President Karol Nawrocki will be visiting the Lublin Voivodeship. At 10:00 AM, he will participate in the IV International Conference "Between Information and Disinformation," and at 12:30 PM – in the inauguration of the 2025/2026 academic year at Akademia Zamojska.

At 8:00 PM, the President and his wife, Marta Nawrocka, will attend a concert by the laureates of the XIX International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition.

At 10:30 AM in Warsaw, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz will meet with the Minister of Defence of Sweden, Pål Jonson, and will participate in the Polish-Swedish Defence Industry Forum.

At 11:00 AM, a government session will commence. The agenda includes, among other items, a draft amendment to the act on the national cybersecurity system and a draft act on data management.

Ministers will also address a draft amendment to certain acts aimed at improving the actions of the Polish Armed Forces in the event of a state security threat in Polish maritime areas and ensuring security in the Baltic Sea, as well as a draft on establishing the "Police, Border Guard, State Fire Service, and State Protection Service Modernisation Programme for 2026–2029.".

The government will also hear information on the actions taken by Poland to implement the Council's recommendation within the excessive deficit procedure.

At 12:30 PM in the Sejm, a press conference will be held by PiS MPs Michał Moskal and Łukasz Kmita.

It is hardly a coincidence that a few weeks ago, Kaczyński spoke about Bąkiewicz, a man who uses fascist-like language, calling him a very intelligent and excellent person, and gave him a platform at his own rally. - said Marcin Kierwiński on "Gość Radia Zet". 

- It is evident that Kaczyński and Bąkiewicz have much in common, and that common denominator is hatred and the propagation of hatred. - Marcin Kierwiński continued.

- Poland will not accept any migrants, nor will it participate in any relocation mechanism. We have been saying this for many months. Prime Minister Donald Tusk has been very firm on this, and we are seeing the results - said Marcin Kierwiński on „Gość Radia Zet”.

- The PiS government removed civil defence from Polish legislation. They removed civil defence from Polish legislation. They even wanted to go further; they wanted to liquidate the government security centre, an institution that is actually supposed to inform and gather information about threats. - No one is more effective at defeating PiS than Donald Tusk. If Donald Tusk wins in 2027, and he will win, I am convinced of that, and we will win with him, those who in these polls say something needs to change will say “no, everything is great” - said Marcin Kierwiński on “Gość Radia Zet”.

- No, someone is trying to cause harm here… I think this harms the Marshal's chances of taking up a position at the UN. So these are unnecessary speculations, I don't know who initiated them. Therefore, no, I would not link these matters - Radosław Sikorski said on "Morning Guest" on Radio Rodzina, when asked about media reports regarding Szymon Hołownia's contingency plan to become ambassador to the US.

- In this matter, the more silence, the greater the chances of success - said Radosław Sikorski in the “Morning Guest” program on Radio Rodzina, when asked if a meeting with the president regarding ambassadorial appointments would take place in the near future.

- I very much expect to see a real impact of the President and the PiS camp, which has appointed itself the representative of the MAGA movement in Europe, on American policy towards Ukraine and, above all, Russia. Because another member of the MAGA movement there, Viktor Orbán, whispers things into President Trump's ear that are bad for the prospects of peace - said Radosław Sikorski in "Morning Guest" on Radio Rodzina.

- The entire idea of reforms I wanted to push was to take away from judges those decisions that do not belong to the sphere of the third branch of power and transfer them to the competence of the legislative branch, and that, one could say, is what the war was about - said Zbigniew Ziobro in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on the Radio Plus program "Sedno Sprawy" (The Essence of the Matter).

- That's right - he continued, when asked if he was primarily referring to changes in the National Council of the Judiciary (KRS).

- My reform of the Supreme Court never came into effect. This is the President's reform, which was ultimately enacted, and which I warned President Andrzej Duda against, pointing out that if he kept judges in the Supreme Court who contest the Polish legal and democratic order [...] then there would be anarchy in the Supreme Court, no progress, and no solution to any problem. And that is indeed what happened - said Zbigniew Ziobro on Radio Plus.

- It is mistakenly attributed to me [...] that this reform and the act on the Supreme Court, which is still in force today, are my work. No, it is not my work - he continued.

