Sejm Discusses Short-Term Rentals
Wednesday marks another day of the Sejm session. The proceedings will resume at 9:00 AM.
Deputies will proceed, among other things, to the second reading of the government's draft bill on the ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on cooperation in combating crime. This item will be discussed at 11:30 AM.
The agenda also includes the first reading of a parliamentary bill on short-term rentals. This point will be considered at 12:15 PM.
At 1:30 PM, deputies will begin the first reading of the government's draft amendment to the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Fiscal Penal Code. The draft proposes increased judicial oversight of prosecutors' decisions.
At 2:45 PM, the first reading of the government's draft amendment to the Code of Criminal Procedure is scheduled. This aims to align Polish regulations with EU law concerning the European Arrest Warrant, facilitating the swift handover of individuals between EU member states for criminal proceedings or the execution of sentences.

Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on raising the tax threshold:
We are ready for a serious conversation about tax justice.
- This is a project we've been announcing for a long time. At our congress of a new opening, we said that this simply must be done because it is fundamental tax justice in Poland. It's no secret to anyone that we want to do this, we also say how, and where we think we'll get the money for it. We have been ready at any moment and are still ready for a conversation. The Minister of Finance knows about this. It's not us who want it, but Poles who want it and it should be done - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on TVN24's „Fakty po faktach”.
- Everyone knows this very well. We are ready at any moment for a serious conversation about such tax justice in Poland in general. But the lack of talks will not cause us to sit and wait for Godot in a daze and do nothing, because now is truly a time for work - she continued.

