Tuesday's Political Agenda: Government Session, Czarnek's Conference, Commissions on Glapiński and Pegasus

At 11:30 AM, a conference by MP Przemysław Czarnek will take place in Warsaw.

At 12:00 PM, the Council of Ministers session will commence. The agenda includes, among other items, a draft amendment to the resolution on the approval of the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025-2026, as well as one deregulation project.

At 12:00 PM, the Sejm's Constitutional Accountability Committee will hear – in a closed session – two individuals (Kamil Zubelewicz and Tomasz Wyłuda), in connection with the preliminary motion to hold the President of the National Bank of Poland, Adam Glapiński, constitutionally accountable before the State Tribunal.

At 4:00 PM, the Pegasus investigative committee will convene for a closed session. The agenda includes current matters and the consideration of evidence motions.

07:49

Kierwiński on Ziobro:

I Assume He Hasn't Returned From Hungary Yet.

- I don't know that [I don't know where Zbigniew Ziobro is]. I assume he hasn't returned from Hungary yet, but I say I assume because there are no formal grounds yet for the services to search for Mr. Ziobro. We are acting in accordance with the law - stated Marcin Kierwiński in "Piasecki's Conversation" on TVN24.

07:56

Kierwiński on Ziobro:

One Thing is Certain for Me.

- One thing is certain for me – with such strong accusations and at such a high position that Mr. Ziobro held, this type of proceeding is, in my opinion, justified. And the fact that we live in a world where a former Minister of Justice organized mafias within the Ministry of Justice, well, it shows what kind of government that was – stated Marcin Kierwiński in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

07:58

Kierwiński:

This Arrangement Didn't End with Ziobro

- If anyone is afraid of Ziobro's testimony today, it's the likes of Matecki, the so-called PiS politicians. I think they are the ones who fear what Ziobro might say during the hearing. After all, this arrangement didn't end with Ziobro. It's not as if it was just the Ministry of Justice and no one else was involved. It was the entire camp of power that was engaged in supporting these despicable actions that Ziobro undertook - stated Marcin Kierwiński in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

08:00

Kierwiński on the plot of land:

In the end, it will be a simple corruption case.

- Yes, I believe that in the end it will be a simple corruption case [concerning the plot of land]. That is to say, someone agreed with someone else to profit from the plot, and now who was part of this arrangement, who made the money, or who wanted to make it – that is for the prosecution to establish - stated Marcin Kierwiński in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

08:10

Sasin:

The Verdict on Ziobro Has Already Been Rendered. We Live in Times of Complete Judicial Subservience

- I completely understand Minister Zbigniew Ziobro's stance on not renouncing his immunity. It would probably be entirely different if he could count on a fair trial in Poland, if the charges brought against him could be refuted in a free process. Today, he cannot count on that - said Jacek Sasin in an interview with Karol Surówka on "Sygnały dnia" PR1.

- The verdict has been rendered against him […], even before his immunity was lifted, let alone the commencement of any proceedings. Today, unfortunately, we live in a situation that we probably haven't known since '89, since the fall of communism – complete judicial subservience, political subordination - he assessed.

08:12

Will Hołownia Cease to Be the Speaker? Kierwiński Responds

- Yes [Szymon Hołownia will cease to be the Speaker]. It seems to me that nothing [will stand in the way], Marshal Hołownia realizes that agreements he signed must be respected - stated Marcin Kierwiński in the "Piasecki's Conversation" on TVN24.

08:17

Poland Against New EU Climate Targets for 2040

- Poland will vote against. We believe that such targets for countries like ours are too ambitious. They don't even stem from EU averages. As for the majority, we have so far managed to assemble one, and very importantly, if this law is adopted today, many amendments beneficial to Poland have been introduced into it - said Paulina Hennig-Kloska in the “Morning Conversation” on RMF FM.

