At 8:00 AM, a press conference will be held at the Orlen gas station in Warsaw with the Deputy Chairman of PiS and candidate for Prime Minister, Przemysław Czarnek, and PiS MP Zbigniew Kuźmiuk.

- [Jarosław Kaczyński's advice] is justified, absolutely justified, because I believe that the emotions that have erupted in recent days are something that undoubtedly does not help our political formation, and I am surprised that some are using harsh, personal words that will certainly not help in reaching an agreement - stated Piotr Müller in an interview with Marcin Zaborski on Radio Zet.

- Today, I am responsible for the functioning of the prosecution service and I take full responsibility for its operations. Wherever a crime has been committed, regardless of who committed it, we draw legal consequences, we submit requests for the lifting of immunities, of which there have been very many recently - said Dariusz Korneluk in the TOK FM Morning Show.

- We bring charges regardless of the political suit a given person wears. There are no sacred cows today. Anyone who commits a crime must bear responsibility for it - he indicated.

- From March 2024, when I took on the role of National Prosecutor, until today, I have submitted 32 requests for the lifting of parliamentary immunities, of various kinds, to both Attorneys General - he continued.

- Perhaps one person could have signed, if they are not a member of the association. Because there was also one lady MP who is not in the association, so by necessity such a declaration might have been made, although I am not sure about that either. No member of the association signed such a statement - stated Piotr Müller on Radio Zet.

- This [loyalty], which I saw, this which is expected today, is in my opinion simply a false alternative, because there is nothing wrong with looking for ways to reach people who do not yet feel, I hope they will feel in the future, the need to vote for PiS. We are looking for these voters in a different formula, while simultaneously operating in the classic one. Mateusz Morawiecki had the most meetings of all PiS politicians in the last 2 years - stated Piotr Müller on Radio Zet.

- This is misleading information. […] I deny it, there is no conflict [with Waldemar Żurek]. Anyone who says so is misleading public opinion. We have regular contact with the Prosecutor General, we function normally - said Dariusz Korneluk on Poranek TOK FM.

- Indeed, the [promotion] requests for higher positions in the prosecution are on the Prosecutor General's desk, but I emphasize – he has the right to review them and reviews them negatively or positively. He wants to think about it, this is a natural thing - he continued.

- This is simply a false alternative, which for reasons unknown to me, a part of the party's leadership has persuaded the Political Committee presidium into. I hope it ultimately doesn't happen, because that would mean the party's disintegration - stated Piotr Müller on Radio Zet.

- Mr. Święczkowski's statements are well-known. His threats, I believe, do not inspire fear in anyone. Rather, as I observe within our circles, they bring smiles to the faces of prosecutors - Dariusz Korneluk said on TOK FM Morning.

- There are several preparatory proceedings, quite advanced, in which the conduct and decision-making of the former National Prosecutor, Bogdan Święczkowski, are being examined by, and I emphasize, independent prosecutors - he continued.

- Let's wait for the results. Truly, no one here is dragging their feet. Moreover, the gathering of evidence in these proceedings is genuinely not easy, as it is multi-layered and multi-vector - he went on.

- PiS won elections when it was a large political bloc that included various streams, various organizations were on our lists, etc. And that gave us victory, not shutting ourselves away in an ivory tower - stated Piotr Müller on Radio Zet.

- I choose the third option, both PiS and Development Plus. I joined PiS 22 years ago, I signed the membership declaration, I know the PiS statute, and the activities of the Development Plus association are in no way contradictory to that statute - said Marcin Horała in "Bez uników" on Trójka, when asked by Renata Grochal about the choice between PiS and the Development Plus association.

- The Development of Poland is not contradictory to the goals of PiS, it is the goal of PiS - he continued.

- Rozwój Plus doesn't disrupt any structures, doesn't use any party resources, there hasn't been a single instance where, I don't know, anyone, I don't know, has allocated even a penny from any party funds, I don't know, for the goals or activities of the association - said Marcin Horała on Trójka.

- I know how the decision-making process works. Therefore, I know that there is, unfortunately, a group of people in my party who are doing everything to make PiS become SuwPole. That means Suwerenna Polska. This process of PiS's SuwPolization is happening - stated Piotr Müller on Radio Zet.

- At the time, when our financing was being illegally taken away, various political associations were already active, to which PiS politicians were involved. For example, the social movement 'Tak dla Rozwoju' (Yes for Development), of which I have the honor to be vice-chairman, even co-chairman. We also have our own financial management, very modest, but, let's say, members pay their dues - said Marcin Horała in Trójka.

- And at that time, when people unfriendly to us went so far as to break the law and take away our subsidy, having this argument on the table, even they did not use this argument because it would have been too far-fetched, because it is obviously false - he continued.