Bosak on the President signing officer appointments:
All these nominations were analyzed in great detail, name by name.
- I think it's good. I can say that I met with the President yesterday, I also discussed this with him, I asked him about it, and I know that there was a will on the President's part to close this dispute for the benefit of Poland's state security – said Krzysztof Bosak in an interview with Mariusz Piekarski on the TVP Info program "Gość poranka" (Morning Guest), when asked if signing 96 nominations for special services officers was a good move by the President.
- To my knowledge, all these nominations were analyzed in great detail, name by name [...] there was a will to close this dispute on the presidential side, but after analyzing all the promotion proposals, name by name, and such an analysis was carried out by the National Security Bureau – he continued.
08:01
Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on the Budgetary Situation:
The Problem Was Largely Created by the Previous Government, but It Exists and Must Be Solved.
- I am very concerned about the budget and I do see this problem, and I also believe it should not be swept under the rug. It is a problem that was largely created by the previous government, but the problem exists and must be solved with the budget - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in "Fakty po faktach" on TVN24.
08:02
Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Hennig-Kloska:
The PSL Probably Has the Biggest Reservations.
- It is precisely regarding the Minister [Paulina Hennig-Kloska] that the PSL probably has the biggest reservations, from what I hear – stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in “Rozmowa Piaseckiego” on TVN24.
- We are saying that we will vote responsibly. I will discuss these matters, we are already discussing them with coalition partners, and we have also invited the Minister, together with the PSL by the way, to a discussion with our clubs. This is also a way to talk about the issues and a good, coalition-based solution to this situation – she continued.
08:03
- President Karol Nawrocki, by a decree dated April 14th, appointed 96 officers of the Internal Security Agency (ABW) to their first officer rank - said Rafał Leśkiewicz in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News's "Graffiti".
- This is the result of a meeting on January 15th, agreements with the heads of services, with Deputy Prime Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz, but above all with Minister Tomasz Siemoniak. We asked for these applications to be corrected according to procedures. These applications have been corrected - he indicated.
08:08
Bosak on Ambassadorial Nominations After Talking with Nawrocki:
Let's Wait, Perhaps There Will Be Good News.
"It seems to me that we don't have a war [between the] president and the government; it seems to me that we simply have a series of disputes that are entirely justified. The president has a strong constitutional position, contrary to appearances [...] it seems to me that the president is simply exercising his powers according to his sense of national interest, and we should dramatize this situation less and focus more on the substance of the matter," said Krzysztof Bosak on TVP Info.
"Let's wait, perhaps there will be good news," he continued, when asked if the president had said he would agree to the ambassadorial nominations during his visit yesterday.
"I asked about that as well," he went on, when pressed if he had discussed this with the president.
"I can only say what I said, and I said that it would be beneficial for the Polish state to reach an agreement on this matter, because a situation where we have such impaired diplomacy in key capitals is not beneficial to anyone. And on the other hand, I must say that it is not beneficial if diplomacy does not support the president on foreign visits," he added, when asked about the president's response.
08:12
Pełczyńska-Nałęcz asked about Hennig-Kloska:
We will vote responsibly.
- We want to and will vote responsibly. Responsibly, we want to talk with the minister about matters such as, for example, Clean Air - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in "Piasecki's Conversation" on TVN24.
08:13
Bosak on the President's Veto of the Cryptocurrency Bill:
We Won't Change Our Minds, This Law is Bad.
- No, we won't change our minds, we believe this law is bad, we believe it actually hinders supervision by Polish cryptocurrency exchanges - said Krzysztof Bosak on TVP Info, when asked if Konfederacja would change its stance on the President's veto of the cryptocurrency bill.
- This law would not have changed anything, let's speak openly and frankly to people. A large portion of cryptocurrency exchanges are located abroad, this law would have caused all of them to be abroad, because this law would be so restrictive that no one would want to run these exchanges in Poland - he continued.
- [KNF would have the right to apply for the rights of Polish exchange investors] and would achieve nothing. This market is impossible to control - he went on to say.
08:14
Leśkiewicz:
Until the Constitutional Tribunal resolves the competence dispute, the President will not make any decision regarding the remaining judges
- The President, actually through the words of Minister Bogucki, who presented it at a conference last week, has conveyed that we will submit a motion to the Constitutional Tribunal to resolve a competence dispute - said Rafał Leśkiewicz in "Graffiti" Polsat News.
- This is a motion submitted based on Article 189 of the Constitution. It would be good for Minister Żurek to occasionally refer to the Constitution - he stated.
As he declared: - Until the competence dispute is resolved by the Constitutional Tribunal, the President will not make any decision. Therefore, we are awaiting the Constitutional Tribunal's decision on the matter of the remaining judges.
- However, what happened last week in the Sejm was, of course, a violation, a bending of the law. Because how can one swear an oath before Marshal Czarzasty, who is not the President of the Republic of Poland and likely never will be? - he pointed out.
08:17
Pełczyńska-Nałęcz:
If Some Coalition Partners Choose Stagnation, We Will Move Forward
- The game for Poland's future is very close to my heart and is something super important, and we are playing this game for Poland's future by solving people's problems and moving forward with new, important, actionable, and ideological things. A comprehensive change towards a just tax system, saving the entire young generation from screen addiction - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.
- This is what we want to do with our coalition partners. But if coalition partners, some of them, choose stagnation, then we will move forward and do everything possible to actually solve these issues, for the future of Poland and the good of this coalition, and for a democratic government in 2027 - she continued.
08:19
Pełczyńska-Nałęcz:
If Elections Were Held Today, Berkowicz With His Swastika Would Rule in the Sejm, Along With the Rest of the Gang
- We are in a situation where, if elections were held today, Berkowicz with his swastika would rule in the Sejm, along with the rest of the gang. And this is something very dangerous, and why is this happening? Precisely because on the democratic side there is too much stagnation, a lack of readiness for serious, ideological, valuable changes, and we are for such changes - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.
08:23
Leśkiewicz:
Żurek is culinarily associated with eggs. But this time, Minister Żurek decided to make a mockery of the justice system.
