- Christmas is a moment when we throw politics and disputes out the door. Christmas is a time for a simple question – can we be human towards each other? A few days ago, I hosted President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in this office, a man at the head of a nation fighting for its life every single day - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in a recording published on social media.

- This meeting reminded me how precious a gift peace, security, and the presence of loved ones are on a daily basis. I also remember how precious a gift health is. Therefore, I wish all of you that we put hatred on the highest shelf for these days. Perhaps we will manage not to take it down from there anymore. Also here, in the Polish Sejm - said Czarzasty.

- Instead, I wish you much peace, security, love, and health. With doubled strength, I direct these wishes to those who are lacking something of these things. Our homeland is a bit like a Christmas table. A bit of borscht, a bit of poppy seed cake. Everyone has their own only correct recipe for vegetable salad. Some reach for seconds, some say enough! But we are all together, and that is what is most important - the Marshal of the Sejm continued.

- Let's simply be together, close. Together, we are safe. Turn off the televisions, put down the phones. Let's talk to each other. Let's laugh. Let's eat something good. Let's be good to each other. Simply, let's be human towards each other. Merry Christmas! - he concluded.
