Bogucki on the Necessary Counter-signature of Tusk:

This Will Also Be a Certain Test.

- I am not directly responsible for matters of orders and decorations in the Chancellery. However, if one looks at the structure of the president's decree on awarding orders, it is a presidential prerogative directly derived from the Constitution. And here, the president acts independently - stated Zbigniew Bogucki in the "Morning Ring" of Super Express.

- However, if there were to be a decree concerning the revocation of the Order of the White Eagle as a result of a decision by the chapter of this highest Polish decoration, it seems that this is not directly indicated in the constitution, and in this case, the prime minister's counter-signature would most likely be needed - he continued.

- This will also be a certain test of whether the prime minister, if such a formal path is chosen, will sign such a decree, or counter-sign such a decree of the President of the Republic - emphasized the Head of the President's Chancellery.