- Żurek is usually associated with eggs, culinarily. However, this time Mr. Minister Żurek decided to make a mockery of the Polish justice system and law enforcement agencies – said Rafał Leśkiewicz in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.
- This is said humorously, but in all seriousness, it shows Minister Żurek's complete detachment from reality, who is using the Polish prosecution service to pursue some narrow interests – he assessed, commenting on the Minister of Justice's decision regarding the initiation of proceedings against the President's associates.
08:24
Bosak on Wipler and Links to a Cryptocurrency Exchange:
I Don't Entirely Like It, But I Don't See a Conflict of Interest.
- I don't entirely like it that one of my colleagues received money in such a matter from what is probably a bankrupt exchange at the moment, but I don't see a conflict of interest here, I see a convergence of interests, because our position on these matters was defined years earlier - said Krzysztof Bosak on TVP Info, when asked if he saw a conflict of interest in the case of Przemysław Wipler, whose foundation received money from companies linked to the owner of a bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange.
- This law is bad, but some who comment on the market believe that it is even in the interest of this particular exchange, because this exchange did not plan to register in Poland anyway. This exchange was registered abroad - he continued.
- I criticize this, and I criticize not taking money from specific industries, but taking money from abroad [...] however, no government in Poland has yet decided to do what I proposed 11 years ago, which is to ban the acceptance of money for conducting politics [provided] by foundations from abroad - he went on, when asked if any MP or their foundation should take money from companies from any industry.
08:29
Leśkiewicz Responds to Żurek's Decision Regarding Presidential Advisors:
We Will Not Be Intimidated.
- This is, of course, another attempt by those in power to provoke, to create an artificial conflict. Perhaps an attempt to intimidate officials from the Presidential Chancellery. We will not be intimidated; we are not afraid of Mr. Żurek's order to the prosecutor's office to investigate the decision-making process in the Presidential Chancellery - said Rafał Leśkiewicz in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.
We reported on Waldemar Żurek's decision here.
- The President clearly stated, first and foremost, that the process of selecting Constitutional Tribunal judges by the Polish Sejm should be examined from a formal and legal perspective - he added.
08:45
- We have judgment 34/15 from early December 2015. It clearly states that if the President has any doubts regarding the procedure for selecting Constitutional Tribunal judges, he has the right to withhold his decision on accepting their oath until all doubts are established and clarified - said Rafał Leśkiewicz on Polsat News's "Graffiti," when asked on what legal basis the President assesses the biographies of judges selected by the Sejm for the Constitutional Tribunal.
Responding to the host's remark that four judges were chosen through the same procedure as the two from whom the President accepted oaths, he replied: - Clearly, he accepted oaths from two judges. [...] These are judges who have never questioned the existing legal order. It's enough to follow the statements of some of these individuals...
- And here the President enters with his assessment of individual candidates - noted Marcin Fijołek.
- And the President has the right to formulate such an assessment because it is to the President that Constitutional Tribunal judges swear their allegiance - replied the President's spokesperson.
08:51
Leśkiewicz:
The President Didn't Say He Wouldn't Accept Oaths from 4 Judges. They Were the Ones Who Couldn't Handle the Pressure
- Neither any officials in the Presidential Chancellery nor the President himself, no one said that the President would not accept these oaths. So where is this conviction coming from, this certainty among the judges – this quartet – that the President will not accept their oaths? – said Rafał Leśkiewicz in the "Graffiti" program on Polsat News.
- Several days have passed. They couldn't handle the pressure. They implemented a scenario written in Aleje Ujazdowskie by officials of the Prime Minister's Chancellery. They allowed themselves to be drawn into a pseudo-oath-taking, into a puppet show, a farce, which took place last week in the Sejm, and they bear responsibility for allowing themselves to be drawn into such a situation – he stated.
08:53
Presidential Spokesperson Comments on Berkowicz's Behavior in the Sejm:
Scandalous.
- Highly inappropriate, to put it mildly, behavior by Mr. MP [Konrad Berkowicz]. It is absolutely unacceptable for a swastika symbol to appear in the Polish parliament - said Rafał Leśkiewicz on Polsat News' "Graffiti."
- It doesn't matter on what flag – here, on the flag of Israel – but in no way can Nazi symbols be displayed, especially in the Polish parliament, which represents a state so profoundly affected by German Nazism during World War II - he continued.
- The behavior was scandalous. I hope appropriate consequences will be drawn against Mr. MP. One can present their political positions in various ways, express disagreement with Israel's policies. But let's discuss in a civilized, cultured manner, using arguments, not in this way, by displaying a swastika - he pointed out.
08:54
Szydło on Kaczyński's Words:
Someone Messed Up.
- I have complaints against the people who showed or presented this information to the chairman [Jarosław Kaczyński] [regarding Péter Magyar]. Because it's known that the chairman receives information from his colleagues, so someone simply, to put it colloquially, messed up - stated Beata Szydło on Radio Zet.
08:57
Szydło:
There is no ban on establishing associations
- Firstly, there is no such ban [on establishing associations], and as far as I know, as far as I am aware, many of our colleagues, members of PiS, are either members of various types of associations or cooperate with them. This is a natural thing - stated Beata Szydło on Radio Zet.
- I see nothing wrong with PiS politicians engaging in various activities. There is, of course, only one condition: each of these activities must align with and support our political work, not be in opposition to it - she continued.
09:02
Szydło:
The Moment for a Coherent Program is Approaching
"We should cooperate, build good projects, good programs, because that is very much needed today. I understand that this association is to be a base for creating precisely our program plans. We are working on a program, the moment is approaching when we must come out with such a coherent program that we will present during the campaign," stated Beata Szydło on Radio Zet.
09:04
Szydło:
I See No Reason for Morawiecki to Be Expelled from PiS at This Moment
- I have spoken with Mateusz Morawiecki several times recently, and I don't think he has any intention of leaving PiS - stated Beata Szydło on Radio Zet.
- I see no reason at this moment why Mateusz Morawiecki should be expelled from PiS. However, considering our plans for the next term and the campaign, we must also have a plan that perhaps a coalition partner might be needed. But who that will be, we shall see - she continued.
09:05
Szydło:
Duda Should Play an Important Role in Our Political Sphere
"I believe that President Andrzej Duda should play an important role in our political sphere," stated Beata Szydło on Radio Zet.
