- This law in no way affects family and care law, nor the institution of marriage. It's simply riding Braun's coattails. - Yes - Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said on TVN24 when asked if there would be a higher tax-free allowance this term.

- The promise to increase the tax-free allowance will be fulfilled. I believe it is fundamental for the entire coalition, and Minister Domański is working on it. As a reliable coalition partner, we are waiting for his well-thought-out, good offer - he continued.

- It would be best if it were noticeable - he added, when asked if it would be enacted from next year.

- I think we will all, led by the largest coalition party, incur a very high cost if this proposal is not enacted, because it fulfills several program points from our agreement, including tax-free pensions, which we care deeply about - he added.

- I would favor a comprehensive solution here, I would not separate one from the other - he stated, when pressed about raising the tax threshold.

- There are no such questions, of course, when I look at PiS and see Morawiecki, and on the other side I see Czarnek, then of course I have a better opinion of Morawiecki, good enough that he doesn't spout nonsense about supporting Ukraine, that I can debate him calmly - Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said on TVN24, when asked about unofficial reports regarding a joint run with people from Morawiecki's circle.

- On the other side, we have political troglodytes who want to lead Poland astray, it's difficult to talk to them - he continued.

- There is no chance of running together with a formation that is in opposition to the government [...] it is a boundary, it is impossible to run on the same list with those who have been attacking the government from dawn till dusk for the past few months, and you are in that government - he went on to say, when pressed whether he completely ruled out a joint run in the elections with a potential party of Mateusz Morawiecki, which would be formed after a split in PiS.

- I don't think anything bad will come of this mess for Morawiecki. He won't be expelled, unless the conviction of the chairman is already so strong that Morawiecki wants to take the party away from him, and that, we know, is the most important thing for Chairman Kaczyński - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVN24, when asked about the situation in PiS.

- This is Morawiecki building his position, he aims to be the head of PiS, not to be expelled or to leave PiS - he continued.

"This is extremely dangerous, it is both foolishness and a threat at the same time. Foolish because Poland's interest lies in Ukraine not losing the war with the Russian Federation. Dangerous because it might fall on fertile ground of societal fatigue after four years of war," said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on TVN24, when asked about Przemysław Czarnek's words regarding halting support for Ukraine.

- Provocations from Russia are very real - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in an interview with Arleta Zalewska on TVN24's "Jeden na jeden" (One on One), when asked how likely it is that drones seized by Russia under a false Ukrainian flag will fly into Polish airspace in the coming days or weeks.

- This type of event can certainly happen - he continued.

- The number of drones, as recently, that Ukraine apparently launched 400 drones in one day, that's one of the largest attacks on the Russian Federation. Some of these drones simply don't reach their target, they get stuck in trees, some are damaged, and it's easy for Russians to collect them, repair them [...] and use them as a provocation, they'll say "it wasn't us, Ukraine fired these drones at you" - he went on to say.

- We are dealing with energy, the ETS, what Mrs. von der Leyen is doing, and Tusk's international disgrace regarding the ETS. We are dealing with the economy, we are talking for many hours with miners, with energy workers, we are dealing with fuel prices, which are already soaring towards PLN 8, and will soon exceed PLN 8, and you are asking me about some association? - stated Przemysław Czarnek at a press briefing in Warsaw.

- Do you really think, Madam Editor, that patients being turned away from the hospital in Łódź, cancer patients, or those waiting in queues for gastroscopy or colonoscopy, care whether there will be a barbecue or not, or whether there will be an association or not? I simply don't deal with this, and taking this opportunity, I appeal to all my friends in PiS – let's all focus on Poland, not associations, because it's utterly senseless - he continued.

- This will also be accounted for [forcing charges]. Those officials who yield to pressure and those prosecutors, often pseudo-prosecutors, who yield to Żurek's and Tusk's pressure and will force the search for a crime where none exists, and who do not act in accordance with the law and do not prosecute crimes that are evident, will also be held accountable. I can guarantee this to you - stated Przemysław Czarnek at a press briefing in Warsaw.

