Miszalski Calls for Referendum Boycott:

Stay Home. Our Victory Will Be a Low Turnout.

“From day one of my term, I have spoken clearly – I want to be held accountable for the results of my work for the people of Krakow. Today, we are implementing many important changes in Krakow: investments in transport, schools, security, and public spaces. This is a process that requires time and consistency,” wrote Aleksander Miszalski on social media.

“I believe that Krakow deserves stability, responsibility, and the completion of initiated actions. Therefore, every day for the next 7 weeks, I will strive to convince you that it is worthwhile to let me finish my term and then decide what comes next,” he indicated.

“A referendum on recall always mobilizes opponents. That's how this system works. Therefore, if you believe that I should finish my term, stay home on the day of the referendum,” the Mayor of Krakow urged.

“Our victory will be a low turnout in the referendum and a high turnout on election day. The final decision – as always – is yours,” he added.

Nawrocki Proposes New Law to Protect the Productive Function of Rural Areas:

I Appeal for Parliament and Government Not to Delay Their Adoption

- In this difficult time, I have undertaken two important initiatives for the Polish countryside. The first is the proposal for a new law on the protection of the productive function of rural areas. This is a law stemming from the fundamental and just conviction that a farmer's work is not a problem, it is a value. The Polish countryside is a wonderful place to live, to reside. But we must say it honestly. The Polish countryside is primarily hard, daily work. It involves animal husbandry, but it also means the sound of machines at dawn and during harvest. This is the natural rhythm of life and work in agricultural areas. Without this, there is no countryside. Without this, there is no agriculture - informed President Karol Nawrocki in a recording published on social media.

"This is not a law against anyone"

- However, sometimes precisely because of this, tension arises, as these realities are not always met with understanding from all rural residents. In such difficult situations, two things are needed – common sense and good law. When understanding is lacking, there must be clear regulation. Regulation that orders neighborly relations and restores balance. And that is precisely what my legislative proposal serves. This is not a law against anyone. This is a law for building a good community, so that there is a place for everyone in the Polish countryside. For those who want to work here. And for those who simply want to live well here.

"We must end the situation where a farmer has to defend themselves or explain why they are working"

- The new law that I have prepared states clearly – animal husbandry, field work, the movement of machinery are not nuisances that need explaining. This is food production, this is service to the nation. We must end the situation where a farmer has to defend themselves or explain why they are working. We are introducing the principle that if a farmer acts in accordance with the law, they have the right to work, and the burden of proving any abuses no longer rests on them. This law is about common sense and balance. We are not giving anyone permission for abuses.

"Clear rules, the kind that end chaos and uncertainty"

- Instead, we are providing clear rules, the kind that end chaos and uncertainty. We are introducing the principle of proportionality. A complete ban on activity or its significant restriction by a court will only be possible as a last resort, when other methods fail, and the production genuinely threatens health or the environment. The new legal framework is intended to foster technological modernization in agriculture and strengthen the position of family farms, preventing situations where court decisions push agriculture out of rural areas. Additionally, before a case reaches court, the parties will be obliged to attempt an amicable resolution of the dispute, i.e., mediation.

"This is a restoration of elementary fairness"

- A strong state is not a state of conflict. It is a state of sensible order and normalcy. An extremely important element of the new law is the mandatory notarial information mechanism. People buying real estate in the countryside will officially declare that they are aware that in their vicinity, potentially bothersome, but fully legal, agricultural activity may be conducted. Anyone who decides to live in the countryside must understand that the countryside is not a museum. The countryside works, the countryside produces, the countryside lives. This is a restoration of elementary fairness.

- I appeal for Parliament and the Government not to delay their adoption and to undertake their implementation. Because a strong countryside means healthy Polish food, stable prices, independence from foreign supplies, security in times of uncertainty. A Poland that respects its countryside is a strong Poland, a secure Poland, a proud Poland. And this is the Poland we are building together. Polish farmer. Polish field. Polish bread on the Polish table. Long live the Polish countryside! Long live Poland! - concluded the President of the Republic of Poland.

Nawrocki Writes to Tusk, Demanding Mercosur Agreement be Challenged at the ECJ:

Everything is Ready, We Just Need to Act.