09:19
Szydło:
We Must Consider the Scenario of Co-governing, Requiring a Coalition
- Yes, I have said before that we must consider the scenario of co-governing, that some coalition will be needed. However, of course, when going into elections, the most important plan is to win and have such a strong position to be able to form a government - stated Beata Szydło on Radio Zet.
09:21
Szydło:
I can imagine us discussing government formation with the Peasants' Party after winning the election
- I can imagine us discussing the potential formation of a government with the Peasants' Party after winning the election, provided they secure seats in the Sejm. I hope our colleagues from the PSL will finally understand that they are currently in a very bad arrangement for Poland, and for themselves as well - stated Beata Szydło on Radio Zet.
10:39
Joint conference of parliamentary clubs:
We are submitting a motion for a State Tribunal for Ziobro.
- Today, we are submitting a motion for a State Tribunal for Zbigniew Ziobro. The motion has been signed by parliamentarians, by the MPs forming the coalition of October 15th. The motion contains a total of 51 charges, including 25 concerning the commission of constitutional offenses and 26 related to the suspicion of committing political crimes. The document is over 250 pages long, contains 117 pieces of evidence, and foresees the examination of 68 individuals before the constitutional accountability committee - stated Zbigniew Konwiński at a press briefing in the Sejm.
10:51
Żukowska on Żurek's Order to Initiate Proceedings Against KPRP Individuals:
A Bit of a Hassle for the Prosecutor's Office,
- From a legal point of view, this is a very avant-garde approach. I think it's a bit of a hassle for the prosecutor's office, despite everything - said Anna Maria Żukowska in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on Kanał Zero, when asked about Waldemar Żurek's order to initiate proceedings against individuals from the Presidential Chancellery (KPRP) who allegedly advised Karol Nawrocki regarding the non-swearing-in of some Constitutional Tribunal judges.
10:59
Żukowska on Tusk:
The Healthcare Situation Could Simply Mean He Ceases to Be Prime Minister.
- I won't hide the fact that this is a very difficult coalition. I don't feel comfortable in it. I didn't join the government for this reason either, because I expected, among other things, situations where I would have to take direct responsibility for them - Anna Maria Żukowska said on Kanał Zero.
- Yes, I'm not shying away from responsibility. I am the leader of a coalition club that is part of the ruling coalition, and I know that our ministers are really trying to be very assertive during government meetings, more so than it probably appears externally [...] they are truly fighting for these issues - she continued.
- I don't know how it will be in healthcare. I know that if the Prime Minister doesn't understand that this is the most important element for Poles, above all others, because it now also concerns security. We used to say that security and the situation on the border were most crucial, but health security, the feeling that our health will be saved, is also a matter of security. Because of the healthcare situation, the Prime Minister could simply cease to be Prime Minister - she went on to say.
11:16
Żukowska on Potential Deaths of Undiagnosed Individuals:
The Prime Minister Takes Responsibility for This.
- He would have to risk his electorate, mainly the wealthiest individuals, those running businesses [...] and say: my dears, you actually have to chip in for this – said Anna Maria Żukowska in Kanal Zero when asked if the Prime Minister doesn't understand that healthcare is one of the most important things for Poles.
- Yes, if this happens, if these diagnostic tests are indeed cut back, then he, as the Prime Minister, as the head of the entire Council of Ministers, takes responsibility for it – she continued, when pressed whether the potential deaths of people not diagnosed in time would be the Prime Minister's responsibility.
- The Prime Minister also takes responsibility for the fact that there are no coalition partners in the Ministry of Health due to his decision; she is his right hand, he nominated the minister and is personally responsible for her – she went on to say.
12:28
Błaszczak:
'Stop Pathocracy' Team Resumes Active Operations
- The 'Stop Pathocracy' team, a group organized by Law and Justice, is resuming its active operations - Mariusz Błaszczak stated at a press conference.
- Today, the Polish state under the rule of the December 13th coalition is transforming into a farmyard. A farmyard where those in power are trying to place themselves above the law. The field where this drama is most poignant is healthcare. Today, under Donald Tusk's government, healthcare is experiencing its crisis [...] Meanwhile, politicians of the ruling coalition, for example, Senator Lenz [...] or MP Szumilas [...] treat public healthcare as if it were private healthcare that they own - he continued.
- We will demand that consequences be drawn against those who treat our homeland like a farmyard. We will not allow this. We earnestly ask all of you to inform us, to inform the Law and Justice Parliamentary Club, about all these pathologies - he added.
- MP Michał Moskal has taken the helm of the 'Stop Pathocracy' team, and he will document these events on a daily basis - he concluded.
12:29
- Today we are submitting a request for an urgent audit to the Supreme Audit Office so that it can examine the procedures, decisions, and actions of the National Health Fund (NFZ), the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Finance concerning elective procedures, and in particular, diagnostic tests in Poland - said Michał Moskal at a press conference.
12:35
Błaszczak:
Next Year, Tusk Should End Up Like Orbán
- I believe that Donald Tusk will follow the path that Viktor Orbán took, meaning next year Donald Tusk should end up like Viktor Orbán did, and that would be good news for Poland - Mariusz Błaszczak said at a press conference.
12:38
Błaszczak on the Supreme Administrative Court ruling regarding Cenckiewicz:
It is clear and unambiguous.
"The ruling is clear and unambiguous. This is a disgrace for Jarosław Stróżyk, who heads the Military Counterintelligence Service [...] he should be dismissed immediately," said Mariusz Błaszczak at a press conference, when asked about the Supreme Administrative Court ruling concerning the security clearance for Sławomir Cenckiewicz and Jacek Dobrzyński's reaction.
"What concerns the attack on Prof. Cenckiewicz stems solely from the fact that the ruling government finds Prof. Cenckiewicz highly objectionable, as he has taken a clear stance regarding their involvement in relations with Putin," he continued.
12:40
Nawrocki on the Supreme Administrative Court Ruling Regarding Cenckiewicz:
Victory of Truth Over Lies.
- Today's ruling by the Supreme Administrative Court concerning Professor Sławomir Cenckiewicz is a victory of truth over lies - wrote Karol Nawrocki on social media.
- While rejoicing at the decision and congratulating Professor Cenckiewicz, I lament that we live in times when those in power, in the name of political struggle and in the absence of arguments, resort to the basest methods - emphasized the President of the Republic of Poland.
Dzisiejszy wyrok Naczelnego Sądu Administracyjnego ws. prof. Sławomira Cenckiewicza to zwycięstwo prawdy nad kłamstwem. Ciesząc się z rozstrzygnięcia i gratulując Panu profesorowi Cenckiewiczowi, ubolewam, że żyjemy w czasach, gdy rządzący w imię walki politycznej, przy braku…

