for the attack on Ukraine, responsible for hybrid operations, for disinformation activities, and this is what the President will primarily speak about here at the Security Council: that a state which was supposed to form the system of global security has become its destroyer. If there is a high-ranking Russian representative, they will certainly hear strong words - stated Marcin Przydacz on PR1's "Sygnały dnia".

Kukiz on Immigrants from Africa and Asia: Radical Regulations Preventing Free Entry Must Be Introduced
- With these immigrants, with these refugees from Africa, from Asian countries, etc., first of all, help should be provided there, while here, radical, perhaps even drastic regulations should be introduced to prevent free entry. [...] First, I will talk about the eastern border. Of course, I note, I emphasize that I am not a proponent of very harsh solutions either, but I perfectly remember the times when for illegal border crossing, where there were no fences, soldiers could shoot [...] it was barely 30 years ago, 40 years ago - said Paweł Kukiz in an interview with Marek Pyza on the TVP1 program "Political Quarter of an Hour". - Suddenly, all of this, as I said, started to completely reverse: no, we are inviting them, Sterczewski is running around [...] This needs to be balanced. It cannot be the case that whoever wants to, just enters - he continued.

08:44

Kukiz on the Visa Issue: Irregularities Could Have Occurred, but Turning it into an Election Campaign is Embarrassing
- Had there not been this fence [on the Polish-Belarusian border], the opposition would certainly have been right that there are, I don't know, half a million refugees from the East or from Africa, etc. in Poland. However, at the moment, I am convinced that these are inflated numbers, because it would be visible on the streets. I travel around Poland, in big cities it would be evident that this mass, as if society here looked a bit different due to these arrivals - Paweł Kukiz said on TVP1. - I do not rule out a situation where some irregularities could have occurred, not necessarily in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but some part of the blame might exist, because as long as the world has existed, people during wartime, during some strange events or extreme events in the world have made money from it and you will always find dishonest people [...] however, turning this into an election campaign, or as they are doing now, plastering themselves with these little hearts, suddenly there are no EU flags, they are running around here with little hearts in white shirts, virgins, purity [...] it's downright embarrassing - he continued.

08:49

Kukiz:

We Must Win This Election, Not Let the Heirs of the Polish Communist Party Take Power
- This is my fundamental grievance with people: have you forgotten what it all looked like 10 years ago? The scale of corruption, the scale of succumbing to absolutely every directive, every order from Brussels, total subservience? You can criticize this PiS, but as I said, there is no other choice in Poland right now, you either choose one or the other - Paweł Kukiz said on TVP1. - We must win this election, not let the heirs of the Polish Communist Party take power - he continued.

08:54

Brudziński:

I'd Rather Misstate a Word at a Press Conference Than Be Wrong About Poland for 30 Years Like Tusk

- I'd rather misstate a word at a press conference than, like Tusk, have been wrong about Poland for 30 years. Millions of Poles have paid the bills for his mistakes. Only Law and Justice will stop Tusk's "Poland on credit" - wrote Joachim Brudziński on Twitter, referring to Prime Minister Morawiecki's slip of the tongue during the morning briefing.

09:08

Morawiecki at a Bakery in Grójec: During the Previous Crisis, Our Predecessors from Civic Platform Boasted About Not Helping Entrepreneurs

- I just wanted to recall the history of the last few years when companies like this could have collapsed due to COVID, the energy crisis, and we always tried to be with them, because companies like national champions are very important, they fight in international markets, but the salt of the earth, the most important part of the Polish economy is precisely these bakeries, confectioneries, such businesses, small and medium-sized enterprises like this one, here in Grójec, which fought for survival during very difficult times, but thanks to our help, it managed to survive the difficult times. Let's recall how it was before, when the previous crisis hit. Our predecessors from Civic Platform boasted that they do not help entrepreneurs. Such statements were made then. For us, enterprises like this are absolutely the most important, they provide jobs in the local market - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Grójec.

09:17

Kamiński Asked if Police Officers Who Detained Gajewska Will Be Fired: No. Police Operate Within the Law

- No. The police operate within the boundaries of the law, based on legal regulations, and that was my opinion in this case. We are in a very heated campaign period, with huge political emotions. The primary task of the police at this time is to prevent political opponents from any physical confrontation, to ensure freedom of speech for all participants and candidates - stated Mariusz Kamiński in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program "Gość Radia Zet".

- We were faced with an absurd situation where a Member of Parliament comes and disrupts a legal assembly, an electoral meeting of their political opponents? Uses a megaphone? Refuses to identify themselves? For God's sake, what standards do we have here? We cannot tolerate this - he added.

09:24

Kamiński:

The Situation Where Any Politician Can Be Murdered Must Never Happen Again in Poland

- As the Minister of the Interior, I cannot allow a situation where, as a result of these heated emotions, various psychologically disturbed individuals emerge. The situation where any politician, regardless of their [political affiliation], can be murdered must never happen again in Poland. We had the cases of Marek Rosiak and Paweł Adamowicz. Such an atmosphere, confrontational, preventing political opponents from speaking freely, leads to the incitement of such individuals, and a sense of mission for psychologically disturbed people ends in tragedy. We cannot allow this – stated Mariusz Kamiński on the program "Gość Radia Zet".

09:26

Kamiński:

The Police Weren't Even Aware. I Probably Wouldn't Recognize Ms. Gajewska Either

- The police weren't even aware. I probably wouldn't recognize Ms. Gajewska either. I don't recall her. I am an experienced parliamentarian, but this lady didn't particularly stand out with her seriousness or political activity. It's hardly surprising that a police officer doesn't recognize the face of an anonymous person to him, especially when this lady refused to identify herself - stated Mariusz Kamiński on the program "Gość Radia Zet".

09:32

Kamiński:

I spoke with the German Minister of the Interior yesterday. I explained the real scale of the issue and debunked the opposition's absurd actions.

- I spoke yesterday with the Minister of the Interior of the Federal Republic of Germany. I explained to her what the real scale of the issue is, and I debunked the opposition's absurd actions, which are harming Poland and our state's image. We also discussed other problems related to the wave of illegal immigration flooding Europe – stated Mariusz Kamiński on the program "Gość Radia Zet".

09:36

Kamiński:

If I remain Minister of the Interior, I will continue to work with Commander Szymczyk with the utmost satisfaction

- If I remain Minister of the Interior, I will continue to work with Commander Szymczyk with the utmost satisfaction. This is a strong point when it comes to the security of our country - stated Mariusz Kamiński on the program "Gość Radia Zet".

10:35

Morawiecki Does Not Rule Out Expanding the Embargo:

I Warn the Ukrainian Authorities.

- I warn the Ukrainian authorities, because if they escalate this conflict in this way, we will add more products to the import ban on the territory of the Republic of Poland - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in an interview with Polsat News.

