Bryłka:
Kaczyński's Biggest Worry Should Be Losing Hegemony on the Right
- The biggest worry for President Kaczyński is that he has lost his hegemony on the right and that beyond PiS, there is now Konfederacja, today there is Mr. Grzegorz Braun's Korona, and it turns out that our combined result is better than PiS's. And that, I think, is President Kaczyński's biggest worry. Or rather, it should be in my opinion. Is it? I don't know - said Anna Bryłka in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News's "Graffiti".
08:08
Bryłka:
PiS's and Czarnek's Lack of Credibility is Obvious to Everyone. You Can't Change Your Mind Every Few Months
- This lack of credibility of PiS and the lack of credibility of PiS's candidate for prime minister is obvious to everyone. You can't change your mind every few months on fundamental elements of your program. Of course, Minister Czarnek probably compromises himself the most with his statements regarding migration, or Ukrainian policy in general - Anna Bryłka said on Polsat News's "Graffiti".
- Why does PiS disagree with SAFE, with joint debt, now, but agrees to joint debt for Ukraine? They agree to the KPO, joint debt, but disagree with SAFE, joint debt. Well, that's total inconsistency - she added.
08:12
Bryłka:
Why should a voter choose PiS's quasi-Confederation when they can vote for the original?
- PiS has the biggest identity problem. It doesn't know what kind of party it's supposed to be. Of course, it's very good at pretending or trying to pretend to be the Confederation, but it has zero credibility in doing so. Why should a voter choose PiS's quasi-Confederation when they can vote for the original in the form of our Confederation or even Grzegorz Braun's even more extreme party? - said Anna Bryłka on Polsat News' "Graffiti".
08:23
- Do you really think President Kaczyński is serious about a Senate pact and is inviting Marek Wóch to create one? If President Kaczyński were serious about a Senate pact, he would talk to Mr. President, he would talk to us, and he would talk to Mr. Grzegorz Braun, said Anna Bryłka on Polsat News' "Graffiti."
- This is an example that PiS does not want to build a real Senate pact. A Senate pact without the participation of all parties of the broadly understood right-wing makes absolutely no sense. We are only able to reduce the representation of Civic Coalition and the entire current ruling establishment by uniting the entire right-wing, she stated.
Referring to Marek Wóch's support in the first round of the presidential elections, she added: - Where does [PiS leader] start? 0.09. Well, we're joking here, 0.09. No, this shows that the only entity on the political right-wing scene that does not want this pact, a real Senate pact, is PiS.
08:26
Hennig-Kloska:
For the First Time, We Will See a Softening of Emissions Policy
- We already know that some of Poland's demands will be taken into account, including free certificates in the long term, but also a different approach to reductions that better considers the specifics of individual member states - Paulina Hennig-Kloska said in an interview on RMF FM's "Morning Conversation.".
- We are awaiting the document that is to be [...] officially presented by the European Commission on Friday [...]. We form a group that Brussels must reckon with, because we have a blocking minority. This is a key negotiation tool with Brussels - she continued.
- This is a huge success for my negotiation team, it is a huge success for Polish diplomacy, because until now, whenever we approached discussions at the Brussels level about ETS, about emissions, we were dealing with a tightening of regulations, and now, for the first time, we will see a softening of emissions policy - she added.
08:32
Bryłka on the Senate Pact:
The First Step Should Belong to the Presidential Palace, with Nawrocki as the Patron of This Initiative.
– The first step should be by the Presidential Palace, under the patronage of Karol Nawrocki. And that would be something that would unite all parties on the right – Karol Nawrocki as the patron of this entire initiative [the Senate pact] and uniting all right-wing parties. Without Konfederacja, without Mr. Grzegorz’s party, without PiS, there is no talk of any Senate pact – said Anna Bryłka in “Graffiti” on Polsat News.
08:35
Bryłka:
A Senate Pact Will Be Difficult to Forge at the Central Level, But Highly Probable Locally and Regionally
- I have no doubts that building a Senate pact at a central level will be very difficult. However, I believe that at the local and regional level, it is very probable, because we know each other and cooperate on various levels, in different patriotic initiatives - said Anna Bryłka in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.
- In my opinion, there is a chance to make arrangements between districts, where we won't field a candidate in one district, and they won't field one in another, so they have a senator and we have a senator, therefore it is achievable. The question is whether there will be a green light from Nowogrodzka [the headquarters of the ruling party] for such cooperation between us - she stated.
08:35
- We are forming a political group precisely for the baseline scenario to be an independent start in parliamentary elections, and at this moment, we are preparing for the September program convention - said Paulina Hennig-Kloska on RMF FM, when asked if the Centre Union would run together with Civic Coalition on a single list in the parliamentary elections.
- We are not ruling out various scenarios, but the baseline scenario is an independent start - she continued, when questioned, among other things, about talks with the Polish People's Party regarding a potential joint run.
08:44
Hennig-Kloska:
PiS's Extreme Shift Increasingly Validates Konfederacja, While PiS Declines
"Obviously, the situation there is such that PiS's extreme shift, speaking the language of Konfederacja, increasingly validates Konfederacja, while PiS declines, so they are in a very difficult situation, and the drops in polls will cause great nervousness in that environment" - said Paulina Hennig-Kloska in RMF FM, when asked if PiS would fall apart and Mateusz Morawiecki with his association would be expelled from the party.
08:47
Bryłka:
I See No Programmatic Ground for Cooperation with Civic Coalition, But Also Not with PiS
- We don't have any common votes even with this [liberal] side of the Civic Coalition, because our programs are so inconsistent. So it's hard for me to imagine any talks with the KO - said Anna Bryłka in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.
- I don't see any programmatic ground here where one could cooperate with the KO, but also not with PiS. We have some areas that diverge. Of course, on a rhetorical level, the average voter might say there's not a big difference between us. However, when I come and see these votes in the European Parliament, I grasp my head. Because here in Warsaw there are completely different statements, and here there are completely different votes in the European Parliament - she continued.

