At 10:00 AM, Prime Minister Donald Tusk will participate in a meeting with regional governors.

At 12:00 PM, during a special committee session to consider bills concerning the right to abortion, a discussion will be held on a parliamentary bill to amend the Penal Code – in practice, this is a proposal from The Left club.

President Andrzej Duda will attend the meeting of Presidents of the Bucharest Nine countries, which will take place in Riga, Republic of Latvia. At 9:38 AM Polish time in Riga, a statement from the head of state to the media is planned, and at 9:40 AM – a meeting with the presidents of Latvia and Romania.

At 10:00 AM, the official welcome of participants arriving for the summit will begin, at 10:20 AM a group photo is scheduled, at 10:30 AM – the president's participation in the opening session, and at 10:40 AM – participation in the first session.

At 11:55 AM, PAD will meet with the NATO Secretary General, and at 1:40 PM he will participate in the second session. The last item on the agenda is a meeting of the presidents with the media and the NATO Secretary General – at 3:00 PM Polish time.

In Białystok, a summit of the parliamentary speakers of Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Ukraine is being held with the participation of the Marshal of the Sejm, Szymon Hołownia. The welcome is scheduled for 9:15 AM, the meeting of the speakers – for 9:30 AM, at 10:50 AM – a family photo, at 11:20 AM – another meeting, and at 12:35 PM – a joint press statement. The last item on the agenda is a lunch hosted by the Mayor of Białystok, Tadeusz Truskolaski, at 2:00 PM.

- Polish soldiers have the right to use weapons against individuals who destroy our border fortifications, illegally cross the border, and do not obey orders. If we agree that weapons cannot be used, and I will remind you that we have various types of weapons, for example, we have smoothbore weapons, long-range stun guns, which could be used. Apparently, we are 7 or 8 years behind Hungary – stated Krzysztof Bosak in a conversation with Bogdan Rymanowski on Radio Zet.

- We have truly gigantic neglects, and both the previous and current governments are flexing their muscles before the public, while soldiers and Border Guard officers are underequipped and lack adequate support, and this creates a bad atmosphere - stated Krzysztof Bosak on Radio Zet.

- Yes [we will support the government's project regarding the use of the army on the country's territory without declaring martial law or a state of emergency], we need to refine the regulations. The National Security Bureau (BBN) also submitted such regulations in the previous Sejm term, and interestingly, the ruling majority from PiS and Jarosław Kaczyński himself rejected these regulations. Now suddenly everyone is interested, which also shows the hypocrisy of politicians - stated Krzysztof Bosak on Radio Zet.

- In my opinion, no. We have a majority, and this majority is stable. If this majority falls apart, then in my opinion there should be early elections and the public should decide again. In my opinion, all discussions of a coalition with PiS in a leading role and swaying someone from the current coalition partners are pure fantasy - stated Krzysztof Bosak on Radio Zet.

- I am not interested in any deals, I am interested in implementing our program. The time for that was when PiS had a majority in the Sejm and could have implemented whatever they wanted, because they also had their own president. Back then, they even rejected our amendments and imposed the harshest media censorship on us, harsher than on PO, and I will remind you that they promoted the Left when it was an extra-parliamentary formation - stated Krzysztof Bosak on Radio Zet.

- A very symbolic victory for Donald Tusk over PiS after 10 years, it gives wings, it gives more energy. It shows what the voters' expectations are, it shows that voters expect even stronger, tougher accountability, not as a political vendetta, but in the name of restoring normality in Poland – said Marcin Kierwiński in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- The fact that normal procedures are in place and the Border Guard informs relevant units is really not unusual for the Minister of the Interior not to know about it. I, as a minister, probably don't know and my predecessors and successors probably don't know about many things that are happening. - Białystok has become a place that is, in a sense, symbolic. It's a rather ominous and at times disheartening symbolism. We are talking here not only about illegal immigration, but also about other tensions and threats stemming from the aggressive policies of our eastern neighbours, Belarus and Russia. Here, in Podlasie, in Białystok, many of these problems are focused like in a lens for obvious reasons. But I would not want any of you, the voivodes from other provinces, to think that this full mobilization of state administration only concerns the border provinces on the eastern side. This morning, together with Minister Siemoniak, I visited the local delegation of the Internal Security Agency (ABW) - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a meeting with the voivodes.