10:38

Morawiecki Announces Decision on Mortgage Holidays

This decision has already been made. I can share it with you now. Yes, mortgage holidays will continue; we are extending them for the entire next year, but we will be applying an income criterion. We do not want those who are wealthier or more affluent to be able to benefit from them. Those who can afford to repay. Let them repay, but I have instructed the development of such income criteria that will be fair and help Polish families - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in an interview with Polsat News.

10:40

Bielan:

Kyiv's Authorities Make Fatal Diplomatic Mistakes, But It's Ukraine's Problem
The authorities in Kyiv, under immense wartime pressure, are making fatal diplomatic mistakes in their relations with us, but this is Ukraine's problem, as Ukraine will pay for it. As you sow, so shall you reap. We will, of course, in no way limit military aid to Ukraine, because it is a matter of our country's security. Ukrainians, by fighting the Russian invader, are also fighting for the security of the whole of Central and Eastern Europe; nothing will change here. However, on economic matters, we will act accordingly to what Ukrainian politicians are doing, who are under the enormous influence of Ukrainian oligarchs from the agricultural sector. Ukraine must realize that without Poland's support, its rapprochement with the Union will not happen – stated Adam Bielan in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on the program “Sedno sprawy” on Radio Plus.

10:41

Bielan on Zelensky's words: I don't take them personally
We have changed our policy, and we demand from our Ukrainian partners that they enforce our partnership in this regard on the originally agreed-upon issue. The Polish authorities have reacted to this; Ukrainian grain will not be on our market because that is not what we agreed upon. Ukrainians must come to terms with this - stated Adam Bielan in the program “Sedno sprawy” on Radio Plus. I don't take them personally. No nation has shown more solidarity towards Ukraine and Ukrainians than the Polish nation in recent years; President Zelensky has spoken about this many times. However, we support and will continue to support Ukraine in its armed conflict with Russia, but a condition for both the European Union and NATO is to deal with, among other things, the structural problem of corruption, which undoubtedly exists in Ukraine - he added.

10:41

Bielan on Otwock Intervention: No One in Poland is Obligated to Know Who Kinga Gajewska Is

- I do not agree with the assessment that this was scandalous behavior. No one is above the law. A Member of Parliament, when a police intervention begins, has an obligation to identify themselves. On the video posted by the police, it is clearly visible that the officers are asking the MP to identify herself. No one in Poland is obligated to know who Kinga Gajewska is - stated Adam Bielan on the program “Sedno sprawy” (The Core of the Matter) on Radio Plus.

10:45

Grabiec:

Police Intervention Against Gajewska Was Completely Unlawful, Police Behavior Demonstrates Deep Panic within PiS Ranks
- The police intervention [against Kinga Gajewska in Otwock] was completely unlawful, and the fact that the police are lying to citizens, lying to the public in their official statements, indicates that the order for this type of action was given in advance – Jan Grabiec stated at a press conference in front of the Ministry of Interior and Administration building. - For the first time, perhaps since the women's strike, the police are behaving in this manner, which shows a deep panic within the PiS ranks. We will not leave this unaddressed; we demand public information from Minister Mariusz Kamiński, the Minister of Interior, regarding what he intends to do about this situation. Unless, of course, he himself is personally responsible for it. Naturally, we will file a report with the prosecutor's office on this matter […]. Because today in Poland, no one can feel safe. […] And those responsible, the culprits who work in this building [Ministry of Interior and Administration], will bear responsibility, first politically in the elections on October 15th, and then criminally, as they deserve – he continued.

10:50

Tomczyk:

The Case Involving Gajewska Could Have Actually Involved Any Other Citizen
- We are also here to call for the resignation of the Police Chief. General Szymczyk has been in this position for far too long [...]. And today we see how the police operate on political orders. And the truth is that most of the police officers in Poland are not to blame. These people act on orders, these people act on the orders of the authorities, these people act on the orders of Minister Kamiński, Wąsik, or indeed General Szymczyk. But the case that happened yesterday, the case involving MP Kinga Gajewska, could have actually involved any other citizen – said Cezary Tomczyk at a press conference in front of the Ministry of Interior and Administration building.

10:55

Tomczyk:

A Gang Operated within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; These are People Who Should Defend Poland's Sovereignty and Independence, Not Rob It
- These people, whom we will address shortly, claim to be defending the Polish border, while Polish visas could be bought for a few hundred dollars at market stalls in Africa. The truth in this matter will be revealed, and to a large extent, it already has been. But do not be fooled by all these opinions that this is a minor scandal or an unimportant matter. This is not a group of smugglers who organized some contraband. This is a gang that operated within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at the very top of power. These are people who should defend Poland's sovereignty and independence, not rob it of that sovereignty and independence – stated Cezary Tomczyk at a press conference held in front of the Ministry of Interior and Administration building.

11:01

Kierwiński:

For Many Months, a Mafia Operated in Poland Selling Official Documents with Full Political Approval
- For many, many months, a mafia operated in Poland selling official Polish documents, and this happened with full political approval. With full political approval, and I emphasize this with full responsibility. Everyone knew about it, no one reacted to it, and no one in power did absolutely anything. The Ministry of Interior and Administration (MSWiA) also had information, and we will want to check this, to confirm it. We have this information unofficially, that they knew exactly which individuals, including dangerous ones, were entering Poland, and the truth about this is a matter of elementary security for every citizen – said Marcin Kierwiński at a press conference in front of the MSWiA headquarters. - Mr. Kamiński should not hide cowardly in his ministry, but finally come out to the citizens and tell the truth, the whole truth on this matter. The visa scandal will be clarified, we already know most of the threads, by October 15th we will present many new facts, but after October 15th, when Poles dismiss these people, then this matter will be subject to criminal liability – he stated.

11:15

Tusk:

Less Than a Month Left, and Poland Will Breathe Freely Again

- Less than a month left, and it will be possible to breathe freely in Poland again, to open windows and air things out. Women's full rights will cease to be a dream and will once again become our everyday reality - stated Donald Tusk during a press briefing in Kępno.

11:16

Tusk:

We Met a Family, Like Thousands of Polish Families, Suffering Greatly from Forced Expropriations Linked to CPK Plans

- We began our meetings in the Łódź region, where in Brzeziny we met a family who, like thousands of Polish families, is suffering greatly from forced expropriations related to the CPK plans. The hostess of that meeting, Ms. Marzena, a nursery worker in Brzeziny, spoke with tears in her eyes about how they are practically losing their entire life's achievements due to such ill-conceived decisions. Here in Kępno, at this very spot, many women, at the time when this government carried out an assault on the fundamental rights of women, many women protested right here – stated Donald Tusk during a press briefing in Kępno.