Żurek:
Our Extradition Request for Ziobro is Ready. It's Now Being Translated
- We have a ready extradition request [for Zbigniew Ziobro]. It is currently being translated. I said two days ago that we would translate this request within 7 days and submit it to the appropriate American authorities. But now, imagine Ziobro landing in Brussels. The Americans would say: what extradition, he doesn't live with us anymore. I would have to submit a request for a European Arrest Warrant again, and the prosecutors would have to, and the court would set a date in six months, and Ziobro would travel around the entire EU, except for Poland, and then, laughing in all our faces, he would fly back to the USA - stated Waldemar Żurek on PR3.
10:08
Żurek on Tusk's Meeting with the Civic Coalition Club:
It Was a Very Good Meeting.
- Indeed, it was a very good meeting [between Donald Tusk and the Civic Coalition club]. I am not a member of the club, but ministers participate in such meetings, especially those of the largest clubs. I am also open to meetings with other clubs, and indeed, that's how I perceived it, and I think everyone in the room did. The Prime Minister pointed out all the systemic difficulties we have, but on the other hand, we are overcoming these difficulties - stated Waldemar Żurek on PR3.
10:15
Żurek:
I'm Not Satisfied with the Pace of Settlements, But I Am Aware of How the Prosecution Was Flooded with Individuals Promoted in the Past
- We are showing that even as time passes, these settlements will continue. Of course, I am also not satisfied with their pace, but I am also aware of how the prosecution was flooded with individuals who received promotions in the past, in Ziobro's times. These were political promotions. I am also aware that there are people who act opportunistically in various places, in the judiciary, in the prosecution, and also in public institutions, so I appeal – we are settling accounts, there will be no leniency here - stated Waldemar Żurek on PR3.

Bochenek on Morawiecki's Association:
The Goals Are Political and Contradict PiS"Activities.
- The decision regarding PiS members' involvement in associations has been made. You either want to be in one organization or the other. The goals of the 'Rozwój Plus' association are clear – political and they contradict the activities of PiS – wrote Rafał Bochenek on social media.
- What's more, the association's activities lead to the fragmentation of the party's structures, the exploitation of PiS resources to build one's own organization, and the fanning of conflicts. Despite attempts to convince otherwise, it must be said directly: the 'Rozwój Plus' association does not help, but harms the unity of the Polish right, and thus also the future of our Homeland – emphasized the PiS spokesperson.
- The deadline for each parliamentarian to make a decision is July 23rd this year. Each person makes their choice independently, without coercion – he noted.
As the PiS spokesperson wrote: - The personal ambitions of individuals cannot stand in the way of the success of the entire community of Polish patriots. Poland needs development and a constructive offer for the future for broad, diverse social groups – and this is what we have been working on for many weeks. We will soon present further positive, socially expected solutions. Towards victory.

