On Thursday, PiS announced that it was suspending the campaign to present individual points of its program, which had been ongoing since Monday. Instead, the ruling party will present "Tusk's Specifics."

- On page 17, it says: "Salaries in the budgetary sphere, frozen due to the crisis, will begin to rise again." I would like to remind you that the base salary amounts in the state budgetary sphere were frozen by Civic Platform and Donald Tusk until 2015, thus much longer than the crisis lasted - he continued.

- 1.8 million people live in extreme poverty. Extreme poverty is something I think you and I rarely see. It's less than PLN 600 per person per month. A month ago, I paid PLN 640 for medication, per month, and I can afford it. Among these people are 350,000 children. Tell those people, from the perspective of a well-paid journalist or politician, not to raise the minimum wage. - Beata Maciejewska has been suspended from her membership in the New Left party, and thus from the ability to run for office, by the party authorities. This is because we received information, myself, Robert Biedroń, Adrian Zandberg, Marcin Kulasek, recordings with the information that there is more. These recordings indicated that we should proactively refer this matter to the prosecutor's office, which we did. It concerned money, among other things - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM.

- We are considering every option. However, there are no plans for a coalition with anyone outside the democratic opposition. This is our basic, foundational scenario – stated Jan Grabiec in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News's “Graffiti”.

- I don't know what will happen with Konfederacja after the elections. It is burdened with so many question marks that talking about it is more like fortune-telling than building political scenarios. Allow me to refrain from weaving these scenarios. What is important is that a PiS-Konfederacja alliance does not emerge, because it would be lethal for Poland. Sometimes Konfederacja members have interesting ideas, for instance concerning tax reform, at least in part, because sometimes they are crazy and detached from reality. But if they enter into a coalition with PiS, they will soon be voting for 1500+ because the leader says so. And if they don't, perhaps a government can be formed, even a minority one, that will allow PiS to be removed from the levers of power which are being abused today and are making the elections unfair – he continued.

- Donald is the host of this march. I would dream of the Polish opposition standing together and saying in one voice that we will co-govern. We asked Donald Tusk to define the organizational principles, we are waiting for that meeting - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM.

- [At Saturday's Civic Coalition convention] there will be very concrete solutions to Poles' daily problems, which can be implemented or launched within the first 100 days, or 3 months of governing. This is precisely what we are aiming for – not to discuss grand visions or strategic programs, because after 8 years of PiS rule, after Morawiecki's plan, after the Strategy for Responsible Development, and various other drafted plans like the beautiful-sounding "Apartment Plus," Poles know that these things simply don't get realized, that all those programs intended to last 8 years were a sham. After all, after 4 years, PiS said, 'Give us another four years, and we'll deliver everything we promised 4 years ago.' Eight years have passed, and they're saying it again – 'Give us another 4 years, and we'll deliver what we promised 8 years ago.' You can't operate like that - stated Jan Grabiec on "Graffiti" on Polsat News.

- This is unserious on two levels. Firstly, because after 8 years of governing, and with PiS having had an undivided majority, one would expect that before the elections, the ruling party would account for their actions, especially for what didn't work out, because people see and feel what did work. As for what didn't work out, people would like to know why, why there aren't those 100,000 or a million apartments that were supposed to be built, and I think a reckoning is a condition for the sensible functioning of power at all. Instead, we're dealing with a staff game, a tug-of-war. And let's add to that Tusk; in fact, if we looked at PiS's election campaign over the last 4-5 months, this pre-campaign, they mostly talk about Tusk and Civic Platform. They don't talk about themselves, about what they will specifically do - stated Jan Grabiec on Polsat News's "Graffiti".

- In reality, the only concrete programmatic proposals this year have been presented by Donald Tusk. Whether it's the 'babciowe' (grandma's allowance) or the 0% mortgage issue, or solutions concerning the tax system. Only the opposition has been formulating a program for the future, while the ruling party aims to somehow reach the elections. It's evident that this brawl with Civic Platform serves to get to the elections without accounting for what they have done - he added.

The gastronomic brand of ORLEN Group – Stop.Cafe – has launched on the Hungarian market. This is the sixth market where this format will be present, following Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, and Lithuania. 11 outlets have been opened at stations located on the busiest routes, with another 6 to be established by the end of this year. In total, nearly 2,200 Stop.Cafe points are already operating within the ORLEN Group network, with approximately 20% located in foreign markets.

With ORLEN Group's entry into the Hungarian market, the concern is also introducing its gastronomic brand there. This is part of the retail segment development strategy, which involves unifying the European network and increasing non-fuel sales. Currently, 79 ORLEN stations operate in Hungary, and the concern ultimately plans to open 143 facilities in this market. As the network develops, more Stop.Cafe outlets will be consistently opened. ORLEN Group's entry into the Hungarian market was made possible by the merger with LOTOS Group and the exchange of some of its stations for foreign facilities.

The newly opened Stop.Cafe outlets in Hungary are located on the country's major transportation routes – along the M1, M3, and M7 motorways. They offer, among other things, hot dogs, sandwiches, healthy drinks, and coffee. The offer also includes the chain's own brands and Polish products, such as confectionery and juices.

Currently, 2,198 Stop.Cafe outlets operate in Europe, including 426 in foreign markets. Outside of Poland, the largest number of Stop.Cafe points – as many as 342 – operate in the Czech Republic, 48 in Slovakia, and 29 in Lithuania.

