Nowacka on health education:

I have no doubt that more than half of the children will opt out.

- The Ministry does not have such data [how many students have opted out of health education]. School principals will have this data by the end of this week, and then they will enter it into the system, so probably at the beginning of October we will know the situation regarding health education - said Barbara Nowacka on "Guest of the Morning" on TVP Info.

- We believed it should be mandatory, but I also don't want wars in schools. I think sometimes things need to be introduced more calmly. However, yes - the Ministry of National Education stands by the position that this subject is simply necessary and should be mandatory - she indicated.

- Certainly more than half of the children will opt out, I have not the slightest doubt about that - she stated.

Cenckiewicz on the Disclosure of the WSI Report Annex:

The Process Has Begun.

- This is the President's decision [regarding the WSI annex], and we, so to speak, executively at the National Security Bureau (BBN), specifically General Andrzej Kowalski, are working on it. It has been communicated publicly many times [that the President has already made such a decision] and the President is in favor of us preparing this document, taking into account the Constitutional Tribunal's ruling for publication, and this process has begun. We are still awaiting various legal opinions concerning the extent to which we should anonymize this document and how to implement the Constitutional Tribunal's ruling - stated Sławomir Cenckiewicz on Radio Zet.

Szefernaker:

Russia's Disinformation in Poland Aims to Damage US Relations

- In Poland, we have Russian disinformation that is trying to damage our relations with our best, biggest ally, the United States [...]. I am not aware of any statements by President Trump that would undermine Polish-American relations - said Paweł Szefernaker in an interview with Michał Wróblewski on the WP program "Tłit".

- In Poland, there is too much information that discredits relations with our ally. 10,000 American soldiers are in Poland today, and I am not surprised that such information, aimed at discrediting these relations, is flowing into Poland from beyond the eastern border, because this relationship provides Poland with security today - he continued.

Cenckiewicz:

Bosacki Should Lose His Position

- I believe that for the sake of certain hygiene related simply to Poland's credibility, Minister Bosacki should lose his position. But that is my private opinion - stated Sławomir Cenckiewicz on Radio Zet.

Jabłoński:

I See No Added Value in the MFA's Activity in Recent Weeks

- Frankly, I don't see any added value in the MFA's activity in recent weeks at all, which I deeply regret, because this is a time when such added value should be present - said Paweł Jabłoński on RMF FM.

- I don't see any added value in Bogdan Klich's activity in the USA at all. What great achievements has he made there? He is completely absent there when it comes to meetings at any high level - he continued.

Nowacka on Health Education:

The President Can Do As He Pleases. It’s a Shame It’s to the Detriment of the Child.

- The President can do as he pleases. It’s a shame it’s to the detriment of the child, because it’s good for a child to learn how, for example, to counteract addictions, maintain hygiene, how important exercise and diet are, mental health, how to gain strength and resilience, and to learn about relationships… - Barbara Nowacka said on TVP Info’s “Morning Guest,” when asked by Mariusz Piekarski about the presidential couple’s decision to withdraw their son from health education classes.

Jabłoński:

There was never an obligation or custom for the president to always take the foreign minister on delegation trips

- Minister, Deputy Prime Minister Sikorski, his behavior is a bit strange to me, because this narrative that he would really like to be invited by the president, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Wroński, says that there was some kind of tradition, there was never such a tradition - Paweł Jabłoński said on RMF FM.

- I believe that Minister Przydacz is behaving as he should, meaning he is responding to things that shouldn't be happening at all, if Sikorski hadn't started talking such nonsense, I apologize, but that's how it should be described, what Mr. Sikorski is doing is unserious, Minister Przydacz is responding as it is, stating the reality, the procedures, and also diplomatic customs - he continued.

- It was never the case that the president was obliged or that it was a custom for him to always take a minister; quite the contrary, it happened rather rarely, rather deputy ministers accompanied the president on delegations - he went on to say.

Cenckiewicz "Proposes" a Commission to Gentlemen in Government to Clarify the Matter of the Note

- I propose Mr. Siemoniak, the Ministry of National Defence, Mr. Dobrzyński, and a few other gentlemen from Donald Tusk's government, a confrontation over these notes. There is a parliamentary committee for special services, perhaps this is the forum, or even the national defence committee. The note has a low classification and within the scope of parliamentary control, all political parties represented in the Polish parliament could scrutinize the note from September 12th and see what it contains - stated Sławomir Cenckiewicz on Radio Zet.