11:26

Tusk:

I've Proposed a Debate with Kaczyński for Years, But He Fears It Because It Would Be Broadcast Live

- For many years, I have been proposing a debate with Jarosław Kaczyński in open media, even on PiS television. I have no problem with that, as long as it's live, as long as there aren't constant lies. As you know, the state television does not cover any of our meetings. Kaczyński fears such a debate because it would be broadcast live. Then people who watch lies daily on PiS television would hear the truth - stated Donald Tusk during a press briefing in Kępno.

11:29

Morawiecki at Pionki Hospital: Under PO, it was meant to practically cease to exist
This is not a political meeting. And this reception is connected to the history of this very important hospital, which was practically slated for liquidation, for being shelved, during the PO years, and was meant to practically cease to exist, to be merged with something, and the residents of Pionki could have forgotten about having a beautiful, wonderful hospital here – stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at the Independent Public Healthcare Complex named after Lech and Maria Kaczyński – the Presidential Couple in Pionki.

11:33

Morawiecki:

You Won't See the Truth About Hospitals Under PO in Gazeta Wyborcza or TVN

- You won't read all of this in 'Gazeta Wyborcza', you won't see the truth about hospitals during the PO era, you won't see this on TVN, which is why we've set off on this tour, and today another stop on our tour is Pionki - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at the Independent Public Health Care Complex named after Lech and Maria Kaczyński – The Presidential Couple in Pionki.

11:34

Tusk:

Kaczyński hasn't argued with the Baltic Sea yet, but I'm from Sopot and when I listen to the waves, I see trouble brewing there too.

- We've been in conflict for a few days now, for no apparent reason with Ukraine. With Germany, this Kaczyński has been waging World War III for many months. You know very well what his relations are with the European Union. He hasn't argued with the Baltic Sea yet, but I'm from Sopot and when I listen to the waves, I see that trouble is starting there too - stated Donald Tusk during a press briefing in Kępno.

Baltic Power Secures Financing Agreements for Poland's First Offshore Wind Farm with ORLEN and Northland Power

The ORLEN Group and Northland Power have signed credit agreements to finance their joint project, Baltic Power, the first wind farm to be built in Polish waters of the Baltic Sea. The agreement, reached with a consortium of 25 Polish and international financial institutions, is one of the key elements in the investment preparation process.

– We are finalizing the preparation of a large-scale project that will significantly impact the transformation of Poland's energy mix. Stable financial foundations and extensive international experience in executing major investments enable us to effectively manage this process. Despite a dynamically changing environment, the Baltic Power project is being prepared according to schedule, and we aim for it to power 1.5 million households with clean energy as early as 2026. Securing financing for this project confirms that financial markets also view key investments in ORLEN's 2030 strategy positively – says Daniel Obajtek, President of the ORLEN Management Board.

The total project budget is estimated at approximately EUR 4.73 billion, including investment expenditures with insurance of around EUR 4.05 billion, as well as financing costs and a contingency reserve. Construction of the farm is planned to commence in 2023, its offshore component in 2024, and the investment is expected to be operational in 2026. In the initial 5 years of operation, the Baltic Power project may generate additional average annual free cash flow of approximately EUR 140 million. The loan repayment will be based on future financial surpluses generated by the project. The investment financing will be structured using Project Finance, which is particularly beneficial for investments requiring significant capital outlay and time to reach full operational capacity. The consortium of 25 financial institutions supporting the project includes Polish (including PKO Bank Polski) and international commercial banks, export credit agencies (ECAs), and multilateral institutions, such as the European Investment Bank (EIB), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Euler Hermes, the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark, and Export Development Canada. The project financing covers 80% of the projected total capital costs. The remaining capital will be contributed by the project partners.

– PKO Bank Polski actively participates in financing Poland's energy transformation. The development of offshore wind energy, a crucial element of this transformation, requires appropriate financial resources. As Poland's largest bank, we are ready to support such projects by offering attractive financing in PLN and EUR with long tenors. In this case, PKO Bank Polski's financing amounts to EUR 88 million and PLN 47 million. We thank the investors for their trust. The construction of the Baltic Power offshore farm will significantly contribute to increasing the share of clean energy from renewable sources in the national energy mix – emphasizes Dariusz Szwed, President of the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski.

"Signing the financing agreements for the project is a major achievement for Northland, our partners, and Baltic Power," said Mike Crawley, President and CEO of Northland. "This is a milestone that demonstrates the trust of the international financial community, reflecting their confidence in Northland and our ability to develop, procure, construct, and finance large and complex offshore wind projects. Despite challenges in the offshore wind sector in some markets, Northland continues to find ways to deliver large offshore wind farm projects with attractive economics." The Baltic Power project is the most advanced offshore wind project in Poland. It has secured agreements for all key components – including turbines, offshore and onshore substations, cables, and foundations – along with their production, transportation, and installation. It also holds permits for the construction of the onshore part of the investment and a permit for the construction of the offshore power transmission connection, which will channel energy from the farm to the land. The construction of the Baltic Power offshore wind farm is one of the ORLEN Group's key projects for achieving the strategic goal of 9 GW of installed renewable energy capacity by 2030. The farm will be located approximately 23 km from the coast, off the shores of Łeba and Choczewo, and will consist of 76 state-of-the-art wind turbines, each with a capacity of 15 MW. Upon completion of construction in 2026, the Baltic Power farm will begin producing energy, sufficient to power over 1.5 million households. The ORLEN Group holds over 51% of the shares in Baltic Power. PARTNERSHIP CONTENT

The issuer plans to assimilate this new series with bonds issued in January. Following assimilation, the total value of the issue will reach PLN 3.49 billion, making it the largest series of corporate bonds issued on the local market. – We are ready, we have the competencies and experienced people to conduct the largest transactions on the Polish market for the largest companies. We are particularly pleased when we can facilitate financing for projects supporting the country's energy transformation, initiatives of great value, as in the case of Cyfrowy Polsat – comments Jerzy Kwieciński, Vice-President of Bank Pekao, overseeing the Corporate Banking, Markets, and Investment Banking Division. The bonds will finance, among other things, the implementation of the Polsat Plus Group's development strategy, which includes the construction of assets producing clean energy and green hydrogen, and are simultaneously linked to the Group's sustainable development goals. Specifically, the Group declares its goal to achieve a 30% share of electricity from zero-emission sources (including photovoltaic and wind farms) in the total electricity consumption for the own needs of the four main operating companies of the Polsat Plus Group by 2026. Tusk:

PiS Found It Profitable to Be Slightly Anti-Ukrainian and Launched a Polish-Ukrainian War

Have you noticed that with Ukraine, it's exactly the same as with visas, exactly the same as with the pandemic – this government has two left hands when there's hard work to be done. When it was necessary to help Ukrainians the moment the war broke out, who helped? The government? No, you helped, millions of Polish women and men took on the burden of helping all refugees from Ukraine, and what was the government doing? Two left hands, they were completely unable to help with anything, and they let in 3 million people. When cheap Ukrainian grain started entering Poland, it turned out that some companies, still kept secret by PiS to this day, were making gigantic profits from it, and they said for many months that there was no problem with Ukrainian grain – stated Donald Tusk during a press briefing in Kępno.

