The ruling party is organizing a convention on Saturday, but Jarosław Kaczyński in Kielce announced the presentation of individual program points starting today.

- Starting tomorrow [Monday], we will be presenting the PiS program, or rather its important points. The program, as is customary with us, covers a vast range of matters, sometimes even quite detailed ones. Such is the tradition of our party, but there are points worth presenting, worth highlighting, because they are truly significant - said the PiS leader.

At 9:15 AM in Rokiciny, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki will participate in the inauguration of the 2023/2024 school year.

At 10:00 AM in Jawor, Sejm Marshal Elżbieta Witek will participate in the solemn start of the 2023/2024 school year.

At 10:00 AM in Sosnowiec, a presentation of the New Left's Sejm election candidate list will take place, led by New Left co-leader Włodzimierz Czarzasty.

At 10:30 AM in Warsaw, a press conference of Lewica will be held with the participation of Magdalena Biejat, Agata Diduszko-Zyglewska, and Adrian Zandberg. Topic: Time for the de-Czarnkization of schools.

As announced by PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński, today the ruling party began presenting its “new specifics for the next term”.

- Over 8 million Poles live in large panel housing estates […] The whole of Poland should be friendly to people. We don’t want better and worse districts. We want residents of these estates to have the best possible standard of living and housing – says Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in a recording published on the party's social media.

- We didn’t want a division into Poland A and Poland B, and we’ve done a lot here. Now we want the highest possible standard of living for people living in large panel housing estates – the head of government continues, announcing the “Friendly Estate” program.

- Our program must mean a breakthrough for the residents of these estates. Revitalization of thousands of buildings, new thermal insulation, modern elevators, new parks and recreation areas for families – he listed.

- No more shabbiness and doors taped shut with adhesive tape. Only the PiS government will realize such an ambitious project – he concluded, referring to a situation from a few years ago when Rafał Trzaskowski, as a candidate for the mayor of Warsaw, taped shut the door in a room of one of the capital's residents.

- Jacek Czaputowicz's discourse on this subject and the comparison to Belarus is already the realm of madmen. We have a living democracy in Poland, strong, pluralistic media, and a strong opposition. There is no possibility of some dictatorial exploitation of information related to whether someone obtains a card or not, against people who vote, and such comparisons are simply absurd, said Piotr Gliński on RMF FM.

- Liberals, but how different they are, I would say, because until recently it would have been difficult to imagine them in one place, as they were in completely different places. Ryszard Petru resigned from his membership in Nowoczesna on Saturday, submitted the relevant documents, and his application to join our party will be considered this week. I am very happy that Ryszard Petru will join Szymon Hołownia's Poland2050. Artur Dziambor has become a member of the Polish Coalition, he was nominated by PSL. - I think these are two very significant reinforcements. It was not by chance that we showed, presented these two candidates precisely at our convention in Katowice, to show that the Third Way (TD) is the center, the place where important politicians are joining. Who see in us, in the Third Way, in this alliance of Poland2050 and PSL, a force that is fighting today for the very important third place in this autumn's elections - he continued.

• If the election results show that it [Civic Platform] is the largest democratic opposition party, then there is a certain logic to it, but it is not a foregone conclusion. It is not automatic [that Tusk will become Prime Minister after an election victory]; it is not in the constitution, nor in any written or unwritten rules. This would be a subject of our discussions. The staffing of the Prime Minister's position in Poland has varied - he stated.

- In Końskie, we will soon, in a few days, have our PiS convention. But already today, we are unveiling the first point of our grand program, because the program for the next 4 and 8 years is complete. It consists of many points, we will not present all of them. We want to show Poles the most important ones. And among these most important, the first significant point is precisely a huge change for residents living in housing estates, in large panel buildings - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Tomaszów Mazowiecki.

The first element of the program is to be the construction of elevators.

The second point is garages and parking spaces for residents. 

The third point is thermal insulation.