- Certainly, the exclusion of the defense industry from the European Union's climate policy. This may not be important from the perspective of the average citizen, but it is very significant for our budget expenditures. Secondly, it is the fact that if we see that climate policy, as we say, will be too burdensome for the economy, there will be revisions of this policy in 2030 and 2035 regarding the target for 2040 - Paulina Hennig-Kloska continued.

08:21

Hennig-Kloska:

Święczkowski Wanted to Interrogate the Marshal Yesterday

- To my knowledge, the prosecution has asked all questions, there are no further questions, and yesterday Mr. Święczkowski, who is not a representative of the prosecution but of the Constitutional Tribunal, wanted to interrogate the Marshal - said Paulina Hennig-Kloska in RMF FM's “Morning Interview”.

08:24

Sasin:

If Ziobro Returns to Poland, He Could Lose His Life

- The minister [Zbigniew Ziobro] is a very seriously ill person. He is not entirely healthy, not cured. He must constantly undergo medical procedures, examinations, and also take medication. Prison is not a place where a cancer patient can receive treatment in peace - said Jacek Sasin on "Sygnały dnia" PR1.

- Therefore, such a return [to Poland] for the minister is simply associated with a risk to his life - he stated.

08:32

Sasin on actions against Ziobro:

Thrown to the wolves to make the crowd roar with delight.

- There is a political order against Zbigniew Ziobro. He is simply meant to end up in custody at all costs, because the aim is to satisfy the revenge cravings of a part of KO voters. That's what it's really all about. It's about this spectacle, about throwing Zbigniew Ziobro to the wolves, so that the crowd that expects it roars with delight - said Jacek Sasin in “Sygnały dnia” (Signals of the Day) on PR1.

08:33

Hennig-Kloska Considers Running for Poland 2050 Leadership

- I think I will make a final decision within a week. I have not [made a decision yet], and have you heard me announce my candidacy? - Paulina Hennig-Kloska said in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM.

- I would very gladly support Michał Kobosko, the former first vice-chairman. We are in contact, and I believe we are close to supporting this decision. Michał is a person I would not want to run against; I would prefer to support him - Hennig-Kloska continued.

08:34

Head of KOWR to Resign? Agriculture Minister Makes Firm Declaration

- It all depends on the results of the audit I've ordered, which will present things clearly and, I hope, in a short time, because that's the order I gave – that this audit should last a maximum of two weeks, unless additional threads emerge – said Stefan Krajewski in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program "Gość Radia Zet", when asked if the head of KOWR, Henryk Smolarz, should resign.

- If there were irregularities or a failure to fulfill duties by employees of the National Support Centre for Agriculture, consequences have been drawn, and consequences will also be drawn – he emphasized later in the conversation.

- There are no sacred cows anywhere. I truly have no fear or trepidation about making the toughest decisions, and I will make them – he continued, when pressed whether he would dismiss Henryk Smolarz if the commission he appointed found violations or irregularities.

- If there are such findings, I will not shy away from any decision – he added, responding to the host's statement, "if necessary, you will dismiss him".

08:43

Sasin:

Telus Made a Political Mistake

- It would probably have been better if this transaction [the sale of land for CPK] had not happened, because politically, as is evident today, it is something that is hitting PiS. Minister Telus made a political mistake here. He should have foreseen the consequences of this and that it could be used in this way to create a certain type of scandal - said Jacek Sasin on "Sygnały dnia" PR1.

- However, at least today, to my knowledge, certainly not complete, there has been no breach of law or any crime here - he added.

08:47

40% Support for PiS? Sasin: Such Poll Increases Are Possible

- We definitely want to rally the troops and we will certainly avoid any topics that will be demobilizing. [...] We tell our people: today we have 30% in the polls, in the last election we had 35%, we can have 40%, because the history of recent years has shown that such poll increases are possible. Moreover, we also have the result of the last presidential election, which shows that polls are not reliable - said Jacek Sasin in "Sygnały dnia" on PR1.