- These were not my reforms; they were President Andrzej Duda's reforms, which are mistakenly attributed to me to this day, and which I warned the President against. My reforms were unfortunately blocked; they aimed at consistently removing from the Supreme Court judges who openly stated that they would not accept the changes we wanted to implement - he continued.

- We cannot guarantee that an independent Polish court wouldn't order the government to ground such a hypothetical plane in order to hand over the suspect to the tribunal in The Hague - stated Radosław Sikorski in Radio Rodzina's "Morning Guest," when asked if Poland should allow Putin to fly over its territory.

- I think the Russian side knows this, and therefore, if this summit [in Budapest] is to happen - hopefully with the participation of the victim of aggression - it will be via a different route. […] There is a theoretical possibility of flying over Turkey, Montenegro, and Serbia - he continued.

- The AfD says something that mainstream parties in the Federal Republic of Germany, especially the CDU/CSU, would not dare to say. And I want to say that the AfD simultaneously represents a position that all parties of the West German establishment have held, at least since the grand concept of Eastern policy implemented somewhere around the turn of the 1960s/70s, up until 2022. - In fact, as President of Poland, I am engaged in nothing else but the consistent implementation of what I stated during the election campaign, the Plan 21 program. I dedicate all my efforts to ensuring that what I promised in the election campaign is realized within 5 years - stated President Karol Nawrocki during the "Between Information and Disinformation" conference in Tomaszów Lubelski.

- I do not intend to introduce the recently publicly known arithmetic into the implementation of my program and Plan 21, suggesting that since I received 51%, it means 'no'. Plan 21 remains in effect - he continued.

- Above all, I will do everything to prevent war from breaking out. The future of Poland is being decided today - said President Karol Nawrocki during the conference "Between information and disinformation" in Tomaszów Lubelski, when asked what he would do in a situation where war broke out.

- I consider my task, including as commander-in-chief of the armed forces, to be primarily to conduct diplomatic actions that will ensure Poland is not affected by war. This is one of the main tasks of the president, and that Polish soldiers – I guaranteed this during the election campaign and I certainly stand by it – will not die in Ukraine and will not go to Ukraine - he continued.

- If the Prime Minister is watching us, and the parliamentary majority, I encourage them to include 5% of GDP [for defense] in the budget act, in the draft - said President Karol Nawrocki during the conference "Between Information and Disinformation" in Tomaszów Lubelski.

- I do not share the outrage over the news of the former presidential couple's new activities. Either former presidents and prime ministers should be given decent pensions and required to stay away from business, or we should stop nitpicking. - Nothing indicates this, because I am not holding talks with anyone on this matter, and no one has offered me such an honorable position either, but please ask the gossips why they are gossiping, not me. As far as I know, the President also commented on these rumors, being somewhat surprised by them. As I repeat, no one has made such proposals to me, nor am I conducting any talks on this matter - said Szymon Hołownia in the Sejm in a conversation with journalists.

- I am focusing exclusively on two things. On completing my term as Marshal of the Sejm and on the recruitment process for the High Commissioner for Refugees, which has accelerated significantly in recent days. I can confirm what Minister Bartoszewski also told you yesterday. - I don't know of any example of a militarily strong state in the world that does not base its military strength on its own armaments industry. When the war in Ukraine broke out, we had to quickly buy off-the-shelf weapons that were available, but we are now at the end of the 4th year of the war, and today our fundamental condition for state strength, state resilience, and the defense of our country is to build Poland's armaments industry - said Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference.

- It is known that to wage war, to build a strong state resilience system, money, money, and again money is needed, and we left that money for our successors and we are watching them to see how they spend it - said Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference.

- The SAFE program involves loans, over 43 billion euros, which are to be spent on equipment. However, we still do not know what kind of equipment this will be. Therefore, we are addressing a request to the Minister of National Defense, Mr. Kosiniak-Kamysz, and to Prime Minister Donald Tusk, requesting the convocation of the parliamentary National Defense Committee and the presentation of detailed information on how the funds from the SAFE program are to be disbursed - said Michał Dworczyk at a press conference.

- Is it not true that a significant portion of these funds will be spent abroad, including with German and French defense corporations - Michał Dworczyk continued.

