At 10:30 AM, a press conference will be held at the Institute of Hematology and Transfusion Medicine in Warsaw, with the participation of, among others, Minister of Health Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda and Deputy Minister Katarzyna Kacperczyk. The topic is the signing of an agreement for the implementation of the project "Development of a health security standard in the field of hematological care in Poland".

Also at 10:30 AM, but at the Wrocław Główny railway station, a press briefing will commence with the participation of the Minister of Infrastructure Dariusz Klimczak and the Minister of Transport of the Czech Republic Ivan Bednarik, in connection with a bilateral meeting concerning actions in the area of transport and infrastructure.

The beginning of a two-day session of the Senate is scheduled for 11:00 AM, during which members of the upper house of parliament will address, among other things, the law on coordinating anti-corruption activities and the liquidation of the Central Anticorruption Bureau.

Earlier, at 10:50 AM, a press briefing by the Marshal of the Senate Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska is scheduled.

At 12:00 PM, a government session will begin. Ministers will consider three draft laws. The first of these is a draft law on the metropolitan union in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.

The next two projects concern amendments to the Education Law, the law on the education system, and certain other laws, as well as the personal income tax law, the corporate income tax law, and the lump-sum income tax law for certain revenues earned by individuals.

Wednesday also marks the first day of a two-day session of the Monetary Policy Council.

Przydacz:

The President has neither the will nor the desire to discuss sending Polish soldiers to any war

- No. The President has neither the will nor the desire to discuss sending Polish soldiers to any war - said Marcin Przydacz in "The First Interview of the Day" on TV Republika, when asked if Polish soldiers would go to the Middle East.

- No, there were no such plans, nor have we ever spoken about them. We spoke about the need to consider, from the perspective of Western European allies, the desire to at least engage in unblocking the Strait of Hormuz so that energy prices would fall - he continued, when asked if there had never been plans to send Polish soldiers to the Strait of Hormuz.

08:07

Przydacz on Tusk:

He's Trying to Stir Up Very Bad Emotions Around a Thesis That Never Existed.

"Prime Minister Donald Tusk, likely spurred on by Giertych, because it was Giertych who first started attacking these words, has invented a potential enemy or a potential counter-argument and is debating with it, in reality trying to stir up very bad emotions around a thesis that never existed," said Marcin Przydacz on TV Republika.

"Nobody called for involvement in the war in Iran, nobody called for Poland, in particular, to do so," he continued.

"However, indeed, I am absolutely not backing down from this. I say that it was necessary to get involved in any possible way from the perspective of Western European countries, meaning those that have the capabilities, in order to unblock the Strait of Hormuz," he went on to say.

08:15

Przydacz on Europe-USA Relations:

Lack of Solidarity in Times of Trouble Can Work Both Ways.

- Unfortunately, a lack of demonstrated solidarity in times of trouble can work both ways. Because today, it is Europe telling the United States, "this is your problem, solve it yourselves," and they might just solve it, a ceasefire in Iran is likely happening - said Marcin Przydacz on TV Republika.

- However, this bad atmosphere will remain for the future, and what happens if Russia attacks any further targets somewhere around Europe? Then what, can Americans say, "actually, you didn't help us, so why should we help you?" - he continued.

- I believe that we should have, in some way, even with words, even diplomatically, shown interest, instead of being offended by reality - he added further.

08:19

Domański on the Ceasefire in the Middle East:

It's Visible That the Markets Reacted Very Positively to This.

- I think we are all pleased that we have this ceasefire. It's for two weeks, admittedly, but it's visible that the markets reacted very positively to this. The price of oil, as you mentioned, has fallen by 15-16%. It's also important that the prices of products on market quotes are already falling; diesel dropped by about 1 PLN overnight, the price on the markets has fallen. So this is good news for Polish drivers as well - stated Andrzej Domański in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News' "Graffiti".

08:20

Domański:

The price drops we're seeing on the markets will translate into lower fuel prices at the pumps

- First and foremost, our government has taken very decisive action to curb fuel price increases at petrol stations. The largest program of its kind in all of Europe is point one. Point two. Of course, the price drops we are currently observing on the markets will translate into lower fuel prices at the pumps. This is absolutely natural - stated Andrzej Domański on Polsat News' 'Graffiti'.

