Morawiecki:

This is not the first time Tusk has insulted and divided Poles

- Have you heard? Did Tusk call the German occupation and partitions being influenced by Western culture? This is not the first time Tusk has insulted and divided Poles into those from Poland A and Poland B, into the better and the worse. According to Tusk, only those who vote for Civic Platform deserve development and respect. This is unacceptable. The PiS government does not ask millions of Poles benefiting from 500+ what they vote for, it does not make the 13th and 14th pension dependent on political views. Millions of Poles benefit from the PiS government's policy, and that's why Tusk sows hatred and repeats lies. That's also why Tusk's government unscrupulously set up Poland's defense line on the Vistula. He does not respect ordinary people, he does not respect local Poland. And what about Eastern Poland according to Tusk? Nothing about Eastern Poland - they themselves said so. They said even worse. Only PiS can stop Tusk - says Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in a new PiS clip, published on social media.

08:21

Gliński Reiterates Invitation to Tusk for Debate:

Man to Man.

- We hear various things from Mr. Donald Tusk, which is why it would be worthwhile to talk, as politician to politician, as man to man, about important matters for Poland, for Warsaw - said Piotr Gliński in "Sygnały dnia" (Signals of the Day) on PR1.

- I can also talk with Mr. Trzaskowski, because of course Mr. Trzaskowski is largely co-responsible or responsible for these shortcomings in Warsaw, and the fundamental shortcomings are the lack of basic investments in our city – he continued.

08:23

Gliński:

Our predecessors were characterized by inability. They couldn't achieve anything they promised
We are implementing a policy of sustainable development. We strive to take care of all of Poland in territorial and social terms, and of all social groups. And above all, we are a team that carries out tasks and delivers on its promises. We are credible because we implement the programs we announced. Our predecessors, on the other hand, were characterized by a practical inability. They couldn't achieve anything they promised – stated Piotr Gliński in PR24.

Why weren't basic things built in Warsaw? I'm not even talking about the fact that no bypass was completed (…) They haven't built 2 metro lines yet, let alone 3, 4, and 5. You can talk and talk, every year talk about great plans, but there's a complete lack of realization. The bridges that were promised by Ms. Gronkiewicz-Waltz have not been built. This is complete indolence. Where is the 'Skra' stadium that was supposed to be renovated long ago? What is happening with the Congress Hall? It's been locked up tight since ’14 – he added.

08:37

Raś:

I try to play with professionals; those from PiS are district league players
- I try to play with professionals at a representative level, and I understand that the government is made up of professionals. When I look at all these people from Law and Justice today, they are players at the district league level - Ireneusz Raś said in an interview with Robert Mazurek on RMF FM's "Morning Interview". - I don't play with amateurs - he continued, answering a question about whether he could imagine a Third Way coalition with PiS.

08:47

Raś on Civil Partnerships: Inheritance, Access to Medical Documentation - Yes, but Don't Make Them Quasi-Marriages
- I can imagine a coalition in opposition [...], it is of course diverse in terms of worldview, but if we adopted a certain program strategy, I believe we could arrange it - said Ireneusz Raś on RMF FM. - What is related to inheritance, what is related to visiting each other, the possibility of accessing medical documentation, such elements - yes, perhaps they need to be described, but don't make them quasi-marriages - he continued, when asked about civil partnerships.

08:59

Bochenek:

We are considering reintroducing border controls with other countries

- We are considering reintroducing controls at our borders with other countries. This is due to the fact that the safety of Poles is paramount to us. We are observing what is happening, and we are also observing our western border. We are considering [reintroducing controls], we are discussing this at the governmental level. It is precisely Germany that is very often the target address, the destination to which illegal immigrants head - stated Rafał Bochenek on TVP1's "Political Quarter Hour".

09:06

Bochenek:

Border controls can be temporarily reinstated, but this doesn't mean queues at the border

- This is a normal procedure, foreseen by treaty, that in case of situations that may endanger citizens' safety, border controls can be temporarily reinstated, which does not mean queues at the border. We do not anticipate this – stated Rafał Bochenek on TVP1's "Political Quarter of an Hour".

09:11

Bochenek:

Grabiec should explain to Poles the real stance of Civic Platform on illegal immigration

- Mr. Grabiec should primarily explain to Poles what the real stance of Civic Platform is on the issue of illegal immigration, because it was they who wanted to create hell on the streets for Poles. They wanted to bring about a situation where immigrants would be massively accepted in Poland. Today, they are also voting for these solutions in the European Parliament, which they are hiding from the Polish public opinion - stated Rafał Bochenek on TVP1's "Political Quarter of an Hour".

09:25

Kołodziejczak:

KO's Internal Poll Showed We Were Practically Tied with PiS

- The Law and Justice party will not win these elections, the Civic Coalition will win these elections. Yesterday, an internal poll by the Civic Coalition indicated that we are practically already on par with Law and Justice. This is a difference of a few tenths of a percent; I can say it's around 0.2%, so let's believe in our victory, and that victory will come. The Third Way is balancing on the edge of entering, not entering, the Sejm, so let's think more about how to win against PiS, to ensure that votes for the Third Way don't go to waste and end up supporting PiS – stated Michał Kołodziejczak on Radio Zet.

09:25

Przydacz:

It's no coincidence that Tusk and Scholz are speaking the same language
- I think this is, of course, also an element of an attempt to disrupt a certain political discussion in Poland, a debate, also in view of the ongoing campaign. It's probably not a coincidence, we are not naive, we are not children, that Donald Tusk and the Chancellor of Germany are speaking the same language. It is simply impossible for this to be just an ordinary coincidence – said Marcin Przydacz in an interview with Grzegorz Kępka on Polsat News' "Graffiti". The head of the Presidential International Policy Bureau referred in this way to reports that Germany would introduce temporary controls on its borders with Poland and the Czech Republic.

