Kierwiński:

Błaszczak Declassifies Secret Documents, It's Treason He'll Sit For Sooner or Later
- If someone declassifies secret, top-secret documents for political purposes, they are committing treason. [...] Now they have been declassified for the needs of the election campaign, I understand that Mr. Błaszczak has a problem, just like the entire PiS government, with the huge visa scandal, but as I said, declassifying documents of strategic importance for electoral purposes is treason, and sooner or later Błaszczak will answer for it - said Marcin Kierwiński in an interview with Katarzyna Gójska on the program "Sygnały Dnia" PR1. - During the rule of Civic Platform, both past and future governments, every centimeter of land would be defended [...]. We are talking about danger, how can one feel safe with a guy like Błaszczak, who declassifies secret documents. This is treason, for which he will sit sooner or later - he continued.

The Biggest Purchases During Siemoniak's Tenure Were Mendeleev's Tables
The biggest purchases made [during Tomasz Siemoniak's time at the Ministry of National Defence] were Mendeleev's tables. That is the truth, it was the government, I'm talking about the PO-PSL government, that was liquidating military units, taking vehicles out of the Warmia-Masuria voivodeship. We know how important it is to have military units there, and we know how PO was liquidating those units – stated Andrzej Śliwka in a conversation with Michał Rachoń on the program #Jedziemy on TVP Info.

Śliwka:

Tusk's Fear of Germany's Reaction is Shocking

- We see with every episode of the documentary series by the editor and Professor Cenkiewicz that the decisions made then were not entirely sovereign Polish decisions. They were based on decisions made in both Berlin and the Kremlin, and Tusk's fear of how Germany will react is shocking, and I think it's worth remembering this before the upcoming elections - stated Andrzej Śliwka on the #Jedziemy program on TVP Info.

08:06

Śliwka:

PO Politicians Are Liars

- They are liars, unfortunately, PO politicians are liars who have deceived us more than once. More than once they said one thing and did another – stated Andrzej Śliwka on the TVP Info program #Jedziemy.

PiS Continues the Migration Theme in a Campaign Spot:

The Opposition Voted for Forced Relocation.

- You won't believe it! The German President of the European Commission has just announced that thousands of illegal immigrants from Italy are to be relocated to other countries. How would PO react to this? Forced relocation to Poland is a project for which the Polish opposition voted. This solution from EU bureaucracy will lead to thousands more arriving in Europe. They want them in Poland – that's what the upcoming elections will be about – says the narrator in a PiS clip published on social media.

Civic Coalition Spot: "They Could Have Earned Billions from Illegal Activities, While True Border Defenders Get a Crumb of Bread and Canned Food"

- The PiS government treats soldiers and the Border Guard like a photo backdrop. While they pose for photos by the fence, risking their lives to guard our border, at the same time the PiS mafia brings hundreds of thousands of migrants to Poland, issuing them visas for bribes. They could have earned billions from illegal activities, while true border defenders get a crumb of bread and canned food – says the narrator in a Civic Coalition (KO) spot published on social media.

Kierwiński:

In Our Time, No Minister Dressed Up in a Green Uniform and Pretended to be an Important General
- In our time, there were no generals from a political party. There were generals of the Polish Army, because nobody dressed up, no minister, in a green uniform and pretended to be an important general, like Mr. Błaszczak did - said Marcin Kierwiński on PR1.

09:03

Suski on "Prison+ said": They've promised us this before, but the opposition's incompetence so far suggests it won't happen, though who knows.
- We constantly hear them chanting: "you will sit, you will sit," I even heard "you will hang, because this branch is bent under the weight," so I think the threats are quite terrible. In fact, they've promised us this before, but the opposition's incompetence so far suggests it won't happen, though who knows - stated Marek Suski in a conversation with Robert Mazurek on the program “Morning Conversation” on RMF FM. - Tusk says there will be brave people who will deal with you, who will drag you out, and so on. I don't know, maybe he brought Kołodziejczak and his team for that, so he'd have people to drag us out. I was thinking, if they lock me up, though I don't know for what, but whatever. A paragraph will be found, "give me the man," as they used to say, I'll take paint with me if they allow it, and I'll paint - he added.

09:05

Suski on Wawrzyk's Dismissal: Doubts Arose, and We Want Transparency
- The Prime Minister has the right to dismiss a minister. [Why was Wawrzyk dismissed if there are no charges against him?] For transparency, so there are no suspicions. Doubts arose, and we want transparency. It was a department that was subordinate to Minister Wawrzyk - stated Marek Suski on RMF FM.

Grabiec on Immigrants from Lampedusa: We Absolutely Cannot Afford to Invite More Here

- After we took in 2 million Ukrainians, providing them with shelter, a significant portion of refugees from Ukraine are still staying in Poland. After we took in 250,000 immigrants from Africa and Asia, they will soon be pushed out of Europe; we absolutely cannot afford to invite more immigrants here - stated Jan Grabiec in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the "Gość Radia Zet" program.

09:09

Grabiec:

I would appeal to all KO candidates to present the party's, the electoral committee's stance, not their own views.

- I would appeal to all KO candidates to present the party's, the electoral committee's stance, not their own views. I think MP Łącki already knows he made a mistake, he is a reflective person - stated Jan Grabiec in the program "Gość Radia Zet".

- PiS has turned our country into Lampedusa x 100. They are now trying to blame someone else, but blaming Donald Tusk for visas issued in the last 2.5 years is the height of absurdity - he added.

