"No, that was a position expressed by the head of the National Security Bureau [...]. The President has not taken a stance on this matter," Wojciech Kolarski said on TOK FM, when asked if it was the President's position that the reinstatement of compulsory military service was necessary.

"One thing is certain: all around us, it's happening in Germany, it has happened in Scandinavia, it has happened in the Baltic countries, these countries have returned to the basic military service that was suspended here by then-Minister of National Defence Bogdan Klich. Because the situation has changed," he continued.

"I am absolutely in favour. I, but I emphasize, this is my personal opinion, Wojciech Kolarski's. [...] My personal opinion is that yes, I am in favour of reinstatement," he went on to say.

- President Karol Nawrocki, as I know from personal conversations, very much wanted to sign the bill concerning the national park, he really wanted to, but he consulted on it very broadly. There was also a meeting with Minister Hennig-Kloska, with Minister Dorożała, with Mr. Gramatyka, however, they did not convince the President of the merits of this concept - said Zbigniew Bogucki on "Poranek Wnet".

- The President has spoken quite concretely here (regarding the DSA laws). Of course, this is not my decision, but the decision of the Head of State, but I think that the President absolutely stands on the side of freedom, which is fundamental for a democratic state, for civil society, for a normally functioning democracy- said Zbigniew Bogucki in “Poranek Wnet”.

"The President was not informed because no information, no protocol, no note, no document presenting the government's position on this matter reached the National Security Bureau," said Wojciech Kolarski in TOK FM, when asked how it was that the President was not informed about the procedures regarding the handover of MiGs to Ukraine.

"There was no position adopted at the committee that would require transmission to the President," he continued.

"Discussions are ongoing on many topics at the Security Committee of the Council of Ministers, but no position was adopted there that would have been conveyed to the President on this matter, and therefore the President was not properly informed by the government on this issue, not by the BBN," he went on to say.

- We are the presidential administration, and the President and I have not received any information regarding cryptoassets to this day. I cannot speak about this [secret] meeting. This is all a trick by Donald Tusk, who has silenced parliamentarians and the president's administration, and then came out and started talking about Russian mafias. Specific details about what happened, what proceedings are underway, should have been presented to the President. If this presentation hasn't happened, it's difficult to say we are dealing with serious action - said Zbigniew Bogucki on "Poranek Wnet".

- If there is no compromise regarding ambassador appointments, it means that Minister Sikorski wants and strives for Polish diplomacy to be weaker, not stronger, meaning we won't have ambassadors, but rather acting heads of mission in many important posts, for example in Washington, for example in Rome, for example in Kyiv. This is a policy that is in opposition to Poland's state interest - said Zbigniew Bogucki on "Poranek Wnet".

- I believe the President because up until now, there have been poor experiences with government communication on these matters - Przemysław Wipler said in the “Morning Interview” on RMF FM, when asked whom he trusts more regarding the MiGs: the President or the Minister of National Defence.

- I think that if the dispute continues, we will be informed; one of the sides will want to show us what the actual correspondence looked like - he assessed.

- The best thing that could happen to Poland after these two years is early elections and the choosing of a new parliament and a new government. Because the current government, over two years, has not delivered on any of its fundamental, serious promises - said Przemysław Wipler in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM.

- Someone hit their head. They think that if they pick up speed a second time and hit their head with greater force, it will be good. I completely don't understand it - said Przemysław Wipler in the RMF FM 'Morning Interview', when asked about the government submitting the same bill on cryptocurrencies for the second time.

- Substantively, I think Donald Tusk could lose in parliament itself. Because in this matter, there is an alternative project from Poland 2050 - he indicated.

- If someone wants to lower the world's highest fee for having a registered crypto company in Poland fivefold – and that's what Poland 2050 wants – then it's a step absolutely in the right direction. […] There are a number of other things that are much better than in the government's project - he assessed.

- So it could be that the Poland 2050 project or amendments in this spirit will pass, not the government's project. […] If amendments proposed by our MPs, or by MPs from PiS or MPs from Poland 2050, going in the right direction, pass, then perhaps this law will be signed - he stated.

- The President will show that he was effective and that he moved this law a bit in the right direction. And we will write and vote for the optimal one in two years - he added.

- Unlike our opponents, we are determined not only to clean up and settle accounts, down to the very bottom, ruthlessly, but at the same time, in accordance with the law - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the meeting "Central Airport - Future and Opportunities".

- We are restoring decency in public life according to procedures, not like our predecessors, who connived within procedures, and this costs, as I said, a lot of effort - he continued.

- I can confirm once again, as I said two years ago: we will settle everything to the very end, but we will not break the law or violate it. We will not retaliate or take revenge, we will, in the name of the state, settle accounts with all those who exploited the state for their own purposes - he went on to say.

- We decided to build the fastest trains, and their reaction was a proposal for a law according to which they will be much slower, but the president will have his man on the supervisory board. This is the way of thinking that is revealed everywhere we look, not just with CPK - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the meeting "Central Airport - Future and Opportunities".

"We will no longer use the name that our predecessors disgraced. I do not want these bad associations, these fatal facts related to this investment, to follow us also in the symbolic dimension," said Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the meeting "Central Airport - Future and Opportunities".

