- We are also talking about the full transparency of contracts that will be concluded by all entities that use public funds. This is not aimed at any professional group, for example, doctors. Everyone, without exception in Poland, who uses public funds is obliged to be transparent - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a government meeting.

- We are talking about the fact that this upper salary limit will be 16 times the minimum wage. There's no poverty. So, 76,800 PLN per month. For some, this will seem like a lot. Because it is a lot. But of course, we are talking about the maximum ceiling. For a few, it will seem like too little, because in this inconsistent, completely uncontrolled salary system, they earned much more - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a government meeting.

- The issue that generated the most emotion was that of unjustified salary peaks, the lack of clarity regarding how doctors' salaries are determined, and doctors themselves have repeatedly approached me in recent days with requests to clarify this matter in a clear, transparent manner, so that people truly feel that everything is in order there, because doctors, nurses, and all medical professions deserve the highest respect, and it would be wrong if an atmosphere of ambiguity, and sometimes even scandal, were to build up around the earnings of at least some groups or specific doctors - he continued.

- The prolonged bickering within PiS serves no one. If you are to part ways, then part ways. Prolonging this spectacle not only causes shivers of embarrassment but does something far worse: it makes a mockery of whatever is called "the right" in the eyes of society, especially its younger segment - Krzysztof Bosak wrote on social media.

- However, I can defend Mr. Kosiniak-Kamysz in a different situation. [...] Did Mr. Kosiniak-Kamysz not halt the delivery of MiGs to Ukraine? And what, did Ukraine lose the war? At that moment, Mr. Kosiniak-Kamysz did very well, because Ukraine did not fulfill its agreements with Poland regarding drones, so Mr. Kosiniak-Kamysz said, 'In that case, we won't give you the MiGs.' - I am a politician of Poland, who demands respect for the interests of the Polish state and the Polish nation. These interests are completely disrespected; moreover, they are being fought against today by Zelensky, who is the main culprit of the tensions in Poland-Ukraine relations and should resign immediately, in the interest of Ukraine in particular – stated Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference.

This must be accompanied by a different reflection and a different way of organizing healthcare, because I also wouldn't want to lead to a situation where the limitation to 240 PLN causes a patient scheduled for cataract surgery next Sunday to only be operated on in six months - said Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference.

- Tomorrow at 8 AM, in front of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, there will be a detailed press conference on the Southern Hospital, Mr. Kacprzyk, and the scandal that it is already a scandal that Mr. Kacprzyk has not yet been questioned, while there is a hunt, for example, for the head of department who exposed this scandal - said Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference.

- I can imagine various compromises today, in the coming hours, days; there are different forms of action within Law and Justice - Przemysław Czarnek said at a press conference.

- There is, for example, an association like Mr. Ociepa's association 'odNowa'. However, the 'odNowa' association consists of MPs who are in the PiS parliamentary club but are not members of PiS, and this poses no threat to Law and Justice's finances or potential subsidy seizure - he continued.

- The matter is simple: the vast majority of the club has already submitted a declaration today stating they are not part of any association. Everyone can submit one, and if someone doesn't submit one, they can, of course, operate outside the Law and Justice party but remain in the club. Such solutions are also possible. I don't know, these are my imaginings, but I demand unity, the unity of the entire Law and Justice environment - he went on to say.

- I welcome this statement [...] even with satisfaction, because it contains one fundamental reflection [...] Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, which makes me very happy, wants to be in PiS - said Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference.

- We should be seeking the electorate that has left us, to some extent, on both the right and the left. [...] We can appeal to everyone, but from the same boat of Law and Justice. If anyone wants to leave the Law and Justice party, let them leave now, immediately, and not make a mess, because it is embarrassing, and it is harmful to the entire right wing - said Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference.

- If someone wants to leave, please do so, and if someone does not want to leave, then I ask for a minimum of loyalty towards the Law and Justice party and not to cause any turmoil in the public sphere - he continued.

- These internal disputes, I want to tell you, I am accepting with embarrassment. Over the past two days, therefore, I appeal once again to all my friends, because these are my friends, whom I like very much, from every current of Law and Justice: Law and Justice is rich in its currents. Law and Justice has never been an absolutely hermetic and uniform environment, unanimous on every single matter - said Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference.