09:10

Grabiec:

Our Staff Called Numbers in Africa and Asia. Polish Visas Can Still Be Bought, Allowing Entry to Poland Without Border Checks

- A few days ago, members of our staff called phone numbers in Africa and Asia, provided in instructional videos on how to get to Poland and buy a visa. And those numbers worked. Polish visas can still be bought, allowing entry to Poland without checks by Polish authorities. This practice continues uninterrupted – stated Jan Grabiec on the program “Gość Radia Zet”.

09:12

Grabiec on the March of a Million Hearts: People from all over Poland are reporting, wanting to attend. We start at 12:00 PM

- People from all over Poland are reporting, asking about the possibility of arriving, of traveling to Warsaw on that day. We start at 12:00 PM. We have to change the route because we know from reports that there will be more people than at the June 4th march – stated Jan Grabiec in the program “Gość Radia Zet”.

- Participants will set off from one of the largest intersections in Warsaw and will walk along the widest arteries. I don't want to discuss all the details, but yes, everyone should head towards the center of Warsaw. There will certainly be Third Way voters, just as there were on June 4th. I wouldn't want us to discuss who won't be there, especially concerning the opposition, because it harms the opposition – he added.

09:16

Wąsik:

We Will Not Accept a Single Migrant from Lampedusa. No One Can Force Us.
- Not a single one, because the Polish government does not accept the proposals that are being made [...]. PiS will not agree to any forced relocation - said Maciej Wąsik in an interview with Karol Gnat in the "Political Salon of Trójka" on PR3, when asked how many migrants from Lampedusa Poland would accept. - There is no such law and no one can force us to do so. We know this perfectly well and this is exactly how we will act, so as not to accept them - he continued.

09:19

Wąsik:

If a referendum signal is sent to Europe, I am convinced that other countries will soon hold referendums on migration
- I have a great hope that Poles will go to the referendum and over 50% of people will vote, meaning the referendum will be binding. And they will vote against agreeing to forced relocation. If such a signal is sent to Europe, I am convinced that in a few European countries, referendums on migration will soon be held - said Maciej Wąsik in PR3's "Salon polityczny Trójki".

09:38

Szrot:

I Understand Grabiec is Heroically Fighting Objective Truth, But I Don't Foresee Major Successes in This Battle

- If [Jan Grabiec] disputes the theses contained in the revealed document, then he should report a suspicion of a crime, of forgery of such a document. If he does not dispute it, then I understand, there are no reasons to dispute the information from an official document – said Paweł Szrot in the program ,,Kwadrans Polityczny” on TVP1.

- There are certain data that allow for an assessment of military potential. For centuries, or rather millennia, such a basic measurable determinant has been the number of soldiers. Under Civic Platform, around 100,000, perhaps slightly fewer; under United Right, 170,000. Let's compare this data, also in terms of equipment, armament – everything is changing. Regarding military units, it is known how many were liquidated. I understand that Mr. MP Grabiec is heroically fighting objective truth, but I do not foresee any major successes for him in this battle – he continued.

09:39

Szrot on Meloni: A Good Ally and Friend of the Polish Government

- A good ally and friend of the Polish government, one could say, approaches this very difficult issue for her country rationally. She has said before that regarding the Polish stance, she absolutely understands it (…). What Prime Minister Meloni also said recently - stopping, not distributing, these illegal migrants in European countries - said Paweł Szrot in the program "Political Quarter of an Hour" on TVP1.

09:40

Szrot on Wawrzyk: His mistake was trusting the wrong people; he faced political consequences for his actions
I understand that it's no longer hundreds of thousands, but thousands, and perhaps soon Mr. Donald Tusk will reach the real numbers and talk about the approximately 200 cases that raise concerns for Polish services, because I would like to remind you that these irregularities were raised by Polish services and have been under investigation for many, many months - said Paweł Szrot in the program ,,Kwadrans Polityczny” on TVP1. - There are a few, as far as I know. However, let's agree, even if it was about 200, or less than 200 cases that raise doubts, it is still 200 cases too many. The matter needs to be clarified. Minister Wawrzyk has faced political consequences... In my opinion, by trusting the wrong people - he added.

09:41

Szrot:

If defense plans assumed defense on the Vistula line, they must have also assumed the occupation of Polish cities

- Poland is safe, Poland is increasing its defense, Polish soldiers are equipped with increasingly modern equipment. We are arming ourselves because we want peace, we want to deter all potential adversaries. We will actively work to ensure this peace continues, that no aggression occurs. But if defense plans assumed defense on the Vistula line, they must have also assumed the occupation of Polish cities - said Paweł Szrot on the TVP1 program "Political Quarter Hour".

09:43

Wąsik:

'F*** this Eastern Poland' – they didn't just neglect it in terms of investments and infrastructure, they were also ready to surrender half the country to the invader
- He should definitely be held politically accountable [Bogdan Klich], because this is something that should not have happened. [...] There was a concept that if a war broke out, we would effectively surrender half of Poland, establishing the defense line on the Vistula River. We cannot agree to this; it is a complete capitulation, in fact - Maciej Wąsik stated in "Salon polityczny Trójki" on PR3. - 'And f*** this Eastern Poland' - this is precisely the emanation of those words, we now know what it's about. They didn't care about Eastern Poland, not just in terms of investments and infrastructure development, but they were also ready to set the defense line on the Vistula River, meaning they would effectively surrender half the country to the invader, should war break out - he stated.