08:48

First Findings from the Audit Are In: Krajewski Details CPK Land Deal

- We already have the first findings from this audit, that between the first decision, between the first signature, which turned out to be unsuccessful, of Minister Romanowski, and the second, when the decision to sell the plot was made, CPK was in correspondence with KOWR regarding these specific plots, specific plot numbers, and this was not taken into account in any way - said Stefan Krajewski on Radio Zet.

- Yes, the head of KOWR, but he also acted actually on the order or with the consent of the Minister of Agriculture - he continued, when asked if the head of KOWR did not take this into account.

- Earlier, Robert Telus, then we had a two-week government, Minister Gembicka, on December 1st, a notarial deed was concluded between the National Support Centre for Agriculture and Mr. Wielgomas - he went on to say.

08:49

Tusk Compares Russian Oligarchs with PiS Members:

Both Sides for the Good of the Nation.

- In Russia, oligarchs used large sums of money to seize power. In Poland, PiS members used power to gain large sums of money. Both sides, of course, for the good of the nation - Prime Minister Donald Tusk wrote on social media.

08:53

Morawiecki Declares Health Service ALERT: Hospitals Are Out of Funds, Procedures Are Being Canceled

- I am declaring an ALERT in the health service! Hospitals are out of money, procedures are being canceled - wrote Mateusz Morawiecki on social media.

- This is no longer a problem for one hospital – it is a problem for all of Poland. Will they continue to boast about indicators and announce breakthroughs? - the former prime minister emphasized.

08:54

Does Poland Have to Consult Every Measure for Farmer Support with Brussels? Krajewski Speaks Plainly

- I am applying, for example, to make intervention purchase prices more realistic, because they haven't changed since 2007 and we can pay a maximum of 103 euros per ton of grain, which in no way satisfies Polish farmers, and we are trying to do that, to change it. Why do I say 'we are trying', because not everything depends on us - said Stefan Krajewski on Radio Zet.

- Yes - he continued, when asked if "we really have to consult every action with Brussels?".

- That would be so-called prohibited aid, and that is associated with penalties - he continued, when pressed whether Poland does not have sovereign agricultural policy.

09:05

Krajewski on the Lack of Compensation for Poland and the Future of the Ukrainian Grain Embargo:

There's No Understanding in the EU.

"This embargo can always be lifted, provided we receive adequate assistance from Brussels, because we remember that we were supposed to receive compensation due to closed borders and the difficult situation," said Stefan Krajewski in an interview with Radio Zet, when asked about "Brussels threatening us with fines if Poland does not lift the embargo on Ukrainian grain" and what will be done about it.

"This European solidarity is very important, but only when it's time to demand from everyone. When we turn to other member states, saying we have a difficult situation due to the influx in 2022-2023, an excessive influx of products from Ukraine, then there is no understanding for that across the entire European Union," he continued.

"Yes," he went on to say, when asked if there is still no understanding now, because compensation has still not been received.

"It's easier to talk to those member states in Central and Eastern Europe; the further west you go, the harder it is to explain, there is less understanding among ministers. I mainly talk with the ministers of agriculture, of course, but these are ongoing conversations, and that's why we haven't lifted this embargo on products," he added, when asked what he will do.

"If we do not receive additional assurances and consent, I have no intention of lifting the embargo, because we might have a problem again soon," he stated, when asked if the embargo will not be lifted in the near future.

"Of course, if we agree with the European Commission, we might try to lift the embargo on one of the products, for example, for a certain period, e.g., on sunflower seeds [...] lift the embargo for a while, conduct analysis and control at the border, and if we see that it is starting to have an excessive impact, I will have no problem reintroducing such an embargo," he declared, when asked if he is not afraid of fines.

"There's no such talk," he said, when asked if there is no question of lifting the embargo on Ukrainian grain by the end of the year.