- This process naturally takes a few days, because first the price of oil drops, then the wholesale price of fuel drops, and then this translates into the price at the petrol station, the price for drivers. So, of course, these price drops will be visible at petrol stations. It will take a few days - he continued.

08:20

Przydacz:

I'm giving Szczerba a chance to apologize

- I believe that if someone lies, they should retract their lies and apologize, and Mr. Szczerba is lying and has lied by saying that I am here inciting a war with Iran; I have neither said such a thing, nor can anything of the sort be interpreted from my words - said Marcin Przydacz on TV Republika.

- This will most likely be decided by a court, although I am giving Mr. Szczerba a chance here; let him retract, let him apologize, let him publish a correction - he continued.

08:22

Domański on the Ceasefire and Fuel Prices:

We Will Definitely Discuss the Situation Within the Government.

- This ceasefire took effect tonight. We will definitely discuss the situation within the government. We know that the regulations reducing VAT and excise duty are temporary. There are set dates until which they are valid - stated Andrzej Domański on Polsat News's "Graffiti".

08:24

Domański on Today's PiS Politicians' Conferences:

Complete Hypocrisy.

- PiS politicians are raising the alarm today, but when they could have supported solutions that would have increased funds in the National Health Fund (NFZ), they naturally did not. Complete hypocrisy. Just like on the part of the President, who vetoed, among other things, the increase in the sugar tax, from which all funds would have gone to the National Health Fund. Meaning there would have been more money for patient treatment, a billion zlotys more in the NFZ, if not for the President's veto - stated Andrzej Domański in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.

08:25

Przydacz's Questions for Tusk:

Who Are You Playing For? Whom Are You Serving?

"The Americans will probably manage this situation, but the bad taste, concerning the lack of any European solidarity, will remain," said Marcin Przydacz on TV Republika.

"What happens when Europe needs American help, and the Americans, with Trump still in power for three years, say, 'You know what, we really don't care much now, this is your problem'?" he continued.

"I believe that France, Spain, and Germany will manage, because they are far from Russia, and we are close. So, I ask again: who are you playing for, Mr. Tusk? Whom are you serving, because what you are doing certainly does not serve the security of the Polish state," he went on to say.

08:28

Domański asked about another attempt at the crypto asset market act:

We will analyze whether to proceed a third time.

- Of course, we will discuss this and analyze the situation. Twice we have put forward a bill that would have provided clients and investors saving in the crypto asset market with an additional powerful umbrella provided by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. It would have given the Polish Financial Supervision Authority tools to protect investors - stated Andrzej Domański in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.

- Unfortunately, twice the President vetoed this bill. We warned about the consequences of this veto. We also had a closed session of the Sejm to inform MPs about all aspects related to the crypto asset market - he continued.

- Well, I do not agree with such an opinion [that little happened at the closed Sejm session] and we will analyze whether to proceed a third time. But if there is no reflection from the President's camp, if there is no reflection from the opposition after what we are currently observing, then it is difficult, of course, to push this project for a third veto - emphasized the Minister of Finance.

08:30

Czarzasty's Decisions on Constitutional Tribunal Judges Today. Siwiec Announces.

- I think this sense of chaos is painful for everyone. It should be particularly painful for the President of the Republic. However, the Marshal of the Sejm, I expect, will make appropriate decisions today, because he is also under pressure, under the pressure of public opinion which says: 'Okay, okay, how long can this go on? How long are we all being played for a fool?' - said Marek Siwiec in an interview with Tomasz Sekielski on Poranek TOK FM.

- It's not that a calm, restrained reaction means acceptance. There is a limit beyond which someone has to loudly say: 'Enough, hold on!' - indicated the head of the Chancellery of the Sejm.

- Since he is only a heartbeat away from the presidency, as it was beautifully and poetically put, and the Marshal has taken this to heart, it's hard for him to be passive - he stated.

- I received an assurance while traveling here, the Marshal assured me that he will announce the decisions made in this matter today - he added.

