- The government did not remain silent. The fact that someone is making noise and pretending to be state services is, of course, unacceptable. However, in cases where there was a violation of the law, today we have a prosecutor's office statement that charges will be brought against Bąkiewicz for insulting officers, so the state machinery is working here - stated Tomasz Siemoniak on TOK FM, when asked about the reaction to the actions of ROG at the border. - We have been carrying out controls since July 7 with great success, that's my assessment. A huge operation by the Border Guard, the army, and the police. So I believe that here, the fact that at one point we were dealing with such a... it's still a bit of a race between PiS and Bąkiewicz, and the fringes of Confederation, regarding who will say more at the border and who will shoot a better video. After all, last Sunday Bąkiewicz's famous recording, what is this all about? 'Make a fuss, you'll get a lot of likes'. So I believe that in this case, the most important thing is what the state has decided, namely the control at the border with Germany and Lithuania and the fight against illegal migration. Of course, all those who insulted, impersonated, or obstructed activities must be punished, and this will happen - he continued.