PiS opened everything, they controlled nothing, as always, and when they decided it was electorally beneficial for them, because some people are irritated, they feel insecure, the demographic landscape around us is changing, so now they have decided to win through verbal aggression against Ukrainians, but they did nothing to help society when this help was needed. The problem is that they are exceptionally efficient precisely when they can profit from something, which is exactly the same with visas. What they are doing today regarding Ukraine, they did regarding migrants. They were shouting, we won't let anyone in, migrants are a threat to Poland, and it turned out that they let in over a quarter of a million – he added.

Now they have launched a Polish-Ukrainian war, it's a decisive moment in this Ukrainian-Russian conflict, and PiS found that it's profitable now to be a little anti-Ukrainian – he emphasized.

Tusk:

Polish Women Will Never Again Have to Fear Authority

- Some protesting women may have felt alone or isolated, certainly abandoned by the authorities, and at times attacked by them. I want to tell you, because this is very important to me, as of my solemn oath, you will never be alone again. It will never be the case again that a Polish woman has to fear authority, an official, a priest, or a policeman. State authorities, the police, and public institutions are there to care for and help citizens, both men and women, especially when a woman needs such help. At such times, the state should extend its helping hand, not instill fear or uncertainty about your future - stated Donald Tusk during a press briefing in Kępno.

- I want to say something that is very close to my heart, also as a husband, a father of a daughter, and also a grandfather to two granddaughters, and you know how important it is, also for personal reasons, that no Polish woman has to fear in her own homeland anymore. To fear her own state, because that is sick. In reality, the one desire I most often hear from Polish women is for things to be normal, for no one to have to fear anyone, for no one to despise anyone - he added.

Morawiecki:

Today we have 24,000 more doctors and dentists combined than during the PO era. This is a real effect of PiS rule

- Where to begin, where we began after the great collapse in healthcare from the PO era, when they tried to commercialize, privatize, and sell everything off. That collapse had its fundamental characteristic: a lack of medics, of doctors. That's why, from the first months of our government, we started admitting many more students to medical faculties. This required investment, and we made those investments. Here, I want to particularly thank Chairman Suski, because it was with him I spoke in 2016, 2017, and it seems we already have the first medics graduating from the university in Radom too. And how does this look on a national scale? Today we have 24,000 more doctors and dentists combined than during the PO era. 24,000. This is a real effect of PiS rule - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Przytyk.

Morawiecki:

They Only Talked About Digitization, Computerization. In Reality, Tusk is the King of Forms and Stamps, and We Carried Out Real Digitization

- They only talked about digitization, computerization. In reality, Tusk is the king of forms and stamps, and we carried out real digitization. I want to thank especially the current Minister of Digitization, formerly Minister of Health, Janusz Cieszyński, who led the healthcare system from analog to digital times - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Przytyk.

13:40

Fogiel:

PiS Government Invented a Time Machine. Investments That Would Take 20 Years Can Now Be Realized in One Year

- I wanted to draw your attention to two issues. These numbers have already been mentioned, but it's worth emphasizing them, worth letting them resonate. One is the enormous progress in healthcare financing, from 77 billion to 190 billion. But I think even more important and more striking is the amount mentioned by the village mayor. One and a half million in own funds for municipal investments, yet the realization of investments worth 30 million within a year, a 20-fold increase. The Law and Justice government has invented a time machine; investments that would have taken 20 years can now be realized by municipalities within a year, thanks to the manifold increase in the funds at our disposal. It's worth remembering this when we listen to our opponents trying to convince us that local governments are losing anything, that local governments are losing any money – stated Radosław Fogiel in Przytyk.

- This is also an expression of the philosophy and policy that Law and Justice has been implementing from the very beginning. There is no better or worse Poland. There is no Poland A and B. There are not just the great centers. There is the Poland of Przytyk, there is the Poland of Pionki, there is the Poland of Radom, and there is the Poland of Warsaw, Gdańsk, and Krakow, and the residents of these towns and cities must have the opportunity to live at the same level – he added.

13:41

Błaszczak to Tusk and Trzaskowski: You have a moral obligation to apologize to Polish soldiers and officers for everything Ms. Holland is doing with her film.

- When we look at the sequence of events from two years ago, when the November attack in Kuźnica was preceded by an attack on the morale of Polish soldiers, border guards, and police officers, carried out at the time by opposition politicians, mainly from Civic Platform (PO), who were traveling to the border and tried to exert pressure on border guards or soldiers through celebrities. If we compare this with the current situation, i.e., the film, a deceitful film aimed at the morale of Polish soldiers and officers, then we can expect an attack in the near future, focused precisely on the Polish border – said Mariusz Błaszczak in Krynki.

- From this place, here on the Polish-Belarusian border, I would like to appeal to Mr. Tusk and Mr. Trzaskowski. Since Ms. Agnieszka Holland has repeatedly supported Civic Platform, this year she was at Trzaskowski's campus, so she is clearly connected with this political environment, connected with the opposition. I will say this: gentlemen Tusk and Trzaskowski, you have an obligation, a moral obligation, to apologize to Polish soldiers and officers for everything Ms. Holland is doing with her film. I can also say that this film is very useful for Putin's propaganda, for Russian propaganda. It seems that recently no one has done more for Putin in the sphere of propaganda than Ms. Agnieszka Holland – he added.

13:59

Ziobro:

Portraying Polish Soldiers as Bandits and Sadists Echoes Nazi German Propaganda. Sadly, Ms. Holland Has Decided to Continue These Traditions

- Ladies and gentlemen, years pass, but attacks on the Polish army are constantly recurring. The image, the portrayal of Polish soldiers and officers as bandits and sadists is a practice well-known to the propaganda of Nazi Germany or Soviet, Stalinist Russia. Unfortunately, Ms. Holland has decided to continue these traditions in an innovative way. By attacking these young Polish soldiers, for whom we are all overwhelmingly grateful – said Zbigniew Ziobro in Krynki.

- This attack on these soldiers, officers, on their service, will certainly please Putin and Lukashenko. This is evidenced by the fact that Ms. Holland's statements, her film materials, and the announcements of these materials are already being intensely used in both Russian and Belarusian propaganda. But I am convinced that the vast majority of Poles today are with these young soldiers, officers, and female officers, who are guarding our security, in their hearts – he stated.

