Impact ’22 Guests: Anna Tybor and Anna Lewandowska
Talent, hard work, determination, and a touch of luck – all of these contribute to ultimate success not only in business but also in sports. The spring edition of Impact ’22 will feature distinguished personalities from the world of sports who will share the secrets of their success, including Anna Tybor and Anna Lewandowska. The event will take place on May 11-12 in Poznań. Anna Tybor is a high-mountain skier, a mountaineer, a member of the national skialpinism team, and a five-time Polish champion in this discipline. She is the first woman in the world to summit the 8,000-meter peak Manaslu without supplemental oxygen and ski down from the summit. She is a native of Zakopane. She took her first climbing steps in the Tatra Mountains, and at the age of 13, she won her first Polish skialpinism championship. She has summited peaks in the Tatras, Alps, and Caucasus, and also climbed Kazbek and Piz Bernina in winter. She took second place in the Elbrus Race, which leads to the highest peak in the Caucasus, and she ran up Mont Blanc from Les Houches in 6 hours and 15 minutes. Her passion for mountains was instilled in her by her father, Jan Tybor, an experienced TOPR rescuer, ski and climbing instructor, and one of the first professional skialpinists. Anna lives, trains, and works in Italy on a daily basis, but she gladly returns to her hometown during breaks between competitions. Anna Lewandowska is an accomplished traditional karate athlete, a sports activist, a personal trainer, and a media personality. She began her professional journey in karate at the age of 13 at the KK Pruszków club and won her first medal in 2005 (a silver at the Polish championships). She was a two-time European champion and a two-time gold medalist at the Polish championships. She ended her professional career in 2014. Throughout her sports career, she has won a total of 38 medals in WFF federated karate. After her sports career, she turned to business. In 2013, she created the blog Healthy Plan by Ann, and three years later, she launched the brand Foods by Ann, which focuses on producing healthy snacks. She is the author of a series of books and guides in which she encourages readers to change their lifestyle and eating habits. She has also released a series of DVDs with karate workouts and her own exercise routines. She regularly organizes training camps for women.