- If Law and Justice is to win the elections, and there is a huge chance for that, it must be a multi-current environment, and this is absolutely obvious - he continued.

- We want to support the initiative of President Karol Nawrocki, an initiative he will present to the Senate of the Republic of Poland next week, a referendum on the European Union's climate policy - said Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference.

- This is necessary; we are convinced that if only the Senate agreed to let Poles vote, an overwhelming majority of Poles will be against the absurdities of Mrs. von der Leyen, the European Commission, and this entire climate policy which is destroying the European economy, and in particular, the Polish economy - he continued.

- We fully support the initiative of President Karol Nawrocki for the Senate to agree to a referendum on the European Union's climate policy. [...] If the Senate, by a majority of the December 13th coalition, does not agree to this referendum, I will submit my draft law, a ready draft law on Poland's exit from the ETS, on exempting Polish businesses from the ETS - he went on to say.

- One of the topics of today's deliberations also concerned threats from the Russian Federation in the form of provocations. Escalation of hybrid warfare, meaning actions such as GPS jamming, various types of sabotage operations, drone provocations, in which Ukrainian aircraft, secured or seized by the Russian Federation in recent weeks as a result of intensive Ukrainian actions, often destroying critical infrastructure of the Russian Federation, may also be used - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference after a meeting of the Council of Ministers Committee for National Security.

- These aircraft are also being seized; they can be used provocatively by Russia against the eastern flank of NATO, against the Baltic states, Finland, Romania, but also against Poland - he indicated.

- Today, several topics were discussed. The first concerned the outcomes of the NATO summit, where we made the decision to expand fuel pipelines to Eastern Europe, including to Poland, then to the Baltic states, and south to the Czech Republic. This is a very important decision that we have been advocating for many years - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference following the meeting of the Council of Ministers' Committee for National Security.

- Today, at the Committee meeting, we made the decision to nominate Poland as the location for the management center of this project, the construction center for these fuel pipelines, which will serve security in times of peace and war - he announced.

- Today, what we have thought about for many years, what we have planned for many years, is becoming a reality. Today, Poland is joining a major European program for building secure communication. Communication that will be operated by a set of satellites, European satellites; it will be a completely independent system - said Marcin Kierwiński during the ceremony of signing the agreement for Poland's participation in the construction of the IRIS2 satellite constellation.

- This project also represents a great opportunity for the Polish space industry. [...] The government of Prime Minister Donald Tusk has been very consistently building this potential of the Polish space industry for almost three years. I trust and am convinced, or rather, I am certain after discussions with the European Commission and our European partners, that the Polish space industry will benefit from this project - he continued.

- This is a great day for Poland, it is a great day for the services subordinate to the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, because I want to say with full responsibility: Poland's participation in this program guarantees full communication for all services subordinate to the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, including for the Police, the Fire Brigade, and the Border Guard. It also ensures full availability of unimpeded, secure communication for crisis management and for administrative centers - he went on to say.

- The possibility for municipalities to establish such zones ["Airbnb-free zones"] in cities, for example in city centers, so that local government can decide. And so that housing communities, housing cooperatives can also state that they do not want such services, or that they can agree to two [apartments] in the entire building, but not 17, said Anna Maria Żukowska in "Gość Radia ZET", when asked what amendments the Left would propose to the short-term rental bill.

Asked if, in the form in which the law left the government, it would not gain the support of the Left's MPs in the Sejm, she declared: - It will not gain it. This is not the first such case, because previously there was indeed a very idealistic assumption that after the law leaves the government, it can no longer be amended, all parliamentary groups must vote obediently.

When pressed whether, if the amendments are not accepted, the Left will not vote for this bill, she replied: - Well, not for this form, because this form is harmful. In my opinion, it will remain for years, and it is not true that "let's do something and then we will improve it." No one will probably touch it for years.

- I have been associated with PiS through my social activity forever. In the sense that I have never been in any other political party. Now people like Patryk Jaki, who was once in Civic Platform, want to push me out of the political party. - In the final stretch concerning this bill [on short-term rentals], provisions that were still part of the draft and would have allowed municipalities to establish zones free from these, let's say, hotel services provided in private apartments, were removed - said Anna Maria Żukowska on “Gość Radia ZET”.