- He assured me that today – and I certainly believe him that it will happen today – he is currently traveling, so presumably, upon his return, the public will learn something about this matter - he announced.

08:38

Przydacz:

There Hasn't Been a More Pro-Russian Prime Minister Than Tusk in the Third Republic

- In the free Third Republic, there has not been a more pro-Russian prime minister than Donald Tusk - stated Marcin Przydacz on TV Republika.

- For Mr. Donald Tusk, everything is domestic policy; he is capable of offending any potential partner just to get 10,000 likes on social media for a moment - he continued, when asked about the prime minister's response to a post questioning support for Orbán.

- We have repeatedly stated: in the area of Eastern policy, Russian policy, and security policy, we do not agree with Viktor Orbán and have also criticized him in internal discussions. However, Hungary is a country that, firstly, is part of our region, and secondly, various common interests, for example, economic ones, connect us, within the context of the European Union - he went on to say.

08:45

Will Czarzasty Administer the Oath for Constitutional Tribunal Judges Before the National Assembly? Siwiec Skeptical

- Is it possible that Marshal Czarzasty will simply administer the oath [of the Constitutional Tribunal judges]? - Tomasz Sekielski asked on Poranek TOK FM.

- No, no. I have heard such concepts, that it is supposed to be some kind of convocation of the National Assembly. Toutes proportions gardées - Marek Siwiec replied.

- It is simply necessary to carry out, in a public, formal, and credible manner, the act required by the constitution, and then to inform all institutions that are obligated to do so, which will likely include the President, the Marshal, the public opinion, and the President of the Constitutional Tribunal, who will be responsible for the efficient functioning of this institution from a certain point onwards. This must be decided today with these parameters - he continued.

- And given that the expectations from the Marshal are immense and this pressure [...] is immense, today the Marshal's stance on this matter will be crucial, which - I believe - will facilitate a way out of this vicious cycle - he stated.

08:58

Presidential Palace, Led by its Head, Scored an Own Goal on Their Own Penalty Spot. Siwiec on the Constitutional Tribunal

- We have today reached a situation where the Presidential Palace, led by its head, meaning the President of the Republic, has scored an own goal on their own penalty spot. What happened regarding the swearing-in ceremony, or the fact that two legally elected judges were able to swear an oath before the president, is a kind of chuckle - said Marek Siwiec in the TOK FM Morning Show.

- Essentially, what is the political signal here? For me, there is one main political signal: well-elected judges, since there were complaints that they were not. Marshal Czarzasty explained, he wrote. I signed, I wrote letters to officials, to the president. As a result of this, as can be seen, they were sworn in, which means the procedure was good - he noted.

- Phew, another stone off our hearts. But two, precisely. And at this moment, a kind of sway begins, which very often ends with an own goal - he stated.

09:08

Siwiec:

Four Constitutional Tribunal Judges Are Under Exceptionally Vile Pressure. They Will Certainly Propose Something Too

- A lot depends on the individuals concerned, on the four people [judges of the Constitutional Tribunal] who are under exceptionally vile pressure. Because it is something exceptionally vile to go through a parliamentary procedure in good faith, in the interest of the institution, in the face of the policy that the previous PiS government pursued towards this institution. And now these people stand bewildered and essentially have to decide on something, because they are not some anonymous appointees. They are big names, people with great authority, and they will certainly propose something as well - Marek Siwiec said on TOK FM's Morning Program.

11:10

Kidawa-Błońska:

Judges Elected by the Sejm Should Have Been Working in the Constitutional Tribunal for Weeks

- These judges we are talking about were elected by the Sejm [...] several weeks ago and have been judges of the Constitutional Tribunal for several weeks and should have already been working in that tribunal for several weeks - Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska said at a press conference.

- The fact that the President has not accepted their oath, they could not take that oath in the presence of the President, that is solely the President's responsibility for acting in such a manner, circumventing the law - she continued.

11:16

Kidawa-Błońska:

I don't believe the presidency in Krakow will change hands

- I don't believe the presidency in Krakow will change hands - Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska stated at a press conference, responding to a question about the referendum on recalling Aleksander Miszalski.

