Today there are more polls where Mentzen has 46, 47, 48 percent in the second round and is approaching Rafał Trzaskowski – stated Przemysław Wipler on the program 'Graffiti' on Polsat News.

– It is increasingly evident that Rafał Trzaskowski is becoming, perhaps not like Ms. Marshal Kidawa-Błońska, who has fallen to 3%, but like Bronisław Komorowski; that he lacks energy, has poor contact with people, and is stiff. He has no idea for this campaign, he faltered in Końskie, and most importantly, it is increasingly clear that the presidential election will be a referendum on whether we are satisfied with Donald Tusk's government – he continued.

– I would like the prosecutor's office to deal with this [the debate in Końskie], because I believe interesting things can be uncovered regarding how TVP effectively financed Rafał Trzaskowski's campaign – said Krzysztof Bosak during the “Morning Interview” on RMF FM.

– Let them post the invoices online and we’ll see. Anyone who has participated in costing any large television production knows how high the costs are, how many items there are, and how difficult it is to estimate them – he continued.

– The question is whether they over-costed it in the last hour before the event, when Rafał Trzaskowski yielded to pressure and decided to change the formula of his campaign team's event, because he realized he was in a very unfavorable situation where the public television, taken over by his party, was promoting him at the expense of all taxpayers – he went on.

– I don't understand what's good about supporting hate speech. It's a bit difficult for me to understand why someone is so determined on this matter – Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz said in an interview with Beata Lubecka on the program “Gość Radia Zet,” when asked about the president's decision regarding sending the hate speech bill to the Constitutional Tribunal.

– If someone sends a bill back, meaning it doesn't actually come into effect, then they are supporting… not signing it means supporting hate speech. I'm not particularly interested in his motivations, but of course, such a question should be directed to the president – she continued.

– Arrogance has been punished, as has a certain ruthlessness in using seized resources belonging to the entire nation, because TVP is a national good. They are simply using it for their campaign – said Krzysztof Bosak in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM.

– This is a very unfortunate situation [the debate in Końskie], showing that the candidate [Rafał Trzaskowski] has found himself on the defensive – which demonstrates that he cannot foresee the consequences of his own actions, meaning that perhaps he is unfit to be president – he assessed.

– In my opinion, Sławomir Mentzen acted presidential. That is, seeing that he has significant support, he made commitments to voters – four meetings in Podkarpacie – and seeing that one big mess was brewing there [in Końskie], he didn't push himself into a situation that could put him in an unfavorable position. I believe he didn't lose out – said Krzysztof Bosak in the RMF FM "Morning Conversation.".

– He acted as a president should. Someone who is going to be president should not push themselves into situations that end in a scuffle with security. And such things were happening there – he assessed.

– I think more that the Prime Minister surprised, because this matter was not discussed coalition-wise. I will propose that a very important, strategic discussion about the economy be held at the Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers – said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in Radio Zet, when asked if the Prime Minister surprised the coalition partners with repolonization.

– I believe that the direction [...] which says: more Polish capital, more Polish investments in the Polish economy, is correct. This is a correct direction, the question is how we want to implement it. And now, certainly, it cannot mean re-nationalization, some centrally directed economy – she continued.

– We need to see which State Treasury companies are strategic and should be state-owned [...] while which ones are completely non-strategic, are, I apologize, generating positions for people and maybe it's time to give these companies back to the market, such as, for example, a hotel holding. [...] We need more stronger private Polish capital – she added.

– We are racing against time from the moment the KPO was unlocked, and I keep saying: we are doing everything possible to invest these funds as well as possible and to the greatest extent – said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Radio Zet, when asked if we would manage to utilize the KPO funds.

– We are moving [funds] between investments that are already visibly not fitting in terms of time, to investments where there is huge demand and need, e.g., we are increasing funds for school insulation […]. We have KPO funds for social housing, and here there is a huge risk that these funds, if we do not take immediate action, will not be fully utilized. This is precisely the responsibility of the Ministry of Development – she continued.

