The Sejm will resume its session at 9:00 AM with questions on current affairs, followed by a current information briefing at 11:15 AM. Subsequently, at 12:45 PM, the first reading of a legislative proposal submitted by the Left party will take place. This proposal concerns amending the Penal Code to change the definition of the crime of rape and reclassify it from a misdemeanor to a felony.

At 3:00 PM, the Sejm may address the report from the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development regarding a resolution proposed by the Sejm Presidium to impose sanctions on the import of Russian and Belarusian food and agricultural products into the EU. At 9:00 PM, voting will commence, including on the Prime Minister's information concerning the government's actions in response to the farmers' protest in Poland.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk will visit Romania. At 11:00 AM, he will meet with Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu, and at 2:00 PM, with President Klaus Iohannis. In the meantime, at 12:00 PM, he will participate in the European People’s Party Congress.

At 9:00 AM, a press conference will be held by the Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment, Anita Sowińska, focusing on proposed changes to the deposit-refund system.

At 10:30 AM, on Piłsudskiego Square, a press conference will be held by Rafał Trzaskowski, a candidate for Mayor of Warsaw, along with candidates for the Warsaw City Council and the Śródmieście district council.

Members of the Law and Justice (PiS) party will hold a series of press conferences: Waldemar Buda and Paweł Szefernaker will speak in front of the Capital Police Headquarters (9:00 AM), Przemysław Czarnek, Anna Kwiecień, Ewa Leniart, and Piotr Kaleta will speak in front of the Ministry of Interior and Administration headquarters (10:30 AM), and Andrzej Śliwka, Marcin Przydacz, and Jacek Ozdoba will speak in front of the Police Headquarters (11:30 AM).

At 3:00 PM, a press conference will be held by the President of the National Bank of Poland (NBP), Adam Glapiński, assessing the current economic situation in Poland.

- I am in constant contact with Brussels, I would very much like no one to burn this work, because we are close to the finish line, and here is my heartfelt appeal, primarily to Mr. Commissioner Wojciechowski. Who, over these long, long months, has been rather passive, not to say that he was even harming this matter, and it would be good if, at no stage, including now when we are perhaps finalizing these actions, he did not spoil anything – stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press conference in Warsaw.

- I will also talk about the need, we have already spoken about this, on the occasion of the Sejm's resolution proposal. I will repeat this also during my talks in Bucharest with the leaders of European institutions, prime ministers, and presidents, that changes are needed that will protect the European, Polish market and Polish producers. By changes, we understand the need to return to the principles that were in place for trade with Ukraine and other third countries before the outbreak of the war. We very much want to help Ukraine, but at the same time, we must protect the European, Polish agricultural market, the producers' market, and such fundamental interests of our farmers – he continued.

- Until the Constitutional Tribunal issues a ruling, the President will decide whether to sign or veto and will send bills to the Constitutional Tribunal, because only the Constitutional Tribunal as the constitutional court in Poland can decide on competence disputes or the Constitution in general - he continued.

- One can say about MP Pawłowska that she is a dubious MP, that is the best description, because there is an MP who should be a parliamentarian, she is only a dubious MP. Minister Małgorzata Paprocka, on behalf of the President, met with MP Pawłowska and explained the legal situation, the intricacies of this situation, but the MP made a different decision - he went on to say.

- I want to emphasize very clearly that whether this debate on the proposed bills in the Sejm takes place tomorrow or in a month, in April, it will not change my and Civic Coalition's stance on Polish women's right to legal and safe termination of pregnancy. Regardless of the date the Marshal decides for the procedural handling of these bills, I will not negotiate anything with anyone here. This means the law we've spoken about, up to the 12th week, is becoming obvious to everyone – said Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press conference in Warsaw.

- I do not currently have a majority that guarantees the swift introduction of these changes, but in practice, under the rule of this law, a lot can be changed, and we will change a lot. We are currently changing, as far as the attitude of doctors and prosecutors is concerned, towards the issue of legal and safe abortion when a woman's health absolutely requires it – he added.

- One can wonder who else was under surveillance, because this could be the tip of the iceberg, and Polish services are already dealing with this matter, because it must be clearly established whether Daniel Obajtek, through his influence and such pseudo-company protection projects, also spied on government officials - stated Borys Budka on TVP Info.

