The Prime Minister's Office has not officially announced this visit, but it is known that Prime Minister Donald Tusk – along with the President of France, the German Chancellor, and the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom – is visiting Kyiv.

A statement by Law and Justice (PiS) leader Jarosław Kaczyński is scheduled for approximately 9:15 AM in Warsaw – on the occasion of another monthly anniversary of the Smoleńsk air disaster.

At 11:00 AM in Warsaw, there will be a press conference by Mariusz Błaszczak, chairman of the PiS parliamentary caucus, and a PiS MP.

At 12:00 PM, Karol Nawrocki, the presidential candidate supported by PiS, will meet with the Grodzisk Volunteer Fire Department (OSP); at 2:00 PM – at the Wald-Gold sp. z o. o. company in Bielsk Podlaski; and at 6:00 PM, an open meeting with residents will take place in Białystok.

Polska 2050 presidential candidate Szymon Hołownia will visit Lubelskie Voivodeship. At 12:00 PM in Nałęczów, an outdoor open meeting will take place. At 2:15 PM in Lublin, a press briefing will be held, and at 5:00 PM – another outdoor open meeting.

At 3:30 PM in Bydgoszcz, a rally will be held featuring Civic Coalition (KO) presidential candidate Rafał Trzaskowski and Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski.

– We have elections coming up soon, and one of the candidates, a very serious one, is the Mayor of Warsaw, Mr. Trzaskowski. Mr. Trzaskowski is not only the mayor, he is also the district governor of Warsaw, meaning he could peacefully, without any difficulty, ensure that what is happening here, which is contrary to the law and constitutes a violation of the law, is stopped. But evidently, he finds it acceptable, and it's worth mentioning this as well, because today is also a special time, which is precisely why it's worth reminding people of this – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Warsaw.

– We are here and we will remain here, we will keep coming regardless of what this mob gets up to. But remember that the responsibility for the fact that one cannot peacefully commemorate monthly anniversaries of a great tragedy in Poland rests on the shoulders of those who are currently in power. This is yet another, one of very many, examples of brazen law-breaking, and the time will come when this ends. Let's hope that time begins very soon – he continued.

– Today it turned out that Prime Minister Donald Tusk, along with a coalition of the willing, meaning leaders of North Atlantic Alliance states, European Union states interested in sending troops to Ukraine, went to Kyiv – said Mariusz Błaszczak at a press conference.

– Let me remind you that recently in the Sejm, Deputy Prime Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz claimed that sending Polish troops to Ukraine requires the president's consent. Indeed, the president's consent is needed – he continued.

– In this context, one must look at the presidential elections. Neither President Andrzej Duda, nor Karol Nawrocki, if he becomes president, will send Polish soldiers to Ukraine, to the war in Ukraine. But will Rafał Trzaskowski not send Polish soldiers? Please remember that Rafał Trzaskowski is Donald Tusk's deputy – he went on to say.

– Recently, the foundation's spots have appeared in a campaign, a pseudo-campaign [...] aimed at voter turnout, and therefore, in our opinion, this is an action directed against, not for, Karol Nawrocki, against the voters of Law and Justice, against Law and Justice – Mariusz Błaszczak said at a press conference.

– This foundation is called "Your Voice Matters," and this foundation is sponsored by State Treasury companies, at least by PKO BP bank and Orlen. Thus, we are dealing with the exploitation of State Treasury companies for an election campaign – he continued.

– Two days ago, on Kanał Zero, Rafał Trzaskowski said that he was outraged by the course of events. If so, if he is truly outraged, if he is not lying, then we are giving Rafał Trzaskowski a chance to react in this matter – he went on to say.

PiS Submits Report to Prosecutor's Office

– Today, we want to present the parliamentary club's report to the prosecutor's office regarding the activities of the "Your Voice Matters" foundation, a foundation where Rafał Trzaskowski's wife was employed. This report [...] is based primarily on two articles of the Electoral Code [...] Article 506, which talks about openness and transparency [...] and Article 507, which talks about accepting prohibited benefits – said Michał Moskal.

– We are aware that Rafał Trzaskowski is the godfather of this hate-mongering network, this hate-mongering stable created by Roman Giertych. Today, we want to give him a chance to show that he has courage. [...] We will hand over this report to the prosecutor's office [...] to Rafał Trzaskowski so that he can sign it. If he is truly surprised that the "Your Voice Matters" foundation is operating in such a way [...] then Mr. Rafał, we are giving you a chance – he continued.