- I hope some form of agreement will be reached, although I must also say that a previous agreement was in place and functioned well. And the association functioned [...] we haven't had time to do anything publicly yet, we are preparing our first event - said Marcin Horała on Trójka.

- We are not a fictitious association; we weren't founded just to exist and perhaps dissolve at an opportune moment, like the associations of some of our colleagues - he continued.

- The 'SuwPolization' of my party is happening. I don't want PiS to become Sovereign Poland - stated Piotr Müller on Radio Zet.

- Yes, of course [the barbecue is still on]. I invite you, there's a waiting list, admittedly, but I encourage people to register because we might be able to take a few more people - stated Piotr Müller on Radio Zet.

- Yes. These 45 people, as far as I can speak for them, perhaps one of them is a bit different, but generally our point of view is this: we want to act, firstly, for the sake of changing this bad government, secondly, perhaps even firstly, for the sake of responding to the key challenges for our homeland, this is the most important thing, in second place, it requires a change of government, in third place, it requires development, increasing support for Law and Justice - said Marcin Horała on Trójka, when asked if 45 people are ready to accept the lack of party assignments and spots on the PiS lists.

- We very much want Law and Justice, its other part, to accept that we want to act this way, but if they do not accept it and insist on breaking up the party, we are unable to stop them - he continued.

- Roman Giertych is outraged by the discontinuation of the investigation into the "two towers" case. He believes that the prosecutor made an incorrect decision here. And the question is, do you believe this is a kind of conflict of interest, because Roman Giertych is an influential politician, deputy head of the parliamentary club of the largest ruling party, and at the same time he is pressuring the prosecutor - asked Dominika Wielowieyska on TOK FM Morning.

- First of all, such stigmatization of a prosecutor should not take place, which I tried to express in my statement. [...] I see that reconciling these roles: that of a politician and that of a representative of the injured party in this particular proceeding is not the happiest of cases, but this is always a matter to be assessed by the person carrying it out, i.e., in this case, by the lawyer - replied Dariusz Korneluk.

- Let's wait for the conference. A press conference has been announced, and the referring prosecutor, the district prosecutor, will present and explain all the circumstances regarding the discontinuation of this proceeding and the stage we are currently at - he added.

- I am counting on the fact that in the future, for example under the patronage of President Karol Nawrocki, an alliance would be formed that would truly have a chance to build a majority in the Senate - stated Piotr Müller on Radio Zet.

- The only mediator capable of uniting these [right-wing] forces, I see in the form of the President [Karol Nawrocki] - he continued.

- In my opinion, the organizer of this space will be the President, and the President is the undisputed leader here. It will depend on the President, firstly, whether he wants to play the role of organizer of this pact, and secondly, how this pact will look - said Marcin Horała on Trójka.

- In my opinion, a certain kind of toughening up, a radicalization of language, has led to the situation where some PiS politicians have effectively built support for Konfederacja, and we have warned against this tactic many times – stated Piotr Müller on Radio Zet.

- I had an excellent weekend. On Saturday, I dedicated myself to gardening work with my son. I engaged in paving, and I'm quite good at it. On Sunday, my granddaughter was born, and only today have I been able to reflect on everything that has happened. The President's stance is unequivocal, mirroring the unanimous decision of the Political Committee Presidium, including those who later signed various letters - said Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference in Warsaw.

- Declarations are being submitted until Thursday. Party unity is paramount. Peace on the right is paramount, in order to defeat those who are perpetuating this mess - he continued.

- Professor Ryszard Terlecki, whom I immensely value and respect, must state to whom he is directing this appeal - said Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference in Warsaw, when asked about Terlecki's statement quoted below.

- He himself was present at the Presidium of the Political Committee. He did not have a single word of objection to the important resolution and the attached declaration. Unanimously, together with other members of the Presidium of the Political Committee, he adopted this resolution. Therefore, I believe he stands by the position that everyone should submit the relevant declaration by Thursday - continued the PiS candidate for Prime Minister.

- If someone fails to submit it, they are a schismatic and are aiming for a completely senseless split within Law and Justice - he emphasized.

- At this moment, an overwhelming majority of PiS parliamentarians have already submitted their declarations, and this happened within the first and second day. But I don't have data from Monday morning because I only just arrived from Lublin - said Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference in Warsaw.

- It is a fact that tensions between Poles and Ukrainians are indeed growing, which I deeply regret, due to the behavior of Mr. Zelensky and the Ukrainian authorities, including the Ukrainian ambassador. And they are responsible for their decisions and for disrespecting the interests of the Polish state, for offending Poles, for glorifying Bandera-ism, which is why this escalation in these contacts is truly happening today – said Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference in Warsaw.

