After all, this arrangement didn't end with Ziobro. It's not as if it was just the Ministry of Justice and no one else was involved. It was the entire camp of power that was engaged in supporting these despicable actions that Ziobro undertook - stated Marcin Kierwiński in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- Yes, I believe that in the end it will be a simple corruption case [concerning the plot of land]. That is to say, someone agreed with someone else to profit from the plot, and now who was part of this arrangement, who made the money, or who wanted to make it – that is for the prosecution to establish - stated Marcin Kierwiński in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- I completely understand Minister Zbigniew Ziobro's stance on not renouncing his immunity. It would probably be entirely different if he could count on a fair trial in Poland, if the charges brought against him could be refuted in a free process. Today, he cannot count on that - said Jacek Sasin in an interview with Karol Surówka on "Sygnały dnia" PR1.

- The verdict has been rendered against him […], even before his immunity was lifted, let alone the commencement of any proceedings. Today, unfortunately, we live in a situation that we probably haven't known since '89, since the fall of communism – complete judicial subservience, political subordination - he assessed.

- Yes [Szymon Hołownia will cease to be the Speaker]. It seems to me that nothing [will stand in the way], Marshal Hołownia realizes that agreements he signed must be respected - stated Marcin Kierwiński in the "Piasecki's Conversation" on TVN24.

- Poland will vote against. We believe that such targets for countries like ours are too ambitious. They don't even stem from EU averages. As for the majority, we have so far managed to assemble one, and very importantly, if this law is adopted today, many amendments beneficial to Poland have been introduced into it - said Paulina Hennig-Kloska in the “Morning Conversation” on RMF FM.

- Certainly, the exclusion of the defense industry from the European Union's climate policy. This may not be important from the perspective of the average citizen, but it is very significant for our budget expenditures. Secondly, it is the fact that if we see that climate policy, as we say, will be too burdensome for the economy, there will be revisions of this policy in 2030 and 2035 regarding the target for 2040 - Paulina Hennig-Kloska continued.

- To my knowledge, the prosecution has asked all questions, there are no further questions, and yesterday Mr. Święczkowski, who is not a representative of the prosecution but of the Constitutional Tribunal, wanted to interrogate the Marshal - said Paulina Hennig-Kloska in RMF FM's “Morning Interview”.

- The minister [Zbigniew Ziobro] is a very seriously ill person. He is not entirely healthy, not cured. He must constantly undergo medical procedures, examinations, and also take medication. Prison is not a place where a cancer patient can receive treatment in peace - said Jacek Sasin on "Sygnały dnia" PR1.

- Therefore, such a return [to Poland] for the minister is simply associated with a risk to his life - he stated.

- There is a political order against Zbigniew Ziobro. He is simply meant to end up in custody at all costs, because the aim is to satisfy the revenge cravings of a part of KO voters. That's what it's really all about. It's about this spectacle, about throwing Zbigniew Ziobro to the wolves, so that the crowd that expects it roars with delight - said Jacek Sasin in “Sygnały dnia” (Signals of the Day) on PR1.

- I think I will make a final decision within a week. I have not [made a decision yet], and have you heard me announce my candidacy? - Paulina Hennig-Kloska said in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM.

- I would very gladly support Michał Kobosko, the former first vice-chairman. We are in contact, and I believe we are close to supporting this decision. Michał is a person I would not want to run against; I would prefer to support him - Hennig-Kloska continued.

- I am applying, for example, to make intervention purchase prices more realistic, because they haven't changed since 2007 and we can pay a maximum of 103 euros per ton of grain, which in no way satisfies Polish farmers, and we are trying to do that, to change it. Why do I say 'we are trying', because not everything depends on us - said Stefan Krajewski on Radio Zet.

- Yes - he continued, when asked if "we really have to consult every action with Brussels?".

- That would be so-called prohibited aid, and that is associated with penalties - he continued, when pressed whether Poland does not have sovereign agricultural policy.