11:31

Indictment Filed Against Szczucki

The District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw has announced that it has filed an indictment against Krzysztof Szczucki.

The prosecutor's office accuses the PiS politician of having, "as the President of the Government Legislation Centre, exceeded his authority by establishing a Department of Education and Communication within the Department of Constitutional Law and Education at the Government Legislation Centre [...] in which, bypassing the competition procedure, he hired individuals for various official positions who did not perform the tasks of this Department, and together with other employees, carried out activities related to promoting and conducting the election campaign of Krzysztof Szczucki for the Sejm of the Republic of Poland."

As stated in the prosecutor's office's announcement, the individuals conducting Szczucki's campaign allegedly organized at least 82 events, receiving remuneration from the Government Legislation Centre and other benefits for this, resulting in at least PLN 900,000 in financial damage to the State Treasury.

"The District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw has submitted a motion to the Sejm of the Republic of Poland requesting consent to prosecute MP Krzysztof Szczucki for an offense prosecuted by public accusation as indicated in the motion. MP Krzysztof Szczucki voluntarily waived his parliamentary immunity, which allowed for the charges to be brought against him, his interrogation as a suspect, and subsequently the filing of the indictment," the prosecutor's office recalled.

"Krzysztof Szczucki did not admit to committing the alleged act and explained that he was authorized to hire employees without a competition procedure, without professional experience, and that the timekeeping records of employees during that period were not kept electronically. The offense charged to the accused is punishable by imprisonment for a term of 1 year to 10 years," it was noted.

12:19

Tusk on Fuel Prices:

A Positive Effect of the Ceasefire Will Be Felt This Week.

- You can say anything except that the situation is definitely permanently stabilized, given past experiences, actions, and words of politicians involved in this conflict. I look at this perspective of several weeks with great caution, but one thing is absolutely certain. Peace, and even a temporary ceasefire, is always better than war for obvious reasons. This also has direct consequences when it comes to fuel prices. We can expect that as early as this week, I think from Friday, a positive effect of the ceasefire will be felt at Polish petrol stations - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press conference.

12:20

Tusk on Fuel Prices:

We Do Not Intend to Abandon This Mechanism We Introduced.

- We do not intend, in connection with the suspension of fighting in the Middle East, to abandon this mechanism that we have introduced, because we will be cautious, especially since it is still very hot, to be honest - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press conference.

12:44

Tusk Announces Vote on Veto Concerning Cryptocurrencies and Criticizes PiS and Konfederacja:

They Practically Make State Function Impossible.

- I have very grim news to conclude with. And I ask for the attention of President Nawrocki, his people, as well as the leaders of PiS and Konfederacja - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press conference.

- The issue of the cryptocurrency market in Poland is being discussed more and more loudly, as is the problem of clients, and the time for a new vote in the Sejm on the president’s veto is inevitably approaching. This veto, once again, is intended to hinder or make impossible regulations on the cryptocurrency market and, frankly speaking, the protection of clients in this market, those who invest, small, large, medium sums of money, it doesn't matter, but what is important is that these European regulations, and we are unfortunately far behind in Poland in this regard, and these presidential vetos and the votes from PiS and Konfederacja are greatly hindering the functioning of the state, or even making state action in this area impossible - he continued.

13:07

Why are PiS, Konfederacja, and the President Blocking These Solutions? Tusk Addresses Czarzasty on Veto Vote

- I have information that raises very dramatic questions. Why are PiS, Konfederacja, and the president blocking these solutions? And perhaps, unfortunately, we have found the solution to this problem, meaning the answer to the question of why they are blocking it. And perhaps this information will force them to reflect. And here I address Marshal Czarzasty: if we can, as quickly as possible, vote again on the president's veto regarding cryptocurrencies, maybe this time they will understand that this veto must be rejected, and some exceptionally grim circumstances accompanying this matter must be rejected. These few sentences, in my opinion, will explain to everyone in Poland what is happening at the intersection of PiS politicians, Konfederacja, the presidential camp, and lobbyists – companies that are keen for this market to remain unprotected in any way - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press conference.

