Political Week Ahead: PiS Clashes with Civic Coalition Over the Weekend, Constitutional Tribunal Convenes, Morawiecki Hits the Road, Tusk and Trzaskowski Rally, The Left Tours, and Third Way Candidates Hold 1000 Meetings with Poles

The March of a Million Hearts and the PiS mobilization convention are undoubtedly the two most significant political events of the coming days. Additionally, the Prime Minister is once again boarding the PiS bus, and at the beginning of the week, a joint rally of Donald Tusk and Rafał Trzaskowski will take place in a location where a controversial police intervention against a Civic Coalition MP occurred. The Left will continue its nationwide tour, and the Constitutional Tribunal – at least in theory – will address the Prime Minister's request for a full bench.

On Monday, PMM boards the PiS bus and travels along the Vistula to Kraśnik. Plans include a meeting with Kraśnik residents, a family visit, and a tour of a local company. On Tuesday, PMM will open the S11 road near Koszalin and meet with residents of Trzcianka in Wielkopolska at an election rally. On Thursday, the Prime Minister will participate in the opening of the Museum of Polish History in Warsaw. On Friday, PMM will continue his campaign route in Lower Silesia, including in Lubin.

Tusk and Trzaskowski Rally. On Monday, a joint rally of Civic Platform leader Donald Tusk and Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski will be held in Otwock. Civic Platform politicians have announced that MP Kinga Gajewska, against whom the police used direct coercive measures despite being informed by the gathered crowd that she was protected by parliamentary immunity and the intervention concerned a trivial matter like using a megaphone, will also speak. On Sunday, the Civic Platform leader announced at a rally that on Monday he would reveal documents proving that the visa issuance process continued in July and August.

The Left on Tour. The Left will continue its campaign tour by bus with the Ekipa Lewicy (The Left Team). This week, the route includes the Łódzkie, Świętokrzyskie, Mazowieckie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie, and Pomorskie voivodeships. During open meetings, the leaders of The Left will meet with residents of Pabianice, Sieradz, and Kielce. Furthermore, on Saturday, a convention dedicated to women's rights will be held in Gdańsk.

Hołownia on Tour. On Tuesday, Szymon Hołownia will hold an open meeting with residents in Polkowice. On Wednesday, a conference in Wałbrzych and a leaflet distribution campaign are planned. On Thursday, the leader of Poland 2050 will be in Podlasie, engaging in campaign activities in his electoral district.

Constitutional Tribunal on the Prime Minister's Request for a Full Bench. On Wednesday, a hearing of the Constitutional Tribunal is scheduled regarding Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki's request, which, in simplified terms, concerns the interpretation of a full bench of the Constitutional Tribunal. In practice, this relates to the tribunal's inability to consider President Duda's request regarding the amendment of the Supreme Court Act, which in turn is linked to the disbursement of funds from the KPO (National Recovery Plan).

1000 Meetings of Third Way Candidates with Poles. Third Way leaders Szymon Hołownia and Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz will travel across Poland this weekend as part of the "1000 Meetings" initiative. Locations on the route include Elbląg, Olsztyn, Ciechanów, Lipno, Łódź, Częstochowa, Gliwice, and Nowy Sącz. During a stop in Ciechanów, a forum titled "Women, Forward!" will be held, where Third Way's program for women will be presented.

PiS Convention. - "Regarding our program matters, we have already presented them at our program convention, and on October 1st [Sunday], we simply have a mobilization convention to show our energy for the final two weeks of the election campaign," stated Piotr Müller on TVP1.

March of a Million Hearts. Organized by the Civic Coalition, the March of a Million Hearts will begin on Sunday at Rondo Romana Dmowskiego in Warsaw. Participants will march along Marszałkowska, Świętokrzyska, and Jana Pawła II streets, concluding the procession at Rondo "Radosława."
