At 9:00 AM in Maków, Skierniewice County, a forest planting event will take place with the participation of Karol Nawrocki, the presidential candidate supported by PiS.

At 10:30 AM, the parliamentary committee on constitutional responsibility will hold a closed-door meeting to assess the evidence gathered in the case of the preliminary motion to bring Maciej Świrski, the head of KRRiT, to constitutional responsibility before the State Tribunal, and will also consider the draft report on this matter.

At 11:00 AM, a press conference will be held in the Sejm by the head of the PiS parliamentary club, Mariusz Błaszczak, and MP Zbigniew Kuźmiuk.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk will visit Huta Częstochowa. A meeting with the management and trade unionists will take place at 11:30 AM, followed by a meeting with the media at 12:20 PM.

Rafał Trzaskowski's rallies are scheduled for Wednesday. The Civic Coalition candidate will speak at 11:00 AM in Nowe Miasto Lubawskie, and at 5:30 PM in Olsztyn.

At 8:00 PM in Gdynia, an open meeting with Magdalena Biejat and Szymon Hołownia will take place. The campaign of the Third Way candidate informed on X that a "Town Hall" format is planned, meaning everyone can ask a question.

– The [National Security Council] meeting will take place in May. The date will be set, it will be announced. […] What happened in Spain, we don't know yet, […] it requires a serious discussion and information, but also information that will come to us precisely from Spain – said Wojciech Kolarski in RMF24.

– When we have complete information, which the president will be able to present during the NSC and discuss this matter, so that Poland is a country not threatened by a potential hybrid attack that leads to a drama like a blackout – he continued.

When asked if the NSC would take place before the first round of presidential elections, he replied: – I cannot say at this moment, but please do not connect this with the elections. It has no connection with the elections. It is connected with security, which is paramount for the president.

– The President has been consistent from the first day of this presidency. He is also consistent on the issue of the presidential election. He has repeatedly declared his sympathy for Karol Nawrocki – said Wojciech Kolarski on RMF24.

– I think that the responsibility of every person who comes into a position such as a minister and governs the country on behalf of the people is the ability to separate campaign matters from governance, from the ministerial function – stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in the program “Rozmowa Piaseckiego” on TVN24.

– We have taken responsibility for 4 years. We said that we would change Poland to the best of our ability. I simply cannot imagine any trivial emotions getting in the way of that – she continued.

– The President publicly announced that he would vote for Karol Nawrocki at a rally in Łódź. Yes, I knew that, along with Minister Paprocka and the Head of the Chancellery – said Wojciech Kolarski in an interview with RMF24.

– I am truly pleased that during discussions about the President's participation in the convention with the campaign manager, MP Szefernaker, everything was arranged so that only a few people knew about it until the very end, and this element of surprise was achieved – he continued.

– Donald Tusk and his government, his political grouping in recent months, in the last year, have done a lot to encourage the President to participate in the PiS convention in Łódź, where he supported Karol Nawrocki – he emphasized.

– What is happening today is such an open fight against President Duda, but also against the office of the presidency itself – he assessed.

– We need a president in the Presidential Palace who will continue the successes of Andrzej Duda's presidency – said Wojciech Kolarski on RMF24.

– In these conditions, telling people that we will impose a regulation from above, that full-time employment will be 4 days of work, without changing work efficiency, meaning without addressing the core of the problem, but rather such an imposed, excuse me, it's a bit of a communist way of doing the economy – stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in the “Piasecki Conversation” on TVN24.

– What will be the effect? There will be lower salaries, I guarantee, lower pensions, I guarantee. You can't tell people that without changing work efficiency, they will receive a 5-day salary for 4 days of work, because that is not fair – she continued.

– The last 10 years have been a great success for Polish democracy. Just look at the voter turnout. Why did this happen? Precisely because Poles felt engaged in public affairs. […] The highest presidential election turnout occurred in 2020, but please also look at earlier elections – Wojciech Kolarski said on RMF24.

– When the right rules, Poles engage in public affairs. When liberals come, we have apathy – he stated.

– President Trump was invited by the President to the Three Seas Initiative, or President Duda proposed a meeting or visit to Warsaw before the NATO summit. I am not inviting you to any friendship festivals, I am inviting you to normalize, to clear the rubble from these relations diplomatically, not militarily, and there is plenty to clear, in order to do good business. – The European Union must be removed from Poland, that's for sure. Because the European Union was like the Titanic, which looked quite good while it was docked in port. – I don't entirely feel bound by any declaration made by my main opponent, Rafał Trzaskowski, because every day, almost every hour, he can make extreme declarations. On one hand, concerning CPK [Centralny Port Komunikacyjny – Central Communication Port], memory policy, ideology, and also climate policy, I am dealing with an opponent who has 50 faces, and we don't know which of those faces will be drawn on a given day. I don't know if he would confirm today that the planet is burning – stated Karol Nawrocki at a press briefing.

– I am a staunch opponent of the Green Deal. I do not see the planet burning today. Of course, we must also examine the phenomena occurring with regard to climate policy, we must approach it with caution, but we cannot, in the name of climate policy and Rafał Trzaskowski's phobia that the planet is burning, destroy the Polish social economy, Polish farms – stated Karol Nawrocki at a press briefing.