Domański on Audit Results:
The Total Amount of Identified Irregularities is PLN 120 Billion
- We would like to provide a kind of summary of these ongoing audits, as well as those that have been completed [...]. The audits covered 167 entities in terms of public funds management, including 17 ministries, foundations, and associations - said Andrzej Domański at a press conference dedicated to audits of domestic public fund expenditures in the years 2020-2023.
- The total amount of identified irregularities is 120 billion Polish zlotys, approximately 3% of our GDP, which is more than half of what we spend annually on security. And these audits have very concrete consequences: 250 notifications of suspected criminal offenses have already been submitted to the prosecutor's office - he continued.
- These are very well-prepared notifications; literally, one can count on the fingers of one hand the applications that have been dismissed by the prosecutor's office so far. 200 proceedings have been initiated by the prosecutor's office, and 106 billion Polish zlotys is the total amount of notifications that have been sent to the prosecutor's office - he went on to say.
- Concurrently, customs and tax inspections are being conducted. 174 such inspections have already been completed, 64 notifications of suspected criminal offenses have been sent to the prosecutor's office, which has initiated 53 proceedings - he added.
- Our notifications concern the spending of funds without legal basis, circumvention of the law, mismanagement, but also simple theft - he stated.

- The past few weeks have reminded us, and indeed shown us, that climate change is not a matter of opinion, but a matter of fact. You know what happens when temperatures reach 35, 40 degrees Celsius. You know that these temperatures also herald changes that didn't used to occur. Storms, phenomena that Poland as a country must cope with. Therefore, talking and pretending that climate change doesn't exist makes no sense - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said at a press conference in the Sejm.
- The point, however, is to consider what the Polish state should do about this phenomenon and how to ensure the safety of citizens when climate changes are occurring. It is precisely at this time, when these changes are happening and we are feeling their effects, that scientists representing various fields and research centers operating within the Climate Coalition have approached me - he continued.
- In their appeal, they pointed to the need to take action and initiate a very serious discussion that would prepare everyone, primarily citizens, but also central government offices, local governments, everyone functioning in Poland, for this phenomenon. My meeting with representatives of the coalition was a response to this appeal - the Marshal of the Sejm continued.
He stated: - We have reached an agreement and established that on September 7, 2026, a major debate on Poland's climate security will be held in the Column Hall. The Sejm is an open place, it should be a place open to substantive debate on any topic, even if it is the most complicated and even if no one wants to talk about it.
- I also want to say that I informed Minister Hennig-Kloska about this, because I believe it should be this way, as we are not doing this in opposition to anyone. We are doing this in order to cope with this phenomenon, which is climate change - Czarzasty added.

Kosiniak-Kamysz:
Russians are testing our air defense systems again
- Russians are once again testing the capabilities of our air defense systems. A pair of duty Polish fighter jets from Malbork intercepted two Russian Su-30s over the Baltic Sea - wrote Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on social media.
- After the completion of this operation, our crews were redirected for an additional interception of a Russian reconnaissance aircraft, an Il-20, 30 km north of Jastrzębia Góra. After our escort concluded, the Russian aircraft was taken over by Swedish planes. In both cases, no violation of Polish airspace was detected - the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.

- Director Rydzyk recently said this: "in vitro is the killing of many children so that one can be born." Ladies and gentlemen, recently 15,000 children were born into families who longed to have children, longed for happiness - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in a recording published on X.
- A child is the greatest happiness for parents, it is also the greatest responsibility. It is something special, most special. I know this because I am a parent myself - he continued.
- So I wanted to tell you, Mr. Director, please do not comment on matters about which you have no idea. We have had enough, I have had enough of the clergy's statements on raising children, on the birth of children, on the procreation of children. You have no idea, and you especially, Mr. Director, have no idea. Do not concern yourselves with things you know nothing about - he went on to say.

Morawiecki on His Future in PiS and the Rozwój Plus Association:
My Declaration is Clear.
"At the moment of the Tusk government's greatest crisis, with a huge number of scandals, a collapse of the healthcare system, and conflicts within the coalition, creating an internal division within our party by a narrow group of schemers is the last thing we need," wrote Mateusz Morawiecki on X.
"My declaration is clear: I want to remain in PiS, I want to develop Rozwój Plus. I want an ambitious Poland to win. All of this is only possible together," he stressed.

