- As can be seen, the majority in the European Parliament is rooting for Donald Tusk so hard that they are even breaking the rules they themselves introduced. I think that because of the elections in Poland - yes, I expect a sharp discussion [about visas in the EP], because there are many MEPs who, even though they are slowly losing hope of victory, will do everything to keep those hopes alive, to sustain his chances - stated Adam Bielan on RMF24.

- We have always spoken of a secular state, which is why the language has sharpened now, what Lewica is saying, because it's going the other way. The clergy in Poland wants too much, it interferes too much in power. Let's look at the front rows at Father Rydzyk's, how the entire government sits there. In what normal country is this the case? So if we are talking about a secular state, and for some time now it's being reversed, quite the opposite, there's increasing interference in public life, then this language needs to be sharpened so people understand - stated Marek Dyduch in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM.

- I am not avoiding the topic. Firstly, I am against building any walls, because one day they will have to be destroyed or dismantled. Dialogue is also lacking here. At any given moment, when a government is in power, it makes a decision. This government made the decision to build a wall. I was against it and I am against it, because I always refer to the Berlin Wall. After all, we built freedom on the dismantling of the Berlin Wall - stated Marek Dyduch in the 'Morning Interview' on RMF FM.

- Over the past two weeks, we have conducted intensive checks at the border with Slovakia. In just two weeks, we identified and apprehended 551 illegal immigrants. This situation has led us to make important, very specific, and decisive choices regarding the situation at our border with Slovakia. I want to inform you that the government has decided to reinstate temporary border control at the border with Slovakia. We intend to implement this today; the control will be introduced tonight at midnight. We informed the Ministries of Interior of Slovakia, Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic about this situation yesterday. Today, I also informed the European Commission in writing – stated Mariusz Kamiński at a press conference.

- We are introducing it for a period of 10 days, in accordance with the procedure, but it is highly probable that, according to applicable regulations, this control will be extended. Especially given the rather unusual situation in Slovakia, where parliamentary elections have just taken place. We do not know how long the process of forming a new government will take – he added.

- The only proper response to the wave of illegal immigration flooding Europe is a tough defense of the European Union's external borders and a change to the asylum system currently in place within the European Union. Otherwise, further waves of immigrants will reach Europe. This response should be tough, just as we, the Polish authorities, applied at the border with Belarus when an attempt was made to create an illegal immigration route to Europe. We effectively blocked this Belarusian route and expect similar actions to be taken on a European Union scale at the EU's external borders – stated Mariusz Kamiński at a press conference.

- Elections were held in Slovakia on Saturday, and a new government will be formed in the near future. We expect urgent cooperation on this matter, which is also extremely unfavorable for Slovakia itself. Judging by the reactions of our interlocutors in this part of Europe, who are affected by the problem of the Balkan route, individual governments will undertake active measures, following Poland's example - stated Mariusz Kamiński at a press conference.

- We have just concluded a tour of 1000 meetings across Poland, in the smallest Polish towns, places where you only see PiS banners, where no politician has ever reached, and there, we constantly hear how much Poland is upside down today. Entrepreneurial people, those who want to earn money, who want to employ others, have their hands tied by successive absurd regulations, successive absurd solutions – this must end. People who want good access for their children to free education, promised by the constitution, have to grapple with further ideas from Czarnek, who puts an unbelievable amount of energy and money into setting our schools back 150 years, instead of allowing them to move forward 50 years with our children. We in Trzecia Droga have the strength, the energy, and the knowledge to set right all these countless things that PiS has turned upside down in the last 8 years. Our candidates are specialists in very diverse fields – stated Szymon Hołownia during a press conference in Szczecin.

– In 12 days, the most important referendum in recent years in Poland is a referendum to dismiss the Law and Justice government, to end this sadness which will soon lead to us not having any euros from the European Union, to uncontrolled migration into Poland if these scandals are not resolved, which will lead to us being at odds with all our neighbors and internally divided. We must end these government's rule internally in these 12 days – stated Szymon Hołownia during a press conference in Szczecin.