– The issue is that the KPO funds are part of a financial package with domestic funds, and signing agreements must commence as soon as possible, meaning domestic funds for the subsidy fund; they disappeared at some point […] now a law has passed that allows for an increase in funds, to again top up this subsidy fund, and this really needs to be done immediately – she added.

– I don't have a preferred ministry, but I do have a preferred characteristic of a ministry where I'd like to have a say – one where something good can be done for people – said Krzysztof Bosak in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM, responding to a listener's question: "If you form a coalition with PiS, what would you want to be minister of?".

– Sławomir Mentzen wants to fight for finances in potential negotiations […]. He is the only one among our politicians who clearly indicates which area he would like to occupy. I have broad interests. Currently, I am on the Foreign Affairs Committee, so foreign affairs, but I am also strongly interested in defense and economic matters. If you take foreign affairs, European affairs, economic affairs, defense, and security-related matters, you already have almost all ministries – he continued.

– I won't give any specific indications of my own; I am ready to serve on any front. A politician must be flexible – he pointed out.

– Nothing has gotten away from us, and nothing new has arrived. I think the key choices of Poles will be made until the last day, until the last moment of this campaign, and we will have a much better sense of where we stand, aside from how we sense the crowds coming to rallies with Sławomir Mentzen, because the number of people is constantly growing, and for us, I can say it's shocking, continuously surprising – said Przemysław Wipler in Polsat News.

– Końskie was a turning point in this campaign, but a turning point because it undermined, clipped Rafał Trzaskowski's campaign and initiated his and his staff's problems; they constantly have to explain the illegal financing of this trip – he added.

– I have gone through this several times, we have worked and continue to work with the best lawyers in this field, and usually, until now, we have always won before the Supreme Court in such situations – stated Przemysław Wipler on Polsat News.

– Two days before the deadline, the financial report signed by the auditor working for our campaign team was submitted to the National Electoral Commission. We are raising this in our complaint. They had it, and they are looking for legal loopholes to take money away from the opposition party whose candidate has the greatest chance of winning against Trzaskowski in the second round – he continued.

– The goal is to effectively reach people with information about European projects […]. I have it in black and white that a post from a private profile, even one that hasn't had its reach boosted, has 16 times more interactions […] than a post from an institutional profile, and has 10 times greater reach – said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Radio Zet, when asked about promoting herself on social media using public funds.

– On average, it was 1350 zlotys per month […]. The ministry is extending the reach of a given post, which is completely apolitical […] there is nothing private in it and it pays Meta […] it does not go into any private pocket anywhere. The goal is clear, for a post about a European fund, about a specific project, to reach as many people as possible – she continued.

– Interaction is much greater with a personal account than with an institutional account. […] No [Szymon Hołownia has no reservations] I told the Marshal [Hołownia] the same thing I tell everyone, and I have nothing to hide here. The whole point is that it is completely transparent – she went on to say.

– At this moment, we have over 670,000 signed agreements, which shows how many beneficiaries there are. This year, we will invest PLN 90 billion, with a huge acceleration in the first three months, as we have already contracted several tens of billions – said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in an interview with Radio Zet, when asked how much of the KPO funds we have utilized.

– As of today, there is absolutely no talk of that […] there is no struggle […] these are some kinds of searches for conflicts where there are absolutely none – said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Radio Zet when asked if she would like to become the leader of Poland 2050 and if there was a struggle for succession after Szymon Hołownia.

– I understand that various rumors are circulating, but there is no such thing, there is absolutely no conflict between me and Minister Hennig-Kloska, and there is no war here. We cooperate very well – she continued, when asked about rivalry with Paulina Hennig-Kloska.

– From our perspective, these elections are a moment when we can tell Poles that it's time to end the dramatic choice between Civic Platform and Law and Justice that we've had for 20 years – said Przemysław Wipler on Polsat News.