- I am now presenting information I received from the ABW (Internal Security Agency). For obvious reasons, the state is beginning to investigate what is truly going on in this matter. At the turn of October and November 2025, a month before the presidential veto vote on the regulation of the cryptocurrency market, Przemysław Kral, CEO of Zondacrypto, made payments to two foundations – PLN 450,000 was paid to the Sovereign Poland Institute Foundation of Zbigniew Ziobro. Part of these funds were allocated to lawyers, defenders of Dariusz Matecki and Father Michał Olszewski. Another company associated with Zondacrypto and Mr. Kral, Expo Fair Service House, carried out transactions for the foundation of MP Wipler. The foundation, amusingly, is called Dobry Rząd (Good Government). It transferred 70,000 Euros. Zondacrypto was also the main sponsor of the CPAC event for right-wing activists during the presidential campaign - he continued.

- I appeal to everyone who has participated in this procedure in any way to consider whether this can still be stopped – this action of blocking the Polish state, which aims to present the interests of a few selected companies and individuals against the interests of the Polish state and thousands of citizens - emphasized the head of government.

13:09

Tusk:

Has Anyone Heard of a Presidential Draft on Cryptocurrency Market Regulation?

- Minister Bogucki, right after the vote on the presidential veto, said that a presidential draft bill would be prepared within 3 weeks. He mentioned 3 weeks, never mind. 100 days have passed. Has anyone among you seen or heard of a presidential draft on this matter, regarding the regulation of the cryptocurrency market? - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press conference.

13:39

Szłapka:

Poland Will Not Send Troops to Ukraine. Błaszczak's Post is Disinformation

- Regarding sending Polish troops to Ukraine, the stance of the Prime Minister and Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz was very clear and unequivocal. Poland will simply not send troops, and this must be unequivocally emphasized, because what Minister Błaszczak wrote is obvious and deliberate disinformation - stated Adam Szłapka at a press conference.

13:42

Szłapka on the Swearing-in of Constitutional Tribunal Judges in the Sejm:

No Government Representatives Plan to Attend Such Ceremonies.

- These judges [of the Constitutional Tribunal] are already judges and the obligation rests upon them. How they fulfill this obligation is up to the judges. If it is indeed the case that the President does not want to fulfill his obligation. But as far as I know, no government representatives plan to participate in any such ceremony - stated Adam Szłapka at a press conference.

14:15

Mandatory Health Education? Szłapka Announces Decision Timeline

- Minister Barbara Nowacka will announce a decision on this matter [mandatory health education] tomorrow - stated Adam Szłapka at a press conference.

16:17

Apparent Liquidation of Public Media? Head of KRRiT Notifies Prosecutor's Office

- I have decided to submit a notification to the prosecutor's office to investigate whether the persons responsible for managing the companies undergoing liquidation: Polish Television, Polish Radio, and Regional Stations of Polish Radio, are actually performing their duties, or merely maintaining an apparent state - informed the head of KRRiT, Agnieszka Glapiak.

- The prosecutor's office should also clarify whether there has been a violation of the constitutional order of the state and an unlawful influence on the actions of a constitutional body, which is KRRiT - she stressed.

"Placing public media in a state of liquidation gives the impression of an apparent action. The liquidation process has caused irreparable financial, organizational, and reputational losses. Public media have lost hundreds of thousands of viewers and listeners.

The Polish state cannot accept a situation where key entities operate under conditions that raise doubts about the legality of their actions. In my opinion, citizens have the right to transparency, and public media must be based on full credibility and responsibility from those managing them.

I expect the prosecutor's office to thoroughly clarify whether the liquidation process is being conducted in accordance with the law, or if we are dealing with actions that may solely serve to maintain a legal fiction."

16:23

Tusk on Orbán's Government's Proposal to Russia:

Truly Shocking.

- A minister from Viktor Orbán's government proposed to Sergey Lavrov to send him EU documents via the Hungarian embassy in Moscow. This is truly shocking - Prime Minister Donald Tusk wrote on social media.