10:48

Morawiecki:

Poland Will Not Be Broken! Tusk and PO Wanted to Let Them In. They Did It Once – And They Would Do It Again. We Will Not Let Anyone In.
Poland will not be broken! Donald Tusk and PO wanted to let them in. They did it once – and they would do it again. We will not let ANYONE in! Polish women and children will be SAFE! This is what's at stake in these elections - Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki wrote on Twitter.

Kierwiński to Kaczyński: From What Amount Do You Believe an Affair Begins? Is $5,000 for a Polish Visa Not Enough?
- Terrible and reprehensible words from MP Kaczyński, who says this is neither an affair nor a minor affair. So I ask, Mr. MP Kaczyński, from what amount do you believe an affair begins? Is $5,000 for a Polish visa a small amount of money to qualify it as an affair? Even one visa traded unfairly is an affair that in a normal, democratic country would lead to the resignation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs - said Marcin Kierwiński at a press conference in front of the Border Guard Headquarters.

- In Poland, there are thousands of these visas which are burdened with the probability of illegality. Do not believe the number 268 that the prosecution is citing. There are more videos online showing how to illegally obtain a Polish visa than what the prosecution is interested in. The prosecution has one goal – it wants to sweep this matter under the rug - he continued.

11:40

Grabiec:

Instructional Videos on How to Buy a Polish Visa Are Still Available Online. This Practice Continues
- We have established beyond any doubt that in the last 2.5 years, the Polish government has issued over 250,000 visas for citizens of Africa and Asia. Of course, the question remains how many of these visas were bought, how many were issued to people who were not checked at all and ended up in Poland, in Europe, trying to get to the United States - said Jan Grabiec at a press conference in front of the Border Guard Headquarters. - Naturally, the numbers provided by PiS politicians are untrue. Closing this scandal with a few hundred visas is absurd - especially since instructional videos on how to buy a Polish visa today are still available online. Members of our team called the numbers provided in these instructional videos two days ago. People answered the phone and arranged meetings with clients on how to buy a Polish visa in Africa or Asia. This practice continues - he added.

11:49

Tomczyk:

We Call for Rau's Resignation. If He Claims No Responsibility for the Visa Affair, He's Either a Liar or an Idiot
- Today, Minister Rau is undoubtedly the man of the day, who [...] said he doesn't feel co-responsible [for the visa affair]. From this spot, on behalf of Civic Coalition (KO), we call for Minister Rau's resignation. He has now flown on a foreign visit using a government plane, whereas he should have returned using a budget airline at his own expense. He should be here in Poland today as a dismissed minister, standing before the Polish prosecutor and answering these questions - said Cezary Tomczyk at a press conference in front of the Border Guard Headquarters. - He is not being held accountable solely because he is currently at the top of the Law and Justice (PiS) party list in Łódź. [...] They know there are 30 days until the elections and they will do everything to bury this matter, and we will do everything to bring this matter to light - he added. - If Minister Rau, who heads the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, says that he actually knows nothing about this matter, that he bears no responsibility, then he is either a liar or an idiot. In this situation, perhaps the worst thing is that these two possibilities are not mutually exclusive - he continued.

12:07

Sasin:

Poland Remains Among Europe's Top Steel Producers
The steel industry, which has been experiencing a crisis in Europe in recent years due to the energy transition and its energy-intensive nature, has become unprofitable within the European Union. In recent years, what we have observed is the pushing of the steel industry outside the European Union. One could say that we did not feel the negative effects of this process until the major crises arrived, until first the crisis related to the coronavirus pandemic disrupted, and in some cases severed, supplies, and then the energy crisis. The war in Ukraine caused these further key suppliers of steel to the European Union markets to exit, one could say, from this market; I mean Russia and Ukraine here. These crises have made it clear to us that we must return to steel production within the European Union – stated Jacek Sasin during the European Steel Congress Steel 2023. Just as in the European Union, we have been observing a crisis in the steel industry in Poland for many years. It is true that Poland remains among the top steel producers in Europe, although we are far from the leader, which is Germany. Germany produces over 40 million tons of steel annually, while Poland produces only 8.5 million tons annually. We still have assets that we should support and develop, because today we are in a situation where we have a significant supply gap in Poland – he added.

12:20

Kierwiński on Third Way Leaders' Participation in the Million Hearts March: 'I Think They Will Reconsider'
- Regarding the Third Way – I think they will reconsider – said Marcin Kierwiński at a press conference in front of the Border Guard Headquarters. - We are convinced, and we know that voters of the Third Way and other opposition parties will be at the Million Hearts March on October 1st at 12:00 PM in Warsaw. I remember what happened before the June 4th march; at that time, leaders of various opposition formations also declared that they would not participate in that march, and later they came and were with their voters [...], I hope that this time too we will stand shoulder to shoulder – added Jan Grabiec.

13:07

Ziobro:

Visa Scandals Happened During Tusk's Tenure. I Will Likely Show Them Tomorrow

- A drowning man clutches at a straw - and in Donald Tusk's case - a "petty affair," because the visa scandals happened during his time. I will likely show them to you tomorrow and present the numbers. How many visas were fraudulently obtained due to corruption when Donald Tusk was Prime Minister, and how does that compare to this "petty affair." I am not downplaying the matter - as evidenced by the charges and arrest warrants. If we had something to hide, I could have decided that this case would be handled with a different intensity - stated Zbigniew Ziobro in a conversation with journalists, responding to a question from a Polsat News reporter.

