She began training karate at the age of 11, and just a few years later, she won her first medal at the Polish Junior Individual Championships. As a certified personal trainer and dietitian, she emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach to health, encompassing healthy eating, physical activity, and psychophysical balance. Her application Diet&Training by Ann, offering dedicated workouts and diets, has over 2.5 million users! Anna Lewandowska is the owner of the brand Foods by Ann – the first company built on the pillars of health that underpin her entire business – and co-owner of the sports and nutrition center Healthy Center by Ann, the parenting project Baby by Ann, the brand of natural, vegan cosmetics Phlov by Anna Lewandowska, and the dietary catering service SuperMenu by Anna Lewandowska.
