As announced by Donald Tusk, today in Łódź he will meet with women, representatives of various age and professional groups from across Poland. "This will be a serious conversation about women's rights and how significant these elections will be for every Polish woman," announced the PO leader.

- For now, it was Donald Tusk's nerve that failed him in 2020, as he himself says, although I don't like that expression, when he had to run for president. Back then, he lacked the courage because he knew that if he lost those elections, it would be the end of his political career, surely complete. Today, however, I will say this: I am realizing Polish interests, I care for these interests, and I will continue to do so uninterruptedly, until the end of the mission entrusted to me by my fellow citizens. Determined, just as I believe Polish interests should be defended and realized, because this is an absolutely fundamental and most important issue for me - stated President Andrzej Duda in a conversation with Bogdan Rymanowski on Polsat News.

- The actions Donald Tusk undertook in the past as Prime Minister had little in common with our alliances, especially those we wish to pursue. For instance, we recently saw that he consented to the SKW signing an agreement with the Russian FSB, under which they were to share information, for example, about the actions of allied services towards us that are being implemented against Russia, which constitutes a clear violation of Polish alliances, including those related to our NATO membership - stated President Andrzej Duda on Polsat News.

- It has always been customary in Poland until now that the winning party received the mandate to form a government. I don't think anything has changed in this regard. That is my position today - stated President Andrzej Duda in Polsat News.

- I would like to ask, and I demand that the University of Warsaw authorities clarify this matter. Yesterday, several dozen students were turned away, simply because someone was afraid of this debate. I earnestly request the University authorities to explain this situation, as this is the second time students have been treated this way – stated Aleksander Pociej at a press conference.

- As you all perfectly remember, unemployment was very high, exceeding two million people, with approximately 2 million young people pushed abroad. Consequently, unfortunately, the decision to raise the retirement age, which obviously continued to push young people out of the labor market, along with a 5 PLN per hour rate, and that, one might say, was informal, black market labor. And the situation has been entirely different since PiS took power. The minimum wage, including the hourly wage, has seen a very significant increase; suffice it to say that it rose from 1750 PLN in 2015 to 3600 PLN this year, and will exceed 4200 PLN from January 1st of next year – stated Zbigniew Kuźmiuk at a press conference.

- Before October 15th, it's worth asking oneself in one's own home how Polish families lived before 2015. They offered sorrel and mirabelle plums, we offered 500+ first for the first child, then for the second child. Today, another installment of this groundbreaking program, which is 800+. They offered a few zlotys, as MEP Kuźmiuk mentioned, for work often undeclared. There was also no work, over 14% unemployment depending on the region, as it was sometimes higher. To such an extent that Tusk himself left for Brussels to earn a living – said Jacek Ozdoba at a press conference.

– Polish families are living significantly better today. This is not only due to social programs but also the issue of pensions. Dear seniors, who are supporting subsequent pensions today. But where did this money come from? It didn't appear out of nowhere. We saw where it was hidden; it was hidden within organized crime groups. The sealing of the VAT system, the VAT crime, has resulted in this money being able to reach Polish families today. And today, it's not Poles who are metaphorically going to Germany for asparagus. Instead, it is seasonal workers who come to Poland, for example, to Czerwińsk in Mazovia, to harvest, to work. This shows what kind of Poland we live in today and what kind of Poland we lived in just a few years ago, when PO was in power – stated Jacek Ozdoba at a press conference.

- It could have been much more if they hadn't allowed this stealing. That's the truth. And they were stealing on VAT, on fuel, on anything they could. And it was tolerated, and the law was structured in such a way that it was extremely difficult to fight it - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Rzeszów.

- That was the main source we referred to, and that is the difference, because apart from these differences in assumptions, connections, dependencies, and ideological differences, there was also a huge difference in competence. There is no greater, please forgive my colloquial language, foolishness than claiming they have any competence. They are a bunch of ignoramuses and lazies – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Rzeszów.

- So, a nation that agrees, while at this moment, and I will speak about this more economically, it is strong enough not to be independent, is a very strange nation. It is a nation of people who have bad genes within them. Because if various, much smaller states, somewhere in the Third World, are independent states, then we are to be a dependent state. We are to be a state dictated to in matters in such a way that even during communism, those First Secretaries had more power than Donald Tusk as Prime Minister. Ladies and gentlemen, that's how it was, he had to agree to everything. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the stake in these elections – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Rzeszów.

- So in Poland, we have a pedagogy of shame, national mikromania. I will repeat the word shame once again, but not in the context of pedagogy. Simply, many people on that side openly say they are ashamed to be Polish, and I even sometimes hear words that they have disgust for Polishness. Let them go to hell – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Rzeszów.

– Because we are simply the only truly Polish force today. A Polish force that can continue to change Poland and has proven it over these 8 years and can continue to prove it, provided that this gigantic lie, the one that allowed them to win in 2007, does not allow them to win once again – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Rzeszów.

- Don't believe these lies, fairy tales, fabricated scandals. Believe in numbers, in what can be verified, in our brochures with these lists, believe in the strength of Poland, of Poles. In the fact that Poland can truly be great - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Rzeszów.

- I don't know, by the way, if you've noticed that recently Lukashenka supported Tusk and said that it's a chance for a reset with Belarus. Well, one with Russia already happened - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Rzeszów.

A crucial, final week of the campaign is upon us – at its very beginning, the TVP debate will take place with, among others, Prime Minister Morawiecki and Donald Tusk. The leaders of the largest political groups will – as can be expected – set off on further tours across the country immediately after the debate. The election campaign will conclude at midnight from Friday to Saturday and will be in effect as planned until Sunday at 9:00 PM.

TVP Debate. On Monday, Telewizja Polska is organizing a pre-election debate. Six electoral committees that have registered lists in all constituencies have been invited to participate in the program. The discussion will be moderated by Michał Rachoń and Anna Bogusiewicz-Grochowska, and it will be broadcast on TVP1, TVP Info, and TVP Polonia. Among those participating in the debate will be Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, Donald Tusk, Joanna Scheuring-Wielgus, Krzysztof Bosak, and Szymon Hołownia.

Duda in Silesia. On Monday, President Andrzej Duda will participate in the solemn inauguration of the 2023/2024 academic year at the Medical University of Silesia.

Tusk in Łódź. On Tuesday, Civic Coalition leader Donald Tusk will visit Łódź. This will be a meeting as part of the "Women for Elections" campaign, conducted in various locations across Poland. Originally, the former Prime Minister had this event scheduled for the last Sunday – but the visit was postponed, likely due to preparations for the debate.

Lewica on Tour. On Tuesday, the programmatic convention of Lewica titled "The Future is Now" will take place in Wrocław with the participation of young voters and the youngest candidates. For Wednesday, a convention concerning senior policy and intergenerational connection is planned in Rzeszów, and on Thursday – an open meeting of the six Lewica leaders summarizing the election campaign. Friday will feature the campaign finale in the evening on a stage in front of the Palace of Culture and Science, followed by a drive to the Lewica tent on the Vistula Boulevards.

Third Way Leaders on Tour. In the coming week, the leaders of the Third Way will continue their tour of the country. Szymon Hołownia and Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz will meet with residents of Białystok on Wednesday, and Tarnów on Thursday.

Parliamentary Elections. On Sunday, parliamentary elections will be held – Poles will elect 460 members of parliament and 100 senators on this day. Polling stations will close at 9:00 PM – at that time, we should expect to see preliminary exit-poll results.