- There were also proposals for a provision allowing housing communities or housing cooperatives to decide whether such services could be provided in their building, on the stairwell, in one apartment - she continued.

- I believe it is deeply concerning that when this bill reached the Council of Ministers' Standing Committee, it appeared in a completely different form than previously discussed - she pointed out.

- Neither our voters, the New Left's, nor the Razem party's voters truly want this joint list, because it would be rather unconvincing. And for us, because by voting on a single list, where I would be and a representative of the Razem party would be, it would potentially give a chance to enter the Sejm to a person who will later find themselves in opposition, because the Razem party will not enter this government, as this government will also be a joint government with Civic Coalition, that will not change - said Anna Maria Żukowska in "Gość Radia ZET".

- Wanting to vote for a ruling coalition grouping, voting for a list that includes someone who will go into opposition, is irrational. And for a Razem party voter, it would also be strange. The Razem party attacks the government, attacks us very strongly, it is in opposition, and suddenly what? It will create a joint list with this bad party, which is in government? - she added.

- We also want to introduce an increased number of people working in the controller corps at the National Health Fund. We want to have oversight over how money is spent, and we currently have a project that assumes doubling the number of controllers in the controller corps - said Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda on RMF FM.

- We must restore the rule of law, the dignity of state institutions, and the internal direction of Polish foreign policy. We must rebuild security and a credible defense policy. We must take care of those who work every day, pay taxes, run businesses, produce, invest, and create jobs - says Mateusz Morawiecki in a recording published on social media.

- American Republicans know how to compete fiercely and then work together. Marco Rubio competed with Donald Trump, and today he is one of the most important people in his administration. A mature political camp can distinguish competition from civil war. We must also be able to do this. Law and Justice does not belong to any group or faction. It is the common home of millions of Poles who believed that Poland can be proud. Poland can be strong, just, and ambitious - emphasizes the former prime minister.

- We cannot be an insular and introverted party. Let's be a broad camp for Polish affairs. Let's be a broad camp that will unite the right, the center-right, and the solidarity current. It will regain a majority, remove this lazy and sluggish coalition from power, and re-activate the mechanisms for the development of a proud Poland. I am in Law and Justice. I want to be in our team and in our patriotic camp. This is my place - he adds.

- For over two years, we have been travelling across Poland, meeting with entrepreneurs, workers, farmers, local government officials, young people, and experts. We are not waiting for the government to collapse on its own. Every day, we are preparing our camp to retake responsibility for Poland. And no intrigue will stop this work - says Mateusz Morawiecki in a recording published on social media.

- It will not be stopped by people who, instead of a great party capable of winning elections, would prefer to have a narrow, but their own party. Donald Tusk did not win the elections in 2023. Poles did not make a mistake then, nor do they today. They did not give Tusk a mandate to be prime minister. He took office thanks to a coalition of parties that promised their voters something completely different before the elections. Therefore, the great national task of the Polish right today is to remove this bad and paralyzed government from power - emphasizes the former prime minister.

- Meetings with entrepreneurs, substantive picnics, open meetings with local government officials, experts, and citizens are not activities against Law and Justice. Quite the contrary. Only in this way can we rebuild our camp. That is precisely why Rozwój+ was created. Not to divide the right. It was created to defend the achievements of our governments, which are sometimes being destroyed from within - says Mateusz Morawiecki in a recording published on social media.

- It was created to work on a program, it was created to broaden support and to regain the trust of people who have left us. We are united by the conviction that Poland has found itself at a moment of special trial. Defending values, traditions, and our identity cannot consist solely of increasingly loud declarations. - There is a war raging beyond our border, and the international situation creates the greatest threat to Poland's security in 45 years. Healthcare, public finances, the justice system, and major investments are being destroyed by the disastrous rule of the current coalition. At the same time, we risk missing a great Polish opportunity. Poland is wealthier than it has ever been in its over a thousand-year history. We have the potential to become an economic and military leader in the region. We can build a proud state that belongs to the richest, most modern, and safest countries in the world - emphasizes the former prime minister.

