Żurek on the Government's Adoption of Judicial Acts:
A Good Day for the Judiciary.
"For the judiciary, for Polish citizens, this is truly a good day. The announced acts were adopted today at a government session. I am very pleased about this. Some media, and part of the public opinion, did not fully believe we would manage to do it at this pace," said Waldemar Żurek at a press conference.
We were the first to report on the government's plans to present judicial acts yesterday.
"The first act, which we call the rule of law act, its full name is the act on restoring the right to an independent and impartial court established by law and regulating the effects of resolutions of the National Council of the Judiciary adopted between 2018 and 2025. The second act is the act on the National Council of the Judiciary, and the third act is the act on land and mortgage registers and the national court register," Waldemar Żurek continued.