- Today, Tusk, Żurek, and this entire government are in a race against time. They need to interrogate someone, cuff them, accuse them, they need to bring charges against someone because the nation is watching their hands and saying: 3 years are passing and there are no scandals. Because there are no scandals. The ones they imagined somewhere, those scandals don't exist. Today, they are perpetrating scandals. Money they are spending completely unlawfully, in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the Ministry of Culture. And this will be accounted for, and they will indeed bear responsibility for it - stated Przemysław Czarnek at a press briefing in Warsaw.

- This is, so to speak, a move purely and solely for PR. This is not the change that Poles expect, because please note that this is not the most important thing in all of this. The most important thing is that Poles cannot get to see a doctor - said Mariusz Błaszczak in Super Express's "Morning Ring," when asked if he had analyzed the government's proposals regarding doctors' salaries.

- We are launching the shame counter for Tusk, Żurek, Ms. Sobierańska-Grenda, the entire government. The shame lies in the fact that 37 days ago, precisely 37 days ago, thanks to Dr. Emil Jędrzejewski, former head of department at the Southern Hospital, all of Poland learned about an unprecedented scandal. About how, at a time when this government has brought the National Health Fund (NFZ) to collapse, to ruin, at a time when this government is starving hospitals, at a time when this government is pursuing a policy of privatizing healthcare, at a time when this government, for the first time in memory, is forcing individual hospitals to sign agreements under which they waive money for services rendered to patients, often saving their lives and health, at the same time, at the Southern Hospital, KO apparatchik Dawid Kacprzyk, without specialization, managed the Emergency Department and siphoned off 1.6 million PLN from the hospital alone - stated Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference in Warsaw.

- They are trying to sweep this scandal under the rug, they are attacking those who revealed the scandal. There are reports to the prosecutor's office against the one who revealed the scandal, against Dr. Emil Jędrzejewski. An attempt to harass and prosecute him for something he should never be prosecuted for. And the perpetrator himself, Mr. Kacprzyk, has not even been summoned to the prosecutor's office and questioned - he continued.

- We will demand accountability for the Southern Hospital, for the scandal at the Southern Hospital, for the accountability of the clearly guilty parties, Kacprzyk, who should have already been questioned by the prosecutor, who should already be providing explanations, but not just Kacprzyk. Also those who recommended him, sent him there, the leaders of KO from Warsaw, Mr. Trzaskowski, Mr. Kierwiński, Ms. Kidawa-Błońska, all the others, and Mr. Tusk in particular, because he is a Member of Parliament who has run from Warsaw many times - emphasized the PiS candidate for Prime Minister.

- There are three polls, but one of them is methodologically flawed, the one where we had something like 2.6% there. […] One can realistically say that - which I hope will not happen yet - if such a separate grouping hypothetically appeared, it currently has about 7% support, because if we subtract the undecided... That's a very good result - said Marcin Horała on "Gość poranka" (Guest of the Morning) on TVP Info.

- I hope the chairman will have the will to meet with Mateusz Morawiecki for a last-ditch conversation. Although the situation looks serious, somehow I can't believe that the PiS leadership would decide to amputate a leg or remove a lung - said Marcin Horała on TVP Info's "Guest of the Morning."

- Such a decision to remove us from the party would be a gigantic blow that PiS would deal to itself. And I simply believe in some rationality in politics, hence I still hope this will not happen - he stated.

- These final decisions will be made next week - Mariusz Błaszczak stated in "Poranny ring" of Super Express, when asked whether if MPs fail to submit the required declaration by Thursday midnight, but "reflect" on Saturday or Sunday, PiS would accept their declarations or not.

- I believe a meeting will take place during the Sejm's session [...] one could say mid-week, and then the political committee will make a decision. It will be a black-and-white decision - he continued.

- None of us question that Przemysław Czarnek is PiS's candidate for Prime Minister. What's more, Mateusz Morawiecki and many of us have supported and continue to support Przemysław Czarnek's pre-campaign in various ways. The problem is not personal – said Marcin Horała on TVP Info's "Morning Guest.".