– I have repeatedly declared that in the second round, if there were a democratic candidate and a candidate from today's opposition, I would always support the democratic candidate. I hope, of course, that it will be me – said Rafał Trzaskowski during a live broadcast.

– I am not attacking my opponents from the democratic side; on the contrary, I believe that with friends, one must simply talk, listen to their voices. I am ready to cooperate with them, to treat them with respect – he continued.

– These polls are changing, dramatically lately. I'm not surprised after everything Karol Nawrocki has shown. This is because in politics, trust is an absolutely fundamental matter, as is honesty – stated Rafał Trzaskowski during a YouTube live stream.

– I am convinced that one way or another, I am convinced that every vote will count in the second round. It also counts in the first round, but it will be very close in the second round because Poland is deeply divided – stated Rafał Trzaskowski during a YouTube live stream.

– This last week is so packed and so busy with meetings practically all over Poland that it will be very difficult to organize such a meeting, because for me the most important thing is to listen to your voices in this final week and meet as many Polish women and men as possible – stated Rafał Trzaskowski during a YouTube live stream.

– Considering how many advisors President Duda hired there, because unfortunately, after PiS lost the elections, President Duda treated the Presidential Palace a bit like a place where various politicians could be stashed away – said Rafał Trzaskowski during a live broadcast, responding to a question about whether he would limit the expenses of the Presidential Chancellery.

– I guarantee that there certainly won't be so many advisors there, and consequently, these expenses will certainly be able to decrease – he continued.

– Love for Poland is patient, love for Poland does not envy, does not seek applause. And we are also patient, regardless of what is happening, regardless of the fact that your candidate is under constant pressure from many state institutions of Donald Tusk's government, including the special services – stated Karol Nawrocki in Grodzisk.

– We are fully aware that the real test is yet to come, for us, for Russia, for Putin. We will be waiting for Russia’s reaction. One thing is certain. The proposal, jointly shaped by the United States, Europe, Canada, and Ukraine, for a ceasefire and a suspension of fighting, is a very serious proposal – said Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press conference after a meeting in Kyiv.

– If Russia rejects this proposal, then no one will have any doubts, no one will have the right to have the slightest doubt, who stands for peace and who stands for war – he continued.

– The readiness of President Zelensky and Ukraine to engage in these talks without any preconditions is a great gesture. We don’t know if it will be appreciated by the aggressor, but we will all know and remember who made a genuine initiative for peace on such a special day as today – said Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press conference after a meeting in Kyiv.

– What is important, our readiness and determination, have been confirmed by all participants of this meeting and just now in our phone conversation by President Trump as well, that if this proposal, this generous and exceptional proposal of an unconditional ceasefire and immediate commencement of peace talks, is rejected, if on the other side there is only a false game, then we are ready to strengthen sanctions and to further unite the entire West around Ukraine in its fight for independence – Prime Minister Donald Tusk said at a press conference after the meeting in Kyiv.

– I am convinced that no reasonable person is capable of, cannot disregard our voice. And if they do disregard it, they will bitterly regret it. We are cautious optimists today, but thanks to your work and your determination, this optimism is justified – he continued.

– Today, this matter must be stated clearly. This is a very important issue, a very important argument in our continuous discussions and debates about sanctions and, in general, about how to counter Russian aggression. Namely, sanctions are working. Without sanctions, the situation would be incomparably worse – Prime Minister Donald Tusk said at a press conference after a meeting in Kyiv.

– Anyone who claims that sanctions are not working is, in fact, consciously or unconsciously working towards abandoning sanctions against Russia, and Russia is just waiting for that – he continued.

– Ukraine is defending itself effectively primarily thanks to the heroism of its soldiers and the entire Ukrainian nation, but we also know that the aid flowing in a wide stream from our countries and from the United States, along with the sanctions policy, has also yielded results and prevented Russia from winning this war – he went on to say.

– Sanctions have proven to be a key method of limiting Russian capabilities, and Russia's situation today is more difficult than Putin or Kremlin propaganda would like to portray. Therefore, maintaining and, where possible, strengthening sanctions will certainly work and bring results, but the sanctions policy requires consistency, patience, and unity from the entire bloc of countries supporting Ukraine – he added.