Błaszczak:
The Initiative to Put Ziobro Before the State Tribunal is a Smoke Screen
- This initiative to put Minister Ziobro before the State Tribunal is a smoke screen, it's a spectacle designed to obscure the drama in healthcare – Mariusz Błaszczak said at a press conference.

Bogucki:
NSA Ruling is a Complete Defeat for the Government's Propaganda Machine and Lies with an ORMO-like Face
"The ruling of the Supreme Administrative Court is a complete defeat for the government's propaganda machine and lies with an ORMO-like face. Congratulations to Professor Cenckiewicz," - wrote Zbigniew Bogucki on social media.
"The case initiated by the Internal Security Agency concerning the admission of the Head of the National Security Bureau to the National Security Council, and other proceedings initiated wholesale solely out of political, sick vindictiveness, without any legal basis, will end in the same disgrace for the government of lawlessness, blinded by hatred," - the Head of the President's Chancellery emphasized.

Cenckiewicz Publishes Statement After NSA Ruling:
I Demand Stróżyk's Immediate Dismissal as Head of SKW
"My victory today before the Supreme Administrative Court is the final and legally binding confirmation that I never lost access to classified information, and the revocation of my security clearances in July 2024 by Jarosław Stróżyk and Karolina Kisłowska from SKW, with the support of Tomasz Siemoniak, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, and Donald Tusk, along with their associated deceitful media, was a gross violation of the law." - Sławomir Cenckiewicz wrote in a statement on X.
"My victory is the ultimate defeat of lawlessness, in which special services, the prosecution, and essentially the entire state apparatus and media were involved in fighting me after December 13, 2023. Through a system of organized media leaks, manipulation, and public stigmatization, they attempted to destroy me and exclude me from public life. This unprecedented, over two-year system of state-sponsored hatred and conflict must be revealed, described, and accounted for. I believe this will happen in the future." - he continued in his post.
"Current attempts to gloss over an unambiguous legal reality and the nonsense about a supposedly 'ongoing control proceeding' that supposedly bars me from classified information are merely a grotesque form of the same psychological warfare waged against me since December 2023, another act of lawlessness and a desperate escape from a complete defeat," - stated the head of the National Security Bureau (BBN).
"The day of my victory is also the day of truth. And truth alone never triumphs; it demands a weapon. Therefore, I demand from the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Kosiniak-Kamysz the immediate dismissal of Jarosław Stróżyk from his position as head of SKW." - Cenckiewicz wrote.
"It was Stróżyk – as head of SKW – who committed this lawlessness, entangled the counterintelligence service in political combat, devastated the institution for the protection of classified information, created media support for his actions, and personally attacked me. For the last eight months, he has been trying to paralyze the functioning of the BBN and, consequently, the entire office of the President, and he is feigning an investigation into the circumstances of sensitive data leaks about me, falsely suggesting that administrative courts are the source of these leaks!" - he emphasized.
"For the sake of Poland's security, special services, and the Polish Army, Jarosław Stróżyk can no longer lead SKW! I appeal to all opinion leaders and politicians from various parties who care about Poland's welfare and the dignity of the state to have the courage to stand up in defense of principles against lawlessness and abuse of power." - concluded the head of the BBN.