- Germany should be ashamed that its gas infrastructure led, and these voices are appearing very frequently in the press, to the war in Ukraine, that it was their money, their Energiewende, meaning their energy proposals, that led to the financing of the Kremlin's military efforts - said Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference.

- What's more, I want to emphasize one more thing that the public hasn't heard enough of, and that is that just before 2014, just before Putin's first attack on the Crimean peninsula in Ukraine. At enormous cost, the German army and German companies were increasing the combat capability of the Russian army. They were preparing the Russian army for an attack. Do you hear what I'm saying? They were simply preparing the Russian army for an attack, so Ukrainians can "thank" Germany for the attack in 2014 - said Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference.

At a press conference, PiS presented a new spot for the party.

- The SAFE program, which was meant to support the Polish army, will not actually bring new money for army modernization. It will only replace funds from the armed forces support funds, burdening the Ministry of National Defence (MON) budget with additional obligations. A slowdown in modernization is already visible. Next year, the defence ministry will allocate almost 10% less for it than in the current year. Meanwhile, the fund's debt is projected to increase to over 170 billion zlotys by the end of 2026 - says the narrator in the recording.

- We need change. It's time to introduce a real tax on banks' record profits with the aim of relieving the MON budget. It's time to expand the armed forces support fund to include domestic defence investments. Mr. Tusk, get to work - the narrator continues.

- The first is the modernization program for the Police, Border Guard, State Fire Service, and Government Protection Bureau for the years 2026-2029, submitted by the Minister of Interior and Administration. This is a record PLN 13 billion allocated for the modernization of the Police, Border Guard, State Fire Service, and Government Protection Bureau. I don't need to explain to anyone how important the modernization of these services is today; in this case, we have paid special attention to equipping the police and the Border Guard with the most modern equipment - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a government session.

We have spoken about this, Minister Siemoniak has reported on it, the matter is developing, which means one thing – our actions, whether it be laws guaranteeing funding, or actions of an organizational or legal nature, are not solely preventive; they are actions through which the Polish state will be much more effective in combating threats here and now, today - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a government session.
 

- In this situation, I will quote the classic once again - in this case, the classic is Minister Woś's superior, and not just his superior environmentally, but also from Solidarna Polska, and also his superior at the ministry, Mr. Zbigniew Ziobro - the honest have nothing to fear - stated Adam Szłapka at a press conference.

- These topics were not on the government's agenda. I can only say that the Modern party has existed for 10 years, and for over 7 years it has been functioning within a good coalition, together with PO, and we will certainly strengthen and creatively develop this formula for cooperation within the Civic Coalition. Today he is focused on fighting for a position as a commissioner at the UN, and there is a growing group of our representatives supporting Mr. Marshal in this endeavor, because the chances, I hear, are increasing - said Paulina Hennig-Kloska in an interview with Beata Lubecka on "Three Questions at the End of the Day" on Radio Zet, when asked if Szymon Hołownia wants to be ambassador to the USA.

- To the best of my knowledge, there have never been such ideas, this is absolutely some fake news circulating in Warsaw and beyond, as far as I understand - she continued.

- There are no jokes here, because we left this government a public debt at 49% of GDP, with a tiny catch. As a curiosity, I can say that after 8 years of our rule, when we lowered taxes and spent significant funds on security and social policy, this debt decreased from 52% to around 49%. Now, in just 2 years, very soon, this year, it will exceed 60%, and solely because a portion of the expenditures is not included in the constitutional debt according to Polish law - stated Mateusz Morawiecki on wPolsce24 television.

- I believe that postponing this [ETS2] is possible [...] I also know that many member states expect a reduction in the impact on households, and we will fight for that - said Paulina Hennig-Kloska on Radio Zet.

- Although let's be honest: the best times for negotiating the shape of this directive were during the governments of our predecessors, who today are shouting about their own incompetence and ineffectiveness in the negotiation process - she continued.

- Future generations will have to repay this mountain of debt that Tusk produced. Perhaps this is a new economic law I can present to you: PO returns, the budget deficit grows - stated Mateusz Morawiecki on wPolsce24 television.

- I have no doubt that every gun owner should undergo periodic examinations [...]. There was such a postulate from various political circles that if this project concerned all gun owners, including from the PSL, they would be ready to support this type of project - said Paulina Hennig-Kloska in Radio Zet, when asked about mandatory examinations for hunters in connection with Poland 2050's new draft on this matter.