09:35

Prime Minister Change? Confederation Club Leader Speaks of Readiness to Sign a 'Pact with the Devil'

- We are capable, I think, of signing a pact with the devil with anyone, in order to enable all of us to replace the prime minister. The current prime minister is a bad prime minister, a prime minister who often makes decisions that, in my assessment, are deeply anti-Polish - said Grzegorz Płaczek in the program 'First Conversation of the Day' on TV Republika.

- Every decision, every meeting that could make it more likely that the current government will fall apart, is a meeting we must attend - indicated the head of the Confederation club.

- It is known that when one looks for coalition partners, one talks to many parties, and, as far as I understand the current situation on the political market, we will be sitting down at the table with everyone. Because voters also expect us to see which party is closest to us - he continued.

- It is obvious which party is closest to us. I think that in this air-conditioned studio, that answer has been given many times already - he stated.

10:04

Will the President Not Sign Żurek's Law? Deputy Minister on a 'Plan B'

- If President Nawrocki does not sign this [so-called rule of law law], we cannot afford to have the judiciary function without a normal promotion procedure for another 4 years from May next year, because that's when the current term of the National Council of the Judiciary ends - stated Dariusz Mazur in a conversation with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News' 'Graffiti'.

- Plan B is to, in such a situation, first conduct preliminary elections at the level of judicial self-government, which would then be approved by parliament - the Deputy Minister of Justice continued.

10:30

Gliński:

Tusk is on the verge of psychopathic actions

- Donald Tusk is essentially on the verge of psychopathic actions. In fact, it's very possible he wants to throw the entire opposition into prison because, as the Prime Minister of the Polish government, he has services and the police under him and can make these kinds of decisions. We'll see how long society's patience lasts - said Piotr Gliński in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on "Sedno Sprawy" (The Heart of the Matter) on Radio Plus.

10:44

Gliński:

Currently in Poland, Tusk Makes Decisions, Not Courts or Prosecutors

- We know perfectly well that in the current reality in Poland, governed by Tusk, these decisions are made by Tusk, not by any courts or prosecutors. I remind you that the prosecution was seized by force. Prosecutors who consider themselves national prosecutors are not national prosecutors - said Piotr Gliński in "Sedno Sprawy" on Radio Plus.

- Similarly, regarding the functioning of Polish courts, Żurek is changing the appointments of court presidents against the law. They also want to eliminate the principle of random assignment, although in practice it is already manipulated and not functioning. Well, practically no one in Poland has trust in the judiciary - he continued.

- And under such circumstances, they want to, without a court additionally, put a prominent opposition politician in custody. Yes, of course, without a court verdict. [...] It is known that Tusk is after the spectacle, to put Zbigniew Ziobro in custody. To show him in handcuffs, so that they can talk about thefts in terms of image. Meanwhile, the matter concerns political decisions - he assessed.

10:49

Ziobro Notifies Prosecutor's Office Regarding Żurek:

The Request is Ineffective by Law.

- The National Prosecutor's request to lift my immunity was signed by another person. Minister Żurek, by sending it to the Sejm, certified falsehood - wrote Zbigniew Ziobro on social media.

- I have filed a notification of suspicion of committing a crime by Żurek, as well as by Prosecutor Piotr Woźniak, who signed a document that was not his. Such a request is ineffective by law and should not be considered - emphasized the former Minister of Justice.

11:22

"You Now Know Why They Took Over the Judiciary." Kaczyński on "Coalition Politicians Funded by Criminals"

- Coalition politicians of December 13th funded by criminals? Yes, this is Poland A.D. 2025. The prosecution's reaction? NONE. You now know why they took over the judiciary… - wrote Jarosław Kaczyński on social media.

12:12

Czarnek:

The onslaught against Ziobro, a terminally ill man, is brutal

- As you have seen, Mr. Zbigniew Ziobro has appeared at all summons. Sometimes those who summoned him did not want to question him and even called for the Marshal's Guard to prevent him from attending the proceedings of an illegal commission, which he wished to appear before. Therefore, I am convinced that if the conditions were normal, and I hope they will be ensured after these votes, conditions for simply questioning Minister Zbigniew Ziobro, he will appear as he has so far - said Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference.