"This embargo can always be lifted, provided we receive adequate assistance from Brussels, because we remember that we were supposed to receive compensation due to closed borders and the difficult situation," said Stefan Krajewski in an interview with Radio Zet, when asked about "Brussels threatening us with fines if Poland does not lift the embargo on Ukrainian grain" and what will be done about it.

"This European solidarity is very important, but only when it's time to demand from everyone. When we turn to other member states, saying we have a difficult situation due to the influx in 2022-2023, an excessive influx of products from Ukraine, then there is no understanding for that across the entire European Union," he continued.

"Yes," he went on to say, when asked if there is still no understanding now, because compensation has still not been received.

"It's easier to talk to those member states in Central and Eastern Europe; the further west you go, the harder it is to explain, there is less understanding among ministers. I mainly talk with the ministers of agriculture, of course, but these are ongoing conversations, and that's why we haven't lifted this embargo on products," he added, when asked what he will do.

"If we do not receive additional assurances and consent, I have no intention of lifting the embargo, because we might have a problem again soon," he stated, when asked if the embargo will not be lifted in the near future.

"Of course, if we agree with the European Commission, we might try to lift the embargo on one of the products, for example, for a certain period, e.g., on sunflower seeds [...] lift the embargo for a while, conduct analysis and control at the border, and if we see that it is starting to have an excessive impact, I will have no problem reintroducing such an embargo," he declared, when asked if he is not afraid of fines.

"There's no such talk," he said, when asked if there is no question of lifting the embargo on Ukrainian grain by the end of the year.

- We are capable, I think, of signing a pact with the devil with anyone, in order to enable all of us to replace the prime minister. - We are meeting today to demand accountability from state officials currently responsible for the issue of a plot of land that should have been designated for CPK infrastructure but ended up in private hands. It fell into private hands during the PiS government's tenure, and for that, PiS politicians should be held accountable. However, it is not returning to state ownership to serve this investment due to administrative obstruction from the current government, specifically within KOWR, headed by PSL politician Henryk Smolarz - said Krzysztof Bosak at a press conference.

- We are therefore demanding the resignation from his post, the dismissal of Mr. MP Henryk Smolarz. We demand that he step down from his position - Krzysztof Bosak continued to say.

Today, parliamentary committees are used by the current ruling team as a theatre for their political games; these are farces that cost millions of zlotys, where theatre takes place, non-substantive discussion, and constant exchanges of insults, building narratives for their electorates, and in fact, no accountability is established - said Wojciech Machulski at a press conference.

On Thursday at 23:30, the Sejm will hear the report of the committee regarding the motion filed by the Head of Investigation Team No. 2 of the National Public Prosecutor's Office on October 28, 2025, requesting the Sejm's consent to bring MP Zbigniew Ziobro to criminal responsibility, detain him, and place him in temporary arrest.

The ruling coalition is in a hurry because it wants to conduct the vote the very next day, on Friday – in the block between 17:30 and 19:30. Earlier, at 16:00 on Thursday, the parliamentary committee will consider the motion.

In total, therefore, the motion concerning the former Minister of Justice will be processed at an express pace, within approximately 24 hours.

- I spoke with the Minister of Health on this [...] matter just a moment ago; funds are being transferred, and there will be no delays here. The Ministry of Health is in control of this situation - said Adam Szłapka at a press conference, when asked about information regarding hospitals postponing procedures until next year.

- First, I will quote Zbigniew Ziobro: "Honest people have nothing to fear," and the behavior of a very close associate of Zbigniew Ziobro, Mr. Romanowski, who has been hiding in Hungary for a long time, contradicts this principle - said Adam Szłapka at a press conference, when asked about an alleged decision made by the prosecution that Zbigniew Ziobro's arrest was to take place immediately after he crossed the border.

- The prosecution intends to press [...] 26 charges against Mr. Zbigniew Ziobro. One of these charges is of the gravest importance, leading an organized criminal group - he continued.