- This is not a large scandal in terms of the number of visas, that's Donald Tusk's great lie. But I was outraged that there might be individuals taking bribes to expedite visa issuance - the Minister of Justice continued.

- The fact that such a procedure on a larger scale took place during Tusk's time - in no way justifies those who have now committed offenses (...) These were bribes paid to expedite the issuance of 268 visas - he added.

ORLEN Acquires Poland's First Hydrogen Locomotive and Begins Testing

ORLEN is expanding its hydrogen technology in transportation. The concern has purchased a modern locomotive from PESA Bydgoszcz, which is the first rail vehicle in Poland to utilize hydrogen propulsion. Its tests have also commenced concurrently. As part of operational trials, the locomotive's first journey took place on the Gdynia – Hel route. This is yet another investment that aligns with ORLEN Group's hydrogen strategy, which aims to leverage hydrogen in rail and public transport. By 2030, the concern will allocate PLN 7.4 billion to investments in hydrogen technologies based on renewable energy sources and municipal waste processing into hydrogen.

“As planned, we are fulfilling business objectives that will ensure our long-term development and a strong position in Europe, while simultaneously aligning with the strategy to enhance the energy security of Poles. One of the key elements of this process is the development of alternative fuels, including hydrogen. We are dedicating billions of zlotys to investments in modern hydrogen technologies. The acquisition from PESA Bydgoszcz of Poland's first hydrogen-powered locomotive is another important step in the commercialization of this technology and a reinforcement of our position in an area that represents the future of mobility. Thanks to this investment, we will gain the competencies needed to prepare a comprehensive offer for hydrogen fuel supplies to the rail market. Our actions are genuinely contributing to the transformation of Polish railways using the most modern technologies. At the same time, we are investing in the development of zero-emission public transport by building more publicly accessible hydrogen refueling stations in Poland and abroad,” says Daniel Obajtek, CEO of ORLEN.

The shunting locomotive with hydrogen drive, acquired by ORLEN, will ultimately operate on the sidings of the Production Plant in Płock. Its tests are currently underway. The first journey took place on the Gdynia – Hel route. The agreement between ORLEN and PESA Bydgoszcz also includes a 4-year service package, under which standard inspections and potential repairs will be carried out. The locomotive's tank capacity is more than five times greater than that of hydrogen-powered buses, amounting to 175 kg. This allows for round-the-clock operation of the locomotive. The locomotive's traction system comprises two fuel cells, each with a power of 85 kW, a battery, and four traction motors.

ORLEN Group is actively developing its hydrogen potential, and the rail market represents a very attractive area for implementing this fuel. ORLEN and LOTOS Kolej plan to eventually hydrogenize the locomotive fleet at the Production Plant in Płock and in other locations. In the longer term, the concern is focused on developing the hydrogen sales market and building a network of hydrogen refueling stations for rail vehicles.

Concurrently, in line with the hydrogen strategy until 2030, ORLEN Group is expanding its network of publicly accessible, 24/7 hydrogen refueling stations in Poland and abroad. In 2021, ORLEN launched Poland's first automotive-grade hydrogen production HUB, from which hydrogen fuel has been supplied for over a year to a pilot hydrogen refueling station in Krakow, where hydrogen buses from various manufacturers are being tested. Drivers in Poland will be able to refuel hydrogen for their cars at stations in Poznań and Katowice later this year. Further ORLEN hydrogen stations in Bielsko-Biała, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Wałbrzych, Krakow, Włocławek, Gdynia, Piła, and Warsaw will be commissioned by mid-2025. In the Czech Republic, hydrogen can already be refueled at ORLEN Benzina stations in Prague and Litvinov. Within the next 7 years, ORLEN Group's network will comprise over 100 hydrogen refueling stations. Approximately 57 will be built in Poland, about 26 in Slovakia, and around 28 in the Czech Republic.

To ensure the highest quality of hydrogen fuel, ORLEN Group has launched specialized hydrogen laboratories in Trzebinia and Włocławek, which are the only ones in Poland capable of testing all hydrogen parameters required for powering fuel cells in vehicles.

ORLEN has also taken on the role of leader of two Hydrogen Valleys – the Mazovian Valley, established in 2022, and the Amber Valley, covering the Pomeranian Voivodeship, which was formed this year by an international consortium of 11 entities. The Amber Hydrogen Valley project is the first in Poland to receive certification from Mission Innovation and the Clean Hydrogen Partnership for a flagship hydrogen valley project.

Within the Amber Hydrogen Valley, plans include, among others, the launch of several renewable hydrogen production sources, the construction of hydrogen refueling stations in the port of Gdynia, as well as publicly accessible stations in key cities in Pomerania. The project also encompasses the creation of the world's first fleet of port hydrogen vehicles. This fleet will serve the port of Gdynia. Additionally, investments will be made in dozens of hydrogen vehicles, including passenger cars and light VAN-type delivery vehicles, which will be used by courier companies and companies providing grid maintenance services.