- I do not know where he is at the moment; I do not make it a habit to ask my colleagues what they are doing before or after a Sejm session. I would like to draw the editor's attention to the fact that this is a topic that you have indeed been harping on for two years. The onslaught against Minister Ziobro, a terminally ill man, is brutal and defies all standards of a civilized state - Przemysław Czarnek continued.

12:12

Bochenek on Łukasiewicz Research Network Land: This Smells Like Another Land Grab on a State Institution by People Linked to the PSL Environment

- This really smells like a gigantic land grab on another state institution by people linked to the PSL environment in this case, where state treasury assets are to be sold off for next to nothing. We are here to raise the alarm, to stop these transactions, which are harmful from the perspective of the Polish state, but also from the perspective of development projects that these investments, which were supposed to be created there, were meant to support. Today, these investments are in question - said Rafał Bochenek at a press conference.

12:19

Kaczyński Speaks on Ziobro and His Potential Return to Poland: Words of 'Murder' and 'Death Sentence' Used

- Anyone who demands the arrest, moreover, on charges completely unrelated to criminal law, of a seriously ill person, for whom death is simply a risk, and demands their imprisonment, is themselves a criminal - said Jarosław Kaczyński in a conversation with journalists, when asked about the case of Zbigniew Ziobro and his immunity.

- Everyone has the right to defend their life, in this case it is about life - he continued, when asked what Ziobro should do.

- I don't know where he is at the moment - he went on to say, when asked if he knew where the former Minister of Justice was.

- In order to have him essentially murdered? - he responded to the question of whether Ziobro should return.

- If someone very seriously ill, who requires constant, very serious medical care, is placed in prison, it is essentially equivalent to a death sentence - he added, when asked who would murder the former minister.

12:21

Czarnek Announces Removal of Judges from the Profession

- All those judges who today overturn convictions, even of murderers who admitted guilt to life imprisonment for the murder of their wife and children with particular cruelty, all those judges who overturn these verdicts because they think there are some neo-judges in the courts, and thus undermine the prerogatives of the President of the Republic of Poland and disregard the provisions of the constitution and laws, we will hold them accountable disciplinarily and cause their removal from the judicial profession - said Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference.

- It is not possible in Poland to tolerate a situation where a judge, for reasons completely devoid of legal basis, overturns a life sentence for a murderer who himself admitted to the murder of his wife and children - Przemysław Czarnek continued.

12:30

Kaczyński's Sniping at Konfederacja:

An Extreme, Not Very Extensive Group.

- No, I've been to the Independence March several times, and it's a march for all patriotic Poles - said Jarosław Kaczyński in a conversation with journalists, when asked if he would participate in the Independence March, or if it was just Konfederacja's march.

- Therefore, we do not recognize any kind of ownership of this march, nor the acknowledgment that it belongs only to some single, and moreover, extreme and perhaps not very extensive political group - he continued.

12:34

Tusk Appeals to Ziobro, Words of 'Wimp' Are Heard

- I would most willingly turn directly to the minister. I am convinced that you do not want to go down in history as a coward or a wimp, and that you will appear before an independent judiciary in Poland - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a government meeting.

- The charges are serious, and the only way to explain oneself regarding these charges is to proceed in accordance with the law, with regulations, so that law and justice triumph in Poland, and that is the only path, the only method - he continued.

- Fleeing or seeking asylum, whether in Budapest, like your colleague, or like another colleague, in Belarus, all of this puts both you, the minister, and everyone involved in this matter in a very bad light, and implies, though not yet fully explained at this moment, ugly dealings that reek from a distance - the head of government emphasized.

12:36

Tusk on the CPK land issue:

Further actions are being taken.

