I am in contact as a representative of PiS with our friends in Washington, but I also know that the President's advisors are in constant contact with President Trump's advisors – Adam Bielan said in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News's 'Graffiti'.

- President Trump knows Poland's views, the Polish President's views on this conflict, on how the issue of Russian aggression in Ukraine can be resolved, perfectly. - This is about the fact that because of the war in Ukraine, where we stand on the side of Ukraine, which is defending its independence and our security, and here you can insert, if one wants to pursue this narrative as PiS does, you can insert any second part of this sentence: there will be a shortage in health, a shortage in education, a shortage in snow removal from streets - he went on to say.

- This is a false narrative. One must not make these kinds of intellectual, pseudo-intellectual connections. One must firmly oppose this. This is pro-Russian propaganda - he added.

- Regarding the [Ukraine and USA] meetings in Geneva, one must ask the government, because the European side organized these meetings – said Adam Bielan on Polsat News' "Graffiti".

- I will start with the opinion of some lawyers that actions concerning the Constitutional Tribunal, including those taken by the government, are a violation of the law - said Maciej Berek on TOK FM, when asked about the ruling coalition's intentions regarding the Constitutional Tribunal.

- I would gladly ask them if the fact that the Constitutional Tribunal can issue a ruling in 24 hours on a matter that is politically significant for the political and social friends of individuals sitting in the Tribunal, and even issue such a ruling prohibiting the application of a law [...] such a precautionary measure, prohibiting the application of certain provisions until the Tribunal considers them - he continued.

- This body, which currently functions as the Tribunal, has completely escaped the framework that the Constitution provides and that the law describes. And this must be remembered, because what is happening is a reaction to this situation, not some actions that arose without cause - he continued speaking.

- I am a strong advocate for us to state in the coming weeks what the future of the Tribunal's functioning will be. We have a new Marshal of the Sejm, an important person who will co-decide in this process, and I think it is a matter of the coming weeks for some clear declarations to be made in this regard - he added.

- You need to ask Prime Minister Morawiecki. He has been very active in programmatic work in recent months, holding a series of panels in Katowice. Like many other vice-chairmen and leaders of PiS, we are currently focusing on direct contact with voters - Adam Bielan said on Polsat News's "Graffiti," when asked about Mateusz Morawiecki's absence from Saturday's PiS programmatic meeting.

- If you look at the posts from a year ago, two years ago, three years ago on the same matter, on the same anniversary of Hans Frank's shameful decree, Poland did not appear then. This year, someone added Poland there. So they probably did it deliberately. And now, what should be the reaction of the Minister of Foreign Affairs? He wrote, Mr. Sikorski, wrote two short tweets with spelling errors: "I very much ask you to correct this, to adjust. I apologize very much, but this is completely inadequate, we are regularly defamed for co-perpetration of the Holocaust - Jabłoński continued.

- We have recently seen a surge of legislative initiatives from the President that encroached upon areas for which the government is responsible - said Maciej Berek on TOK FM, when asked about accusations against Marshal Włodzimierz Czarzasty of activating the "freezer" and about the term "marshal's veto," which does not exist in the Constitution.

- This will be decided by the Marshal of the Sejm [whether to proceed with the President's initiatives] [...] if there is an area of government responsibility, if there are any laws for which the government is responsible, then the government should present and does present proposals for their changes, and any attempt by the President to encroach upon this area is nothing more than an attempt to destabilize it - he continued.

- It is the government that is responsible for the execution of laws, for presenting what is to happen in healthcare, education, and energy; this is the government's responsibility - he went on to say.

- The President does not have tasks in this regard, and therefore, if his initiative appeared once in a while, one might think "this is an interesting idea," but because it appears serially and without any chance for parliament to consider it positively, it is solely an attempt to stir up the situation and hinder normal functioning - he added.

- We have ideas [to stop the outflow of voters to Confederation and Grzegorz Braun], I won't reveal them here. But we are approaching this calmly - said Adam Bielan in "Graffiti" Polsat News.

Responding to the comment that for now it looks like PiS is competing with Confederation on radicalism, he replied: - A fair diagnosis. I think we need to draw conclusions from this. I think this is a mistake, because we will never win a bidding war on radicalism with Grzegorz Braun, as you put it.

- However, if we move on to a discussion about healthcare, I am, for example, curious how Confederation would like to improve the current situation. Because knowing the views of some Confederation leaders on this matter, it seems to me that the vast majority of Poles do not share them - he continued.

- I think we made a lot of mistakes, what I would call image-related. We probably focused on the wrong topics. [...] I think the topic of migration, which we focused on in September and October, was not the most important topic for Poles today. I think healthcare is such a topic - said Adam Bielan on Polsat News's "Graffiti".