Wieruszów is Where You Win Elections. I Have a Feeling We Believed in Victory Yesterday

- Poland has shown what it wants today. It wants change, and that was very clearly visible. It was a wonderful event, hundreds of conversations between Władek, our activists, and the people, and it was a result that truly gives hope. Wieruszów is a place where you win elections, Wieruszów is a place that heralds winning elections, and we are already very happy about this today because we believed, I have a feeling, in victory yesterday. What we have been waiting for for many months has happened: the democratic opposition has believed in its strength. It has believed in victory. We, the Third Way, will certainly contribute to this victory, as we also saw from yesterday's results in a significant way - stated Szymon Hołownia during a press conference.

13:10

Hołownia:

We Urge – ABW to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Soon as Possible

- We are approaching this very seriously with other democratic forces. I clearly and explicitly declare – cooperation. Firstly, in ensuring the security of the Republic of Poland today. We will jointly, together, appeal for what we are all appealing for, namely for the ABW [Internal Security Agency] to be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as soon as possible. As quickly as possible, for full information to be provided in the Sejm by the Prime Minister, about what happened, what the scale of the abuses is, how many visas were sold, to whom they were sold, why we were lied to. We need to know all of this, and we need to know it quickly - stated Szymon Hołownia during a press conference.

- Only after the elections will this future democratic government be able to settle this matter completely. We will settle it down to the last visa, down to the last person who had no right to enter the territory of the Republic of Poland, and as we learn from the press again today, entire families, villages, went into debt to buy a visa. Not from Lukashenka's smugglers, but from smugglers within the Polish government, for those who want to enter the territory of the Republic of Poland - he continued.

- I emphasize again what perfidy and brazenness, they stirred up hysteria, they stirred up drama, they pushed people to the borders, to die in the forests. For what? To drive up the price, so that people would know well and hear that it is better to buy from this smuggler than from that one, because if you buy from the one in the Polish government, you will enter the European Union territory without any problem - he added.

13:11

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

Let's Ask Everyone to Do Their Part. A Crucial Task Will Be Mobilizing the Electorates of Individual Formations
Wieruszów has shown that victory is possible, that with strength, will to fight, determination, an idea for Poland, and a program, you can win, and not just one team wins, but all those who play fair, who treat each other with respect, who respect voters, and don't trip each other up. It is very important not to play dirty against democratic formations, not to trip them up, not to foul each other. We will adhere to this, and we ask everyone to do their part. A very important task will be to mobilize the electorates of individual formations, and they are very diverse on the opposition side. There are those who have been committed for a long time, know who they are voting for, and there are those who have left PiS. They are in the undecided group and are now looking for candidates and formations they would like to vote for, often ruling out the two largest formations and looking for a third option. This is Trzecia Droga (The Third Way), there is a chance to choose the greater good, not the lesser evil – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz during a press conference.

13:12

Kosiniak-Kamysz on Embargo: A PiS Representative Couldn't Sort It Out Because Their Position is Simply Pathetic
They couldn't, despite having a commissioner for agriculture, secure food security for Polish consumers and for Europe. Having the greatest influence in Europe, because there is one commissioner for agriculture, a PiS representative wasn't able to sort this out because their position is simply pathetic – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz during a press conference.

13:12

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

The weekend of September 30th and October 1st will be crucial, Third Way will be in even the smallest village

- The weekend of September 30th and October 1st will be crucial. This is a great responsibility and a great task for us, and I think we in the opposition must share this task. It's very good that the Civic Coalition is organizing a meeting, organizing a march here in Warsaw, while we as the Third Way will be in even the smallest village. Each of our candidates, and together with the Senate candidates, we have nearly 1,000 on the Third Way's lists, will organize an event in their hometown, or a neighboring town, on the weekend of September 30th and October 1st - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz during a press conference.

- There could be over 1,000 such meetings. This will reach voters who will not come to Warsaw, who will stay in their homes, but who also need to hear the truth about the visa scandal, about how long one has to wait to see a doctor today, and about how difficult it is to find a psychologist in school, about food security, about these fundamental issues we will talk about, but we must also present a plan on how to fix them. The Third Way will reach every, even the smallest village. We will be everywhere in Poland, we will be on a route from dawn till dusk, from early morning hours on Saturday until late evening hours on Sunday - he added.

PiS Announces Campaign to Stick EP Voting Results on Civic Platform Offices
- We are announcing a campaign: the results of voting in the European Parliament [...] will be stuck on Civic Platform offices across Poland for the next several dozen hours, so that everyone knows the truth, who is credible on the migration issue. Enough of these lies, Tusk = Lampedusa in Poland - said Patryk Jaki at a press conference.

14:57

Bochenek:

Voting for Any Opposition Party Paves the Way for Tusk to Power and Dooms Poland to Great Chaos, Strife, and a Lack of Stability

- It comes as no surprise to me that PiS is leading the polls, as indeed all polls for many weeks have indicated that PiS is most likely to win these elections. Of course, everything will be decided on October 15th, and we are doing everything to ensure these polls, these public opinion surveys, are confirmed. We are working hard in the field, we want to achieve the outcome where the ZP camp wins for the third time in a row and will lead Polish affairs in the right direction. However, what I can say, commenting on the results of other opposition parties as well, is that by voting for any opposition party, you are opening the way for Donald Tusk to gain power and are condemning Poland to great chaos, strife, a lack of any stability and decisiveness in these crucial, very important moments, especially from the perspective of what is happening on our eastern border - stated Rafał Bochenek at a press briefing.