- The same language in terms of content. [...] It's not about how you say it, but what you say and what the content is. In this particular case, the content, perhaps completely coincidentally, two weeks before the elections, is identical from Donald Tusk and German politicians when it comes to security issues – he continued.

09:33

Kołodziejczak on Embargo: Today I Won't Let Anyone Say Kołodziejczak and Tusk Are to Blame
I was in Strasbourg, I spoke with people who are also responsible for this, among other things. Until noon, until the day I was still there, there was a proposal from the Commissioner for Trade to extend the embargo for 2 months. On the last day, Zełenski called Ursula von der Leyen and they talked about it for a long time, it's clear he convinced her - stated Michał Kołodziejczak on Radio Zet. When I was leaving Strasbourg, the matter seemed clear and obvious. Today I won't let anyone say that Kołodziejczak and Tusk are to blame for this, because they didn't sort it out in a week, and Duda and Morawiecki didn't sort out the issue of Polish-Ukrainian relations for several years, and they bear full responsibility - he continued. He tried to sort it out, but did he succeed? No. If Commissioner Wojciechowski says there's no leverage to resolve this matter, please compare mine and his today, my willingness and his capabilities. I also went to raise awareness so it would be easier for them to do it, so they could see that Poles are determined. There were also people from other political parties, farmers from Podlasie. And from the podium in the plenary hall, we were simply insulted by Beata Szydło - he added.

09:41

Kołodziejczak:

If Wojciechowski and Szydło Don't Talk, How Can We Do Politics with Such People?

- We need to start talking seriously, not shouting at each other. If I'm going to Strasbourg and want to meet with Commissioner Wojciechowski, I write to Beata Szydło to arrange a meeting. No, we won't meet, we won't talk – how can we do politics with such people? – stated Michał Kołodziejczak on Radio Zet.

09:41

Kołodziejczak on the March of a Million Hearts: It's a Shame Kosiniak-Kamysz and Hołownia Didn't Take It Seriously

- It's a shame that the gentlemen [Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and Szymon Hołownia] did not take seriously what is happening, how important these elections are. In my opinion, it will be a very big mistake [if they don't come to the March of a Million Hearts]. The Third Way should be at the march, and I urge them to do so - stated Michał Kołodziejczak on Radio Zet.

10:26

Czarzasty:

Everyone Has the Right to Be Rich. The Point is that PiS Fed Us the Idea of Living Modestly, and Wealth Should Be Transparent
- I will start with Mr. Morawiecki's wealth. Everyone has the right to be rich; it's not about everyone being poor. It's about the fact that we were fed, and PiS's electorate was constantly fed the idea that one should live modestly, that wealth should be transparent, and therefore not hidden. Who fed this electorate? Prime Minister Morawiecki, who has over 100 million zlotys. Absolute hypocrisy. They sought power by saying that things would be transparent, that the era of earning millions of zlotys in State Treasury companies would end, that cronyism would cease [...], that the entire practice of theft would be over. This is what PiS said 8 years ago, calling for modesty and honesty - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said at a press conference in Nowiny.

10:37

Brejza:

1.5 Million Tons of Coal from Russian Ports Imported to Poland Last Year. EU Embargo Likely Being Circumvented
- In the last year, 1.5 million tons of coal from Russian ports, specifically from the Leningrad Oblast, have entered Poland. We established this through a multi-week investigation and recent days spent on senatorial interventions at the port of Szczecin. PiS assured that it was a model party when it came to isolating Russia, assuring that it was adhering to the embargo. [...] The European Union's embargo is most likely being circumvented - Krzysztof Brejza said at a press conference. - The transport is carried out regularly by small vessels. These are not bulk carriers of 30-40 thousand tons; they are often 2,000-ton ships. According to an informant providing us with this data, this is done so that these transports are less conspicuous, while the ships sail very frequently. What is very important, the crews of these ships are predominantly Russians, the captains of these ships are Russians, even though the ships sail under the flags of Malta, Cyprus, or Antigua and Barbuda. These are ships composed of Russians, and, crucially, Russians, Russian sailors, are being allowed into Polish ports – Szczecin, Gdańsk, Gdynia, and also Świnoujście [...] It is a scandal that Poland's security infrastructure, critical infrastructure such as Polish ports, are freely entered by Russians - he continued. - We are dealing with a situation where Vladimir Putin's infrastructure, ports, railways, sailors, citizens of Russia, are being financed by the Polish side. This is scandalous. [...] I expect a decisive reaction from Prime Minister Morawiecki, I expect a decisive reaction from Jarosław Kaczyński, from the services [...]. On the one hand, Russian ports, Vladimir Putin's infrastructure, are being financed; this money then goes towards bombs, towards ammunition with which Ukraine is being massacred. On the other hand, Russian services [...] are penetrating the Republic of Poland's critical infrastructure [...]. Allegedly, this is coal; from this particular ship, it was supposed to be Kazakh coal, although the crew is Russian, it was packed in Russia, at a Russian port - he further stated.