– What is most important for the next 10 years, for which we may be electing the next president? What does Poland's security depend on? Firstly, that Ukraine does not lose, secondly, that the West does not fall apart, and thirdly, that Poland becomes a regional power by the end of this decade. This is a feasible task, but for it to be realized, we need a president who, firstly, knows what his constitutional role is – said Radosław Sikorski in Bydgoszcz.

– I’ll let you in on a secret. The President in Poland does not govern. Andrzej Duda knows this, as he even belongs to a club of presidents who are not heads of government. The President in Poland is there to ensure that successive governments do not break the Constitution, firstly. Unfortunately, Andrzej Duda has not performed well in this regard, as he himself has broken the Constitution – said Radosław Sikorski in Bydgoszcz.

– Secondly, what I, as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, particularly need from the President, is for him to constitute added value in representing Poland abroad. So that when the world’s key decision-makers think about Poland, they think it would be good to have a Polish president in some decision-making body, because firstly Poland is important, and secondly, that president has something to say – he continued.

– Not like today, where “well, we have to invite this president, because after all, Poland is important.” There is a fundamental difference whether the president adds to our value, detracts from it, or draws from it – he went on.

– If Poland is to cement its place among the 5 most important countries in the European Union, then we cannot have a president who considers the European Union an enemy. Who, mentally, psychologically, has not yet entered this European Union at all. Whose foreign policy concept would be to report on the Polish government in Washington, to curry favor, while simultaneously vilifying the European Union to Poles – said Radosław Sikorski in Bydgoszcz.

– I know that when one or two million people arrive in a country, it naturally causes various tensions. However, I would like us to remember the facts. That 85% of adult Ukrainians, and indeed Ukrainian women in Poland, work, pay taxes, contribute to ZUS (Social Insurance Institution), and are thus part of our economic success – said Radosław Sikorski in Bydgoszcz.

– I have only one request, but also more than a request, to our Ukrainian guests. The European Union has given them shelter; according to regulations predating the war, after 6 months, every foreigner should re-register their car so that technical inspections and insurance are paid for in Poland. We will be restoring these regulations to pre-war standards, so that we can be sure that in the event of, for example, a collision, money can be recovered from that insurance – he continued.

– The previous government issued hundreds of thousands of work permits to overseas countries, countries at risk of migration, Muslim countries, issued visas without restraint, even when they knew these people would not even come to Poland, they tolerated the use of student visas as a way to circumvent regulations and work in the European Union – said Radosław Sikorski in Bydgoszcz.

– We have hacked all that down. 97% of foreigners attempting to cross the Polish-Belarusian border are unsuccessful. I doubled the prices of Polish visas. We have stopped pressuring consuls to issue visas to individuals who are not entitled to them. We take seriously what you tell us, that the external border of Poland, the European Union, the Schengen zone, must be guarded, and we are fulfilling that – he continued.

– We need a president who can distinguish between party interest and state interest, who can distinguish the European Union from the Third Reich or the Soviet Union, and a president who can distinguish between cavalry and a studio apartment – said Radosław Sikorski in Bydgoszcz.

– We need a president who will cooperate with the government, who will help implement effective foreign policy for our country. Rafał Trzaskowski will be such a president – he continued.

– Now is the time for mobilization, full mobilization. I will be finishing this campaign with "24 Hours for Poland", 24 hours, this final push, to show that these 8 months of work, because the campaign and pre-campaign have already been going on for 8 months, that we must show determination at the end – stated Rafał Trzaskowski in Bydgoszcz.

– What is important is the role we play in the European Union, because today it is a leading role, and this is visible at every turn. Today we see images from Kyiv, where the Polish Prime Minister is present, the Prime Minister of Great Britain is there, the Chancellor of Germany is there, and the President of France is also there, and they are advocating for a just peace in the interest of the European Union, in the interest of all of Europe, but also in the interest of Poland – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Bydgoszcz.

– Never in our history have we been so strong, have we led Europe. Today, all eyes in Europe, and also in the world, are turned towards Poland, which is leading the European Union, because it is precisely today that we have the chance, as Europeans, to bring about this just peace – he continued.

– In foreign policy, and Radek Sikorski knows this better than anyone, it's not about taking selfies, it's about effectively advancing Poland's interests. The matter is too serious to travel somewhere, talk to world leaders, and not tell them what is most important for Poland, just to wonder how it will look in photos – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Bydgoszcz.