18:20

Żurek:

Prosecutors to Investigate All Information Regarding Potential Criminal Offenses in Zondacrypto's Operations

"If clients cannot withdraw their funds for many hours or days, if serious questions arise about the exchange's reserves, liquidity, and operational credibility, the state cannot pretend that nothing is happening." - wrote Waldemar Żurek on X.

"Therefore, on my initiative, prosecutors will investigate all information regarding whether a criminal offense has been committed in connection with the operation of the Zondacrypto exchange. These activities will be carried out as part of the investigation by the Silesian branch of the National Public Prosecutor's Office concerning the disappearance of Sylwester Suszek, the founder of BitBay (the predecessor of Zondacrypto)." - he continued in his post.

"Something smells fishy here." - he noted.

19:46

Bogucki on Tomorrow's Ceremony in the Sejm:

Some Actions That Will Not Constitute Oaths By Any Means.

- We have a legal order. State organs act within the limits and on the basis of law - this is what Article 7 [of the constitution] states, this is the principle of legality, otherwise known as the principle of the rule of law. Those who spoke so much about the rule of law want to carry out some actions tomorrow that will not constitute oaths by any means. Without a legal basis - said Zbigniew Bogucki in an interview with Marek Tejchman on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events).

19:55

Bogucki on the Swearing-in of Constitutional Tribunal Judges in the Sejm:

A Farce.

- State organs operate within the limits and on the basis of the law. If someone comes to you, Mr. Editor, here to the studio, if someone tells our viewers on what basis this tomorrow's event – I'll call it strongly, but perhaps accurately – this farce, which is supposed to – whether it will take place, I don't know – I can agree. However, there is no legal basis for organizing the swearing-in not before the president - said Zbigniew Bogucki in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.

- I don't know [if it will be a crime]. It will certainly be a tort (delikt) - he assessed.

19:57

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

PSL's Proposal is a Constitutional Reset. Let's Rewrite the Constitutional Tribunal Act from Scratch

- The Constitutional Tribunal stands at the very top; it is de facto the most important constitutional court, the most important court in Poland, because it resolves the major disputes that can arise between branches of power. It is always that safeguard for the citizen to whom they can appeal. It does not exist. Today, it does not exist. Today, this safeguard is gone - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVN24.

- Only a constitutional reset can fix this situation - he continued.

- A true constitutional reset, that is the PSL's proposal, let's rewrite the Act on the Constitutional Tribunal from scratch, because everything else is just patching up what is - he went on to say.

- This solution requires the opposition's engagement. The opposition and the president do not want a repaired judiciary; they want chaos and disarray because they created it, they have settled into it, and they feel safe within it - he added.

19:58

Bogucki on Swearing-in Ceremony in the Sejm:

They Won't Be Constitutional Tribunal Judges. They'll Be Anti-Judges.

- The question is how it will look. Will the oath [of the Constitutional Tribunal judges] be taken before the Marshal? I don't think the Marshal will take on such responsibility. Perhaps it will be before columns, before walls. Certainly not before the President - said Zbigniew Bogucki in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.

- Certainly, in that sense, they won't be Constitutional Tribunal judges. They will be anti-judges. And why? Because even before they became Constitutional Tribunal judges, they are telling you, telling me, telling the public opinion, telling Poles: "We will not abide by the law, because we will not comply with Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Status of Constitutional Tribunal Judges" - he stated.

20:02

Let's Respect Our Right to Decide Where Involvement is Possible. Kosiniak-Kamysz on Poland's Participation in Military Missions

- We understand our allies' right to conduct their own policies, but let's also respect our right to decide where involvement is possible - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in an interview with Diana Rudnik on TVN24's "Fakty po Faktach" (Facts After Facts).

- We engage in peacekeeping missions, we engage in Lebanon [...] when our help was needed in Afghanistan, in Lebanon after September 11th [...] we were there, Article 5 was invoked and respected by us, and we engaged, and we are a loyal ally - he continued.

- But one cannot demand more either, if we have certain actions related to the defense of NATO's eastern flank, we have danger on the Polish-Belarusian border, acts of sabotage in Poland, we have a full-scale war right next to our border, we have violations of Polish airspace, we have GPS jamming, we have acts of sabotage and diversion in the Baltic Sea, Poland has its hands full - he went on to say.

