I'm Considering Pursuing a Certain Political Idea.
- I think it's a situation where a person who has held the office of President for 10 years, who has been in politics for 19 years, it's known that the most important political melting pot is right here in Warsaw. My city is Krakow, that has never been a secret, I've never hidden it - I was born in Krakow, I grew up in Krakow, I was educated in Krakow, my wife's parents live there, my parents live there, our siblings live there - stated President Andrzej Duda in an interview for wPolsce24.
- From this perspective, the center of our life is in Krakow, although our daughter has moved to Warsaw, so that's a second center, and for this reason alone, I assume from the outset that our life will somewhat unfold between Krakow and Warsaw. But because the center of political life is precisely here in Warsaw, and I am involved in politics, whether I will be more involved, or less involved, whether it will be active politics, or just theoretical politics, I am considering pursuing a certain political idea, yes, perhaps through various political analyses, through various political debates, I think it will be realized in both places - he continued.
- However, let's remember that Warsaw is the center of political life, so I assume that my future life will certainly involve a lot of commuting between Warsaw and Krakow, firstly. Also, please remember that for 10 years I held the office of President of the Republic, I sat in various bodies: the UN General Assembly, NATO, yes, a lot of meetings, conferences, foreign visits, relationships that were built in the meantime with politicians all over the world, so I don't rule out that it will also be associated with many foreign trips in the future. We'll see how life turns out - he went on to say.