14:18

Morawiecki:

PO's Program Includes a Point on Returning to a Flat-Rate Health Contribution. This Means Reduced Funding
In PO's program, there is a point about returning to a flat-rate health contribution. What does a flat-rate health contribution mean? It means reduced funding. How do they intend to secure this funding for healthcare? I believe everyone remembers the times of poverty in healthcare and what they led to. Cut funds, forcing district hospitals to self-liquidate - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Przytyk. The return to that contribution has one fundamental goal. To reduce funding, stifle healthcare, and force local governments back to what was the plan of the liberals and Tusk, which was actually implemented in many places, that is, commercialization. Practically, as the residents told me, de facto PO wanted to liquidate the hospital there - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Przytyk.

15:05

Morawiecki:

We Want the Polish Army to Have Effective, Modern, and, Where Possible, Polish Weapons
- Łucznik, a factory that will soon be celebrating its 100th anniversary, a wonderful tradition of the Polish defense industry. You wouldn't want to hear what I heard about the previous attempts to liquidate, parcel out, destroy it, a lack of investment, a lack of capital - Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said in Radom. - This has now changed, there is significant domestic production of weapons, which is needed for the Polish army to be as well-armed as possible. We want the Polish army to have weapons that are primarily effective, modern, but also Polish, where possible Polish. That is why I am happy and congratulate the employees and management that more and more products are being successfully exported. And it would be possible, as I heard, to export even more, if only finally the Polish army, under our government, has started ordering more products of Polish production - he continued.

15:06

Ukraine's Ambassador Urgently Summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Ukraine's Ambassador to Poland, W. Zwarycz, has been urgently summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Ambassador was received by the Undersecretary of State at the MFA, Paweł Jabłoński – informed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement.

“The Deputy Minister conveyed the Polish side’s strong protest against the wording used by President W. Zelensky at the UN General Assembly yesterday, stating that some EU countries are feigning solidarity while indirectly supporting Russia. The Deputy Head of the MFA pointed out that this thesis is untrue in relation to Poland, and moreover, it is particularly unjustified towards our country, which has been supporting Ukraine since the first days of the war.

Deputy Minister Jabłoński indicated that pressure on Poland in multilateral forums, or directing complaints to international tribunals, are not appropriate methods for resolving disputes between our states. He also stressed that these actions will not be effective against Poland, as the measures taken by the Polish government in defense of the interests of Polish farmers are in line with national, EU, and international law. The Deputy Head of the MFA also expressed concern about the public message from the highest representatives of Ukrainian authorities observed recently, which imposes a one-sided perspective on the multifaceted issue of the export of Ukrainian agricultural products to neighboring countries.

Deputy Minister Jabłoński expressed the expectation that both the policy pursued by the Ukrainian authorities and their public communication will reflect the factual nature of Polish-Ukrainian relations, both present and historical, taking into account the unprecedented assistance provided by Poland and Poles to the Ukrainian population and the Ukrainian state, as well as the full spectrum of our good cooperation.”

Morawiecki in Radom: Gentlemen Suggest That a 3 Zloty Pension Increase Under Tusk Was Already Prosperity

- We are here in one of Radom's largest housing estates, I don't know if not the largest. And it's also one of the oldest in Poland, built in the 70s, from the early 70s. But I want to start with something I heard literally 30 seconds ago. Namely, about what the pension increases were under Tusk. Someone here from among you said. One person said 2.4, you said 3 zlotys. A 3 zloty pension increase under Tusk was already prosperity here, gentlemen are suggesting - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Radom.

16:07

Bosak:

Kyiv Got What It Wanted and Wiped the Floor with PiS Politicians Yesterday

- Over a year of building a partnership, so-called partnership, in reality based on delusions, illusions, and the sacrifice of Polish economic interests, as well as political interests, or in the realm of politics, is ending with a spectacular debunking of these myths - stated Krzysztof Bosak during a press conference.

- Yesterday, President Zelensky walked out of Andrzej Duda's speech. We have been accused as a whole state, a state that contributes the most in relation to its GDP, as we discussed yesterday under the Ukrainian embassy, presenting comparisons of aid provided by the Polish state and Polish society to the Ukrainian state and nation. Yesterday, we were accused that the Polish state, in its policy, while protecting its economic interests, represents some interests associated with Russia. Furthermore, Ukraine, instead of cooperating economically with Poland, is deciding on a trade war directed at Poland. That is to say, it is announcing retaliatory tariffs, not abolishing tariffs. Let's recall that the European Union abolished tariffs on Ukrainian products. The Law and Justice government and its representatives in the European Parliament and EU institutions have voted three times this year in favor of this, or have not voted against it in relevant bodies such as the European Parliament or the Council of the European Union, while the Ukrainian side maintains tariffs on products from Poland and is even announcing further ones - he continued.

- This is a complete failure of Polish policy towards Ukraine. It is evident that Ukraine is a partner that not only did not want friendship with Poland, but which simply exploited the PiS government, exploited the president who apparently believed in some personal friendship with President Zelensky. Kyiv got what it wanted and yesterday wiped the floor with PiS politicians. That is the brutal truth; unfortunately, they have been humiliated, and along with them, as representatives of the Polish state, the entire Polish state has been humiliated - he emphasized.

16:09

Bosak:

Konfederacja Demands Ukraine Accept Embargo and Withdraw WTO Complaint

- We are not proponents of spoiling relations with any state or nation, but we must have a sense of our own dignity and we must pursue a policy of national interest and economic benefit. Therefore, we demand specific things. We demand that Ukraine accept the extension and expansion by Poland of the embargo on Ukrainian agricultural products. At the same time, we believe that the transfer of Ukrainian products should be facilitated as much as possible, but not the flooding of the Polish market and the destruction of the Polish economy. Secondly, we demand the withdrawal of the complaint to the World Trade Organization by the Ukrainian state. A ridiculous complaint, which partners do not file against each other. Thirdly, we demand the cessation of the introduction of an embargo on products from Poland. We believe that just as the EU market was opened to Ukrainian products, similarly, the Ukrainian market should be open to Polish products – stated Krzysztof Bosak during a press conference.

- If this does not happen, we believe that we must start playing hardball. Playing hardball in the way that Ukrainian oligarchs and the politicians representing them from President Zelensky's government do. This means we must issue an ultimatum – he added.

16:38

Kaczyński:

This is an encouragement for Poland and other European countries to be flooded with people. We say a firm 'no'

- The only thing they can resort to, that is lies, lies, and again lies. This is an encouragement for Poland and other European countries to be flooded with people who are lured by the prospect of living better here, but who very often live in ways that are indifferent from the perspective of an ordinary citizen. I want to say this clearly - we say a firm 'no' - stated Jarosław Kaczyński during the PiS regional convention.