- Today we have a situation where many private entities also operate based on a contract with the National Health Fund (NFZ), so when we talk about privatization, I would like us to distinguish these concepts - said Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda on RMF FM, when asked about a situation where doctors earning much more than PLN 240 would leave public healthcare for private sector.

- A doctor who will be working for a private owner, but based on a contract with the National Health Fund, will also have the same rules that apply in public hospitals - she continued.

- The Law and Justice party faces a choice today. We can shut ourselves into an ever-smaller circle, speak only to the already convinced, and lose the ability to win a majority. Or we can once again become a large party, a great camp of the Polish right and center-right. We don't all have to speak the same language - says Mateusz Morawiecki in a recording published on social media.

- We can reach different voter groups. Some can more effectively fight for voters on the right flank, others can effectively talk to entrepreneurs and employees, to young local government officials, to NGOs, or to residents of large cities - the former prime minister continues.

- Our competitors know how to operate with different wings. We too should not be afraid of diversity. Different wings, but one great patriotic camp. Different temperaments, but one goal, different ways of reaching Poles. But a shared victory. A difference of opinion is not treason. Programmatic work is not a split - he emphasizes.

- We are remaining within the sphere of the public healthcare system, and I believe that today we are absolutely not talking about any privatization moves. Consolidation moves still mean leaving hospital ownership in public hands - stated Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda on RMF FM.

- Do you see another way [besides a referendum] to introduce legislation on civil unions, as long as Karol Nawrocki is the president? - Marcin Zaborski asked on "Gość Radia ZET".

- As long as Karol Nawrocki is the president, I see no such possibility. The only possibility - for couples, no longer exclusively heterosexual, because that [vetoed] law covered both same-sex and different-sex couples - is currently the path for same-sex couples is to marry abroad, then have the marriage transcribed in Poland thanks to regulations introduced by Minister Gawkowski, and the path of solidifying this through Polish courts via case law - replied Anna Maria Żukowska.

- Patryk [Jaki] once showed some information about percentages on television somewhere. It turned out that he was completely wrong with those percentages. Yesterday or two days ago on X, he also started writing election results. It turned out that he also provided false information. So, neither in percentages nor in absolute numbers does it work out for him - stated Piotr Müller in the "Morning Ring" of Super Express.

- In the statutory bodies of our party, there simply isn't adequate pluralism when it comes to presenting arguments. So, if it takes me several months to get a chance to speak with the chairman, and I rarely have the opportunity to talk to him, and many of our people rarely speak with him, while others see him 3-4 times a week, then by sheer necessity, the balance of arguments – not due to their actual weight, but due to the frequency of repetition – has a completely different impact - stated Piotr Müller in the "Morning Ring" of Super Express.

- Referendums do not resolve any situations in themselves, because ultimately a form of law still needs to be voted through in the Sejm, and then the president must sign such a law - said Anna Maria Żukowska in "Gość Radia ZET", when asked if the president's veto of the law on the status of the closest person means it is time for a referendum on partnership unions.

- So far, only one referendum has succeeded in terms of turnout, and that was probably with the strong involvement of Pope John Paul II. Other referendum attempts in Poland have not even achieved the required turnout. I simply believe that this is not a way to solve the problems we have on the government, Sejm, president line. This will not disappear by itself just because a referendum is organized - she stated.

- I know many directors who will cope perfectly well with this situation, and besides, we are giving them a lot of tools to do so. Among other things, we have this regulation that allows them, in some cases, to opt out of weekend shifts, for example - said Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda in RMF FM, when asked what a hospital director, who spends 80% of their budget on salaries, should do when the ministry tells them it should be 60%, or if they should close departments.

- We encourage them to switch to one-day procedures, and we also encourage them to reorganize the work of departments - she continued.

- Not to close them, but to change their profile, and this is in line with European standards. I know that many hospital directors are undertaking such initiatives today - she added, when asked about closing departments.

- We are managing this perfectly well, and we will also organize, or are providing money for, organizing transport or purchasing vehicles or ambulances that will transport patients - she stated, when pressed on how to explain to people in smaller towns that the hospital will not be operating on Saturdays and Sundays.