- And as you can see, for several weeks we have been trying to respond to the expectations of our voters; we are very active in this matter. There will also be a major programmatic conference next weekend dedicated to healthcare. Besides, the President is also focusing on this topic - he continued.

"General Molenda was at a conference where heads of cyber forces met, there was a conversation with our strategic ally, the United States, and our cyber forces are absolutely leaders, at the very forefront, they are best rated by our allies, by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, and by our strategic allies from the United States," said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz during the inauguration of the Cyber Legion program.

"Not wanting to waste this potential, wanting to expand it, in May the General approached me with a proposal to create the Cyber Legion. What is the Cyber Legion, those who are in this hall know best, because they are already a part of it. It is an invitation to cooperation for all the most outstanding specialists in the digital field, modern technologies, IT, but also artificial intelligence, so that they can cooperate daily with the Polish Army, with the command of the cyber defense component," he continued.

"Some of you have already joined and taken the oath. They are soldiers of the Polish Army, they are in active or passive reserve. Some will never join the army because they have other tasks, also other predispositions, other skills. Some will join," he went on to say.

"When we started this program, the bar was set at gathering 400 people in a few months who would want to be in the Cyber Legion. The first weekend already showed that we underestimated. And we are most proud of this, that we underestimated the commitment of IT professionals in Poland to state defense," he added.

"We already have 2,000 people. We wanted to have 400 after a year, and after a few months we have 2,000 people who have applied to us, and a large part of whom have already passed verification. [...] We have 2,000 people willing to support state security and who are on 48-hour standby," he emphasized.

- Regardless of how the situation in Ukraine ends, the situation for Poland will not change. In fact, I would say the opposite, until stabilization in Ukraine, the threat to Poland, especially in cyberspace, because the adversary will have more forces and means to direct them here, might become more difficult - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz during the inauguration of the Cyber Legion program.

- I, ladies and gentlemen, would also like to draw attention to our energy cooperation, which was also part of our one-on-one conversation, as well as our talks with our colleagues. Poland and the Czech Republic, of which I am proud as President of Poland, are leaders in the European Union in becoming independent from Russian gas, and thus building our energy sovereignty and independence - said Karol Nawrocki during a press conference with the President of the Czech Republic in Prague.

- We started the day with the Ukrainian issue. At the informal meeting of the European Council, not everyone is present here, but others joined us, so essentially all leaders participated in this meeting - Prime Minister Donald Tusk said at a press conference.

- It was a very serious conversation, serious in terms of mood as well; there is little reason for any over-optimism. We will all support this process, in which, God willing, a chance for the end of the Russian-Ukrainian war, or at least its suspension, emerges - he continued.

- Discussions about resolving this issue, which is the most crucial for our region, following the Russian Federation's attack on Ukraine, and this is worth knowing, naturally overlap with continuous diplomatic work, my work as the President of Poland, further meetings, but also discussions with President Donald Trump, in various European formats, or a bilateral meeting like today's, right here in the Czech Republic, is that one of the topics is, of course, what is happening in Ukraine after the Russian Federation's attack, so diplomatic work is carried out, one could say, constantly and continuously in these areas, in this regard - stated President Karol Nawrocki at a press conference in the Czech Republic.

- My stance on this issue, which I have expressed publicly many times, also does not change, and I want to emphasize this. There is no doubt that the Russian Federation is the aggressor, there is no doubt that it is in the interest of European states, including Poland, to strive for lasting peace, not a peace that would provide an opportunity to mobilize its assets and lead to another war in the following years, in the following decades - he continued.

As the President of the Republic of Poland said: - I view the Russian Federation as a state that does not keep its agreements, and therefore it is a threat to any potential peace that would be signed. I also have no doubt that the only person in the world ready to force the Russian Federation into peace is the US President Donald Trump, whom I of course support and I think that the cooperation of European states, especially Central European states, which are directly on the border of the war, but cooperation with NATO and with the USA, with the US President, gives hope for resolving this conflict in a way or form that would be appropriate for Poland and for all Central European countries.

- It would be my pleasure to visit every subsequent place, every subsequent country with the [Czech] President. The Czech Republic is a very important partner for us. Regarding bilateral relations between Poland and Ukraine, regardless of the fact that our strategic interest is, of course, to support Ukraine, which Poles, both men and women, and I, as the President of the Republic of Poland, have demonstrated many times, I await President Zelensky in Warsaw. I hope that Zelensky will accept my invitation to Warsaw - stated President Karol Nawrocki at a press conference in the Czech Republic.

