Charges to be filed against Bąkiewicz for insulting officers at the border
- The government did not remain silent. The fact that someone is making noise and pretending to be state services is, of course, unacceptable. However, in cases where there was a violation of the law, today we have a prosecutor's office statement that charges will be brought against Bąkiewicz for insulting officers, so the state machinery is working here - stated Tomasz Siemoniak on TOK FM, when asked about the reaction to the actions of ROG at the border.

So I believe that in this case, the most important thing is what the state has decided, namely the control at the border with Germany and Lithuania and the fight against illegal migration. Of course, all those who insulted, impersonated, or obstructed activities must be punished, and this will happen - he continued.