"This is perhaps the appropriate moment to solemnly announce today that the airport, the largest airport in this part of Europe, a hub, a commercial center, that this great undertaking will be named Port Polska," he continued.

- You see this inscription, “Gadają, nie robią” (They Talk, They Don’t Do). Because that's exactly how it is. They promised a great deal, in many respects, with their 100 concrete points, there were guarantees, priorities. This has changed over time, and in reality, there is nothing. They said that nothing given would be taken away. Food VAT has been increased, energy shields have been abolished or are in the process of being abolished. Various other forms of support, which were designed to make Poles' lives better, or at least a little better, in this difficult situation, have also been abolished. As for everything that constituted development policy, it has largely been halted, either entirely or with huge delays - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

“We Have a Huge Crisis in Public Finances and Healthcare”

- Incidentally, these abolitions or halts are very easily associated with German expectations. Let's take ports, the Oder River, and nuclear power plants as examples, because here too we have stories, but for now, we only have the EU's permission to build something with our own money. We also have a crisis regarding the rearmament and expansion of the army. This is progressing, something is happening, we don't question that, but its scale is incomparably smaller, weaker than what was planned. Alongside this, we have a huge crisis, and this can be said to be the foundation of everything, a crisis in public finances, and at the same time, we have the most painful manifestation, though not the only one, of this crisis, which is the crisis in healthcare, a truly very severe one - the PiS leader continued.

“A Very Humiliating Achievement”

- We have a defeat in foreign policy. We have no ability to influence what is happening today and what is immensely important around Ukraine. We have Mercosur, from the very beginning of this government, it was probably back in December, consent to the migration pact, and the fact that they secured the possibility of begging every year not to be assigned this quota, this is truly an achievement undoubtedly linked to the 2027 elections, but above all, it is very small and simultaneously somewhat humiliating - Kaczyński emphasized.

“This Entire Policy is Based on One Great Lie and Deception”

- What we started, developed, and secured funding for is now being finalized, and they are attributing it to themselves. Even Tusk personally claims it as their success. The Dworzec Zachodni (Western Railway Station) was planned, financed, and largely completed by us, and this is a classic example of the great deception they employ, because this entire policy is based on one great lie and deception - he added.

- The impetus for all these stories about some terrible struggles within our party stemmed from minor issues, completely misinterpreted during an informal meeting of very important party activists in this very building. Today, we find ourselves in a situation where certain matters need clarification, primarily because of what the public has learned, often in a false manner. This is what today's presidium meeting will be dedicated to - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- Today it is truly too early to announce who will be the Prime Minister. Because in order to appoint a Prime Minister, one must first win the elections, and that is the most important thing at this moment. And this matter will be stated very clearly by me at the presidium meeting - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- If it comes to mandatory military service - it may be necessary, but above all, the army must be prepared for it, because it's not like you can just snap your fingers and accept 200,000 recruits into the army - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- Regarding Prime Minister Morawiecki, he was also notified via text messages that this [meeting of the PiS Political Committee Presidium] was taking place - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- And since he is supposed to have a meeting today, somewhere in Podkarpacie, it seems, but there are supposed to be 3 people there: Prime Minister Szydło, President Obajtek, and also Prime Minister Morawiecki himself, then the absence of one person is really no reason not to attend such an important meeting. - Regarding the name "Port Polska", it's simply a game where Donald Tusk pretends to be a Polish patriot. Because this is the kind of maneuver, and by the way, these linguistic maneuvers are also an element of PO's social engineering, especially now when the world is shifting a bit to the right, they are also trying to adapt to this somehow, but it's simply a game. It is fundamentally a left-wing formation, but above all, a deeply anti-patriotic formation. Consequently, it pursues a policy suggested by states that simply do not want a strong Poland - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- I am, to be clear, a proponent of helping Ukraine, because Ukraine's victory, or at least its self-defense in this war, is in Poland's interest, as well as in the interest of a certain international order, which in turn is in the interest of all of humanity – that is, all those who do not have some imperialist tendency, do not want to enslave anyone, do not want to destroy others, because they themselves have ambitions to rule, to expand their dominion - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- I wouldn't make a tragedy out of this, but there is the matter of a general reckoning between Poland and Ukraine, and this issue should be addressed when we are somehow finally arranging our relations - he continued.

- When it comes to Grzegorz Braun - a man who has already entered the field of Holocaust denial [...] he is a man who is completely beyond any possibility of participating in politics, both in Poland - at least I hope so - and in the civilized world. And we know this perfectly well - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- However, we would certainly like to win over a certain portion of his disoriented voters. That is obvious, one fights for voters and one fights with various methods - he continued.

- Please do not worry - PiS is certainly not the formation that strives for Poland to be on the margins of the civilized world - emphasized the PiS leader.

- This is a team that, in addition to other matters that will still come to light, but we won't talk about them for now, is simply a team culturally incapable of governing a modern state, because it so happened that such people have gathered - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

And today, it's not a problem who in PiS talks to whom or who temporarily isn't talking to whom, because we are united and will remain united. We will not be broken. We have overcome various threats, we have overcome the pandemic, we have overcome the war that is happening beyond our borders, and we will overcome this.