- There was a meeting [between Jarosław Kaczyński and Mateusz Morawiecki] on Friday, and I hope that such a meeting will also take place this week. I'm counting on it [that such a meeting will happen before Thursday], because from our side, our role is, of course, primarily to stay in PiS, because we're not going anywhere - stated Piotr Müller in "Poranny ring" on Super Express.

- A certain group of people in my political formation wants to expel us from PiS. We do not want to leave this party - he continued.

- This is a matter of margin, excise duty, and I think this solution will eventually have to be put on the table if it continues, if this situation in the Strait of Hormuz, or rather, as I see it, everything indicates that this will be a permanent armed conflict, unfortunately - said Anna Maria Żukowska on "Gość Radia ZET".

When asked if Lewica would fight for the return of the CPN program, she replied: - I don't know if in that form. However, indeed, when it comes to margins, when it comes to excise duty - which is, of course, more controversial for Minister Domański, as it means a reduction in budget funds - we will definitely discuss it.

- Today we are proposing up to 240 zlotys gross, and I believe this is truly a very good rate, considering that we can work up to two full-time positions, which means over 70,000 zlotys gross. I would like to remind you that in most cases, these amounts concern individuals who are entrepreneurs and work on a B2B basis - Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda said on RMF FM, when asked if the maximum rate of PLN 240 is to apply to all doctors, including "specialists of whom there are only three or four in the country."

- Today there is also a significant group of medical professionals who work on employment contracts. I think that ultimately, this is the model we should achieve - she continued, when asked about the necessity of working on an employment contract in the case of employment in public healthcare.

- Honestly? I don't think the Left has anything to look for in this electoral sector [supporters of Confederation]. It's hard to have an offer for people who are anti-Ukrainian, who would most like to get rid of all minorities, whether national-ethnic or others, or sexual ones from Poland. Well, we won't be hypocrites, we won't, I don't know, pretend to be someone we're not - said Anna Maria Żukowska in "Gość Radia ZET".

- We have an offer for people who are open, pro-European, who are for workers' rights. We won't change into some other party, pretend to be someone else. That, I understand, is Mr. Czarnek's maneuvering room. Good luck - meaning, I guess, not bad luck, but we don't want to be like that Czarnek - she continued.

- Today, there is an item on the Council of Ministers agenda dedicated to a package of changes, but we must remember that we have two legislative paths here. Two proposals will be in the form of draft laws, while the 5 subsequent ones are ministerial regulations of the Minister of Health, so I will present them comprehensively to the Council of Ministers today - said Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM.

- To some extent, yes [Mateusz Morawiecki would impress me if he went his own way], because it would certainly be like cutting the umbilical cord and a step into the unknown - said Anna Maria Żukowska on "Gość Radia ZET".

- I don't know [if it will happen]. We are all observing it with great interest, because it would be a significant move on the parliamentary chessboard - she added.

- If it were as they say, that several dozen people, around 40 people are mentioned, would leave the PiS parliamentary club, which has over 200 members, it would be a big change. But I don't know if it will happen, because generally, preliminary declarations are one thing, and then when one has to commit, I don't know if those 40 people will make such a decision - she continued.

At 8:00 AM, the Council of Ministers' Committee for National Security will convene. The session will be chaired by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz. A press conference with the head of the Ministry of National Defence is scheduled for 9:30 AM.

At 9:00 AM, at the Ministry of the Interior and Administration (MSWiA) headquarters, a ceremony will be held for the signing of the agreement regarding Poland's participation in the construction of the IRIS2 satellite constellation. The event will be attended by the head of the ministry, Marcin Kierwiński, European Commissioner for Defence and Space, Andrius Kubilius, and Secretary of State, Tomasz Szymański. A press briefing is scheduled after the official part.

At 10:15 AM, in front of the EC Zagłębie Dąbrowskie heat and power plant in Będzin, a press conference will be held by the Vice-President of PiS, Przemysław Czarnek, and MPs Jacek Sasin and Marek Wesoły.

At 12:00 PM, a government session will commence. The topics of discussion will include, among others, the progress on implementing a package of changes in the healthcare system, as well as projects concerning the judiciary and the tax system.