Kosiniak-Kamysz on Czarnek’s Words:
Treachery of National Interest, Treachery of Reason of State
- This is a betrayal of national interest, a betrayal of the reason of state, a concrete detachment from reality for years to come, in fact, for the building of a secure Poland. Another matter – this is against our ally, against NATO, the EU, and the USA, which say – we must support Europe, Ukraine. Europe must support Ukraine and must take on more of the burden – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVP Info.
20:10
Kosiniak-Kamysz:
This is All One Big Provocation
- This is all one big provocation. To sow discord with our neighbors, to destroy internal community, to divide so that neighbor cannot talk to neighbor on the same street in Poland, to incite hatred against everyone, because this incitement, which is happening today, against Ukrainians, against Jews, against Germans, has already happened in Poland. Poland has been through this before in the 1930s. It ended in tragedy - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVP Info.
20:11
Kosiniak-Kamysz on the anti-ballistic missile coalition:
There is a possibility to join.
- I believe there is a possibility to join this [anti-ballistic missile] coalition. The industry must show full readiness here - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVP Info.
20:18
Kosiniak-Kamysz on Morawiecki:
Perhaps Kaczyński Noticed He Could Take His Party Away.
- Mateusz Morawiecki is fighting for leadership in PiS. He went for a confrontation, and perhaps President Kaczyński noticed that he could take his party away. I don't think Morawiecki will give up. He has invested too much, gathered too strong a group of younger MPs as well, to step aside now - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVP Info.
20:19
Kosiniak-Kamysz:
Today, Braun is the King of the Opposition
- Today, the king of the opposition is neither Kaczyński nor Morawiecki, not even Nawrocki anymore. Today, the king of the opposition is Braun, because they are all competing with Braun, they are all donning Braun's robes. In fact, the face of PiS today is Braun's face - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVP Info.
20:20
Kosiniak-Kamysz:
KKP is the Confederation of Putin's Crown
- This is, deciphering the true acronym, the Confederation of Putin's Crown, and they are donning this crown upon their heads - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVP Info.
20:28
Kaczyński:
We are not expelling anyone. We are only demanding the most basic loyalty to the party
- It doesn't depend on me [whether there will be a split in PiS], so I don't want to speak for those on whom it depends. We are not expelling anyone. We are only demanding the most basic loyalty to the party. And the undertakings that have been initiated by the association, headed by former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, are undertakings that can cost us very, very dearly - stated Jarosław Kaczyński on Kanał TAK!.
- And firstly, they are dividing the party in a completely obvious way. Well, there has already been a nomination of the Prime Minister as the new Prime Minister by one of the members of this association. The party cannot have two candidates for Prime Minister. But there are also these financial aspects. The party - according to the law, and we can do nothing about it - cannot be financed by any external entities, nor can it finance them - he continued.
20:31
Kaczyński:
This is a violation of the elementary principle of loyalty to the party
- Let's look at what is being prepared for July 31st. This barbecue, as it's called. This is an undertaking that will certainly cost a lot. If the party were to finance it, then undoubtedly even a very objective court would have to consider it an attempt to circumvent the law, because it is an association, therefore an entity different from the party. And here the situation is completely clear, but it is also completely clear what would happen if we suddenly financed it, meaning the party would finance it - stated Jarosław Kaczyński on Kanal TAK!.
- Here I am abstracting from our financial troubles. Let's assume we have the money for it and we finance it. And because the head of this is the Vice-Chairman of PiS, there are many MPs, perhaps fewer, but senators of PiS, then this would also be even more so to circumvent the law and we would simply lose our subsidy - he continued.
As the PiS leader pointed out: - I do not want to claim in any way that this was the intention related to the establishment of this association, but that is how it would be. And this must also be taken into account, because a party without subsidies, a party that has no closer ties to the Polish establishment, would simply have no chance then. And this is something that everyone who is active in this formation, let's call it that, must realize. This is a violation of the elementary principle of loyalty to the party. I must use this word again, to which one belongs and no party can simply tolerate it.
- And hence this decision, which incidentally also concerns this second large grouping that was established as an association. I don't even know if it managed to register, but it has already withdrawn from it and possibly others that would be established, because there are also those that conduct activities that are indeed separate from us, and besides, their members are not members of the party. And then it is permissible. However, when it comes to what is planned, because there have been no such undertakings so far, then we simply have no choice - he concluded.