– We see this in the polls, fortunately the opposition is gaining strength, we are a loyal part of the democratic opposition and the government we will create. I am glad that we divided the work this mobilizing weekend, and we will share the work equally harmoniously in this future government that we hope to create. This government will not be a government of national revenge, it will be a government of national hope, it will be a government that will allow us to once again enjoy that our homeland is developing in a good direction, and not just worry about it all the time and throw up our hands over further stories showing us how a country of 38 million in the heart of Europe can be turned upside down. It must be righted, just as the billboards of our candidates will soon return, and I guarantee you once again that they will go to great lengths to change this unhealthy state of affairs that we are witnessing – he added.

- Our committee received a letter on this matter yesterday. As far as I know, a preparatory meeting is scheduled for Wednesday at TVP, which our committee's representative will attend. After this meeting, we will see what TVP proposes and what the conditions are. I already have experience with electoral debates organized by Polish Television, so I know what agreements can look like and what methods Polish Television can use to promote its candidates. For now, we are not releasing any information; we need to see what conditions are on the table, what the state broadcaster proposes, and what safeguards there will be for the fairness of this debate, and then we will make a decision. The meeting is tomorrow, and I think our decision on this matter can be expected by the end of the week - stated Szymon Hołownia during a press conference in Szczecin.

- This crisis is enormous, and I was saddened to learn that at the press conference of the Minister of Interior, who should explain to Poles what the services, the police, the special services will do to ensure the safety of Poles, he dodged the topic of the visa scandal, completely ignoring the real threat that concerns us. I would only like to recall the revealed fact, concerning the identification of over 400 individuals, among the 250,000 admitted by the PiS government, who are on lists of individuals suspected of terrorism – stated Jan Grabiec at a press conference in the Sejm.

- Today we are filing a complaint for inaction against the actions of CBA agents. Because if it's the case that the CBA has had data on this matter from the beginning, has data from our allies as well, and has done nothing about it. There are no arrests, which means they are doing everything to twist this case towards the elections. And after the elections, if God forbid they win, they will surely twist it – said Cezary Tomczyk at a press conference.

- We see that the PiS government is trying to coast for these two weeks, so that later... if they manage to win the elections, although I am certain they won't, they can be completely immune from punishment – said Marcin Kierwiński at a press conference.

- After all, Edgar K. is the golden child of PiS, a man who invoked connections with many PiS politicians. He wasn't just involved in corrupt practices; he also received the best subsidies from the PiS government – he continued.

- We will not allow state inaction on this matter, we will not allow special services and the prosecution to cover up criminal practices; we simply will not agree to that (...). Truly, ladies and gentlemen, these elections, the October 15 elections, will also be about whether this major scandal will be accounted for – he added.

- Today, selling arms to Ukraine would be an opportunity for the Polish defense industry, but the PiS government prefers to engage in its own cheap, tawdry politics. Ladies and gentlemen, let us not be fooled into thinking that PiS was not invited here, or that they are trying but are not being heard in Ukraine. No. They declared a diplomatic war on Ukraine solely to increase their election chances. This is an action following the strategy of 'after us, the flood' – said Marcin Kierwiński at a press conference.

- Today we would like to discuss a matter of extreme relevance and importance, concerning European policy in the face of challenges emerging on the horizon, particularly in Southern Europe. We are talking here about migration and the successive thousands of illegal migrants who arrive daily on the shores of, among others, Italy, to Lampedusa. We have seen in recent days and weeks what is happening on this tiny island off the coast of Italy, how unstable the situation is, leading to a humanitarian crisis, and yet the EU, in the face of these difficult events, is de facto continuing down its harmful path of open doors and forced relocation – stated Rafał Bochenek at a PiS press conference.

- At the same time, we appeal once again to all political forces in Poland: Take a clear stance on Poland's security, because what you are doing today is running away from responsibility. We know that after the elections you have a completely different plan; moreover, you have done this more than once (...) They have a hidden plan they want to implement, and on October 15th, we will respond on two issues: whether this very mechanism will be implemented, and also whether our eastern border will be secure, as there are also ideas from the other side to dismantle the wall under the influence of political correctness emanating from Western Europe - stated Piotr Müller during a press conference.

- Let us remember that just a few months ago, there was a statement that there is no compulsory relocation mechanism, that there is no such project, as some representatives of the opposition said. Later, they changed their minds and claimed that this document guarantees that Poland will not have to accept illegal immigrants due to its help to Ukraine. There is no such provision in this mechanism, ladies and gentlemen. There is only the possibility that perhaps the European Commission might agree; there is no automatic exclusion mechanism – said Piotr Müller at a press conference.

- In 2015, it was already close to adopting this mechanism; fortunately, PiS won the elections then. Today, they want to do the same again, and we are warning against it because Poland cannot turn into a second Sweden – he added.

- After the elections, the EC will no longer have the need to take political actions on its own because the elections will be over. And what the EC is doing at the moment is unfortunately pure politics; Chairperson von der Leyen herself once said this directly, missing Donald Tusk as Prime Minister. After the elections, they will no longer have these needs – stated Piotr Müller at a press conference.

- This day will go down in the history of the European Parliament as the peak of duplicity and hypocrisy. There are two methods for dealing with illegal immigration. One method is the Polish method, the Zjednoczona Prawica (United Right) camp - namely, we have been blocking all mandatory relocation projects for years, we have built a wall on our border to stop illegal migration. And we even launched special services operations to detect and stop illegal activities concerning 268 visas. This is our method. And then there is the second method, your method - stated Patryk Jaki in the European Parliament.

- You have invited millions of illegal migrants here. As it turned out, the German government finances boats with these illegal migrants, and a partner of one of the Bundestag deputies profits from it. What are the effects of each method? The effects of our method - here you go, according to statistics, Poland is one of the safest countries in the EU, and your effects, your method - hundreds of people killed, exploding bombs, attacks, gang wars, an unprecedented number of rapes, including on young girls - he continued.

- Lifelong traumas for women are your responsibility. The army is needed on the streets of France and Sweden because ordinary methods cannot cope with migrant gangs, and you dare to accuse Poland. This contrast simply pains you. Poland is your guilty conscience, a monument, proof that it can be safe, proof of how you have betrayed your own citizens, and that is why you need Tusk. He is supposed to blur this contrast. However, we will not allow this. Poland will lead rational Europe and in a referendum, it will overturn your migration system. And other states will follow us - he added.

- Indeed, a one-hour telephone conference, held at the invitation of President Joe Biden, has just concluded. - We have an agreement for the first nuclear power plant in Poland. This has become a fact. Together with our American partners, we will build guarantees for Poland's energy security. Tusk's team slept through the most important years for Polish energy. We reversed this, thanks to the alliance with the USA and good cooperation, we are ensuring not only security but also thousands of jobs and the rapid economic development of the country. Only PiS guarantees the rapid development of Poland - says Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in a clip published on social media.

- This will have to change, because it's become a habit that for four years, the citizen chases the politician, but there is that one day, or rather, the entire campaign, when the politician chases the citizen, when they fear them, asking for another chance. I'm not talking about PiS voters, because we have open hearts for them and want them to join us. There will be no national revenge, there will be peace, agreement, and security for everyone, regardless of where they come from. But we will hold the idiots, scoundrels, and the Olsen Gang accountable by establishing a 'PiS Commission' in the Sejm, that's what we'll call it - stated Szymon Hołownia in Zielona Góra.

- If Kaczyński offered me the position of Prime Minister, I would first want to see it, although I can imagine various things, but my answer, even if it occurred to anyone from that camp to make such a proposal, would be an outburst of laughter that these buildings have never witnessed before. No, I don't want anything to do with those guys. Kosiniak-Kamysz and I have clearly stated that there will be no coalition with PiS, no matter what, not after what they have done to Poland - stated Szymon Hołownia in Zielona Góra.

Donald Tusk has published a video on social media dedicated to the March of a Million Hearts. The recording features excerpts from speeches by Civic Coalition leaders, accompanied by a montage of film clips from Sunday's event.