Karol Nawrocki has signed the "Forest-Nature and Sustainable Development Declaration". The candidate for president, supported by PiS, has committed in the document, among other things, to maintaining the national character of Poland's strategic natural resources, including forests; promoting the diverse values of Polish forests within society; ensuring the State Forests have the capacity to effectively fulfill their tasks; and engaging in the defense of Polish forests against all privatization attempts.

– We need a president who will care for local homelands, who will be an arbiter of Polish disputes, who will not be solely on one side of the political dispute. – The lies concern the issue of visas that were issued by Polish authorities during the Law and Justice government, in comparison to the situation today. Karol Nawrocki is a staunch opponent of a cadastral tax for families and proposes enshrining a ban on the cadastral tax in the Constitution of the Republic of Poland. During a debate, he pointed to the situation of ordinary Poles who own one apartment, and this could have been perceived as a declaration that he also owns one apartment. We emphasize that information about owned properties has been included in Karol Nawrocki's asset declarations every year.
Karol Nawrocki would sign the ‘Lex Kropiwnicki’ act, which imposes an additional tax on individuals like Deputy Minister Robert Kropiwnicki who own a dozen or so apartments.”

– I am criticizing [the pilot program] because it is a political fiction. You cannot deliver a 4-day work week at the same salary today, because Polish companies will simply not agree to it. How do you imagine 20% less work in healthcare, education? Are you truly not afraid, before making such a proposal, that employees will immediately be pushed into part-time jobs, and consequently, their salaries will be reduced? – stated Szymon Hołownia during a debate with Magdalena Biejat.

– Let's talk about why civil partnerships are not yet in place, why for 2 years Minister Kotula has been unable to get this through the Council of Ministers. First, let's start by doing what needs to be done. Civil partnerships now, as soon as possible. – First and foremost, of course, I want to be the President of the Republic of Poland. My voters want it, because people who come to my meetings talk precisely about waiting for such a female president, a president who will finally stand on their side, who will not play politics like the older generation of politicians has until now, but will always fight for them, will always stand by her values – said Magdalena Biejat during a debate with Szymon Hołownia.

– But yes, the truth is also that I am fighting for a strong position for The Left in Poland, within this government. Because these elections, especially the first round, are also about the shape this government, this policy, will take after the elections. Whether the demands that I stand for […], will be accelerated, will be implemented, whether the issues that matter to you will finally be resolved. Whether you will once again send a signal to various politicians – including to the PSL – that we can continue with the current policy – she indicated.

– The state should undoubtedly resolve this matter [of rainbow families], for the good of the children, undoubtedly resolve it. One cannot harm a child who has bonded with someone by separating them from the person who is closest to them – said Szymon Hołownia during a debate with Magdalena Biejat.

– This is a question for PO, which for some reason is ashamed to bring up the topic of abortion before the elections, and I have a piece of advice for all my fellow politicians – if you don't want abortion to become an election topic, then let's finally settle this matter – stated Magdalena Biejat during a debate with Szymon Hołownia.

– This is an issue that always returns during election campaigns, I’m talking about the availability of abortion, and it is very rarely, despite returning in election campaigns, actually resolved by politicians. It returns in campaigns, and women continue to suffer, and tragedies continue to happen. That's why I don't understand why, since probably July 9th last year, the extraordinary commission on abortion has not convened – stated Szymon Hołownia during a debate with Magdalena Biejat.

– Szymon, I find it laughable when you say it's time for us to get to work and get things done. Because I agree, only I keep hearing that a referendum needs to be held. [...] I have never advocated for a referendum, because I know that in today's times – and times have changed over almost 10 years – a referendum mainly serves to avoid having to make a decision. And the voters chose us so that we would be able to make that decision – said Magdalena Biejat during a debate with Szymon Hołownia.

– My views have not changed, and I have not changed my mind. However, I am someone who, unlike you, wants to respect the will of the nation. I do not hide behind MPs, I do not hide behind coalition or party games, but I say – also after Lewica, PO, and others were unable to solve this problem realistically – let the nation speak now. Let the nation decide. Why are you afraid of the voice of Poles? Why should the Sejm, where there are 30% women, decide, and not society, where there are 50% women? – said Szymon Hołownia during a debate with Magdalena Biejat.

– I am in favour of lowering the retirement age for men, because I believe that no one should be forced to work beyond their strength. Our task is to create such conditions that those who want to and are still able to work are not pushed out of the labour market, because today this is a huge problem for many people of retirement age – said Magdalena Biejat during a debate with Szymon Hołownia.

– I am primarily glad that we met here today and showed that politics different from the 'old guard' is possible, politics not based on us jumping into each other's faces for nothing. So that once again, some would sit in state-owned companies and others would hold positions – stated Szymon Hołownia during a debate with Magdalena Biejat.

– Politics based on care is possible, not on violence, not on aggression, not on conflict, because it sometimes has to be, but primarily on care for the other person – he added.