10:58

Sobolewski:

Eastern Poland Was Prepared to Be Abandoned. We Were Meant to Be Cannon Fodder

- In the background, there's a banner that says it all, really. This image speaks a thousand words. The line of Tusk's betrayal. We recently learned that during Donald Tusk's time, Donald Tusk's team, a defense plan for Poland was prepared which stipulated that Poland's defense would consist of surrendering half of Poland in the first strike to the enemy, eastern Poland, and the other half might be defended, or perhaps would only serve to delay the next attack. To call this a scandal would be an understatement. This line of Tusk's betrayal, the Vistula line, where all of eastern Poland was abandoned, where over a dozen million Poles would have been left to their own devices, this part of Poland would have been occupied, and the other part of Poland would have been shelled in the occupied area - stated Krzysztof Sobolewski at a press conference in Jasionka.

- Talking about this, and the fact that such a plan was declassified, shows and explains most of the decisions made by the government of Donald Tusk, the PO and PSL government, between 2007 and 2015 - he continued.

- Comparing this to the plan that was recently revealed, it explains one thing. Eastern Poland was prepared to be abandoned, so that nothing would develop here, so that in the event of an attack from the East, as it should be termed, from Russia, this attack would have hit fertile ground, I would add, of course, the liquidated military units, police forces, and police stations, mainly in the eastern part. So there would have been no one to resist - he pointed out.

- We were meant to be that cannon fodder, a place where, as we now see from what happened in eastern Ukraine, during Russia's aggression against Ukraine, Przemyśl was meant to be like Bucha, or Rzeszów like Irpin, and other towns in the Podkarpacie region were meant to experience the fate that befell Ukrainian cities - Sobolewski added.

11:36

Tusk:

PiS Government Has Become a Government of Dark Secrets, Grim Sensations, and Unexplained Scandals
- The PiS government, and this is becoming more and more apparent each month, has, in addition to all the other inconveniences that have befallen Poles as a consequence of PiS rule, also become a government of dark secrets, grim sensations, and unexplained scandals. When we talk about our 100 concrete proposals for the first 100 days, I could say without any risk that in addition to these 100 proposals for 100 days, I think Mr. Bogusław Wołoszański wouldn't have problems filming programs every day, and within the first 10 days, we would have 10 21st-century mysteries, or 10 sensations of the PiS government, and these scenarios are de facto already written, they are ready. Unfortunately, life has written them – said Donald Tusk in Piotrków Trybunalski.

11:40

Tusk:

If one-third of Poles are ready to vote for the ruling party, it's likely due to a lack of basic knowledge, as they are fed propaganda and falsehoods
- Even if one-third of Polish women and men are still ready to vote for the ruling party, it's likely due to a lack of basic knowledge, because they are fed, and we are all in some sense fed falsehoods, propaganda, lies, and omissions. But I have the feeling, and probably not just me, that we don't have to wait for Mr. Bogusław Wołoszański's programs to realize that even without knowing what's really going on, even without knowing the details, the motivations of those in power, when they hide something, or twist something, then through these veils, through these walls of offices, the truth nevertheless begins to peek out – stated Donald Tusk in Piotrków Trybunalski. - But in our hearts and in our moral, ethical convictions, perhaps not everyone yet, but already the majority of Polish women and men feel that the PiS government is something very, very wrong, in a human sense. Something very disturbing, indeed dark, sometimes mysterious – he added.

11:44

Tusk:

I think Wołoszański can already film 'Mysteries of the Morawieckis' Wealth' or 'Kaczyński's Envelope' in the first week after the elections
- I think Mr. Bogusław [Wołoszański] can calmly film 'Mysteries of the Morawieckis' Wealth', 'Kaczyński's envelope for a priest, 50 thousand', 'what President Kaczyński discussed at many feasts, including alcoholic ones, with a KGB agent' in the first week [after the elections]. Why, for no apparent reason, back in 2016, Morawiecki, the Marshal of the Senate, decided that Lukashenko was a warm person and that we should visit him and establish close cooperation with Lukashenko. There isn't a day or a week that Polish women and men don't learn something new, but this is usually just the tip of the iceberg – said Donald Tusk in Piotrków Trybunalski.

12:07

Morawiecki:

2027 Volleyball World Championships to be Held in Poland
- Poland is home to volleyball not only in Europe, but to world volleyball. We Poles love volleyball. This year has been phenomenal for us, not only the Nations League gold, but also the European Championship gold and the Champions League gold, and that in an all-Polish final. What more could we dream of? And that is why it is worth conveying another excellent piece of news at this European Congress of Sport taking place in Poland, in Zakopane. [...] I can solemnly announce now that the 2027 World Championships will be held in Poland - said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki during the II European Congress of Sport and Tourism in Zakopane.

12:31

Duda:

Following Consultations, Our Ambition is to Pursue the 2036 Summer Olympics
We have just concluded the third European Games, which took place a few months ago in our country, in southern Poland, with Kraków as the capital, but it was held in dozens of locations, across various venues, where we tested our capabilities, including organizational ones, at this largest sporting event of the year in Europe - stated President Andrzej Duda during a media briefing in Zakopane. - All of this, coupled with the advanced and ongoing investment plans in our country, has prompted us to pursue the world's biggest sporting event, namely the Summer Olympic Games. I want to announce from this place, following consultations with the leadership of the Polish Olympic Committee, with the Minister of Sport, his colleagues, and the government, that it is our ambition to begin efforts to host the Summer Olympic Games in 2036 - he added. - Our country's development has been dynamic recently. Yesterday, we precisely crossed the 5,000 km mark of expressways and motorways in Poland with the opening of the S11 section between Koszalin and Bobolice. According to the approved, adopted, and currently implemented government plans for the development of the road network in Poland, by 2033 at the latest, we should have over 8,000 kilometers of motorways and expressways in our country - he continued.