- Currently, the project submitted by our club, Poland 2050, goes exactly in this direction [...] it has been modified [...] however, I hope we will find a majority around it - she continued.

- It's not ruled out, but today we are still far from those decisions. The deadline for registering candidates is December 8th, and at the moment we are focused on current party matters - Paulina Hennig-Kloska stated on Radio Zet, when asked if she would "run in the race for Szymon Hołownia's succession in Poland 2050."

- What it depends on, likely on whether there will be other candidates whom I would be ready to support, or if I will decide that I prefer to take the reins of the party into my own hands - she continued.

- I remember tweets from the beginning of COVID from Chairman Mentzen, in which he praised our COVID policy. That's the first point. Secondly, you are the Minister of Health, let's assume. Would you really not want, I agree with this, a group of 15 top professors in a given field, infectious disease specialists, epidemiologists, virologists, infectious disease specialists, to come to you and say, Madam Minister, respected, soon people will be lying on the street like in Lombardy, it will be like in Spain, selection - you can be treated, you cannot, soon like in France, we won't keep up with burying people, or you will close this or that sector - stated Mateusz Morawiecki on wPolsce24 television.

- From April 4th to April 19th [the closure of parks and forests during the COVID pandemic was in effect]. Was it a mistake? It was, but we reversed it after 2 weeks. One must learn from one's own mistakes - stated Mateusz Morawiecki on wPolsce24 television.

- We will certainly see these pre-decisions within the party, how the whole slate of candidates [for the leadership of Poland 2050] will shape up, but they also depend on whether Szymon Hołownia will indeed not change his mind and remain in his position, and not decide to run for re-election - Paulina Hennig-Kloska said on Radio Zet.

- He declares that he will not, but in some extreme scenario of significant public engagement urging the leader to change his stance, I can imagine a situation where he might change his mind - she continued.

- These are internal party matters [...] I personally believe he is unlikely to change his mind, but I know there are people who would want him to - she added, when asked if Szymon Hołownia is being urged to change his decision.

- Who would I see at the head of our party? For example, I believe that an excellent successor would be Michał Kobosko, a person who has been with this movement from the very first days with Szymon Hołownia - said Paulina Hennig-Kloska on Radio Zet.

- He knows all the regions best, the people in those regions, but also, so to speak, he has always had good relations with people from different sides, regardless of factions and circles - she continued.

- The main arsonist of Poland, the one who will truly go down in history as the one who ignited the Polish-Polish war, is the current prime minister from the time he lost the presidential and parliamentary elections in 2005. He ignited Poland back then, and today, the accusation coming from his lips or in his text sounds extremely false – stated Mateusz Morawiecki on wPolsce24 television.

- In essence, I work well with Katarzyna [Pełczyńska-Nałęcz], although at many points we have different opinions on matters, nevertheless, we have been cooperating at the government level for two years, and it is usually good cooperation - Paulina Hennig-Kloska said on Radio Zet.

- Discussion is not always an argument, women can exchange views in a civilized way, and that's how I would describe my relationship with the minister, with Katarzyna - she continued.

- It's good, substantive cooperation, we have relations that are more collegial than hostile - she added.

- Half a term means half of what was promised should be delivered, and every minister should measure themselves by that. We [the Ministry of Climate and Environment] are delivering on our election promises, I would say, ahead of schedule, which is a good way to measure progress in the economy [...] I have a clear slate here - said Paulina Hennig-Kloska on Radio Zet.

- We call them saboteurs. Acts of sabotage, that is an attempt to set fire, to act, to blow up, these individuals resort to various means. It is a form of terrorism, of course, because it is an action of that nature, but a foreign state stands behind it. The problem is, the threat lies in the fact that case after case, as we have been following since January last year, because that was the first act of sabotage, a case already judged, it was commissioned by Russian services and that is why the ABW is dealing with it - said Tomasz Siemoniak in TVN24's "Kropka nad i".

- We are constantly under threat, we are a state that, due to its policy of supporting Ukraine and its presence in the West, is permanently in Russia's crosshairs, and these unfortunate agents caught by the Internal Security Agency (ABW) are merely pawns in the Russian game - said Tomasz Siemoniak on TVN24's "Kropka nad i".