- Today, I will also be expecting information from the Minister of Justice regarding further actions related to the so-called CPK land issue. I know that the Minister has already informed me that further actions are being taken - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a government meeting.

12:42

Tusk's Government Wants a 'Red Button' for the Internet. PiS Releases Spot About Censorship

"They say it's about security, but it's not security, it's censorship" - says the narrator in a spot published by PiS on X.

"One official's decision, an entire portal disappears, all truth silenced. Tusk's government wants a red button for the internet. It's not a scalpel. It's a digital guillotine" - he continues.

13:41

Bosak Demands Resignation of KOWR Head

- We are meeting today to demand accountability from state officials currently responsible for the issue of a plot of land that should have been designated for CPK infrastructure but ended up in private hands. It fell into private hands during the PiS government's tenure, and for that, PiS politicians should be held accountable. However, it is not returning to state ownership to serve this investment due to administrative obstruction from the current government, specifically within KOWR, headed by PSL politician Henryk Smolarz - said Krzysztof Bosak at a press conference.

- We are therefore demanding the resignation from his post, the dismissal of Mr. MP Henryk Smolarz. We demand that he step down from his position - Krzysztof Bosak continued to say.

14:02

Bosak on the Head of KOWR: If the PSL Has Someone Smarter in its Ranks, Let Them Delegate Him to This Position

- If, on the other hand, the PSL has someone smarter in its ranks, let them delegate him to this position; perhaps he won't talk about corn, but about land for a railway line that is to lead to CPK or other elements of state infrastructure - said Krzysztof Bosak at a press conference.

14:03

Bosak Opposes the "Cardboard State" Standard

- We do not agree to misleading other state institutions, we do not agree to the ignoring or obstruction of investments of strategic importance, we do not agree to people in leadership positions excusing themselves by saying they have a lot of matters, a lot of duties, they were on vacation, they don't really know anything, and in sum they are not responsible for anything, because they signed documents without reading them. This standard is the standard of a "cardboard state." - said Krzysztof Bosak at a press conference.

14:04

Machulski on KOWR: This Land Deal Should Be Investigated by a Parliamentary Committee

- We believe that precisely such a matter should be the subject of an investigation, perhaps by a parliamentary committee. Today, parliamentary committees are used by the current ruling team as a theatre for their political games; these are farces that cost millions of zlotys, where theatre takes place, non-substantive discussion, and constant exchanges of insults, building narratives for their electorates, and in fact, no accountability is established - said Wojciech Machulski at a press conference.

14:08

Sejm Express Train on Track - MPs to Address Motion on Ziobro Before Midnight

On Thursday at 23:30, the Sejm will hear the report of the committee regarding the motion filed by the Head of Investigation Team No. 2 of the National Public Prosecutor's Office on October 28, 2025, requesting the Sejm's consent to bring MP Zbigniew Ziobro to criminal responsibility, detain him, and place him in temporary arrest.

The ruling coalition is in a hurry because it wants to conduct the vote the very next day, on Friday – in the block between 17:30 and 19:30. Earlier, at 16:00 on Thursday, the parliamentary committee will consider the motion.

In total, therefore, the motion concerning the former Minister of Justice will be processed at an express pace, within approximately 24 hours.

14:46

Szłapka on Procedure Implementation in Hospitals:

There Will Be No Delays, the Ministry is in Control of the Situation.

- I spoke with the Minister of Health on this [...] matter just a moment ago; funds are being transferred, and there will be no delays here. The Ministry of Health is in control of this situation - said Adam Szłapka at a press conference, when asked about information regarding hospitals postponing procedures until next year.

14:53

Szłapka on the Ziobro case and potential prosecution actions:

I assume he won't be a coward.

- First, I will quote Zbigniew Ziobro: "Honest people have nothing to fear," and the behavior of a very close associate of Zbigniew Ziobro, Mr. Romanowski, who has been hiding in Hungary for a long time, contradicts this principle - said Adam Szłapka at a press conference, when asked about an alleged decision made by the prosecution that Zbigniew Ziobro's arrest was to take place immediately after he crossed the border.