12:39

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

Poland's Security Rooted in National Community
- I will start with these matters, the essence of these elections, what these elections are about, what Poland will be like after October 15th. Will we continue to be stuck in this fratricidal war, a devastating war that leads to hate, animosity, and envy pouring onto Polish streets from dawn till night. We are quarreling within families, one cannot sit peacefully at holiday tables; there, the most important task falls to our mothers and grandmothers, to seat everyone so that no one gouges out another's eyes with a teaspoon. Physical attacks are already occurring. Politics, dialogue, conversation – these are the fundamental elements of democracy. If they disappear, if they are relegated to the background, and there is only a monologue from one side, and often aggressive statements, tragedy occurs, the social community breaks down. This is dangerous – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in Zielona Góra. - The foundation of Poland's security is the national community, is Poland's presence in alliances, is its membership in the European Union and NATO, and a modernized army. We must always remember this, but the national community stands first. Today, we lack a sense of community. Poles simply dislike each other, they hate each other in many places. We will never be a great country to the best of our abilities if this hatred is so strong among us – he added.

12:43

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

We Are for Ending the Polish-Polish War and the Squabbles the Government is Waging, Even in the EU
- That's why we are running in these elections, that's why we are going and clearly stating our program, our programmatic slogans. We have a plan for Poland. This slogan, with which we are going, 'Enough bickering, let's move forward,' is truly the essence of everything that needs to be done in politics today, to deal with matters and solve problems, and there is no shortage of problems. We are for ending the Polish-Polish war and ending these petty squabbles that the current government is waging, even within the European Union - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in Zielona Góra. - This war which is declared time and again against our neighbors. It has particularly taken a liking to the closest neighbor from the perspective of the Lubusz Voivodeship, namely the Federal Republic of Germany. Here, the residents of Lubusz well know about Polish-German relations. They built these relations, cooperation and Polish-German reconciliation began in many places from here. It was very much needed, especially after the difficult experiences we endured from Germany. We know history, we remember, we respect, and there is no Polish future without an awareness of history and also making this historical truth clear to those who want to forget about it, but the future is economic exchange, it is cultural exchange, it is social exchange that functions here between schools - he added.

13:11

Sasin:

Tusk's Line of Shame is a Warning. Tusk Has Not Shed His Contempt for the Residents of Eastern Poland
When Tusk and his people ruled Poland between 2007 and 2015, we all witnessed a policy that targeted the inhabitants of the eastern lands. It was a policy that, on the one hand, consisted of dismantling the presence of the Polish state in these areas. This dismantling occurred through the closure of military units, police stations, military outposts, railway connections, and even the dismantling of entire railway lines. On the other hand, there was an investment collapse; these were areas where virtually no serious government-level investments were made, financed from the budget, especially large investments in road or rail infrastructure - stated Jacek Sasin at a press briefing in Białystok.

- The degradation of these lands was progressing, along with an investment collapse, job losses, and mass emigration of people who could not find a place and conditions for a dignified life, for the secure future of themselves, their loved ones, families, and children. These were also areas marked by unemployment - the head of MAP continued.

- Declassified operational plans of the Polish Army indicate that Tusk's team, with premeditation and cold blood, decided to lightly discard these territories and the people living here in case of threat, of potential aggression from the East. These plans foresaw that the defense of Poland would be conducted along the Vistula River line, and these territories would be surrendered practically without a fight, without any attempt at defense, any attempt to protect the Poles living here. These lands were to be handed over to the aggressor for occupation, which Tusk, Tusk's government, and the defense ministers in his team agreed to. That team considered this to be the worse part of Poland, which could be easily given up, and the people living here did not deserve to be protected or have their safety taken care of - he added.

- This line of betrayal, Tusk's line of shame, which is the Vistula line, is today a warning to the residents and should be a warning to the inhabitants of Eastern Poland that that team, those politicians who ruled Poland then, when these plans were being created, during Tusk's governments from 2007-2015, if they return to power, and God forbid they do, they will continue this policy. Tusk has not shed his contempt for the residents of Eastern Poland - Sasin emphasized.

13:28

Jaki:

Brejza Mistook Russia for Kazakhstan

- Oh, please, Brejza mistook Russia for Kazakhstan. He once presented a pet in the toilet as an assassination attempt on himself - wrote Patryk Jaki on Twitter.

13:36

Obajtek:

We are finalizing the construction of a third nitrogen fertilizer production line, which will increase our production capacity by 50% and allow us to reduce fertilizer imports
In Włocławek, we are finalizing the construction of a third nitrogen fertilizer production line, which will increase our production capacity by 50% and allow us to reduce fertilizer imports. This was the largest investment project in the history of this region. The modern technologies used here will enable almost complete reduction of greenhouse gas emissions during fertilizer production - informed the CEO of Orlen, Daniel Obajtek.

13:37

Obajtek:

Finalizing a Gigantic Fertilizer Production Investment in Włocławek Will Guarantee Supply Stability for the Domestic Market
The finalization of a gigantic investment in fertilizer production in Włocławek will guarantee supply stability for the domestic market and contribute to an increase in Poland's food security. It also means new jobs and an impetus for the economic development of the entire region - informed the CEO of Orlen, Daniel Obajtek.

13:42

Czarzasty to Kaczyński: We know what you fear most, which is why we gladly accepted the invitation to the March of a Million Hearts
I wanted to make an important statement right here in Kielce. I specifically came here today, to be honest. First, I will address a few words to President Kaczyński. Mr. President, I speak to you from a city that is not your city. I speak from a voivodeship that is not your voivodeship. You found yourself here on the PiS [Law and Justice party] top spot because you calculated you might gain half a mandate more. You definitely calculated that you don't want to lose to either Adrian Zandberg or Donald Tusk in Warsaw. You don't talk about it, but we know that you think about it day and night, and I have an important statement for you, among other things - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in Kielce. We know what you fear most. You fear the cooperation of the opposition the most. You fear the most that the opposition, which will form a government after October 15th, will jointly speak about what is good and what is bad in your governance. The opposition, which will ensure many of your officials, I believe thanks to an independent prosecutor's office and independent judges, will end up where they deserve to be. The opposition that will jointly win the elections. The opposition that will form a government after the elections. You know, ladies and gentlemen, that the Left has always been in favor of cooperation, always in favor of cooperation. We were happy when Marshal Zgorzelski organized a meeting of the opposition regarding the constitution, we were there. We were happy when, at the invitation of Aleksander Kwaśniewski and the Left, there was an anniversary of the signing of the North Atlantic Pact, the entire opposition was there - he continued. We were happy about all elements of opposition cooperation, which is why I wanted to announce to you that today we gladly accepted Donald Tusk's invitation to the March of a Million Hearts. We will be at this march, we thank you for the invitation. We are going as an entity, as a strong force, and you know that I was persuading, on behalf of the Left, the community with which I am associated, Robert Biedroń was persuading, we all were persuading, all parties that cooperate with us and fight with us for seats in parliament. We were persuading them to sign an agreement on cooperation even before the elections and show people that we are capable of cooperating. To give people hope and wisdom. To give people a sense that regardless of who they vote for, whether for the Third Way, or for Civic Platform, or for the Left, their vote will not be lost. We believe in this. We believe that the opposition will take power in the Sejm [Polish Parliament] only when these three structures cooperate with each other and are in the Sejm, because I remember a time when one of these structures was missing, and 8 years ago PiS took power. We believed in this, we believe in it, and we consider it to be moving in the right direction. Therefore, you should not be surprised that the Left accepted the invitation - he added.

Czarzasty on Border Checks with Germany: "I won't defend Germans, but any country learning of visa trading in Poland has the right to act."

- I won't defend Germans, but I will say this: Any country that learns that visas were being traded in Poland, and through this trade, tens of thousands of refugees were being admitted into the European Union without any control, without any security measures, has the right to act, has the right to be afraid. It's not as if any European country is attacking us because they invented this attack in the middle of the night. Poland does not have a clean slate in this matter - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in Kielce.

- I ask Kaczyński, who for some reason unknown is running from this land, how could you have allowed people who didn't cross the wall between Poland and Belarus – because that's why Poland built it, for Poland's security – to buy a visa 500 meters further on for 1500 euros without any control. (...) And you are surprised now by this, the Polish government is surprised now, that our neighbors – it suits you, that Germany, because you don't hate Germans, you hate Jews, you hate teachers, you hate women, you simply must have a dark object of hatred. Don't be surprised that you are conducting foreign policy in such a way that you currently have a conflict with Germany, you have a conflict with the Czech Republic, you have a conflict with Ukraine, you have a conflict with the European Union. It's truly time for reflection - he continued.

- Does the German Chancellor have the right to do this? Yes, he does, because it stems, I'm talking about legal principles, from the Schengen Agreement. Simply put, every country has the right to utilize the principles of this agreement and introduce controls temporarily for 3 months, for half a year, and from what I remember, up to 2 years under specific conditions - he added.

13:44

Czarzasty to Kaczyński: Your Brother Brought Poland into Schengen, and You Will Lead It Out
- I am saying to Kaczyński, who is out of touch with reality. Your brother brought Poland into Schengen, and you will lead it out. You haven't traveled abroad, because if you had seen foreign countries, you would have seen other countries, other cultures, other histories, other people, heard other languages, then you would be tolerant, but you don't know Europe, you are afraid of this Europe, you are afraid of otherness. You are not tolerant. You will lead to our children standing for 17 hours at the border - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in Kielce.

Hołownia:

The State Managed by PiS is Rotting. Remove Incompetents from Power
See what's happening with PiS before the elections. PiS is rotting, the state managed by PiS is rotting. It is incompetent, trips over its own feet, contradicts itself, trades Polish visas, trades our security. It leads to us becoming energetically dependent on others, instead of using our Polish energy sources - said Szymon Hołownia at a press conference in Wałbrzych. First, truly believe in change, remove the incompetents from power. The Polish border can be safe, the world where there are controls, fences, and walls at the EU's internal borders has no right to return. We cannot afford a return to the PRL. This must end, and responsible policy by the Polish government, responsible relations with our partners must lead to us fully utilizing our rights and freedoms, and such a freedom is freedom of movement within the EU. Let's end this incompetence, let's end the people who lie that they are protecting the Polish border, and on the other hand sell Polish visas - he continued.

13:50

Hołownia:

Beware of the Non-Partisan Local Government Officials; They're So Non-Partisan That Their Top Candidate from the Chełm District Lists PiS Affiliation

- Beware of the Non-Partisan Local Government Officials. These Non-Partisan Local Government Officials are so non-partisan that their candidate, even in the Chełm district, simply states their political affiliation, the PiS party, without any hesitation or reservation - stated Szymon Hołownia in Wałbrzych.

13:51

Hołownia:

Kosiniak-Kamysz and I Will Not Appear at the October 1st March
We will not appear, meaning Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and I will not appear at the October 1st march, our activists from Warsaw will be there, Michał Kobosko will be there, Ryszard Petru will be there, there will also be a strong representation from TD, Poland 2050. However, our position is clear, we have also conveyed it to Donald Tusk and Włodzimierz Czarzasty, it is very clear and precise: let's divide the work. This is a truly crucial weekend for democracy in Poland, a weekend of great mobilization - said Szymon Hołownia in Wałbrzych.

13:55

Hołownia:

Kosiniak-Kamysz and I Have the Task of Mobilizing Undecided Voters

- Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and I have the task of mobilizing those who are currently hesitating. Those who haven't made a decision yet. That's why this weekend we're going on a tour from Stegna, from Elbląg, all the way to Nowy Sącz. It's a series of meetings in Częstochowa, Lipno, Łódź, and other places, in Oświęcim. Where we will try to convey to those who still have doubts today that there is hope, that there is a plan to win against PiS, and that their vote is critically important in this entire race – stated Szymon Hołownia in Wałbrzych.

- Surveys clearly indicate that among PiS voters, 19% precisely identify TD as their second, alternative option. For them, traveling with Tusk in the same march in Warsaw on Sunday is too far, it's too much. We must clearly show them that we are different, but we have the same goal – he added.

14:23

Ziobro:

We Will Speak the Truth, Regardless of Verdicts and Attempts to Gag Us

- Behind us stand our Sovereign Poland activists, who have, one might say, a sample of some statements made by Ms. Holland, even before I wrote the tweet that so angered Ms. Holland. These are Ms. Holland's statements, where, starting with the first slide, she says, "I know what this whole brown rabble that rules us is capable of," which, as I understand it, is also a statement addressed to me by Ms. Holland [...] "a state of emergency was introduced so that traces would not be visible," "some [officers] are sadists who got their coveted toy and are committing atrocities" - said Zbigniew Ziobro in Tomaszów Mazowiecki.

- This is language taken directly from the rules and principles of Stalinist propaganda. One could say it is not only analogous; it is directly borrowed from there. [...] Our duty is to do everything so that the children of soldiers and Border Guard officers who defend Polish borders are not someday pointed out as children of sadists and bandits. Therefore, it is our duty, and my duty, to speak the truth about the statements, the words of propaganda, that Ms. Holland is using, among other things, against Border Guard officers, against soldiers of the Polish army - he continued.

- We will speak the truth, regardless of verdicts and attempts to gag us. [...] The time when power could use the courts and gag people has passed once and for all - he continued.

15:05

Morawiecki:

The First Nuclear Power Plant Will Be Built with Top American Companies. Poland Opens a New Chapter in Nuclear Energy

- Today is the very day we are signing the agreement for the construction of the first nuclear power plant in Poland. The first nuclear power plant will be built together with the best American entities, American companies that have enormous experience in this field. Just as the 20th century belonged to coal and oil, so the 21st century belongs to nuclear energy – said Mateusz Morawiecki at the ceremony for signing the design agreement for the nuclear power plant in Warsaw.

- Therefore, we cannot risk the stability of the energy system, the stability of our entire economy, based on unstable energy sources. The only clean, stable energy source that is proven today, technologically proven and verified for safety, is precisely nuclear energy, which is having its big day today. Today, Poland is opening a new chapter in nuclear energy – he continued.

15:10

Morawiecki:

We Want Stable Coal for as Long as Needed for Poland's Energy System Security

- A very high-ranking American politician told me recently that 'an American nuclear power plant in Poland is worth more than an entire division of American troops in Poland,' and I think this statement should be remembered by all our compatriots – stated Mateusz Morawiecki in Warsaw.

- We are moving away from coal and want to have stable coal for as long as it is needed to ensure Poland's energy system is secure from the perspective of electricity and heat supply for residents and businesses. However, the nuclear energy entering this space will be absolutely crucial for Poland – he added.

15:10

Morawiecki:

After Russia's Attack on Ukraine, There's No Returning to Business as Usual with War Criminals
We still face many challenges, but we know that after Russia's attack on Ukraine, there's no returning to business as usual. No returning to cooperation with those who are war criminals. Before Russia can be reintegrated into the economic bloodstream, not only must peace come, and Ukraine must be secure. But above all, a rebuilding of the geopolitical order must occur, which will need to be confirmed by NATO and the United States. Therefore, Poland's entry into this space, creating another major project between Poland and the United States, has such a fundamental, historical dimension – said Mateusz Morawiecki in Warsaw.

15:21

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

I Hear of Letters Sent to Parish Priests by Ruling Party Politicians Urging the Church to Actively Join the Campaign for One Formation. This is Disgusting and Destructive
- Politics must be removed from the Church, and this is a task also for those who clearly speak of their attachment to these traditions, like us. […] We have never used and will never use the Church for political gain. […] Why am I saying this? Because when I hear about letters sent to parish priests by ruling party politicians, urging the Church to actively engage in the campaign for one party, for one formation, it is cruel, disgusting, and destructive. The easiest path to the de-Christianization of Poland leads through PiS – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference in Wolsztyn.

17:22

Tusk:

I've Been Warning for a Long Time That This Team is Deliberately Leading Poland Out of the EU
- I have been warning for a long time, I've been cautioning that this team is deliberately, sometimes also out of foolishness, incompetence, but in reality deliberately leading Poland out of the European Union. [...] They already made one attempt, it was almost two years ago. I then called on the residents of Warsaw, literally from day to day: come to Castle Square, show that we want to remain in the European Union, show that we, Polish women and men, are part of the great political culture and the great civilizational community of the West - said Donald Tusk in Bydgoszcz.

17:30

Tusk:

An Informal Referendum Will Take Place: Whether We Remain EU Members or Not
- Through this vote, a second, informal referendum will take place: whether we remain members of the European Union or not - Donald Tusk said in Bydgoszcz.