- This direction I'm talking about wasn't chosen the moment Przemysław Czarnek was selected as the candidate for Prime Minister. It was a consequence of a certain choice made after the presidential elections as the main one – and the fight is currently underway to make it absolutely exclusive, the only one, that it's not just the main one, but that nothing else is to be – this direction towards the 'right wall', towards regaining votes from Konfederacja, especially Grzegorz Braun's Konfederacja – he continued.

- Let's summarize what this has brought in a year. Well, it has brought that PiS is at best standing still, perhaps not falling terribly, but also not growing. And Grzegorz Braun's Konfederacja has record-high support. The reflection that comes to mind is that this is the wrong direction – he indicated.

- I am counting on Mateusz Morawiecki also submitting a declaration of operating within Law and Justice, and abandoning the association, because there is another very important reason, apart from the duality in our activity, this reason [...] this barbecue planned for July 31st is a pretext to withdraw funding from Law and Justice - said Mariusz Błaszczak in "Poranny ring" of Super Express.

- I don't want to make any firm declarations here, because I understand that everyone has their own circumstances, their own emotions in this strange and sad situation, but certainly not a very large [number of people will drop out]. Probably no one. And perhaps someone else will join [the Development Plus association]? We'll see - said Marcin Horała on TVP Info's "Gość poranka".

- We are having various conversations, there are people interested in joining our association - he added.

- In a sense, there is no dispute here, because unfortunately, only one side is needed to provoke a dispute, and this is the action of one side. If we go back a week, we are together in PiS, we are acting, we are working, everyone has their tasks, everyone has their own area - said Marcin Horała in "Gość poranka" on TVP Info.

- And suddenly, out of the blue, an attack, a resolution by the Presidium of the Political Committee. Well, things were probably going too well, as I understand it, the situation was too good, and something had to be ruined. I am unable to understand the rationality of this decision - he stated.

- There is, for example, a duality in our activity. Our candidate for the office of Prime Minister is Professor Przemysław Czarnek, but we also have a parallel pre-campaign, so to speak - Mariusz Błaszczak said in the "Morning Ring" of Super Express.

- I will remind you that, for instance, when Professor Czarnek presented the first three points out of 21 program points in Kalisz [...] what do we hear? It's Mateusz Morawiecki, who is the vice-president of Law and Justice, organizing a barbecue - he continued.

- The situation must be brought to order, and hence the intention of the Prawo i Sprawiedliwość Political Committee presidium. Before each parliamentarian, there is a choice: whether they want to be in Law and Justice, or in the association. I encourage all colleagues [...] to choose Law and Justice, not the association - he went on to say.

- Law and Justice cannot have two candidates for the office of Prime Minister, it simply cannot - he added.

- I simply got upset when such a person [Kacper Płażyński] lectured Mateusz Morawiecki on loyalty to PiS, teamwork, and so on, from a superior position, a position of moral superiority. I really rarely get emotional in politics, I can't even remember the last time, but this really moved me - said Marcin Horała in “Gość poranka” on TVP Info.

I am therefore waiting for court proceedings, where under the penalty of criminal liability for the truthfulness of testimony, we will examine whether it is true that Kacper Płażyński was against Karol Nawrocki's candidacy - said Marcin Horała on TVP Info's "Gość poranka" (Morning Guest).

- I feel a lot for PiS. I've been in PiS for 22 years. My colleague [Patryk Jaki] in that time managed to be in Civic Platform, join PiS, break up PiS, return to PiS... Well, if it's okay, he has his opinions, so what? - Marcin Horała said in an interview with Mariusz Piekarski on TVP Info's 'Morning Guest'.

At 2:45 PM near the railway bridge over the Rawka River, a press briefing is scheduled with the participation of the Minister of Infrastructure, Dariusz Klimczak. The topic is the signing of an agreement for the modernization of railway line no. 12 on the Skierniewice - Czachówek Wschodni section.

The Senate will convene on Wednesday. The session is scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM. During the two-day deliberations, members of the upper house of parliament will address, among other things, the act on personal investment accounts (OKI) and will hear information from the Minister of National Defence on the implementation status of the SAFE program. Expressing consent for the appointment of the Ombudsman (RPO) will also be one of the points under consideration.