The ORLEN Group's strategy until 2030 assumes that the concern's network will comprise 3,500 facilities, 45% of which will be located in foreign markets. The ORLEN Group's European network will also feature over 10,000 alternative fuel charging points. At the end of the second quarter of 2023, the total number of ORLEN filling stations was 3,157, with 1,919 in Poland and 1,238 in foreign markets. Upon finalization of the transaction announced by the concern to purchase 266 stations from the Austrian fuel chain Turmöl, the number of ORLEN stations will amount to 3,423.

- We, at Poland 2050, in the Third Way, say – this must change. It will change immediately after the elections. We will abolish this idiotic pseudo-health contribution introduced by the Polish Deal; it will be paid as it was paid before. It will be deductible from tax. It will be a reasonable tool, a tool for shaping the state. VAT will be paid on invoices that have been paid. We will introduce ZUS holidays, because it is more beneficial for the state to help by not having people pay ZUS for several months than to keep them unemployed. - A moratorium on raising these taxes until at least 2026. Today, the Polish economy, Polish business, need predictability and calm. We need to know the horizon within which we will invest our money. Tax changes that occur at the pace PiS is making them, new taxes and contributions. During PiS's rule, several dozen new burdens, taxes, and contributions, various types of levies, were introduced. People who take out loans for their businesses, who plan a business plan for the next year, years, are unable to keep up today (...). We say, there will be no such increases in order to calm the situation. We must clean up the state, we must recover the money that PiS is currently defrauding on various types of megalomaniacal projects, on various ideological stories - he added.

– The memo, which journalists recently obtained, a memo from a conversation between Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Chancellor Merkel from March 11, 2011, is scandalous. This is a matter of fact, this memo reveals the behind-the-scenes conversations and relations between the Polish government and the German government, and the nature of Donald Tusk's relationships. During the conversation, which took place in 2011, the Chancellor suggested strengthening Europe's global competitiveness. As stated in this document, it would be advisable, among other things, to link certain socio-economic changes to a given country's retirement age, including its demographic situation – stated Rafał Bochenek at a press briefing.

– PO politicians said before the elections [in 2011] that they did not see the need to raise the retirement age. It was after this conversation between Donald Tusk and Chancellor Merkel that, a few months later, they presented a bill that stipulated raising the retirement age to 67, for both women and men – he continued.

– This is the difference in policy-making, the policy that was conducted until 2015 and the one that is being conducted now by the Law and Justice (ZP) camp under the leadership of our leader, Prime Minister Kaczyński. The era of calls from Berlin, the era of calls from Moscow has ended. It will not be the case that any politician in Poland will make decisions at the expense of the interests of Polish citizens based on external interests, certain external pressures, because everything indicates that the retirement reform was previously consulted and agreed upon to some extent with a representative of the German government. Poles did not know about this, they were not informed. It was all done behind closed doors, in the privacy of offices, and they found out about it when the bill was submitted to the Sejm and was gallantly passed by PO and also PSL – added the PiS spokesperson.

- We appeal for a substantive, concrete, programmatic conversation. Tomorrow, precisely in Końskie, we will hold such a debate with Poles, in effect presenting the results of our months-long work and travels across Poland. The comprehensive PiS program will be presented in Końskie in the Świętokrzyskie region, with the participation of our leader, Jarosław Kaczyński. This will not only summarize the proposals made in recent days but will also introduce new ones - stated Rafał Bochenek at a press briefing.

– The fact that Mr. Grabiec sees common points in the programs of PO and the Confederation doesn't really surprise me. The Confederation directly communicates that the 13th and 14th pensions should be abolished, along with ZUS, KRUS, and likely NFZ, if I recall correctly from the statements of politicians or candidates of that party for parliament. They dislike social programs, they want to abolish public healthcare, introducing vouchers for medical services. This will lead to a state of affairs that PO politicians also desire, meaning a state where you're on your own, we'll sell off everything, we'll abolish everything public, and the weakest will essentially be left to fend for themselves. This is where it's all heading – a state for a narrow group of elites. This is the policy that PO has de facto implemented for years – stated Rafał Bochenek at a press briefing.

- It's worth remembering September, because another anniversary is coming soon. The proposal of Mr. Kaczyński's 'Five', a five against farmers. Remember, dear residents of the countryside, who proposed this 'Five' and who voted for it. We blocked it together with organizations, unions on the streets, but also in the Senate - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

- In fact, there is a crisis in every agri-food sector. There is no food security. The proposals coming from Brussels by the PiS Commissioner for Agriculture are horrendously stupid and damaging to Polish agriculture. In the face of war, they want to limit agricultural production both in Poland and in Europe – he added.

- Three guarantees from PSL within the Third Way (TD), within the electoral committee under which PSL is running. Firstly, stopping the uncontrolled influx of grain and other products, including soft fruits, from Ukraine. Stop this situation. Stop the uncontrolled influx of food from Ukraine. We do not agree to the building of a new oligarchy in Ukraine. We do not agree to being treated in such a way that solidarity is not two-way. We give a lot, and on the other hand, there is no such response. This situation threatens agricultural security – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

- The second matter is the introduction of the definition of an active farmer. Real farmers today are undervalued, they are kicked in the shins, their legs are tripped. It is getting harder for them day by day (…) Immediate launch of European funds, introduction of the definition of an active farmer. Special support for real agricultural producers and maintaining principles for those who treat agriculture as an additional element, an additional activity – he continued.

- The third thing, the third guarantee from PSL, the third guarantee from TD. No restrictions on agricultural production, on agro-food production here in Poland, or in Europe, no restrictions. No decrease in this production, only an increase (…) The countryside must retain its rural character, this is our very important message – he added.
