There is a noticeable demobilization when it comes to the Civic Platform environment - stated Rafał Bochenek on RMF24.

- It will certainly be a mobilizing moment for all of us. We want to win these elections, all polls indicate that we are going for a third, historic victory. We are doing everything to deliver this poll result and to ensure that the actual result on October 15th turns out to be higher than the poll result - stated Rafał Bochenek on RMF24.

- Today we already know that Tusk is deceiving Poles regarding illegal immigration. He says one thing in Poland, while in Europe he agrees to a migration pact that includes the distribution and relocation of illegal immigrants among individual member states. We have it in black and white. Now we have proof - Tusk and Weber's party wants to push through a pact in the European Parliament next week which, in the final analysis, will force Poland to accept illegal immigrants. EU bureaucrats disregard Poland's security; they simply want to implement their insane plan – stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.

- Before the election, Tusk will say anything to gain power, but then he will also do everything ordered by Brussels bureaucrats and also his true masters from Berlin, and this order is precisely clear. Warsaw and other cities in Poland are to be flooded with illegal immigrants, including those who have already made it to Europe, but also those who are just eager to get to Europe – stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.

- The election campaign is a test of credibility. And Mr. Tusk is failing this test. It is now plainly visible who wants to let illegal immigrants into Poland, who wants to subject Poles to this fate, and who defends the Polish border. This is a mockery of Poles. Tusk is lying; in Brussels, they are pushing through a pact on illegal immigration. Instead of solving the problem of illegal immigration at its source, instead of securing the EU's borders as Poland has secured its border with Belarus, European borders remain open, and the plan in the form of the migration pact is to be implemented, and Civic Platform (PO) will implement this plan – stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister (KPRM).

- This is the moment when Poles must decide whether to let them in, which is precisely what we are asking in the referendum, whether to back those who built the wall on the border with Belarus and are the sole guarantee against admitting illegal migrants, meaning PiS. This is also the moment for everyone to ask themselves these questions – should we truly go down the path that the MPs from PO, led by Tusk, want to prepare for us, and flood Poland with illegal immigration? We have documents for this, here in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister – stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki during a press statement.

- Next week I am going to the European Council session, during which I will say a resolute NO and uphold my veto against illegal immigration. Remember, it was the PiS government that blocked illegal immigration in June 2018. Since then, this problem did not exist, unfortunately until May of this year, when Weber and Tusk once again decided to push through the plan for illegal immigration in Europe - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki during a press statement.

- Simply put, people also want to feel community and want to collectively shout out their weariness of PiS, their fatigue with their arrogance, but also to have hope. Hope for victory, and nothing builds this sense of community like a gigantic march – stated Barbara Nowacka on the program "Jeden na jeden" on TVN24.

- Some of them, perhaps remembering the great, wonderful emotions of [the women's strike] and community, feel a slight sense of bitterness that it didn't work out. Well, this time, listen, it will work out for them. Politics is also for us [women], we have a lot of female candidates, including young girls – she added.

- Kaczyński's words have repeatedly insulted women, because he said we 'hit the bottle' (...) So pregnant women in Poland can live, what a benefactor he is. It's just that women in Poland don't want this kind of 'old man' politics, simply. They are smart and aware and know what they want, even if we often differ in our views on certain matters, but young girls are simply afraid to have children – Barbara Nowacka said on TVN24.

- That is why we are also saying in our program that we will end the practice of hiding behind conscientious objection; it simply needs to be brought to the point where one goes to a doctor like one goes to a doctor, not like one goes to a prosecutor – she continued.

- If they genuinely cared about the good position of women, then first of all, teachers, nurses, and ward assistants would earn well in Poland. The same would apply to female clerks, those ordinary clerks working hard in public institutions – stated Barbara Nowacka on TVN24.

- We will reinstate the anti-violence convention, training for the police, training for judges. Because it is very often necessary to raise awareness and to genuinely punish perpetrators, not just talk about how we will punish them – she continued.