- Today, I also want to inform you that I am sending a special letter to Prime Minister Donald Tusk demanding the immediate challenge of the European Union's agreement with Mercosur countries before the Court of Justice of the European Union. The government made a promise, and to this day, it has not fulfilled it. The countryside cannot wait any longer - announced President Karol Nawrocki in a recording published on social media.

- Attached to the letter is a ready draft of such a complaint. Everything is ready, we just need to act. All avenues and possibilities must be utilized to halt the Mercosur agreement - emphasized the President of the Republic of Poland.

Cenckiewicz on Morawiecki's Proposal:

A Good Idea.

- A good idea - wrote Sławomir Cenckiewicz on social media, commenting on Mateusz Morawiecki's proposal.

We wrote about the former Prime Minister's idea on 300POLITYCE

We'll See if Tusk and Żurek Treat Polish Children as Seriously as American Headlines Do. Morawiecki Proposes a Special Commission

- Żurek appointed a special team for the Epstein affair. Services, prosecutors, analysts - three million pages from America and you know what they found? Practically nothing. And in Kłodzko? 25 years in prison for 12 years of raping children. A case that shook Poland, and silence - stated Mateusz Morawiecki in a recording published on social media.

- No team, no order, perhaps because people connected with Civic Platform have been ruling in Kłodzko for years? And perhaps that's why no one from the government wants to look into it? A special commission in the Sejm should start working immediately. This matter needs to be clarified; we'll see if Tusk and Żurek treat Polish children as seriously as American headlines do - he continued.

Czarnek:

We are submitting a motion of no confidence against Sobierańska-Grenda

- After just over two years of governance in this ministry, first by Ms. Leszczyna, and now by the silent Ms. Sobierańska-Grenda, Poles have been presented with a fact, a fact that is extremely dangerous for them - said Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference.

- 2026 is the year of prevention. [...] In this ministry, a decision was made to reduce financial resources for preventive examinations, colonoscopies, and gastroscopies by 60%, and for diagnostic imaging by 50%. This is the best example of what is happening in Donald Tusk's government and in the ministry of the silent Ms. Sobierańska-Grenda - he continued.

- I have a question for Mr. Donald Tusk right after Easter: what will he tell Poles who are feeling unwell today and who, in this year of prevention, would also like to undergo examinations to diagnose their health status? What will he tell them? "Smile"? "We do, we don't talk," meaning we are limiting your possibilities to get treated in Poland? - he went on.

- In '24, when it was the first year of Donald Tusk and Ms. Leszczyna's government in this ministry, the crisis began in the fourth quarter. Last year, '25, the crisis was already in the third quarter. We are starting the year '26 with a severe healthcare crisis already in the second quarter. This is a drama - he added.

- Together with Minister Katarzyna Sójka, we are submitting [...] a motion of no confidence against Ms. Sobierańska-Grenda - he stated.

Can Mentzen Reach an Agreement with Tusk? Bosak: Impossible, it Would be Political Treason

- Please listen carefully to what Sławomir Mentzen says. In his comments, he is very critical of Donald Tusk's government, just as all of us in Konfederacja are – Krzysztof Bosak said on "Gość Radia ZET", when asked if he feared that Sławomir Mentzen might reach an agreement with Donald Tusk after the elections.

- Konfederacja is the real political alternative to what Civic Platform is, as well as what PiS, PSL, and Lewica are. I believe that an agreement with Tusk by us would be political treason, and I consider it impossible – he stated.

- The way Donald Tusk governs, both during Tusk's first government – when we were protesting in the streets, when we were attacked during the Independence Marches by services subordinate to him, when people were held in custody, when there were major scandals like the tape scandal, the wiretapping scandal – as well as the current level of Donald Tusk's government – implementing insane climate policy, destroying the Polish economy, and indebting the state – these are anti-national governments – he assessed.

- These are governments absolutely inconsistent with what Konfederacja says and proposes. We are the political alternative to this political degradation that we are witnessing – he added.

Should the State Control the Cryptocurrency Market? Bosak: I Don't Feel the Need

- Should the state control the cryptocurrency market - yes or no? - Bogdan Rymanowski asked on "Gość Radia ZET".

- No - Krzysztof Bosak replied.

- I don't feel the need - he stated later.