Dobrzyński:
NSA Did Not Reinstate Head of BBN's Access to Classified Information
"The attempt to interpret the NSA ruling as automatically reinstating Mr. Cenckiewicz's access to classified information is completely unfounded. It is clear and evident that the NSA has not reinstated the Head of the National Security Bureau's access to classified information. The cassation appeals were dismissed, which only means that the SKW, while conducting a control verification procedure, will have to take into account the guidelines of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw" - wrote Jacek Dobrzyński on X.
"When deciding on the issue of Sławomir Cenckiewicz providing guarantees for keeping classified information secret, the SKW will consider the current factual state of the case, including the ongoing criminal proceedings in which Mr. Cenckiewicz is accused of revealing state secrets. This is a crime punishable by up to 10 years of imprisonment" - he continued in his post.
"The fact of the Head of the BBN being indicted, as well as the circumstances of the alleged crime, influence the issue of Sławomir Cenckiewicz providing guarantees for maintaining secrecy. This is confirmed by established case law of administrative courts" - he stated.
"The fact that the criminal proceedings are ongoing has no bearing on the above. In this situation, Article 30, paragraph 2 of the Act on the Protection of Classified Information, which is a separate premise for refusing to issue or revoking a security clearance, does not apply. I state with full conviction that Sławomir Cenckiewicz does not have access to classified information" - he emphasized.
Próba interpretacji wyroku NSA jako automatycznego przywrócenia dostępu do informacji niejawnych panu Cenckiewiczowi jest kompletnie nieuzasadniona.