16:45

Kaczyński:

This is a Return to Relocation, Meaning Forced Transfer of Those Currently on Lampedusa to Poland

- Ms. von der Leyen recently announced 10 points; 8 of them are, let's say, EU narratives without much practical significance. But two of them are simply a return to what was rejected in 2018. Rejected largely thanks to Poland, thanks to the firm policy of our government. This is a return to relocation, a return to relocation which means nothing other than a situation where those currently on Lampedusa will be forcibly brought to Poland - stated Jarosław Kaczyński during the PiS provincial convention.

16:46

Kaczyński on Holland's Film: A Disgraceful, Obscene Libel, Part of the 'Industry of Contempt' Towards Poland

- We still have a scandal that amounts to a disgraceful libel, an obscene one, fitting into what could be called an industry of contempt towards Poland. It concerns Agnieszka Holland's film. The aim is to insult the Polish uniform, Poles, to turn the defense, the honest defense of the Polish border, a European border, an EU border, into a crime. In whose interest is this, what does it stem from? I do not hide the fact that if I can say that I can easily decipher Tusk's motivations, then I do not fully understand Ms. Holland's motivations - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Wrocław.

16:47

Kaczyński:

Tusk is a man incapable of saying 'no' to the EU

- Tusk is a man who is incapable, and has constructed his party through dictatorial methods, such that this party is also incapable, even on such a matter, of saying 'no' to the European Union. It must say 'yes' against Poland's interest, against everything that we are simply entitled to - stated Jarosław Kaczyński during the PiS provincial convention.

16:53

Kaczyński:

We Want and Will Remain in This Front of Support for Ukraine

- We have been helping from the very beginning. In the initial period, regarding military aid, meaning through arms deliveries, we were ahead of everyone. We also helped as individuals, as both governmental and local authorities, we did, I repeat, everything we could. We also did this later, when various others, with varying intensity and at different turning points, joined in somehow. We want and will remain in this front of support for Ukraine - stated Jarosław Kaczyński during a regional PiS convention.

16:53

Kaczyński:

There were exactly 268 visas, not 250 thousand

- These visas that this lady was shouting about were 268. Exactly. Not 250 thousand. So they are magnifying it about a thousand times. When it comes to scandals involving truly large sums, one could say billions and tens of billions, then in that regard they are really excellent specialists - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Wrocław.

16:56

Kaczyński:

Do You Want Polish Agriculture to Disappear? Well, Civic Platform, Which Is Attacking Us Now, Apparently Does

- Do you want Polish agriculture to disappear? Well, Civic Platform, which is attacking us now, apparently does - stated Jarosław Kaczyński during the provincial convention of PiS.

17:06

Kaczyński:

Tusk Said Poland Would Have to Face Consequences for Refusing the First Relocation, Which Was Ultimately Halted in 2018

- Well, Tusk once said that Poland would have to face consequences for not wanting to accept that first relocation, the one that was ultimately halted in 2018, as I've already mentioned. He was the President of the European Council at the time. Tusk said that these people, who under specific circumstances – because they are not like those who cross the Mediterranean – these are people brought in by Lukashenko and Putin, that these people are poor individuals looking for their place in life, and we, the bad Poles, don't want to let them in – stated Jarosław Kaczyński during a regional PiS convention.

17:22

Trzaskowski:

We Propose a Health Center in Every County
- We propose that there be a health center in every county, where everyone can receive the most important advice, diagnostics, and medical assistance. See how this differs from the vision offered by the ruling party today. They have some enormous plans, some unbelievable plans of creating the world's largest airport, and digging through the Vistula Spit - said Rafał Trzaskowski in Zduńska Wola.

17:29

Trzaskowski:

Today's authorities are trying to force their way into our lives, teach us how to live
- Today's authorities are trying to force their way into our lives. They are trying to teach us how to live. I don't know if you've seen it, they can even access information that should be secret, about our health, in order to demonize someone. They are constantly attacking women, hitting them with batons in the streets at the moment when they are trying to fight for their rights - said Rafał Trzaskowski in Zduńska Wola.

17:33

Trzaskowski:

The head of the National Bank of Poland cannot be a political commissar
- If we want to fight inflation, if we want to fight this incredible cost of living, then we must approach this problem systemically, and above all, the head of the National Bank of Poland cannot be a political commissar who only and exclusively follows orders that come from the party - said Rafał Trzaskowski in Zduńska Wola.

18:04

Tusk:

Today Kaczyński uttered a string of completely nonsensical sentences, implying Tusk is similar to Hitler
- On my way here, I heard that Jarosław Kaczyński started saying something – about me, of course, because they are fixated on me – he started telling very strange things again. He used to speak in a rather disciplined manner; even if he lied or insulted, he constructed logical sentences. Today, he uttered a string of completely nonsensical sentences, implying that Tusk is similar to Hitler, that the European Union, Brussels, Berlin, Moscow are one big conspiracy against Poland. Foolish things, which can be terrible in their political consequences and are intended by the author to humiliate his main opponent. Comparing someone to Hitler – I don’t need to convince anyone that even from Kaczyński’s lips, this can be shocking – Donald Tusk said in Leszno.

18:05

Tusk:

What Kaczyński and PiS are doing could lead to Poland being not only isolated but again cut off from the rest of the world

- We have achieved a Europe without borders. What Kaczyński and PiS are doing today could lead to Poland being not only isolated but again cut off from the rest of the world due to their, in this case, not even stupidity, but greed and this visa scandal, which has many aspects, including corruption - stated Donald Tusk in Leszno.

18:06

Tusk:

No Orthodox Aversion to Civil Partnerships within the PSL. I Discussed It with Kosiniak

- I am not sure that I will find within myself the power of arguments that will allow me to convince people from other political parties about various projects, but as I spoke with, for example, the leader of the PSL, there is no such orthodox aversion to civil partnerships there. For fairly obvious reasons, historical ones, the PSL is already in part a historical formation and is based on rather conservative environments in a cultural, civilizational sense. I am not saying that this is a bad thing, I am just stating an objective fact, so they are certainly very cautious on issues related to the cultural transformation we are witnessing in the world and in Poland - stated Donald Tusk in Leszno.

- It seems to me that if some extreme representatives of this debate from the left and right do not quarrel, if within the democratic camp there is the capacity for a sensible project, not a manifestation of radical views, but a project according to which civil partnerships will become not only a fact, but will also be accepted within the legal system and also in social emotions - he continued.

18:06

Tusk on Civil Partnerships: "Something Inside Me Says We Are One Step Away"

- Something inside me tells me that we are already one step away from this and that in this matter, we will probably manage to build a consensus, an agreement in such a way that the improvement in this area of life would be very noticeable for everyone interested in the issue of civil partnerships. I am a moderate optimist here - stated Donald Tusk in Leszno.