– The last few days and weeks have shown that it's necessary to remind people of these truly fundamental values. That we also need to talk about honesty. Something incredibly important, that the President of the Republic must be honest, must be disinterested – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Bydgoszcz.

– My main opponent, Mr. Karol Nawrocki, talks about sleeping with the Bible under his pillow. […] The entire Law and Justice party (PiS) constantly tries to lecture us, to tell us how to live. A gang of hypocrites, who talk about it but don't even adhere to the most important commandments. The seventh: thou shalt not steal – he continued.

"They have stopped even discussing facts. Their only problem right now is why it came to light. They are only concerned with that [...] that is their problem," said Rafał Trzaskowski in Bydgoszcz.

"And precisely today, if we talk about values, we must remember decency and transparency. After all, that is why we have such a system in Poland, so that the life and financial status of every politician is thoroughly scrutinized, so that each of you knows who you will be voting for. And today they have a problem that the facts have come to light and they are constantly pondering how this is possible," he continued.

"I implore you, focus for a moment, exceptionally, because this is crucial information for the PiS. I will say it slowly so they understand. It wasn't me, it wasn't us who chose your candidate," he went on to say.

"I saw a few of Mentzen's supporters here somewhere with us in the square [...] I rarely agree with Mentzen, but on one matter I do. Because he himself said that it is the PiS's fault, that they simply didn't have a better candidate. They didn't find one. They didn't find anyone 100% honest, selfless," he added.

– Because they are constantly lecturing us, constantly using various quotes to try to discipline us, let me also quote, from the Book of Proverbs: "Whoever walks uprightly walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out." Just read the Bible, Mr. Karol – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Bydgoszcz.

– The presidential election will be an election for president, not for prime minister. The major parties have taught us over these 20 years that all elections, whether for mayor, president, or MEPs, are all about Tusk and Kaczyński. And everything is either about PiS or PO. But our lives aren't about PiS and PO. Our lives are about our lives, about our children’s longings, about what is most important to them, about their safety. We will choose the prime minister in 2027, and that will be the time for it – stated Szymon Hołownia in Lublin.

– I beg you, on May 18th, don't vote for political parties. Vote for a person. With their character, vision, ideas, openness or lack thereof, truthfulness, character traits. These are human elections, I implore you to choose someone for whom the eyes of children, their peace in their hearts, will be most important – stated Szymon Hołownia in Lublin.

– Prime Minister Tusk, in Kyiv, even though I disagree with him because he is unable to convince his party to de-Kaczynski-ize companies and genuinely de-politicize public media, what he is doing today in Ukraine, the meeting with the Prime Minister of Great Britain, the President of France, the Chancellor of Germany, and of course the President of Ukraine, clearly shows that Poland, this coalition of the willing, hopefully expanded by Italy, will begin to be a new point of reference in the EU – stated Szymon Hołownia in Lublin.

– Ah, so we have a guest who will invent any bullshit in the world for your campaign, but when it comes to living a normal life later, he’ll invent something else. – This is a guy [Sławomir Mentzen] who rails against emigrants, claiming they are the greatest evil in the world, yet he himself was an emigrant in Great Britain and forgot how he once was – stated Szymon Hołownia in Lublin.

– The border is there when they try to force upon us those we haven't invited, who disregard our security, who disregard the values we carry. They want to enter our home and they want to push upon us those who are our western neighbours. We do not want foreigner integration centres, and as a presidential candidate, I do not agree to compromise your security – stated Karol Nawrocki in Białystok.

– Remember, when the dam was being built, when the United Right government was building the dam on the border, the opposition "circus performers" were running around with nets, running around with pizza, and saying: nothing bad is happening. Things are happening, and a responsible government and a responsible president must think about what will happen in a year, two years, three years, five years, and ten years. These are not just elections between one person and another. This is not my march for power to the Presidential Palace; the elections on May 18th are a choice for our shared future – stated Karol Nawrocki in Białystok.

– It's been a long time since we've heard this chant [Don't fear Tusk], but Białystok isn't afraid of Donald Tusk, Podlasie isn't afraid of Donald Tusk. We are coming, Mr. Prime Minister, and Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Rafał, we are coming from Podlasie and from all over Poland for victory on May 18th. And if someone has laryngological problems, they should see a laryngologist. Białystok isn't afraid of Donald Tusk – stated Karol Nawrocki in Białystok.