- The prosecution intends to press [...] 26 charges against Mr. Zbigniew Ziobro. One of these charges is of the gravest importance, leading an organized criminal group - he continued.

- Honest people have nothing to fear, and this is Zbigniew Ziobro's statement; I assume he will not be a coward in the face of justice. The prosecution will apply the measures it deems appropriate - he went on to say.

- On Friday, as far as I know, there will be a vote on immunity. I understand that if Minister Ziobro considers himself an honest person, then in accordance with his obligations as a parliamentarian, he will participate in this vote and will then defend himself in court - he added.

15:05

Another Tweet from Kaczyński:

You Say We Have Independent Courts Today?

- You say we have independent courts today? Well, I appeared in court today - although attendance was not mandatory - and I couldn't believe my eyes: Tomasz Trębicki, son of PO activist Zofia Trębicka, former director of Marcin Kierwiński's parliamentary office, was sitting in a judge's robe... - wrote Jarosław Kaczyński on social media.

- What's more, this is a judge promoted by Mr. Żurek to the position of President of the District Court in Warsaw-Śródmieście, who is extremely politically involved on a daily basis. Do you have any doubts left why they wanted to take over the judiciary so badly? - emphasized the PiS chairman.

17:04

17:12

Szydło:

I'm with the Miners Today. I Support Them

- I am with the miners today – there in Katowice, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for them. I support them because I believe that it is they who can still stop this madness that is destroying the European economy at this moment – stated Beata Szydło on TV Republika.

- But they are also capable, I hope they are capable of exerting such pressure on the Polish government that it will finally start doing something beyond various kinds of declarations, PR entries, or announcements that the current Polish Prime Minister announces as successes. I hope that the Polish government will truly stand on the side of the economy and on the side of Polish mining – the former Prime Minister continued.

20:12

Petru:

Ziobro is Afraid. He Knows There Are Crown Witnesses, Recordings, Notes

- He [Zbigniew Ziobro] is simply afraid. He knows exactly what he did. He knows there are crown witnesses, recordings, notes. He is fully aware of the charges against him and will maintain this narrative that he is innocent, and will suggest that he is so ill that he cannot appear in court and testify. This only shows that he is a person who knows exactly what actions he committed until the very end - said Ryszard Petru in "Question of the Day" on TVP Info.

20:24

Wipler:

I Will Vote Against Such Immunity Revocation

- If we are in a situation where we have to vote on 26 charges in a single vote, some of which are worth considering, while others are absurd, and people already disinclined towards Zbigniew Ziobro are pointing out in the media that certain arguments are far-fetched and untenable, then if someone forces us to vote on 26 different arguments at once, I will vote against such a revocation of immunity. Especially, it shouldn't be the case that immunity is something that only protects MPs from the ruling coalition, while for the opposition it is revoked - said Przemysław Wipler on TVN24's "Kropka nad i".

20:25

Petru:

I'm betting Ziobro will turn out to be a coward and a weakling

- I read the irony [of Prime Minister Donald Tusk]. I agree completely that Ziobro has a chance to show he is neither a coward nor a weakling. But I am betting, however, that he will turn out to be both a coward and a weakling in one, and this will probably happen on Friday or Saturday. If he's not present for the vote on Friday, it will mean he's hiding somewhere - said Ryszard Petru on TVP Info's 'Question of the Day'.

20:33

Wipler on PiS politicians responsible for selling KOWR land:

Worse than the Indians who sold Manhattan.

- The MPs and politicians from PiS who allowed a plot of land worth 400 million to be sold for 22 million are worse than the Indians who sold Manhattan island for 24 dollars, or rather, for calico and beads worth 24 dollars - said Przemysław Wipler on TVN24's "Kropka nad i".

20:42

Petru on the Motion for Ziobro's Arrest:
