In this episode, Martyna Maciuch talks to Olgierd Cieślik, CEO of Totalizator Sportowy. Totalizator Sportowy recently celebrated its 65th anniversary. How does an organization with such a long tradition find its place in the world of modern technologies and global challenges? This is what we asked our guest, Olgierd Cieślik, who serves as the CEO of Totalizator. – We ended 2021 with record results in terms of revenue – we exceeded the 26 billion PLN barrier. Record revenues also mean record subsidies for Polish sport and culture, as we have been their patrons since the beginning of our operations – said our interviewee. The CEO of Totalizator also tells us about the company's technological development. Thanks to this, it is possible, for example, to limit the addictive impact of gambling and reduce the grey economy. Martyna Maciuch's interviewee also reveals Totalizator's plans for 2022 – both in terms of technological development, new offerings, and the approach to a multi-channel sales model.
