The government is to present details of "Eastern Shield", the investigative committee on the visa scandal will question Daniel Obajtek and Mateusz Morawiecki, the Constitutional Tribunal will address a Sejm resolution – that in which the majority is held by the so-called "coalition of October 15th" – and President Duda will return to touring the country.

Details of "Eastern Shield". As announced by Prime Minister Donald Tusk, Monday is scheduled for the presentation of the National Defense and Deterrence Plan "Eastern Shield" at the General Staff headquarters – a press conference with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz and Deputy Minister Tomczyk is planned for the morning.
PiS and The Left on Tour. Monday is scheduled for a press conference with the participation of PiS Vice-Chairman Mateusz Morawiecki and MEP Adam Bielan. Also on Monday, Mariusz Błaszczak will be in Lower Silesia, and Beata Szydło – in Silesia. In turn, The Left has scheduled a press conference in Piotrków Trybunalski for Monday with the participation of, among others, Włodzimierz Czarzasty and Marek Belka.
Government on Hate Speech Ban. On Tuesday, the Council of Ministers will consider a draft amendment to the Penal Code – Deputy Minister Śmiszek spoke about it a few days ago – which envisages the introduction of a ban on hate speech. The agenda also includes a draft regulation on determining the month of payment for the next additional annual cash benefit for pensioners and disability pensioners in 2024 – i.e., the so-called 14th pension.
Constitutional Tribunal on Sejm Resolution. On Tuesday, the Constitutional Tribunal – at the request of a group of PiS MPs – will consider the Sejm's resolution regarding the "removal of the effects of the constitutional crisis". The case will be heard by a three-person panel – Bogdan Święczkowski, Stanisław Piotrowicz, and Bartłomiej Sochański.
Obajtek and Morawiecki Before Investigative Committee. On Tuesday, the investigative committee for the visa scandal is scheduled to question the former CEO of PKN Orlen, Daniel Obajtek, as well as the former CEO of Grupa Azoty, Tomasz Hinc. On Wednesday, former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki is scheduled to be questioned by the same committee.
Duda in Greater Poland. On Monday, President Andrzej Duda will visit Turek, Konin, and Przedcz. On Tuesday, the Presidential Couple will meet in the gardens of the Presidential Palace with children from all over Poland, who will learn about the principles of safe behavior during summer holidays and proper conduct in emergency situations.
Bodnar on the Justice Fund. On Wednesday, a summary of actions concerning the Justice Fund and the results of the audit are to be presented – as Minister Adam Bodnar announced a few days ago, indicating that requests to lift immunities are also being prepared.
