Impact finance ’22 will feature five thematic tracks this year. The Global Economy & Banking track will address issues related to ethics and customer protection in the financial industry, as well as the concept of competition in highly consolidated sectors. Important topics will also include the outlook for banking in the coming years, digital transformation, and monetary policy tools that can curb inflation. Experts will also attempt to assess the state of the economy in Poland and the region from both a micro and macroeconomic perspective. The sessions will begin with a moderated discussion: The Future of Financial Markets: Inflation, Interest Rates, Exchange Rates.
Financial Tech is a track dedicated to new technologies in banking. Within the debates, experts will seek answers to how artificial intelligence can be used in aspects such as process automation, increased control, and fraud detection. Important topics will also include cryptocurrency market regulation, a discussion on the state of cybersecurity, and whether it is worth investing in cloud solutions. There will also be talk about the future and quantum computers, which will soon begin to significantly impact the lives of the entire world.
The Open Banking & Data Governance track will cover topics related to the opportunities offered by open banking today and its current legal framework. Speakers will also focus on the process of transitioning from open banking to open finance: building tomorrow’s marketplace with the participation of TPPs and efficient integration to create personalized omnichannel experiences.
The E-commerce track will address issues related to the integration of offline and online channels and effective cost management in e-commerce. Experts will also try to answer how to maximize profits in a marketplace using artificial intelligence, how to build customer loyalty, and create a need for regular online purchases.
The Investments track will primarily attempt to assess the impact of the pandemic on the investment market and identify key issues to focus on in the near future. It will also include a discussion on the role of the stock exchange in the economy and issues related to cooperation with competitors.