- We are all determined, that's how it looks, to resolve the issue of these so-called frozen Russian assets by the end of the year, or rather by the European Council meeting in December - Prime Minister Donald Tusk said at a press conference.

- It cannot be that Europe will pay for what Russia has done, not to mention that Ukraine should not suffer from the destruction that Russia has wrought upon it in this war - he continued.

- I hope, this is not yet a final decision, there are still concerns from some European countries, but we are much, much closer to a decision that these Russian financial resources, which are at Europe's disposal [...] will support Ukraine both now and for the reconstruction period - he further stated.

- You've hit the nail on the head precisely - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press conference, when asked if a proposal concerning the stationing of European or NATO fighter jets in Poland would not benefit Russia, as if only fighter jets are mentioned, Russia might then demand the withdrawal of ground forces from NATO's eastern flank.

- Everything indicates that this point is rather a Russian viewpoint, meaning it is manipulation or a certain trap. No one will be drawn into it. [...] We can calmly consider that this point no longer exists - he continued.

- Chancellor Merz has already informed me of the details of his conversation with President Trump and of his assessment of Russia's economic situation and the negotiations that took place in Geneva – Prime Minister Donald Tusk said at a press conference.

- He also assured me that Germany, and the same was said by Giorgia Meloni, with whom I had the opportunity to speak, and Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, the President of the European Council, all maintain that Poland should participate in all formats concerning discussions about future peace and the end of the war. - I know the constitution, I know the Sejm regulations. I know what the powers of the Marshal are […]. There is no such institution as a 'Marshal's veto'. […] This is my protest against the absolutely burgeoning populism all around - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in a conversation with Bogdan Rymanowski on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń".

He continued: - Let me give an example. A bill comes, and there was already such an initial bill project, regarding VAT, which costs Poland 110 billion zlotys. I'm already abstracting from where it comes from. Such [I'm talking about the presidential project]. […] The source of financing for this refers to: "let the government find the money for it". So I have such a question: wouldn't it be better to indicate the source of financing?

- A bill is coming, and there was already a preliminary draft of a bill regarding VAT, which costs Poland 110 billion zlotys. I'm already abstracting from where it's coming from. That [I'm talking about the presidential draft]. [...] The source of funding for this is the reference: 'let the government find the money for it.' So I have a question: wouldn't it be better to indicate the source of funding? - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń".

- What are the three sources of financing for such enormous projects? I'll take the three largest ministries. Mr. President: are we to take 110 billion from healthcare, from hospitals? Tell us. Are we to take 110 billion from people's social benefits? Tell us. Are we to limit arms purchases by 110 billion? Tell us - he stated.

- I received such a briefcase because I just received it today. There are so many bills that haven't been processed. - I will never say a bad word about my coalition partner, and that's how I differ from the words of some of my coalition partners - replied the Marshal of the Sejm.

- We are a coalition of four parties. I am the Marshal [Speaker of the Sejm] elected by the MPs of these four parties. I am here to support this coalition, to support this government, because Lewica [The Left] is co-creating this government - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.

- Therefore, I will not make any moves that would introduce elements of disarray, instability, or similar situations, because that is not my way - he declared.

- Right now, the entire procedure, one of the stages of the procedure related to filling the positions of Constitutional Tribunal members, is concluding. Before I initiate the next procedure, I will be asking my coalition friends from Poland 2050, the PSL, and Civic Platform for a meeting - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events).

- I will be asking for such a meeting because in this matter, I would like us to establish a common stance - he added.

- I have a firm message on this matter [of the Yad Vashem Institute's entry], a firm one and without any smile on my lips: if the Jewish nation wants to be respected, then we demand that other nations, including the Polish one, also be respected - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty on "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.

- In other matters, if they are of a smaller format - slightly smaller, so that God forbid I don't diminish the role and seriousness of Mr. Szymon Hołownia - I will ask Szymon to represent the Polish Sejm. Szymon was an excellent Marshal of the Sejm - he added.

- What about the president's project to lower electricity prices? This is an important issue for people. People will have higher bills from January 1st. Will it be processed normally? It's currently in consultations - Bogdan Rymanowski asked on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events).

- So it is being processed - Włodzimierz Czarzasty replied.

- And do you think this project needs to be accelerated? Because even your colleague, Minister Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, says there are good solutions in it. So it's not populism - the host inquired.

- Such polite, likeable advice, with a smile on her lips. If there are good solutions, we need to create a good project for the October 15th coalition. Utilize the good solutions that are there, add our own good solutions, and present a sensational project. And to you, Madam Minister, very possibly a Deputy Prime Minister in the near future, I will politely ask for this, with a smile on my face - replied the Marshal of the Sejm.