- But it is also happening in the other direction. Because when one gentleman insulted girls on a bus, we all stood up in defense of those girls. However, I did not see many stations and many radio stations defending those Poles who were murdered by Ukrainians in another city. Truly, ladies and gentlemen, a bit of reason is needed in this relationship as well – he continued.

- Of course, we want de-escalation. Let us appeal to the Ukrainian authorities to behave normally towards Poland. Then, indeed, everything will be in order – he assessed.

- Let PiS get bogged down in its internal squabbles; the words of Mr. Czarnek, who openly calls for not supporting Ukraine, are far more dangerous. This is both foolish and contrary to Poland's national interest, and against our allies, led by the United States – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

- Yesterday's declaration by the head of the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) that immediate approvals for exhumations will be granted is a step in the right direction, it is a good decision and follows the words of President Zelensky - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

- It [the threat to Poland] remains very high all the time. I would never introduce a state of calm in this regard. Russia is climbing the ladder of escalation step by step, meaning it is going up, escalating more and more, in this aspect and in cyberspace. - Russia is not changing its tactics. Now it has intercepted a significant number of Ukrainian drones, and in my opinion, it may use them as a provocative element to confuse and change the flag - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

- We need to be prepared for this. Tomorrow morning at 8 AM, the Council of Ministers' Security Committee will convene again. This will be one of the main topics of our deliberations tomorrow, which I will chair, concerning threats from the Russian Federation, as well as strengthening actions related to protection in cyberspace and critical infrastructure - he continued.

- If any NATO country is attacked, Poland will demonstrate solidarity and will support such a country - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

- We ourselves are counting heavily on the implementation of Article 4 or 5, the extreme use of forces and means by all alliance states. We are obliged to do so and we expect these commitments to be fulfilled towards us - he continued.

- Rulers have a tendency to generally latch onto all successes that aren't their own because they lack any of their own achievements. So, the issue of exhumations or searches – you can look at the calendar. In December, President Zelensky comes to Warsaw, there's a tough conversation with President Duda, and in January, documents arrive granting permission for searches at specific locations. If this is a government success, then why didn't it happen before December, before the presidents' meeting? - stated Marcin Przydacz in the TV Republika program "Ewa Bugała. Everything is Clear."

- I currently see no indication of Russia moving its troops to the border with Poland or to Belarus with the intent of attacking Poland. Therefore, if someone claims that Russia poses a military threat to us within days or weeks, they are actually undermining Poland's security by numbing Poles - stated Marcin Przydacz on TV Republika.

- The Prime Minister does not want cooperation with the President; he wants to fight the President. Yes, not only was there a chance, but a good agreement [on ambassadors] was negotiated. Names, locations. We could have had [representatives] in key positions. A very good agreement was negotiated over a month ago, which gave Poland a chance to have these ambassadors. - The President would like the broader right-wing circles to cooperate and act together as much as possible for the good of Poland. Moreover, the President was supported in the second round by various right-wing circles, primarily PiS, but also by circles of Konfederacja. So he has the potential here to try to unite, and at the same time, it's impossible to win in the Senate if the left and liberals, the December 13th coalition, run together while the Right is fragmented, so this cooperation is needed - stated Marcin Przydacz on TV Republika.

- Of course, various discussions and conversations are ongoing, but frankly, in my opinion, it is still a bit too early to reveal specifics - he continued.

- I think all sensible people want this [dispute within PiS] to end well for Poland, in short. I believe that when PiS, the Polish right-wing, Polish patriots, Polish conservatives marched in a united front to fight for Poland, we were victorious - said Zbigniew Bogucki on wPolsce24 television.

- The record, one might say, results in terms of support for President Nawrocki – I think this is a nightmare for Donald Tusk, a nightmare for that team, because they probably predicted or envisioned scenarios where, after a year in government, the president would be much less popular, allowing them to attack him, and that attacks concerning terms like 'vetomat' (veto machine), that he obstructs, hinders, or blocks – none of that has happened, because the president explains it very well. - I think Poles wanted a clear, discernible voice for Polish interests, and this voice resonated from the Presidential Palace. It was the voice of President Nawrocki, who did not want confrontation, but wanted truth, wanted understanding, wanted reciprocity, wanted respect. And these were the foundations, or these were the reasons, why he made this particular decision [to revoke the Order of the White Eagle from Volodymyr Zelenskyy] - said Zbigniew Bogucki on wPolsce24 television.

- If I hear that exhumations are happening thanks to representatives of this government, I can only laugh emptily. After all, these people have done practically nothing, or almost nothing, in this regard - said Zbigniew Bogucki on wPolsce24 television.

- It was the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN), moreover managed at the time, and whose head was then-President Karol Nawrocki, that those requests went to. [...] So if anything is accomplished, it's through the reaction of the President and the earlier actions of the President and the IPN. I don't see any significant role for the government here, although I would like the government to get more involved too - he continued.