- In the '100 Concrete Actions' plan, there is the full implementation [of the anti-violence convention], including a women's helpline and investments in nurseries and kindergartens. Again, there is money in the KPO (National Recovery Plan) – she added.

Yesterday, as it turned out, the European People's Party, the party to which Civic Platform belongs, demanded that the European Parliament immediately begin the process of finalizing the forced relocation package. Consequently, the Prime Minister is reacting to this today, because we clearly see from yesterday's German move and actions in the European Parliament that someone is eager to adopt this package as quickly as possible and force European countries to accept all those individuals who are currently arriving in Lampedusa and who will be arriving in the coming months and years into other countries," stated Piotr Müller in an interview with Antoni Trzmiel on the program "Kwadrans polityczny" on TVP1.

- This is an untrue statement [that a referendum on migrants is not needed because we have accepted refugees from Ukraine], because one only needs to look at the provisions of this regulation to see that there is no automatic procedure that would exempt any country from accepting illegal immigrants, that's the first thing. The second issue is that what is being proposed by the EU institutions is intended to apply in such a way that, as I mentioned, the limit can be increased, and financial penalties too, and this means that de facto we are slaves to this mechanism, because other countries want to push it through by qualified majority, so we should have the possibility of a veto, but the EU institutions are activating a mechanism that applies a qualified majority, and that is why we need a referendum to give strong legitimacy to a 40-million-strong country, where citizens clearly do not agree to this. A completely different political force, and EU institutions cannot easily discuss something like that - stated Piotr Müller on TVP1.

- Why is Donald Tusk today appealing not to vote in the referendum, not to go to the referendum, because he knows perfectly well that if the turnout is below 50%, it will not be binding, and Donald Tusk wants to reach an agreement with Berlin, with Brussels in the future. If the referendum has over 51% turnout, he will be bound in this matter - he added.

- The narrative of Gazeta Wyborcza, TVN, and other media in Poland will be constructed in such a deceitful way. The main migration route functioning in Europe today is the Balkan migration route, which is why we reinforced the Polish-Slovak and Polish-Czech borders, because illegal migrants arrive from that direction in coaches and other types of vehicles, and they often travel to Germany. Therefore, Germany sees the problem, and rightly so, but the problem is that they propose wrong solutions, because they propose distributing this problem across the entire European Union – stated Piotr Müller on TVP1.

Over one hundred cybersecurity leaders in Poland gathered for an annual meeting organized by NASK and the CISO #Poland Foundation, fostering deeper cooperation at sectoral, national, and international levels. The event, held on September 28, 2023, was also attended by Janusz Cieszyński, Minister of Digital Affairs.

The annual meeting of cybersecurity leaders took place at the headquarters of the NASK National Research Institute and focused on the most current and crucial cybersecurity issues in Poland and globally. The participants' discussions revolved around topics related to state security, defense, energy, transport, pharmaceuticals, and finance. Many of the threads explored were a continuation of conversations held during the Economic Forum in Karpacz.

The main objective of the conference was to create a platform for exchanging knowledge and experiences among individuals managing information security in both the public and business spheres.

In addition to the Minister of Digital Affairs, speakers at the conference included Łukasz Wojewoda, Director of the Cybersecurity Department at the Ministry of Digital Affairs; Włodzimierz Owczarczyk, Member of the Management Board of ZUS; Adam Marczyński, Director for Cybersecurity and Innovation at NASK; Roman Łożyński, Director for IT Systems Operation and Security at the Centre of e-Health; and Tim Conway, Technical Director at the SANS Institute.

During the event, cooperation agreements were also signed between non-governmental organizations, improving collaboration to enhance national security. The consortium for cybersecurity thus formed comprises: CISO #Poland, the Association of Communication Engineers and Technicians of the Republic of Poland, #CyberMadeInPoland, and the Association of Data Protection Practitioners.