18:17

Tusk:

When I was Prime Minister, my apartment was never guarded by swarms of police, and public television was most critical of me
- The facts are probably indisputable that when I was Prime Minister, my home in Sopot was never guarded by swarms of police, not even when PiS organized protest rallies there - and when I was Prime Minister, public television was most critical of me. Restoring media freedom and restoring the rank of the police service can be achieved truly overnight. I am convinced that the departure of PiS will also mean freeing the police from these party-related tasks, which they are also heartily tired of - said Donald Tusk in Leszno.

18:30

Tusk:

Kaczyński is a Coward

- As you know, he is running away and will certainly not agree to this debate with me. I know why and it's not just that he's afraid. Yes, he is a coward. Kaczyński is a coward - stated Donald Tusk in Leszno.

18:32

Tusk:

Formally Duda is President, I Question the Fairness of Those Elections. But I Don't Want to Start Any Revolution
- I am aware that formally – there are decisions of the National Electoral Commission for that, there is the issue of a decision or lack of a negative decision from the court – formally speaking, of course, President Duda is the president. I do not question that. I question the fairness of those elections, and this is not just my opinion. […] These were free elections, whoever wanted to run could, people could vote, no significant, large-scale falsifications were found, but these were not fair elections. The use of wiretaps, surveillance against the opposition, the infamous Pegasus against leading opposition politicians, the seizure and use of public media for party propaganda, state resources – all of this caused […] that these elections were unfair – said Donald Tusk in Leszno. - I do not want to start any revolution. What happened, happened, we must wait for the next presidential elections. I am convinced that because PiS will no longer be in power, these presidential elections will be fair. So I am completely calm about the outcome of future elections – he added.

19:24

Kaczyński:

Merkel Once Signaled a Great March on Europe, and Now Von der Leyen Is Doing It

- Once Angela Merkel signaled a great march on Europe, and now Ms. von der Leyen is doing it, because what does it mean to announce relocation under severe financial penalties? It means telling human smugglers, including human traffickers, yes, that's what we need to call it, that business will continue, and therefore it's worth doing, it's worth risking – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Opole.

19:28

Morawiecki:

We want life in Poland to be like in the West, but without the West's mistakes
- We want life in Poland to be like in the West, but without those mistakes that exist in the West, without illegal immigration, without threats to life and health - Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said in an interview with Piotr Witwicki on the program "Gość Wydarzeń" Polsat News.

Kaczyński:

Germany Secretly Dreams of Returning to an Agreement with Russia, as Only with Russia Can They Rule Europe

- They have their representative here, Tusk, precisely. There was a reset with Russia here, then times changed, but Germany remained. And secretly, of course, Germany still dreams of returning to an agreement with Russia, because only in an agreement with Russia can they rule Europe, and that is how it is currently. And one can be for or against this - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Opole.

Morawiecki on Polish-Ukrainian Relations: They are in at Least a Difficult State
- They [Polish-Ukrainian relations] are in a state, I would describe it, at least difficult after the recent statements by the highest officials and the President of Ukraine; we absolutely disagree with such statements. [...] I would remind President Zelensky that just a few dozen hours after Russia's attack on Ukraine, I went to Berlin and told the German government and society there that those five thousand helmets must be some kind of joke. [...] Today, we perceive such words as doubly unfair and we definitively reject them, which is why our Minister of Foreign Affairs summoned the Ukrainian ambassador to explain to him that Poland will always defend its interests when it comes to agriculture, because that is what the dispute is about - said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Polsat News.

19:36

Kaczyński:

Tusk Wants Poland to Deviate from its Development Path

- There is such a party, and this party essentially boils down to one man – Tusk. Well, Tusk wants this, because Tusk needs it for something. Tusk is carrying out a certain task, a task from Brussels, but in reality, it's from Berlin. Weber is his boss. Well, this task is to ensure that Poland, which is developing very well today, well, that Poland deviates from this path – said Jarosław Kaczyński in Opole.

19:37

Morawiecki:

I Regret Ukrainian Oligarchs Pushed Their Grain onto the Polish Market, But There's No Threat Now as We've Blocked Imports
- I regret that Ukrainian oligarchs, without regard for the interests of Polish farmers, started pushing their grain onto the Polish market. They caused a price collapse, and we had to guarantee a price of 1400 [złoty] per ton for Polish wheat. That was in the spring, we have fulfilled all our promises, and I don't see a threat from Ukrainian grain now because we have blocked these imports - stated Mateusz Morawiecki on the program “Gość Wydarzeń” on Polsat News.

19:38

Morawiecki:

We are warning Kyiv not to play tunes that were immediately picked up in Poland by so-called Russian trolls
- We are sending words of caution in the direction of Kyiv, so that they do not play tunes which have de facto been immediately picked up here in Poland by so-called Russian trolls, by all provocateurs who are pleased that this seed of discord has been sown between our states - said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Polsat News.

19:41

Morawiecki:

I Must Stand Up for the Polish Farmer
- This September 15th has once again divided us all here, but I must stand in the interest, in defense of the Polish farmer, and this interest will certainly always be the most important to me - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Polsat News.

19:43

Kaczyński:

They Dare to Lie to Our Faces That the So-Called Scandal Concerns 250,000 Visas, While Tusk Seems Very Tired, as It's Already 300,000

- They dare to do various things, for example, they dare to lie to our faces that this so-called scandal concerns 250,000 visas, while it seems Tusk is already very tired, because now it's 300,000, as it's multiplying for him. Meaning, last night, we accepted 50,000. That would indeed be impressive - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Opole.

19:44

Kaczyński on Holland's Film: An Organized Attack, an Operation to Force Poles to Surrender

- An organized attack is being carried out here. Because I don't believe this was just something from Ms. Holland's heart. It was planned, it is an operation, an operation to force Poles to surrender – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Opole.

19:46

Morawiecki on Migration: Wake Up, European Politicians, Before It's Too Late
- I agree with Italy that it is crucial to address the problems at their source, meaning to prevent uncontrolled migration. Through these coast guard ships that will guard territorial waters so that foreign boats cannot enter that territory. This is how we protected ourselves for hundreds of years; the sea was a very good barrier against enemy attacks - stated Mateusz Morawiecki on Polsat News. - In this case, it is very often stimulated by Moscow, the instrumentalization of illegal immigration and the attack of people on our continent. There are 1,460,000,000 people there, and in the European Union, 440 million people. Really, wake up, European politicians, because it might soon be too late - he added.

19:52

Kaczyński:

Petru Said Everything Must Be Privatized, Including Orlen

- Laughs aside, but he [Ryszard Petru] said exactly what I mentioned. That everything must be privatized, that Orlen also needs to be privatized. Grabowski said the same. Perhaps not as directly, but Belka said something similar. He's simply a bit wiser than them and therefore can wrap it up in cotton wool a bit, but these are indeed the threats I spoke of and which are worth remembering - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Opole.