- What's more, PiS politicians were even informed of the criminal behavior of some senior officials, because that's what I will call them, of State Treasury companies. This landed on the desks of top politicians. Nothing was done. This was information that concerned both Daniel Obajtek and some vice-presidents of Orlen company on his recommendation. This was information that clearly indicated the possibility of committing a crime - stated Borys Budka on TVP Info.

- Every farmer who has been detained will be able to count on my help, and can already count on it from now on. From the beginning, I have been with the farmers and I remain with them. Everyone must know that demonstrations like these, as sociologist Moczydłowski said on TVP Info, "will not work to the farmers' benefit, such actions" - stated Michał Kołodziejczak on the program "Gość Radia Zet".

Because you remember, for over a week, the form was peaceful and calm. Unfortunately, the police must respond to this kind of aggressive behavior, especially since we all know that in addition to the legitimate protest of the farmers, we also have many people trying to cook some political pie in this, provocateurs, and unfortunately, this is what it looks like later - stated Rafał Trzaskowski at a press conference in Warsaw.

- Minister Bodnar is trying to do everything to bring about these changes [in the Constitutional Tribunal] as quickly as possible and also to meet some of the President's expectations, so let's hope that such steps will lead to the political actors themselves who contributed to introducing this unbelievable chaos into the justice system will have time for reflection. Because, after all, we all know that PiS, and the President as well, played a part in this, and the substitutes themselves led to this chaos - said Rafał Trzaskowski at a press conference in Warsaw.

- April 11th is the deadline. It will definitely happen then. However, if politicians are ready to act sooner and not throw these bills into the trash, then I am of course ready to talk, to make all sorts of adjustments, because I truly have one goal. To save all these projects, not to lead to them perishing. All of them - stated Szymon Hołownia in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.

- We have succeeded. We are likely on track for the inflation target. We will see when the data comes in. We have managed to achieve the goal we have been striving for for a long time. - These are [wartime] scenarios that must be taken into account, and I would be irresponsible if I said that everything is fine and dandy, that there are no threats, that we will live in eternal peace. Unfortunately, one must always be prepared for the worst and most difficult scenarios; if politicians did not foresee this, they would not be worthy of holding power – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on the program "Kropka nad i" on TVN24.

- A diplomatic offensive is underway, which we are conducting on all fronts. The Prime Minister, Minister Sikorski, and I are involved every day in rousing Europe. Europe, wake up. I would like the entire Union, including Germany, to agree to a European aid fund for Ukraine. This is 5 billion euros lying on the table in Brussels. We do not yet have the consent of all states, but I hope Germany will also give its approval, and we will do everything to make that happen – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVN24.

- Everyone is sending what they can. I wish countries far from the border would send more, and we need to work on this because the sensitivity there is lower, but for example, Denmark's sensitivity, which is sending F-16s, is already much, much higher – he added.

- The Polish Army, I can answer for the Polish Army, for our strategy. The Polish Army will not be in Ukraine, and we have clearly made such a declaration to our partners who asked about it. We will help, we will support, we are transferring further donations of equipment. There has really been a lot of that in recent years, in recent months, as much as we are able – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVN24.

- We cannot apply collective responsibility here [towards Collegium Humanum graduates] because someone might have been seeking to improve their qualifications in good faith. It would be unfair to such individuals if we were to [punish them] solely because someone broke the law. It is already evident that this institution has been involved in breaking the law, but the blame does not lie with the person who wanted to improve their qualifications, but rather with the one who proposed it. Unless, within this proceeding, someone started participating with them, then we will draw consequences – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVN24.

- I believe Marshal Hołownia made a good decision, just as President Aleksander Kwaśniewski did. That's my assessment, and yesterday I thought those were very important words, especially from a politician of the Left with such authority, who understands the reason for the postponement, that the debate must take place in calmer conditions – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVN24.

- No law [on abortion] will matter with this president anyway. In my opinion, a much stronger argument, and I want to declare this to you and to the public, is that if the referendum result is contrary even to my own convictions on this matter. Then, as a politician, I will accept that referendum result and implement it – he continued.

441 Members of Parliament supported the resolution regarding the imposition of sanctions on the import of Russian and Belarusian food and agricultural products to the EU. Two MPs from Konfederacja - Grzegorz Braun and Włodzimierz Skalik - abstained.