Błaszczak on Morawiecki’s association:
It will be used as a form of disintegration of our political environment.
- The association can be and will certainly be used as a form of disintegration of our political environment, of Law and Justice - said Mariusz Błaszczak in an interview with Grzegorz Kępka on Polsat News’ „Gość Wydarzeń”.
- And please note that it was Polsat Television that reported a poll showing that over half of Poles view Donald Tusk’s government negatively. So let’s not focus on ourselves, but on creating an alternative to Donald Tusk. Such an alternative is PiS - he continued.
19:41
Błaszczak:
Most of PiS Leadership Received News of Morawiecki's Association with Concern
- Please forgive me, I cannot speak about the details of that conversation - Mariusz Błaszczak said on "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events) on Polsat News, when asked about reports that Jarosław Kaczyński had issued an ultimatum regarding Mateusz Morawiecki's association - that politicians who join it would not be on the PiS lists.
- But I can emphasize that most of the Law and Justice (PiS) leadership received the information about the formation of such an association with concern - he stressed.
- Political experiences are bad. Marek Migalski, who formed a similar association some time ago, recently [...] stated directly - I think very accurately - that the center does not want to vote for repentant PiS members, while PiS voters consider such politicians traitors - the head of the PiS parliamentary club continued.
- What is most important? That an alternative must be built to Donald Tusk's bad government. Unity must be maintained - he pointed out.

Błaszczak:
The 2027 Elections Will Be a Referendum on Tusk's Government. Poles Deserve a 'Tuskexit'
- These elections [in 2027] will be a referendum on Donald Tusk's government. I believe that Polsat television hit the nail on the head by indicating that 53% of Poles view this government negatively - said Mariusz Błaszczak on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events).
- So what is important, what should be implemented immediately? A 'Tuskexit'. That's what Poles deserve - he stated.

Błaszczak on Healthcare:
During PiS Rule, There Was No Drama. There Was Money.
- Please note that during the PiS government's tenure, there was money. We allocated 6% of GDP to healthcare. There was no drama. There was money. Overperformances were paid for. We had money for the 13th and 14th pensions, for the 500 plus, 800 plus programs. There was money for defense. We rearmed the Polish Army from old post-Soviet equipment to modern American and Korean equipment - said Mariusz Błaszczak on "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events) on Polsat News.

Błaszczak:
We Have Polls Showing the "Czarnek Effect"
- The image [of Przemysław Czarnek's candidacy] is different during our tour. [...] There is such an uplift, you can see animation, more people are coming to meetings - said Mariusz Błaszczak on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events).
He stated: - We have polls that show there is a "Czarnek effect." And I have experienced this personally, for example, and those who came to the meeting with me [...], full halls, very good conversation and hope. Hope that has returned.

Błaszczak:
Czarnek's statement was taken out of context. It is not entrepreneurs who will decide who comes to Poland, but the state
- That statement [by Przemysław Czarnek on migration] was taken out of context. Later, Professor Czarnek spoke about security, about the fact that the task of the Polish state is to ensure security - said Mariusz Błaszczak in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.
- It is not entrepreneurs who will decide who comes to our country, but the Polish state will decide. If there is any risk associated with these people, then these people should be sent back to the place they came from - he pointed out.

Błaszczak:
The Problem with Konfederacja is That Its Leaders Don't Rule Out a Coalition with Tusk
- The problem with Konfederacja lies elsewhere. The problem is that the leaders of Konfederacja – both Krzysztof Bosak and Sławomir Mentzen – do not rule out a coalition with whom? With Donald Tusk – said Mariusz Błaszczak on Polsat News’s “Gość Wydarzeń.”
- When President Jarosław Kaczyński sent 10 points that were to form the basis for programmatic talks, all these 10 points were rejected by Sławomir Mentzen. And the first point concerned precisely the exclusion of a coalition with Donald Tusk – he continued.

Czarnek Tweets About 'Division':
This is not a time for egoism; this is not a time for party politics.
- Our opponent is this nightmarish government. It is Tusk. I rolled up my sleeves and got to work. I want this to be clear, Dear Patriots: this is not a time for egoism; this is not a time for party politics! This is a time for work, unity, and standing firm! - wrote Przemysław Czarnek on social media.
- Whoever wants to look for enemies on the right, whoever wants to divide us, whoever places their own interest above the good of Poland - they will not find my support or approval. They will hear that this is betrayal. Politics is not a game. It is a service to the common good and the Republic. I choose the white and red, and I count on you to join us to victory! - emphasized the PiS candidate for Prime Minister.