Asked about WP's article concerning Zondacrypto exchange's problems, he responded: - In a legal sense, this company does not seem to be Polish. The management works outside the country. [...] In fact, apart from the fact that its president is Polish, the question is how much Polishness there is there. I am not sure if the crypto market is the kind of market where one can easily define the nationality of capital.

- I would be concerned if I kept my money on the Zondacrypto exchange. However, since I don't keep any money there, nor have I ever used its services, I am not. I advise anyone who uses the crypto market to exercise great caution towards all cryptocurrency exchanges - he stated.

Asked if, in this situation, the government bill vetoed by the president wouldn't have been useful, he replied: - No, because the government regulations contained nothing about foreign exchanges, and this is a foreign exchange from the perspective of Polish law, nor did they mention anything about guaranteeing deposits on exchanges operating in Poland.

09:06

Bosak on relations with Mentzen:

Seeing divisions or conflicts in Konfederacja is an attempt to drive a wedge.

- There is no [dispute between myself and Sławomir Mentzen]. There are tensions, as in any party, but these are normal tensions resulting simply from ordinary political work - Krzysztof Bosak said in "Gość Radia ZET".

- However, people who see any divisions, any conflicts in Konfederacja, are in my opinion attempting to drive a wedge between us, while our cooperation is working out, as for Polish politics, really well - he stated.

Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on the Bill to Hinder Polexit:

The Law is Frozen, Apparently for Partisan Reasons.

- This is a very good question, for me this is precisely the incomprehensible situation where party interests triumph over the interests of the homeland, that is, the fatherland - said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in RMF FM, when asked about the Poland 2050 bill that is intended to hinder Polexit and why the Prime Minister is reluctant towards it.

- I honestly don't know, because for me it is incomprehensible. Today Paweł Kowal is blocking it, a politician from Civic Coalition, for many months in a Sejm committee, because it is his personal decision - she continued, when asked what interest Civic Coalition has in this bill not being passed.

- The bill, which is simply frozen, appears to be for partisan reasons. I hope he will change his mind, because no one here understands why this is happening, and the conviction arises that because it is not ours, we will block it against the interests of Poland, the interests of our membership in the European Union, and some kind of responsibility to future generations - she went on to say.

09:01

Bosak on Why Mentzen Didn’t Coordinate His Polish Tour with Him:

It’s Not Our Custom.

– Did Mentzen coordinate his tour of Poland with you – yes or no? – Bogdan Rymanowski asked on “Gość Radia ZET”.

– No – Krzysztof Bosak replied.

Asked why, he responded: – Because it’s not our custom. Each of us is a leader, and each leader coordinates their route with their secretariat or their executive team. We have separate calendars.

– I still can’t get over the fact that people observing politics [...] think we have time to synchronize our calendars. Everyone, not just a leader, but even an MP, has so many things to do that everyone manages their own calendar. Everyone has their own secretariat and simply their own team, their own staff – he continued.

As he pointed out: – We consult on strategic matters. But who meets voters where and when is not a strategic matter. For example, this weekend I am going to the London Defence Conference to give a speech and meet with people involved in security. I also didn’t feel the need to consult this, because it’s simply another conference, more meetings.

Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on the Lack of a Deputy Prime Minister for Poland 2050:

The Commitment Was Made and Not Kept.

- There was a commitment made, no one denies that this commitment was made to Poland 2050 [...] it was not kept - Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz said on RMF FM when asked about the deputy prime minister for Poland 2050.

- It doesn't matter [that the club is half the size], if the Left is smaller than it was when it first sat down at the table, no one, not for a moment, questioned their position and commitments to them, truly, that's not what commitments are about - she continued.

- It wasn't kept from the very beginning, even before anything happened, and it's still not kept, and this is what the standards of old politics look like - she added.

08:51

Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Hennig-Kloska:

I Hear Very Radical Things from the PSL on This Matter.

"A coalition discussion is also needed here, which I am indeed calling for, literally calling and urging for," said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in RMF FM, when asked if Paulina Hennig-Kloska would lose her position.

"There is a coalition agreement that binds the four coalition partners. Minister Paulina Hennig-Kloska is not a party to this agreement, but she is a member of the government, and therefore we must develop a common stance on this matter. We want to vote, after talking with the coalition partners, responsibly, just like the coalition partners," she continued.