15:02

PiS:

Today, once again, we return to a mechanism that opens the door for illegal migrants to Europe
- On one hand, you have the United Right government, whose politicians consistently voted against mandatory relocation in the European Parliament, and politicians at the government level blocked all solutions related to the migration package [...]. On the other hand, you have Donald Tusk, whose politicians recently voted for mandatory relocation, precisely for these people who are currently on Lampedusa to be relocated here - said Patryk Jaki at a press conference. - The Civic Platform's policy is a policy in favor of relocating illegal migrants. Let's go back to 2015, when in September of that year, just before the elections, Ewa Kopacz's government broke the Visegrad Group's solidarity and supported the relocation of thousands of migrants. At that time, our Visegrad Group partners were astonished by this situation. After the elections won by the United Right, it took a very long time to regain trust within the Visegrad Group and build a compromise - said Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk. - Today, we are once again returning to this harmful mechanism, which opens the door for illegal migrants to Europe, and is an incentive for illegal migrants who, in their thousands, are once again invading an island off the coast of Italy. This is a gigantic tragedy, a humanitarian crisis, an uncontrollable situation if it continues down this path. Furthermore, Ursula von der Leyen has once again, in the context of what is currently happening on Lampedusa, announced that there will be proposals regarding the relocation of these individuals who have arrived in Italy in recent hours to other member states. We do not agree to such a policy - said Rafał Bochenek.

15:08

Bochenek to TVN: You're trying to make a campaign for Tusk out of a promille incident, a completely marginal issue.
The state from the well-known station, the one that supports Donald Tusk, I don't need to advertise it again, because we all know perfectly well that the headquarters at Wiertnicza is working, you are trying to make a campaign for Donald Tusk out of a certain promille incident, a completely marginal issue, and you are accusing the Polish state simply because the services acted in time, on time, proactively. I know this is unthinkable, because during the PO era, when there were various abuses, which consular services informed about in various reports, there were no political, at least I didn't hear about any, decisions related to the resignation of, for example, the Minister of Foreign Affairs. No consequences were drawn from it - stated Rafał Bochenek at a press conference.

Błaszczak:

The Opposition is Upset We Revealed Their Plans to Hand Half of Poland to the Enemy. Residents of Eastern Voivodeships Have the Right to Know What Tusk's Government Was Planning for Them
- The opposition is upset with us because we revealed their plans to hand half of Poland over to the enemy. I'm talking about the 2011 National Defence Plans, meaning defence along the Vistula River line. Poles, and most importantly, residents of [...] the Warmian-Masurian, Masovian, Lublin, and Subcarpathian voivodeships have the right to know what Donald Tusk's government was preparing for them. That is why we revealed these documents - said Mariusz Błaszczak at the 1st Legion Infantry Division in Czerwony Bór. - Today, the Polish Army has completely different orders. Today, the Polish Army is to defend every inch of Polish land. [...] Here, in Czerwony Bór, [...] an important centre, an important unit of the Polish Army is being established, which is proof that under the current government, the PiS government, every inch of Polish land will be effectively defended - he continued.

Tusk Calls to Participate in the March on October 1st:

So That Poland is Once Again Free from Lies, Hatred, and Theft

Donald Tusk has published a video on social media encouraging participation in the Million Hearts March, which will take place on October 1st in Warsaw.

The recording features footage from Donald Tusk's previous rallies and the June 4th march, as well as fragments of the Civic Platform leader's speeches from that event, where he said: "Thousands of people with Poland in their hearts, who did not let themselves be broken," "don't be afraid, no one will silence us today."

"We are standing up to fight evil, face to face, to hold this government accountable. So that Poland is once again free from lies, from hatred, and from theft. This is our time. On October 1st at noon, we will meet in Warsaw" - Donald Tusk says in the video.

Morawiecki:

We don't kiss bread only to throw it in the bin when the cameras are off

- We don't kiss bread only to throw it in the bin when the cameras are off. We have respect for Polish bread, for the work of Polish farmers, and for the Polish countryside. Everything we do is intended to serve this purpose, so that the Polish countryside can truly not only compete but win against farmers from Western Europe. To achieve this, we fulfilled our promise from a few years ago: equalizing subsidy levels for Polish farmers compared to French, German, or Western European farmers - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Narol.

16:49

Morawiecki:

Russia Should Pay for the Consequences of the Grain Crisis, Not Polish Farmers

- We are saying clearly: Russia should pay for the consequences, the effects of the grain crisis, not Polish farmers. For us, the interests of Polish farmers are paramount, and that is why, even when we are pressured from the East and the West, we do not back down - Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki stated in Narol.

16:54

Morawiecki on PO: They Can't Get Anything Done in Brussels, While Fawning and Groveling to Them. They Have No Dignity

- Tusk, along with his Judas of the Polish countryside, as I heard here, went to Brussels to boast that he would arrange the extension of the Ukrainian import ban for another two months. What would two months even be? We knew immediately that it wasn't enough. But they boasted that it was already arranged. They went with a cap, hoping to get a few pears, and returned without pears, without a cap, without an embargo, having arranged nothing. That's their effectiveness, or ineffectiveness, in Brussels. They can't get anything done, and they fawn, grovel to them, I tell you, impossibly. It's shameful to watch what they're doing there. They have no dignity, they have no pride of a Polish farmer - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Narol.

