At 8:15 AM, the Sejm's Constitutional Accountability Committee will review – in a closed session – the statutory conditions for a preliminary motion to bring former Minister of Justice, Zbigniew Ziobro, to constitutional and criminal accountability before the State Tribunal, as requested by the Marshal of the Sejm.

The Sejm will resume its proceedings at 9:00 AM with a two-hour voting block, during which, among other things, a resolution commemorating the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States of America will be adopted.

Members of Parliament will also vote on a presidential and parliamentary proposal to introduce a ban on keeping pets on leashes, specifically addressing the issue of dogs kept "on a chain".

A government draft bill concerning the status of a next of kin in a relationship and a cohabitation agreement, along with its implementing provisions, will also be put to a vote.

Towards the end of the voting block, a motion filed by private prosecutor Dorota Schnepf, represented by attorneys Wojciech Łączewski and Justyna Borucka, requesting the Sejm's consent to bring MP Zbigniew Ziobro to criminal accountability, will also be voted upon.

At 11:00 AM, the Sejm will hear a report on the Republic of Poland's participation in the European Union's work during the period of July-December 2025. At 12:30 PM, there will be a report on the activities of the Ombudsman and the state of observance of freedoms and human and civil rights in 2025.

The Sejm has adopted a resolution concerning Polish-American relations and the commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States of America.

230 MPs supported the bill on the status of the next-of-kin in a registered partnership and cohabitation agreement, while 198 voted against and 1 abstained.

The government's proposal was supported by the coalition clubs, although 4 PSL MPs voted against it (Marek Biernacki, Andrzej Grzyb, Urszula Nowogórska, and Jacek Tomczak). The PiS and Konfederacja clubs also voted unanimously against.

- First and foremost, the rulers should go out to the people. The government, the Polish government, and the Polish president are there to read the social emotions of Polish women and men. Of course, this is not the president's decision; the final decision rests with the president, but by telling you about certain mechanisms, the chapter must convene. - I have a more disturbing piece of news, I hope the editor will also ask the Prime Minister, because while I was only a presidential candidate and this company [Zondacrypto] was one of many sponsors of an event I participated in, we now have the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland who, as Prime Minister and also with access to secret services' information, already stood as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland with a Zondacrypto t-shirt. "We spoke with the Presidential Palace and with the President's ministers. We didn't hear any specific accusations," said Katarzyna Kotula at a press conference when asked about the President's indication that he would not sign the partnership bill and about potential alternative ideas for introducing these solutions.

"And these people, who are sitting in their chairs today, often, as we know, also steal from their Ukrainian nation through corruption on an unprecedented scale, these people today are naming military units after UPA heroes. This is, ladies and gentlemen, as if Germany, as part of Polish-German reconciliation, named its military unit, preferably somewhere near the Polish border, after the NSDAP [...] or the heroes of the Third Reich, or the SS. This is unbelievable," he added.

"This is not just an insult to us, it is not just spitting in our faces for the help we have provided. It is also, and let's say it plainly, an action detrimental to the Ukrainian nation. The authorities of Ukraine, with Zelensky at the head [...], are acting to the detriment of the Ukrainian nation," he emphasized.

"We fully support President Karol Nawrocki, who has ordered that on June 8th, the Chapter of the Order of the White Eagle, Poland's highest decoration, revoke the Order of the White Eagle from Zelenskyy," said Przemysław Czarnek in Gdańsk.

"We also call on the Polish authorities to immediately summon the Ukrainian ambassador, and not to talk nonsense like Tusk today, that if we deal with the past, someone will take away our future. There is no just future for people without a just past. We will not be trampled upon," he continued.

– This is the time, ladies and gentlemen, to take radical measures. You won't reverse your decision, we'll stop helping you. You reverse your decision, you respect the memory of Poles bestially murdered by the OUN-UPA [...] then we will continue to help you – said Przemysław Czarnek in Gdańsk.

– You can count on the solidarity of Poland and the Polish nation, but only when you reciprocate exactly the same way – he continued.

"To Krzysztof Bosak, the Deputy Marshal of the Sejm [...] after his performances yesterday on Polsat, I want to say one thing: dear Krzysztof, when you were still trying to study, I was the Voivode of Lublin, who directly opposed the nationalist Ukrainian spectacle at the cemetery in Sahryń" - said Przemysław Czarnek in Gdańsk.

"I immediately notified the prosecutor's office [...] it was me, not you, Krzysztof, whom the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ukrainian IPN wanted to remove from the position of Voivode and demanded this from the Polish state, but we did not yield. Do you know why? Because it was us, Law and Justice, who first passed a resolution immediately after the victory in '15, in which we called what happened in Volhynia and Eastern Lesser Poland genocide" - he continued.

"It was us, Law and Justice, who erected or participated in erecting many monuments in honor of our compatriots. It was us who allocated well over 160 million zlotys [...] to the Museum of Memory of the Victims of the Volhynian Massacre, the genocide in Volhynia, and the Lech Kaczyński Center for Truth and Reconciliation" - he went on to say.

"It was us who did all of this [...] and I do not wish for you to lie to the public opinion" - he added.

- Immediately, once we have a majority, we will change the way the health contribution is calculated for micro and small entrepreneurs, those who earn the least, because some micro-entrepreneurs earn even 150,000 PLN per month and even a million PLN per month [...] they can afford a higher contribution - said Przemysław Czarnek in Gdańsk.

- Hairdressers, tailors, small bakers will indeed be treated differently - he continued.

- You know exactly why and how children are born [...] but for them to be born [...] there must be conditions, there must be an offer from the state towards young people - said Przemysław Czarnek in Gdańsk, responding to a question from the audience about demographics.

- Job opportunities [...] when people are unemployed, they don't make decisions to have offspring, to start families [...] there must be housing [...]. There must also be, ladies and gentlemen, access to loans, but sensible ones, not ones that inflate housing market prices, but sensible ones, which on the one hand would be truly safe, meaning when a family takes out a loan, they know that in 10 years they will be paying so much - he continued.

- There must also be education. There must be education for family life. [...] There must be promotion of marriage, not some nearest person status adopted today by the Polish People's Party - he went on to say.

- There must be promotion of fertility, there must be promotion of responsibility, not selfishness - he added.

- We also have to take care of our children and grandchildren and not tell them [...] "don't get married yet," "finish your studies," "earn some money," "see the world," "why do you need a second child now," "wait," "just have fun for a bit" - he emphasized.