17:33

Tusk:

The Election Will Be a Vote on Whether a Parliamentarian is Wiretapped by Pegasus, Like Brejza, or by Those Who Sought to Destroy His Family
- This vote for parliament will be a vote on whether a parliamentarian will be wiretapped by Pegasus, like Mr. Brejza, or by those who wiretapped him and wanted to destroy his family. It's a choice between one or the other. It's a simple and obvious choice. Will a parliamentarian be dragged by the police and thrown into a police van like Kinga Gajewska, or the one who ordered the police to throw her into that van? - said Donald Tusk in Bydgoszcz. - In this vote for parliament, the real question is whether we will again have a government that cares for the weaker, that doesn't back down from the stronger. It's a question of whether we will have clean rivers or poisoned ones, whether Poland will be a country of dumps, illegal landfills, and toxic waste storage […], or a clean country where one can breathe fresh air again, not just metaphorically, but also practically – whether we will be poisoned - he continued.

17:34

Tusk:

When PiS Wasn't in Power, There Was Money and No Borders. Today, There's No Money, But There Are Borders.
- When PiS wasn't in power, there was money and no borders. Today, precisely, concretely today, it's evident that PiS's rule has led to a situation where there's no money, but there are borders, that they've turned back the clock of history by those years and decades again, and that we can reverse this on October 15th. I'll say more, we cannot, we must reverse this on October 15th - said Donald Tusk in Bydgoszcz.

17:36

Tusk:

PiS's Referendum is as Stupid as it is Audacious
- I'm not talking about their fake referendum. A referendum where the government, which has admitted the most migrants of all European countries, asks whether anyone is in favour of some relocation. Let's set aside their referendum because it is as stupid as it is audacious, these PiS ideas in this referendum - Donald Tusk said in Bydgoszcz.

17:58

Tusk to Voters Abroad: If You Can, Come to Poland on Election Day. The Stakes Are Truly Very High
- Whoever can - I know it's not always possible - but whoever can, let them come to Poland on election day. The stakes are truly very high. If you can, I appeal to all Polish men and women living temporarily or permanently abroad - if it is possible, come to Poland. You can still register in time - said Donald Tusk in Bydgoszcz.

18:11

Tusk:

I would really like it if we didn't have to compare ourselves and look to 'Germany or France for how things should be here'. We were truly one step away from that
- I would very much like it if we didn't have to compare ourselves and constantly look and say 'oh, if only it were like Germany or France here'. You know that we were truly one step away from that, really. Of course, there are certain developmental and civilizational arrears, reaching back to even distant times, but what happened after '89 was truly a magnificent race towards great Polish success. We were truly catching up with Europe and the West - said Donald Tusk in Bydgoszcz.

18:19

Tusk:

I want to guarantee you – we won't need squares, roundabouts, or streets named 'Women's Rights'. We will have women's rights in Poland
- Here [in Bydgoszcz] there is a Square of Women's Rights […]. And I want to guarantee you, for me it is a very important commitment – we do not need and will not need squares, roundabouts, or streets named 'Women's Rights'. We will have women's rights in Poland - said Donald Tusk in Bydgoszcz.

18:27

Tusk:

Kaczyński's Decisions Fund the German Budget on a Massive Scale
- You know what Kaczyński has led us to. Everyone in Europe is already spending money from this KPO. Billions are already circulating. Invested, better or worse, across Europe, but not in Poland. But when Europe repays this large loan, we will have to repay this loan. [...] Kaczyński's decisions fund the German budget on a massive scale. [...] This is a genius, this is a strategist, to spit on the Germans every day, and then finance the German economy with our money - said Donald Tusk in Bydgoszcz.

18:31

Kaczyński:

Tusk Has Decided to Steal Our Campaign Slogan - A Secure Future for Poles

Well, in this election campaign, we are seeing constant changes, primarily on the side of our opponents. And one of them truly stands out exceptionally, his name is Tusk. He’s one way today, another way tomorrow, you actually never know what he’ll do the next day. Recently, he decided to take our campaign slogan away from us – a secure future for Poles – stated Jarosław Kaczyński during a programmatic convention in Pruszków.

18:35

Tusk:

We'll Need Exactly 24 Hours to Turn the PiS Government TV Back into Public Television. Without a Law, Without Duda's Consent
- Public television belongs to us, not them. Us – not Civic Platform or the Coalition. Us – meaning the people of Poland – Donald Tusk said in Bydgoszcz. - After winning the elections and forming a new government, we will need exactly 24 hours to turn the PiS government television back into public television – he declared. - Take my word for it, it's only a few weeks away. I won't reveal the details of the recipe we've prepared. We won't need a law, nor President Duda's consent; we have legal mechanisms that will restore social control over public television overnight – he continued. - I want to promise this to you and to myself. Public television, once it becomes public again, will dedicate a lot of time to telling the whole truth about the PiS government's rule – he added.

18:38

Kaczyński:

A Gigantic Robbery of Public Finances. This Was Precisely Tusk's Order.

- The consequence was, on the one hand, low growth, and on the other, robbery, a gigantic robbery of Polish public finances. This was precisely that order, the Western order, as implemented by Mr. Tusk. And all Poles should be aware of this when they go to make decisions, both concerning the choice of rulers and regarding the referendum – stated Jarosław Kaczyński during a programmatic convention in Pruszków.