- Poland is also present on the eastern flank, it is in Romania, in Latvia, we are protecting, we are present in Turkey, and here the support for Turkey, which we always offer as our ally, is what we can do, no more - he added.

20:03

Zgorzelski on the Swearing-in of Constitutional Tribunal Judges:

Mr. President, What Else Do You Expect?

"Mr. President, what else do you expect? The [Constitutional Tribunal] judges have been elected, the Sejm is ready to create conditions for their acceptance. If you don't want to accept these judges at the Belvedere, it really makes no difference whether it's the 2nd or the 4th. If you see any difference, it is purely political. I would not want to suspect what this is about," stated Piotr Zgorzelski on TVP Info.

20:08

When Will the Veto on the Cryptocurrency Bill Be Voted On? Zgorzelski Responds

- The Sejm's upcoming session will see a vote on the President's veto of the cryptocurrency bill. I am convinced of this. I will ask the Marshal of the Sejm tomorrow, but I know this matter cannot wait - stated Piotr Zgorzelski on TVP Info.

20:10

Zgorzelski on Raising the Tax-Free Amount:

For Now, It Is Not a Bill Project.

- This information could have come, for instance, from a press conference after the National Council session, where RN commissions worked on various ideas and projects. But for now, it is not a bill project - stated Piotr Zgorzelski on TVP Info.

20:10

Kosiniak-Kamysz on Nawrocki and the Planned Swearing-in of Constitutional Tribunal Judges in the Sejm:

I Don't Think He Will Participate.

"He should have organized it himself much earlier. He is delaying this, he has not accepted judges properly elected by the Sejm under a law that was, after all, created by the party that nominated him in the parliamentary elections and strongly supported President Nawrocki's candidacy," said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in TVN24, when asked if the president should attend the swearing-in of Constitutional Tribunal judges in the Sejm.

"The judges are seeking the fulfillment of the law, as they are also obliged to take action based on their election by the Sejm, and they are proposing the possibility of hearing this oath-taking in the Sejm. The president should have carried this out himself much earlier, and everything would be normal," he continued.

"I don't think, if such a situation arises, that he will participate, but it is the president who is committing a tort here by not fulfilling the provisions of the law," he added, when pressed on whether the president would come to the Sejm.

20:12

Zgorzelski:

I would cool down hot heads, Orban won't sell his skin that easily

- Today, I would cool down the hot heads who are already putting champagne in the fridge, ready to pop it in connection with the Hungarian's victory. One thing is certain - Orban won't sell his skin that easily. These next few days could still bring many surprises and change the course of events - stated Piotr Zgorzelski on TVP Info.

20:12

Bogucki on the Swearing-in of Four Constitutional Tribunal Judges in the Sejm:

They're Breaking the Law, But Also the Constitution.

- This kind of behavior, [...] where judges, individuals elected to the position of judges, but not yet sworn in, who have not taken the oath before the president, are breaking the law. But they are also breaking the constitution, because that is a deeper problem. Of course, they are - said Zbigniew Bogucki on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events).

- Because these judges are saying that they will not respect the competencies of the President of the Republic. [...] If these individuals want to make some statements, organize some events, because it certainly won't be an oath before the President of the Republic, it means that they are essentially also renouncing Article 4, which is the supreme will of the nation. Because it is the nation that elected the President of the Republic - he stated.

20:22

Bogucki:

Has Tusk Done Anything to Detach Orbán from Putin?

- Has Donald Tusk done anything to detach Orbán from Putin? He has done nothing in this regard - stated Zbigniew Bogucki on "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events) on Polsat News.

- When President Nawrocki travelled there, he presented Viktor Orbán, as the Prime Minister of Hungary, with a very real alternative: you don't have to buy gas from Russia. You can buy this gas from Poland. This will be gas, for example, from America, which [...] enters Poland or is loaded in Poland into the gas terminal in Świnoujście, or the gas that flows through the Baltic Pipe.