The fourth point is significant investments in infrastructure, various types of installations, i.e., estate revitalization.

The fifth point is photovoltaics.

The sixth point is acoustic renovations.

The seventh point is green architecture, playgrounds, play parks, small squares.

• Our offer, our program is primarily aimed at people, at residents, but it is known that we need to cooperate with local governments, housing cooperatives, and housing communities. These are the three main, so to speak, types of entities with which we want to cooperate very closely. We are already doing this now (...) This program will consist of financing from national, governmental, and budgetary sources – that's the first part. The implementer of this program will be BGK, which has already paved the way in implementing this type of program. We call them strategic investment programs. These are all those programs, dear compatriots, that you see when you travel around Poland, when you drive around Poland, when you walk around our cities and villages, where you see plaques with the white and red flag and the Polish coat of arms. This is money taken from tax criminals, from VAT mafias, which unfortunately ruled undivided during the Civic Platform era in the grey economy and drained funds from the budget - said Mateusz Morawiecki in Tomaszów Mazowiecki.

- We want to plan the program for at least 10 years, because we know that it is a multi-year program depending on the funding capabilities. Whether we can continue to govern as PiS, because in our times public finances are in order, there is enough, there is enough for all goals. In the times of our predecessors, we know what Tusk said, where are those buried funds he asked, and Rostowski said, "There is no money and there won't be." Well, all residents across Poland, think now, do you want such a team, "there is no money and there won't be," Donald Tusk, or do you want a team that, as the name implies, rolled up its sleeves and we simply fixed this budget system in the Ministry of Finance - said Mateusz Morawiecki in Tomaszów Mazowiecki.

- The history of preparing this act is very long, as it began in 2017, precisely with a meeting we had at the Presidential Palace with Professor [name] and Minister Marek Balicki. It was then that we discussed it for the first time, and I heard from them about this very urgent, extremely pressing need to create such a special regulation, by virtue of which it would be possible to create a geriatric care network in Poland. It was then that I also saw in black and white the data on how the situation looked at that moment and how it would look in the future. Today, four years after that moment, we can already say that in Poland, there are 2.7 million people aged 75+, which is 7% of citizens, mostly women, and that their numbers will increase. Experts estimate that in 2040, this will be about 14% of citizens, and in 2050, it will be 16.5% of citizens - stated President Andrzej Duda during the ceremony of signing the act on special geriatric care.

- There is no doubt that so far, there has been too little geriatric care, this special, dedicated, specialist care, in Poland. There are only 64 geriatric wards for the entire country. If we divide this by voivodeships, it comes out to only 4 wards per voivodeship. There is no even distribution; in one, the Silesian Voivodeship, there are 10 such wards, but in another, there are only 2. Therefore, it is certainly not a number that would be sufficient to ensure this geriatric care - he added.

- We want to have as many of these centers as possible. We hope that soon, within the framework of the act's functioning, in the first few years, over 300 such centers will be established throughout Poland. They will be coordinated at the voivodeship level but created at the powiat level to ensure the greatest possible accessibility to these centers - he continued.

- I see no point in it, because Donald Tusk will lie there, just as he lied before, so why give a platform to someone who is like that snake, so they can repeat their lies? - stated Piotr Müller in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.

- The German newspaper 'Die Welt' is writing about this, apparently, which, amidst the successes of the Polish economy, sees these successes precisely in the very good education of Polish children. Even the Germans notice this, they emphasize that things are good in our schools. Indeed, they write in superlatives, but for ZNP, TVN, and WP, it doesn't matter. All that matters is Tusk's victory, and Tusk will not win because he kept Polish schools in poverty, did not invest in Polish schools, in the upbringing of children - stated Przemysław Czarnek on the program 'Gość Wiadomości' on TVP Info.

- You wouldn't be afraid if you were Tusk or Kosiniak-Kamysz and introduced an increased retirement age to 67 under Merkel and Germany's dictate?