18:46

Tusk:

Those who have run public media for 7 years will be legally accountable for what they did. They robbed us of public funds and the truth.
- As I've said a few times recently, some people are clutching their heads, saying: why is he attacking journalists? Firstly, there are no journalists there; for a long time now, no one has seen a single female journalist or male journalist on PiS television. It has absolutely nothing to do with journalism - Donald Tusk said in Bydgoszcz. - But I want to repeat this once again, and this is not a scare tactic, it is putting things right side up again: those who have betrayed the constitution and specific laws – because we have specific laws that regulate how public media should behave – those who have been running TVP, public radio for 7 years, under PiS rule, have repeatedly broken the constitution and many provisions of specific laws. And they will be legally accountable for what they have done to public media, because they robbed us of public funds and the truth - he continued.

18:46

Kaczyński:

Those who claim Poland is isolated and therefore less secure could see today that it's entirely untrue

- I would like to say that those who, for example, claim that Poland is somehow isolated and therefore less secure, could see today once again, if they have any conscience, any reason, that this is entirely untrue. This agreement signed today at the Royal Castle, in the Kubicki Arcades, regarding the construction of a nuclear power plant is, and this is a quote from the Prime Minister, but he heard these words from a representative of the President of the USA, it is even more than one American division in Poland, a whole division - stated Jarosław Kaczyński during a program convention in Pruszków.

- So this isolation is simply a fairy tale, invented by our opponents - he continued.

18:48

Kaczyński on Tusk: Remember, if he wins, everything will return, because he won't change, he will lie, he will do the opposite of what he says

- Remember, if he wins, everything will return, because he won't change, he will lie, he will do the opposite of what he says, but with absolute certainty, he will continue to play in that orchestra which wants to force us back into those frameworks where we are simply not an independent state. What's more, there are still plans to deepen this considerably - stated Jarosław Kaczyński during the programmatic convention in Pruszków.

18:50

Kaczyński:

Lie No. 1 of the Last 30 Years. No One Issued 250,000 Visas

- They are talking about some great scandal here. One can say that it is indeed something big, one can call it the lie of the last 30 years. Lie No. 1. It's about these visas. These visas that didn't exist, no one issued 250,000 visas, and there is indeed a problem with reactivating the Balkan route. Indeed, at this moment refugees are going through the Balkan countries, through Hungary, Slovakia, and some later through the Czech Republic to Germany, and others through a more convenient route, through Poland, because these are better highways, parallel ones and one can reach Germany more easily. And the fact that Germany is now securing, which our opponents gladly invoke, introducing some controls at its border with us and with the Czech Republic, is precisely the result of this process - stated Jarosław Kaczyński during a programmatic convention in Pruszków.

18:52

Kaczyński:

I Issued an Order Regarding the Borders with Slovakia and the Czech Republic
I want to state that as the person responsible in the government for security matters, I have issued an order that the border with Slovakia and the Czech Republic also be subjected to special control and strengthened. And this is not a gesture against these countries. We want to be with them and we are on the best terms, but the point is that we simply cannot tolerate this situation. I hope this will be a temporary situation, but we have to do it - stated Jarosław Kaczyński during a programmatic convention in Pruszków.

18:55

Tusk:

You have the right to curse me if you see the ruling party or coalition behaving like PiS after winning the election
- That is why we are fighting, to restore normal rules, including the rule of law, not to take their place and rule according to their rules. You have the right to curse me if you see that after winning the election, the party that rules, or the coalition, behaves like PiS. The most important task is not for one party to replace another party in power. The most important task is for this new party to introduce completely new order, fair rules. Poland is to change, not just the government - said Donald Tusk in Bydgoszcz.

18:59

Kaczyński:

We Are Defending All of Europe

- They talk about us being removed from Schengen, which by the way is not possible. Remember, this is not the same as the EU, it's a completely separate international agreement. But there is indeed a possibility that this Schengen zone will simply slowly collapse. Do you know what that possibility is? It's like if we tore down this fence, let in these ever-growing groups of illegal immigrants, and they would naturally push towards the German border, because they want to live in Germany or France – stated Jarosław Kaczyński during a programmatic convention in Pruszków.

- Then Germany would certainly abolish the open border and block it. From their perspective, one could say they would be right, but it is we who are defending them, it is we who are defending all of Europe – he continued.

19:01

Kaczyński on Court Decision Regarding Ziobro: Completely Contrary to the Constitution, Which Guarantees Freedom of Speech
- No lies, no insolent, simply unheard-of films will prevent us from doing this [in defense of Europe], nor will 'court' rulings, which recently prohibited Minister Ziobro, for example, from commenting on this film, prevent us. This is simply completely contrary to the Constitution. In Poland, the Constitution guarantees freedom of speech – stated Jarosław Kaczyński during a programmatic convention in Pruszków.

19:02

Kaczyński:

Tusk would probably deny it again today, because he's suddenly trying to play the dove, although it's not going well for him

Right now they are announcing the destruction of Polish democracy, because if someone says they will physically attack independent institutions such as the Constitutional Tribunal or the National Bank, that it will be law, the rule of law, the constitution, and democracy, they want to trample all of it completely. He completely disregards it. Tusk would probably deny it again today, because he's suddenly trying to play the dove, although it's not going well for him. Those teeth are visible – stated Jarosław Kaczyński during the program convention in Pruszków.

19:04

Kaczyński:

On October 15th, We'll Pop Champagne, and Maybe More

- Now we have a dozen or so days of hard work ahead of us, but I remind everyone, and it's the duty of everyone who truly wants our victory - the convention in Katowice, we must be there. And after this convention, even more strength, energy, and then on Sunday evening, the 15th [of October], it's Jadwiga's name day, because my late mother was named Jadwiga, we'll pop champagne, and maybe more - stated Jarosław Kaczyński during the programmatic convention in Pruszków.