"We would like to know what the coalition partners' position is here, because I hear very radical things on this matter from the PSL [...]" she went on to say.

"Various things can be heard," she added, when asked if she had also heard from the PSL that it might vote against Hennig-Kloska.

08:48

Pełczyńska-Nałęcz:

The Left Has Also Decreased by Almost Half and They Aren't Reprimanded for It

- The Left has also decreased by almost half, and they aren't reprimanded for it, which is also unequal treatment - said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on RMF FM.

- They ran as 'Lewica' and in the very first weeks they lost a number of MPs, and no one reprimands them for it - she continued.

- No one accused them, no one wanted to change the coalition agreement because of it, they weren't accused of being unstable, this is different treatment for a new formation, also because we are outside the established circles - she added.

08:44

Pełczyńska-Nałęcz:

We are below the threshold because we are bringing something entirely new

- We are below the threshold because we are bringing something entirely new. [...] It is also a matter of a new formation entering into co-responsibility for the state - said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in RMF FM.

- We are a formation that was established, first won elections, and immediately entered the government, and it took us some time to learn how to govern and co-govern - she continued.

08:36

Pełczyńska-Nałęcz:

I Wish for Much More Space in the Coalition to Agree on Important Matters

- To reach agreements, there needs to be space for such agreements to take place. Frankly speaking, I would wish for much more of that space in our coalition - said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on RMF FM.

- I would wish for much more of such space, so that strategic plans and important matters, important solutions for Poland, can be agreed upon - she continued.

- I had a very brief meeting, I think well over two months ago now, it concerned the KPO (National Reconstruction Plan), it was good and constructive, and then there was one coalition meeting regarding rule of law matters - she further stated, when asked when she last met with the Prime Minister.

- There is no space to talk; there hasn't been, so far. I still hope there will be, and I strongly urge that we talk about matters of contributing to the common good and how to distribute that fairly, well, and honestly in Poland - she added.

08:34

Bosak:

The President and his advisors have adopted a clear pro-American stance. A strongly pro-Trump position is simultaneously a pro-Israel one.

"When it comes to the President, in my opinion, the President and his advisors have adopted a clear pro-American option, a very clear, very decisive one. It is known that the Trump presidency is, in turn, extremely pro-Israel. Consequently, in my opinion, if one wants to take a strongly pro-Trump stance at this moment, it is simultaneously a pro-Israel stance" – said Krzysztof Bosak in "Gość Radia ZET".

08:29

Pełczyńska-Nałęcz:

We Don't See Ourselves on Any Single List

- I know that such a meeting [the Prime Minister with ministers] took place, but I know nothing about these matters [that the idea of a single list, but without Poland 2050, was raised there] - said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM.

- I have heard, but completely unrelated to this meeting, that such rumors are circulating, but let's also be clear: Poland 2050, I've been saying this from the beginning, we don't see ourselves on any single list - she continued.

- Indeed, we have our own agenda within this coalition, an agenda that is needed for the coalition, although often [...] we are perceived as some kind of obstacle, some pebble in the shoe, but we are simply doing new politics, the kind that is needed - she went on to say.

08:29

Bielan Asked About Launching Campaign with Czarnek:

We'll Be Able to Judge After Post-Holiday Polls.

- I think that when it comes to the very launch of this campaign, it will be possible to assess it based on polls conducted after Easter. Then, when Poles gather from different parts of the world, Europe, and at the holiday table, they will assess who they want to vote for. I think that somewhere in mid-April we will have these first post-Easter polls, and then it will be possible to compare whether there has been an increase or not. However, regardless of the results of these polls, we still have 18 months of hard work ahead of us, and we are perfectly aware of that - stated Adam Bielan on Polsat News' "Graffiti.".

08:27

Bosak:

Sikorski is too intertwined with American circles to express even a word of criticism regarding the Middle East situation

- It seems to me that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is stubbornly silent so as not to say anything on these matters, and I don't expect a change. It seems to me that Minister Sikorski is here too, I would say, intertwined even with American circles – almost family-like – to engage in any diplomatic skirmishes here, or even to express words of criticism, either towards Israel or towards what is happening in the Middle East – said Krzysztof Bosak on "Gość Radia ZET".