- The situation is such that it requires your full concentration, that of your officials, and your and my experience. Mine, truly many years of it from the previous two terms, leads to one truth. Minister Siemoniak recalled today, and our reflection from the times of dramatic events many years ago, that a voivode proves themselves in crisis situations, that your mission, your service, does not consist of routine administration from one to one, but of constant readiness to respond to crisis situations - he continued.

- Today, we must realize that in connection with the war in Ukraine and Belarus's aggressive policy on the border, we are facing a real threat related not only to disinformation and cyberattacks but also to physical acts of sabotage and diversion across the country. That is why your presence here today is so important, so that we can say very clearly and strongly that being a voivode today means something different than it did a few years ago, that you must be ready for truly intensive work in the area of broadly defined security. Today, there can be no other priority, neither for the central government, for the government, for the EU, nor for regional, local, state, and self-governmental authorities, than broadly defined security - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a meeting with voivodes.

- The fact that in just these past few, dozen weeks we have arrested 10 people directly involved in acts of diversion and sabotage in Poland, and that we have reasons to believe these are not the last such incidents, shows how important and somewhat different from the past is your mission as heads of government administration in your respective voivodeships - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a meeting with voivodes.

- If on October 15th you had offered me election results such that Tusk is 0.9% ahead of us, but the December 13th coalition collectively has 209 seats, I would have taken it blind. The election results are what they are. Instead of decreasing, we increased our percentage support, and Tusk 'ate' the appetizers. - Since gaining full sovereignty, the Republic has never been in such a difficult position, linked to hybrid attacks and the war in Ukraine. With everything happening in cyberspace, with enormous attacks on the border, which in recent weeks have taken on the dimension of organized groups attempting to cross the border and attacking Polish officers and soldiers. This is the greatest struggle the Polish state has waged for its security and its future since the end of World War II – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

- Firstly, regarding the entire electoral triple jump, two of the TD's jumps went very well, one worse, and this must be clearly and explicitly summarized. Without our result in 2023, PiS would not have been removed from power, without votes for TD. We would not have won in many local governments two months ago, when we received 14%. I will remind you that we have over 70 provincial councilors as TD, and thanks to these councilors, a coalition other than PiS may be possible in most regional assemblies – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

- The Council of Ministers has adopted a resolution that clearly states the East Shield is becoming a binding project for the Republic of Poland, and Poland will ensure a minimum of PLN 10 billion for its implementation. In the coming days, we will appoint a steering committee, which will consist of representatives from individual ministries dealing with this matter, so that we can commence implementation as quickly as possible. The planning of the East Shield has been underway for many weeks at the General Staff – stated Cezary Tomczyk at a press conference.

- The Prime Minister, before a meeting with voivodes today, visited an ABW delegation, noting the intention to reinstate the 10 ABW delegations abolished by Prime Minister Szydło's government. They will begin to function again from July 1st – stated Tomasz Siemoniak at a press conference.

- Today's meeting with the voivodes very strongly highlighted their role. Voivodes are representatives of the government in the field; today this means a complete focus on security matters, and the prime minister has obliged the voivodes to cooperate closely with all services, as well as with local governments, because everyone is responsible for security today – he continued.

- During the PiS government's tenure, the Military Police handcuffed detained soldiers over FIVE HUNDRED times. No one was outraged, there were no sensational articles, no one demanded the resignation of the Minister of Defence, and the president did not convene the National Security Council. We believe that Russia has repeatedly violated this founding act, rendered it void, and there is no point in returning to it. And I can say this – as I stated yesterday, this matter requires a calm and very factual analysis, and that's how it should be handled. Please remember that the military present at the border consists not only of soldiers who are currently carrying out patrol duties on the border but also of the Military Police, which is also part of the military and is also present at the border. Therefore, we discussed this issue – stated President Andrzej Duda during a meeting with the presidents of Poland, Latvia, and Romania, and the NATO Secretary General, with media representatives.

- I appeal to everyone for calm regarding this matter, because many rumors and untruths are appearing about how the soldiers were detained. This matter is being analyzed. Regarding the issue of informing, we also discussed this with the leadership of the Ministry of National Defence (MON) and with the command of the Polish Army. And appropriate conclusions in this regard have been promised to be drawn. Suitable provisions will also be included in the proposed new legislative solutions – he continued.