Relocating the Russian Embassy? Jabłoński: I Would Opt For It, There Are Legal Possibilities

- It is essentially unprecedented for Russia to have an embassy in such a representative location, perhaps in no other country, not even in the former Soviet bloc - said Paweł Jabłoński on RMF FM.

- I believe this is what should happen [taking back the land of the current embassy from Russia], there are legal possibilities for it. I would opt for it because it is simply inappropriate for a state that is hostile towards us to have an embassy in a location directly adjacent to the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of National Defence, and the Belvedere - he continued.

- Diplomatic missions are absolutely inviolable, however, there is a possibility of notifying that the host state does not consent to the continuation of such activities in a given location, proposing an alternative property - he went on to say.

Military Service? Jabłoński: I am against conscription, we should have voluntary training

- No, because I am against conscription [...] I believe we should have universal, mass, voluntary military training. Six months ago, Prime Minister Donald Tusk spoke about this in the Sejm, and I even recently asked a question in an interpellation about what is happening with it - said Paweł Jabłoński in RMF FM, when asked if reintroducing compulsory military service is a good idea.

08:31

Jabłoński:

It's Not Like If Something Enters, Rockets Should Be Fired in the Next Second. But We Must Be Ready

- We should act according to procedures, which means it's not like if something enters our airspace, rockets should be fired in the next second. However, we must be ready for the possibility that if such a need arises, then of course, that's what the army is for, to fight foreign interference, to fight intruders who might have hostile intentions - Paweł Jabłoński said in the 'Morning Conversation' on RMF FM.

"The Times Have Ended..." Cenckiewicz: We Must React Adequately to What Russia is Doing

- As a historian, I would also be reluctant to say that the outbreak of another war is certain. Besides, the Third World War has been announced so many times that I no longer know which war would be breaking out now. No, we simply need to react adequately to what Russia is doing. The times are over when someone in Poland, someone very serious, told us that we shouldn't do something at all, for example, install an American anti-missile shield in Poland, because the Russians would get upset and simply shoot in our direction or strengthen their missile battery in the Kaliningrad Oblast. Those times are over - stated Sławomir Cenckiewicz on Radio Zet.

08:30

Bocheński:

The justice reform under PiS failed partly due to President Duda's decisions

- It's not groundbreaking from Mr. Szczucki [that the justice reform under PiS failed]. Yes, I agree. It failed for various reasons - said Tobiasz Bocheński in "Graffiti" Polsat News.

- Let's remember that it's not just about pressure from international institutions, but also about the decisions of President Andrzej Duda. Because today's justice system functions as it does based on his laws, which he, after all, prepared - he stated.

- So this endeavor was not successful, but the essence of the matter remains, and we must reform the justice system and the third branch of government - he added.

08:14

Bocheński on the Morawiecki-Ziobro Dispute:

Overall, I Lean Closer to Zbigniew.

- Here, the arguments are decidedly divided [in the Mateusz Morawiecki–Zbigniew Ziobro dispute]. Overall, I think I lean closer to Zbigniew Ziobro, but I perfectly understand why Vice-President Morawiecki, when he was Prime Minister, took the directions of action that he did - said Tobiasz Bocheński in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News’ “Graffiti”.

- He negotiated in good faith, and Ursula von der Leyen negotiated in bad faith. So, this combination could not lead to a positive outcome, but at that time, nobody knew what outcome would be achieved – and the goal was to bring money into Poland - he continued.

- Time has shown that a firm, categorical, hawkish stance would have been better - he stated.

08:05

Cenckiewicz:

We Must Shoot Down What Threatens Civilians and Our Infrastructure

- We must shoot down what is a threat to civilians and our infrastructure. I believe the Russians are escalating the conflict with the eastern flank of NATO, including Poland, and I think – there seems to be a consensus on this – we simply need to consider, I believe these contingency decisions are essentially already made in the minds of politicians, decision-makers, and the broader allied and our own general staff - stated Sławomir Cenckiewicz in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on Radio Zet.