08:26

Trump Seeks a Scapegoat. It's in Poland's Interest to Stay Out of This Quarrel," Bosak on the Middle East

- Israel, certainly. When it comes to American actions, we should exercise restraint - said Krzysztof Bosak on "Gość Radia ZET," when asked if Poland should condemn the actions of the USA and Israel in the Middle East.

- Generally, when global wars are taking place, in which Poland is not a party, does not participate, and in which our allies participate – I mean the Americans, to be clear – we should exercise restraint, because we have no influence on the course of these wars, and the tension is immense - he continued.

- Frustration is growing in Washington related to the lack of a clear result that would allow the war to end and to save face. And in this situation, in my opinion, especially those who lead the state with overly strong comments should not stick their necks out, because a casting for a scapegoat is underway - he stated.

In his opinion: - It is already visible that Trump is looking for a scapegoat whom he can blame for everything looking different than he imagined. These could be allies, these could be other countries. In my opinion, it is in Poland's interest that we have nothing to do with this affair, with this quarrel.

08:23

Bielan on Tusk:

Something is really wrong with him. Perhaps it's the poll.

- But the situation where on the second day of the holiday, when millions of Poles, even non-Catholics, celebrate the resurrection of the Lord, Tusk reaches for Twitter to launch a completely false attack on his political opponents, shows that something is really wrong with him. Perhaps it's the poll that Polsat News published regarding the assessment of the government's actions. Only 37% of Tusk's government supporters, 57% opponents. These are record numbers - stated Adam Bielan on Polsat News’s “Graffiti”.

08:23

Bielan on Tusk:

Shocking Posts, For Over 20 Years He Has Tried to Divide Poles, Sow Hatred.

- This is shocking. These kinds of posts, Tusk's false posts, are shocking. Even considering that we in Poland have probably gotten used to the fact that for over 20 years he has been trying to divide Poles, to sow hatred; he's been doing it since 2005. Jan Rokita describes it perfectly – how it all began. He was his close associate at the time, and probably on Natalia De Barbaro's advice, he began to build his political capital precisely on harsh attacks against PiS, personally against Jarosław, and at that time, Lech Kaczyński - stated Adam Bielan in Polsat News's “Graffiti”.

08:18

"I Wouldn't Sign Off on It": Bielan on Trump's NATO Remarks

- No, I wouldn't sign off [on Donald Trump's words that NATO is a paper tiger]. I think NATO is significantly stronger than it was a few years ago. For instance, the fact that Finland and Sweden have joined. I remember, I was a member of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly 7, 8, 9 years ago. I used to ask my colleagues from Sweden or Finland if they would ever join, and they would say, and they were proponents of joining NATO, that it was absolutely impossible, that the societies of Sweden and Finland would never agree to it. Today, both of these countries are in NATO, and this significantly changes the geopolitical situation in our part of Europe, especially in the Baltic Sea region - stated Adam Bielan on Polsat News' "Graffiti".

08:17

Bielan on NATO Summit Proposals:

Spain and Several Other Western European Countries Are Freeloaders.

- I think it's worth considering the proposals that have been circulating for some time, which are to be adopted at the upcoming NATO summit in Ankara: that countries which do not pay, do not spend as much as they should, should have their voting rights suspended, or at least be moved to the back of the queue when it comes to the possibility of speaking at NATO meetings and making proposals, because Spain and several other Western European countries are freeloaders. They want to be protected by Article 5 and other NATO states, while at the same time not spending the necessary funds on defense - stated Adam Bielan on Polsat News' "Graffiti".

08:17

Bielan on Trump:

He Has That Rhetoric, One Must Get Used to It.

- Trump has that rhetoric. I think one must get used to it. In this way, he also effectively mobilizes NATO allies to increase their capabilities. If it weren't for Trump, we wouldn't be spending so much on defense, I'm not talking about Poland, but about Western European countries. Almost all countries, except Spain, have increased these expenditures - stated Adam Bielan in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News' "Graffiti".

Political Plan for Tuesday: Czarnek's Morning Press Conference

At 8:30 AM, in front of the Ministry of Health, a press conference will be held by the Vice-Chairman of PiS and candidate for Prime Minister, Przemysław Czarnek, along with Member of Parliament Katarzyna Sójka.