16:59

Morawiecki to Villagers: We Apologize for Our Mistakes, Stumbles, Sins, but Look at How We Defended the Interests of Polish Countryside Against Brussels, Kyiv, Berlin, and Before Tusk

-

Dear residents of Polish villages, you who have been betrayed so many times by the PO liberals know perfectly well the difference between us and them. That is why we apologize for our mistakes, stumbles, sins, but look at how we defended the interests of the Polish countryside against Brussels, Kyiv, Berlin, and before Tusk, who wanted to plough under and destroy Polish agriculture - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Narol.

Kobosko:

These Elections Won't Be Decided in Warsaw or Among the Already Convinced; the PO March Will Attract Supporters
- Because these elections won't be decided in Warsaw, but in many, many places – including Wieruszów, where there were primaries yesterday, and Ciechanów, and many other locations – we need to be in many other places. We and our leaders will be on a major tour of Poland this weekend [September 30-October 1] – Michał Kobosko stated in an interview with Beata Lubecka on "Gość Radia ZET". - If KO, which has every right to do so, organizes its event on October 1st in Warsaw, we will be working this weekend in many, many other places in Poland. As I said, these elections won't be decided in Warsaw, nor will they be decided among the already convinced. The Platform's march will attract voters who are already convinced – he continued.

18:03

Kobosko:

Petru and I Will Be at the October 1st March
- I am running in Warsaw and I have decided that I will participate in the [October 1st] march. We will be convincing voters in very many places across Poland. Since this is my constituency [...], I want to be here and talk with voters, including among Civic Platform voters - Michał Kobosko said on 'Gość Radia ZET'. - I know that Ryszard Petru [...] has already publicly declared that he intends to participate, so Ryszard and Michał will be at this march - he noted. - We are running in Warsaw, this is our constituency, but there are many constituencies, there are 41, and in each of these constituencies this very weekend our candidates, hence the slogan "a thousand", because we have almost a thousand candidates, will hold hundreds of meetings, and our leaders will travel across Poland [...] to show that the democratic opposition is active and plays on different instruments, which together, we believe, produce a good, positive, and optimistic sound - continued the First Vice-Chairman of Poland 2050.

18:13

Kobosko:

A Strong Result for Civic Coalition, Third Way, and New Left is Necessary. Without Meeting One of These Conditions, There Will Be No Chance to End the PiS Government
- The past few weeks and months, when looking at opinion polls for political parties, have very clearly shown that for the democratic opposition to be able to govern and take responsibility for the country, a good result, at the very least, for Civic Coalition, Third Way, and New Left is needed. Without meeting one of these conditions, there will be no chance to end the PiS government - said Michał Kobosko on „Gość Radia ZET”.

18:29

Biejat on Giertych: He Harms Democracy in Poland, Produces Fake Polls

- Giertych, first and foremost, in my opinion, harms democracy in Poland overall, and I am surprised that Civic Coalition (KO) decided to put on their list a person who was not only the reviver of the All-Polish Youth, but is also a person who produces fake polls and generally fake news on Twitter - stated Magdalena Biejat on RMF FM.

18:33

Kobosko:

There Would Be No Third Way If We Had Even the Shadow of a Suspicion That the PSL Would Enter a Coalition with PiS After the Elections. The Leader of the Peasants Absolutely Does Not See Such an Option
- There would be no Third Way, our alliance would not have been formed, if we had even the shadow of a suspicion, if we hadn't had such guarantees as one can have in the world of politics, that the PSL would absolutely not do something like that [a post-election coalition with PiS], because that would be unacceptable to us, we don't see such a possibility. And as we hear, as we talk with Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, he absolutely does not see such an option - said Michał Kobosko in "Gość Radia ZET".

19:14

Morawiecki:

PiS Government Halted National Asset Sell-off, Tusk Represents the Liberal Law of the Jungle
The PiS government halted this process of national asset sell-off in 2016, 2017, and we began investing. Investing in a company that will soon celebrate its 70th anniversary. Thus, a company with traditions, with products that are today exported to countries such as Germany, Switzerland, Austria, meaning a significant portion of production is exported, which testifies to the competitiveness of this plant – said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Tarnobrzeg. How was this made possible? In the face of Tusk's policy, a policy of sell-offs, a policy of unemployment, over 2 million 300 thousand people. A policy of starvation wages, we reversed that unfavorable trend in the labor market. We replaced that law of the fist, the law of the jungle, with investment in national assets – he added. Tusk sold off the cable car to Kasprowy Wierch, the cable car to Gubałówka, Polish broadcasting, and year after year he liquidated Siarkopol, with fewer and fewer people, fewer and fewer employed, fewer and fewer workers, worse and worse prospects. This is the liberal law of the jungle, which I warn against. Let us all beware of such an approach to the labor market – he stated.

Müller:

Ukraine's WTO Complaint Leaves Us Unimpressed
“Certainly, one can say that we are acting in this way [like friends] because we are indeed supporting Ukraine against the Russian aggression, also because it is a matter of our security, let's be frank. The risk of Ukraine losing is a danger for Poland and other countries in Central and Eastern Europe, which is why we support Ukraine. However, it cannot be the case that when our economic or agricultural interests are threatened, we will somehow back down from such moral pressure or some other kind of legal pressure, as is the case here. I would like this to be clearly understood: we are maintaining our position. Such a complaint to the WTO, so to speak, leaves us unimpressed in the sense that we have no reason to withdraw from the embargo we have introduced,” stated Piotr Müller in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program “Gość Wydarzeń” on Polsat News.