"The impossible has become possible. [...] Today, a great change is happening. This is a signal of a great Polish rebirth. [...] Let no one at the top be under any illusion - this change is inevitable, for the better. [...] We will ensure that in Poland, freedom, justice, and honesty will not be powerless," said the leader of Civic Platform.

"So that no one takes away anyone's dignity, because dignity and freedom are the most important," said the Mayor of Warsaw in turn.

We decided that American soldiers and American equipment must be here on the ground to deter Russia, and today, when we see the war east of our borders, I think each of us appreciates not only the growing potential of the Polish army, but also the fact that we have allies with us, not just on paper - stated Marcin Przydacz on TVP Info's "Gość Wiadomości".

- I completely do not believe what the official prosecutor's office statement says, that there were only a few hundred visas. We have repeatedly encountered the manipulation of information by the prosecutor's office. I also have no doubts that neither in the COVID-19 cases, as recently revealed by NIK (Supreme Audit Office), a mistake of merely tens of millions of doses regarding vaccine orders, nor in the visa affair. Damaging facts for the government will not be revealed as long as Zbigniew Ziobro is the Prosecutor General - stated Krzysztof Bosak in a conversation with Monika Olejnik on the program “Kropka nad i” on TVN24.

- Ziobro is a pest. He is a pest both politically and executively. This means he has adopted the mask of a sheriff in the state apparatus, and beneath that mask is a black, evil man. The prosecutor general today has the power to look into every investigation, to every file, to blackmail, to collect dirt. The opposition fears him because they know he might collect something, but he is most feared within PiS - stated Krzysztof Gawkowski on TVN24's program "Kropka nad i".

- Today, his 8 years in the prosecutor's office represent the complete politicization of the prosecutor's office. If we are to talk about cleansing the state, the only way is to separate the prosecutor general from the minister of justice, otherwise this politics will continue. Either we cut off the head of this hydra, as must be done after PiS and after Ziobro, or there will be further problems - he added.

- If [migrants] do not obey the orders of border guards or soldiers, or if they threaten the health or lives of officers or soldiers, then yes [they can be shot] - stated Krzysztof Bosak on TVN24's "Kropka nad i".

- They fear it like fire, because they raised it, and absolutely against the will of society, they even want to use the courts, they want to force me to say that I, Przemysław Czarnek, correcting my statements from September 4th of this year, declare that Kosiniak-Kamysz, when introducing the pension reform, did not act on Angela Merkel's orders - well, that's absurd. There is a document that was revealed in the program „Reset”, a document that was preserved in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, which clearly shows that Angela Merkel ordered them to raise this retirement age to 67 – stated Przemysław Czarnek in the program "Gość Wiadomości” on TVP Info.

- She told this to Tusk, Tusk commissioned Kosiniak-Kamysz, and he, with pure German precision, raised the age to 67, against the will of Poles, raising the retirement age for women in rural areas by 12 years – he added.

- This is a hugely anti-Polish scandal perpetrated by MEPs who are supposedly Polish representatives. At their behest, this unbelievable lie was discussed in order to slander [Poland's] good name on the EP stage (…) This is an unprecedented display of hypocrisy and anti-Polish behavior from MEPs who are supposedly Polish representatives – said Przemysław Czarnek on TVP Info.

- We Poles are law-abiding and adhere to EU law. They, however, do not abide by it and unlawfully admit, unlawfully admit illegal immigrants into the EU, moreover, with the help of organizations financed by the German budget. In reality, they are flooding Italy and the whole of Europe with people they completely don't know, in many cases terrorists, bandits, who unfortunately are making Western Europe, one might say, unlivable today. - The intentions of all of them, both PO and PSL, and this entire EPP group, are precisely that. To introduce mandatory relocation of illegal immigrants at Germany's request, but think about what else that means. Do you think that if they come to power and, of course, bow to this German demand, because 'für Deutschland' [for Germany] is most important to them. Then, who among these illegal immigrants will come to us? Those who are potentially capable of some work and are still exploitable on the labor market? Or will they send us those whom they will not need? – he continued.