19:57

Morawiecki:

Orlen Today, Thanks to Financial Strength from Integration, Can Offer Very Low Gas Prices
-- Orlen today, thanks to its financial strength through integration, which was carried out very efficiently, can offer very low gas prices, and I am very happy about that – stated Mateusz Morawiecki on Polsat News. -- I don't really understand it, I don't know what these propagandistic statements from Civic Platform were supposed to mean. It is not true [that Orlen is engaging in the election campaign] and I can only say that I remember the Civic Platform's time, I burst out laughing when they showed me reports of how Tusk responded somewhere that he could swear that public television criticized him the most. Honestly, I thought I would burst out laughing, so that's how much truth there is in that statement – he added.

20:02

Morawiecki:

Where Did the Money from the Sale of National Assets and Pension Funds Go?
- Civic Platform had 57% [of public debt] and they had to quickly steal the Open Pension Funds, take the Open Pension Funds, so as not to exceed the constitutional threshold, and additionally sell off national assets. I am asking: and where did that money from the sales and from the Open Pension Funds go, for any social programs, or for the 13th and 14th pensions? I don't recall - Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said on Polsat News.

20:10

Morawiecki:

Tusk Admitted He Has No Idea About Economics
- Mr. Budka and Mr. Tusk have no idea about this, and besides, Mr. Tusk honestly admitted in his book "Szczerze" [Honestly], I think, that he has no idea about economics, because the best proof of this is that the European Commission, rating agencies, or financial markets, which I know very well, look at the debt in its entirety, absolutely not even a single zloty can be hidden there, because they look at every type of debt - said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki on Polsat News.

20:11

Morawiecki:

What credibility does a party that raised VAT have in lowering it?
- The Platform's program is a 5-6 page document, someone printed it out for me, 5-6 pages, they had eight years [...] What credibility does a party that raised VAT have in lowering it? Didn't Tusk say: we will lower VAT, dear Poles, then he came to power and raised VAT. Is that serious in this context? - Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said on Polsat News.

20:28

Morawiecki:

Trzaskowski is Simply Tusk's Puppet

- Rafał Trzaskowski is, quite frankly, Tusk's puppet. And if all Poles want to see what kind of traffic jams would occur in Poland, what kind of economic standstill, they should come to Warsaw and see not only how they managed those Czajka sewage leaks, Warsaw's sewage, but how they manage traffic today. Trzaskowski is simply Tusk's puppet - stated Mateusz Morawiecki on Polsat News.

20:29

Morawiecki on Tusk: He's Not Doing Well, I Think They'll Replace Him with Trzaskowski

- We are not afraid of anything here, but I truly believe there is such a plan by Civic Platform, just like 3.5 years ago. They replaced Kidawa-Błońska with Trzaskowski. Similarly now, Tusk, he's not doing well. Tusk is now running as the presumed candidate for prime minister; I think they will replace Tusk with Trzaskowski because he is doing very poorly in this campaign. The changeover was supposed to happen long ago, they were supposed to overtake Law and Justice. Meanwhile, it's evident they are doing worse and worse, so they will likely make this change. I am convinced that just as President Andrzej Duda won then, we too will calmly handle such a replaced version now - stated Mateusz Morawiecki on Polsat News.

20:38

Duda:

Transit of Ukrainian Grain Through Poland Continues Uninterrupted. We Just Don't Want It Flooding Our Market

- It is in our interest that Polish farmers are safe and can calmly carry out their tasks. We are self-sufficient in food, we have our own grain. A situation where millions of tons of grain from Ukraine are poured onto our market is, from our point of view, an unacceptable situation. I observe with regret this complete lack of understanding, all the more so, and I strongly emphasize this, it is very unfair to accuse us of having introduced some kind of blockade - stated President Andrzej Duda in the program "Gość Wiadomości" on TVP Info.

- The transit of Ukrainian grain through Poland is ongoing. What's more, the amount of grain being transited is much higher than, for example, at the beginning of this year, precisely through the creation of efficient transport and transit corridors. As a result, this grain goes out into the world. We just don't want it flooding our market - he added.

20:39

Duda:

We Want Ukraine to Survive and Save Itself

- Every country has its interests. We, as Polish authorities, have an obligation to primarily look after Polish interests, and we have been doing so from the very beginning. The aid we sent to Ukraine, I'm thinking primarily of military aid, was aid that stemmed primarily from the calculation of our security. We would like Ukraine to survive, we would like it to save itself. Without the support that Ukraine received from Poland and other NATO countries, it would probably have fallen under the Russian attack over a year ago - stated President Andrzej Duda on the program "Gość Wiadomości" on TVP Info.

20:43

Duda on Zelensky's words: That's too far

- Ukraine has received a lot of help and support from allies and neighbors. It is regrettable that such words are directed at those who supported them on the UN forum. That's too far - stated President Andrzej Duda on the program 'Guest of Wiadomości' on TVP Info.

20:48

Duda:

Poles Travel the World and See the Effects of Thoughtless, Foolish Migration Policies
- Our Polish stance, especially the stance of myself and United Right since 2015, has been clear – we approach this rationally. […] People expect a rational approach. Those who truly need help should receive it, but Poles know how to work hard and they value those who are also ready to work hard. If they see someone coming only to receive benefits, to improve their living conditions without incurring any cost, meaning without putting in any effort, they say "no" – said President Andrzej Duda in "Gość Wiadomości" on TVP Info. - If they see someone trying to harm them, like the Belarusian regime, which is pushing illegal migrants towards our border and trying to create a migration crisis here, then Poles say a definitive "no". I am enormously grateful that they support our Border Guard every day, all the officers and soldiers who are carrying out the duties of defending the border of the Republic of Poland and the EU. Poles today are also open to the world, they travel all over the world and see the effects of thoughtless, foolish migration policies, which actually lead to crisis situations, increased threats in countries, and to streets becoming dangerous - he continued.

20:56

Duda:

There were big discussions that we should have more referendums - here you go, there's a referendum. I count on Poles participating en masse
- On the Polish political scene, there were big discussions that we should have more referendums, that access to referendums should be easier, that it should be easier to hold these referendums - here you go, there is a referendum. I count on our compatriots participating en masse in this referendum and simply expressing their opinion - said President Andrzej Duda on TVP Info's 'Gość Wiadomości'.

21:06

Duda:

It wasn't the opposition, but Polish services, for which the government is responsible, that uncovered the suspicious visa procedure
- It was none other than Polish services, operating under the auspices and supervision of the Polish government, that uncovered a potentially dangerous, suspicious visa procedure. It is they who are conducting the proceedings in this matter, and it is as a result of these proceedings that anyone, including the media, learned that there was an issue. […] I emphasize this with all my might. It wasn't the opposition that uncovered it, it was the Polish services, for which the government is responsible, that uncovered it - said President Andrzej Duda in TVP Info's "Gość Wiadomości".