20:26

Rau:

There is no visa scandal, but rather a cascade of falsehoods, slanders, and outright lies
What you are talking about is a conscious and deliberate lie by the opposition, a lie composed of an entire cascade of fake news that it has been using for the past dozen or so days. The leading fake news is the so-called scandal of the century, which supposedly originated in the ministry I have the honor to lead. Of course not, there is no visa scandal, but rather a cascade of falsehoods, slanders, and outright lies - stated Zbigniew Rau on the TVP Info program "Gość Wiadomości". - Irregularities in the issuance of slightly over 200 visas over the last 30 months have been identified. This procedure has been recognized by Polish services, the CBA, which has been dealing with this issue for over a year under the supervision of the prosecutor's office - he added.

20:26

Müller on the Act on Aid to Ukrainian Citizens: I Think These Provisions Will Not Be Extended

- Let's remember that these provisions [the Act on Aid to Ukrainian Citizens] are temporary and expire at the beginning of next year. Therefore, this is not something given permanently, but for the period of the ongoing armed conflict, and these provisions will simply expire next year. I think these provisions will largely not be extended. That's my current impression - stated Piotr Müller on the program “Gość Wydarzeń” on Polsat News.

20:27

Rau:

We indicated that Chancellor Merkel's "open door" policy had to have consequences

- Absolutely. This is a global problem, but currently, the eyes of the world, the eyes of international public opinion, are turned towards Europe on this issue. What is happening now is undoubtedly the apogee of the European Union's migration crisis. This is because no one in the EU's decision-making or political centers, whether in Berlin or Brussels, listened to our position. We indicated that uncontrolled immigration, indeed the "open door" policy promoted by Chancellor Merkel, had to have consequences, and we are witnessing that today - stated Zbigniew Rau on the program "Gość Wiadomości" on TVP Info.

20:27

Kierwiński:

What Bribe Amount Triggers a Scandal for Kaczyński?
- Mr. Kaczyński says this isn't even a small scandal, so I ask: from what bribe amount does a scandal, or a small scandal, begin for Mr. Kaczyński? Above 5,000 dollars? It's unbelievable that these people are saying nothing happened because 268 illegal visas were issued. Even if it were 268, and I assure you it's much, much more, as it simply stems from the documents, but even if one Polish visa were issued for a 5,000 dollar bribe, it would be an incredible scandal, for which in a normal, democratic country, the entire government would pay a huge political price - said Marcin Kierwiński in an interview with Monika Olejnik on the program "Kropka nad i" (The Dot Above i) on TVN24.

20:27

Müller:

The EC Waited Until the Last Day to Announce No Embargo Extension, Now Expects an Agreement in 72 Hours

- What the European Commission has proposed, please note what a strange style it is, not to call it more sharply, to build an agreement. That is, until the very end, the European Commission waited until the last day to say that there would be no extension of the embargo, and now it expects an agreement to be reached within 72 hours. There were many weeks to work out these kinds of compromises. This is a deliberate move - stated Piotr Müller on the program “Gość Wydarzeń” on Polsat News.

- It disregards not only the Polish government. It simply disregards the interests of Central and Eastern Europe. This is nothing new. The interests of the larger EU countries are what matter. We have known this for many years, and that is why we are behaving assertively. However, I am not surprised by the European Commission's behavior in this way - he added.

20:28

Müller:

There's likely a longing in the PSL to raise the retirement age
There is likely this longing within the PSL to raise the retirement age, because the leader of the PSL himself endorsed this reform. This desire will not go away; it's their real plan, more likely Tusk's than Kosiniak-Kamysz's, because he was merely a subcontractor – stated Piotr Müller on the program “Gość Wydarzeń” on Polsat News.

20:30

Rau Asked if He Intends to Resign: Of Course Not
- Of course not. I feel responsible for the efficient functioning of the ministry that I head. These irregularities, according to months of service investigations, occurred outside the ministry. The best proof of this is that no officials have been charged - stated Zbigniew Rau on the program "Gość Wiadomości" on TVP Info.

20:31

Kierwiński:

The Polish Government Acted as Competition for Lukashenko
- Now we know what PiS needed the wall for, this fence on the border, it wasn't about Polish security at all, because we know that this barrier lets through 600 to 800 people per week, according to estimates. It was about simply being able to extort bribes from some people. The Polish government acted as competition for Lukashenko - said Marcin Kierwiński on TVN24.

20:39

Biejat on the Visa Affair: We're Falling from One Pathology to Another
- We have outsourcing, which was maintained for years, yes, it's true, also under previous governments, but Law and Justice continued to maintain it, which led to an absurdly pathological system where these companies blocked queues to be able to sell a place in the queue for a lot of money. In a panic, all these contracts have now been terminated and there is no one to handle these visas. And the effect is that students cannot get to Poland, that employers have problems because they cannot bring in the workers who are needed, so we are falling from one pathology to another, and in my opinion, this is the best picture of Law and Justice – said Magdalena Biejat on TVN24.

20:45

Biejat:

Politicians Who Try to Exploit People's Fears for Short-Term Political Gain Are Simply Disgusting
- These [words of Mateusz Morawiecki about defending women from rape and robbery] are simply disgusting. I believe this is disgusting and that it reflects very poorly. Politicians who try to exploit people's fears, who try to create them for short-term political gain, are simply disgusting and this is the best proof that they should disappear from politics - said Magdalena Biejat on TVN24.