– This is the moment for change, and this is Sławomir Mentzen, showing that we are cutting ties with what must change in the country after several decades, and significantly, the political class and the way politics is conducted. And the most important thing Sławomir Mentzen can do in the Presidential Palace is to initiate systemic change, because we need a new constitution – he added.

– I believe that it [Grzegorz Braun's action in the Oleśnica hospital] drew attention to a problem that was insufficiently articulated in the media and initiated a debate that was previously constrained by self-censorship. […] I didn't say [that I liked it], but I believe it provoked a discussion, and I think this effect of an open discussion on this topic is something we needed – said Krzysztof Bosak in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM.

– We should not remain silent about this situation. […] A hospital is not a place to terminate a child in the 9th month of pregnancy with a poison injection directly into the heart. These are practices that remind me of Auschwitz – he assessed.

– We are no longer together politically, we are even rivals in this campaign. But I believe that to interpret this correctly, one must take into account that we are dealing with a director who is aware of how to use dramaturgy and the form of public action – he noted.

– It seems to me that we are dealing with a symbolic action primarily, and I believe that this symbolic action has initiated a debate on a very important issue – he indicated.

– This is not in the coalition agreement; it is not a government stance. […] Polska 2050 did not put forward such a postulate; we always spoke about: thriftiness – said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Radio Zet, when asked about the four-day work week.

– I will then ask for statistics on what it means for pension levels, what it means for GDP growth, the competitiveness of the Polish economy, the strength of the Polish economy, and the budget deficit – she continued, when asked if there would be a dispute within the coalition if this idea were to be discussed in government.

– I want to see responsible statistics detailing the consequences for pension levels, salary levels, Poland's development, and the budget deficit. I will ask for such statistics because, in my opinion, they will be very worrying – she went on to say.

– There are no loan subsidies, and that's thanks to Poland 2050, because even the Left was prepared, as we recall, to accept those Siamese twin bills, meaning one zloty for social [housing] and one zloty for loans [subsidies for housing loans]. We said 'no' from the very beginning, and it wasn't easy – said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Radio Zet.

– There is opposition, we will not vote […] I oppose this in the government, I say no. […] There will be no loan subsidies – she continued, when asked about the "First Keys" program.

– We keep pushing it out the door, and they try to get it back in through the window. I am surprised by the determination of some coalition partners, including the largest coalition partner, on this matter, but no. Just no. And we succeeded, housing prices are falling, and I hope it continues this way – she added.

– I have significant doubts about how to discuss such a topic, how to initiate this discussion. I think it is natural that we all have doubts on this matter – said Krzysztof Bosak in the "Morning Interview" on RMF FM.

– Because if we are too cautious, it is possible that a more brutally acting pro-abortion lobby will simply impose political correctness on all of us. On the other hand, if we are too radical, not to say brutal, it is possible that society will see something else from the views based on love for mother and child, on the desire to protect this good – it will see aggression, ruthlessness, fanaticism. That is what we are accused of – he stated.

– That is why I believe that we must be very careful, very responsible in this debate, but we also cannot be too conservative, because the Christian right and generally people who are pro-life in the Western world have made these mistakes, and a consensus has been established, also by eliminating voices from the discussion, where children are simply killed without any limits, reasons, based on caprice, whim. And it is treated as a topic that must not be discussed – he continued.

– For some time now, he has stopped surprising me. And if he does surprise me, it's rather negatively, at least what he says. As for economic policy itself – I’m not talking about other areas, because there are positive changes there, perhaps thanks to Bodnar – but regarding economic policy, we have a continuation of PiS-ism, meaning the maintenance of a large state sector, i.e., state-owned companies which, as we now hear from Tusk, should not strive for profit. This reminds me of propaganda in socialism – stated Leszek Balcerowicz on PR3.

– He will not cover [the deficit in the National Health Fund after changes to health contributions], unless he is a hidden billionaire. Frankly speaking, this is a pathetic statement from the Finance Minister, who presides over or is responsible for a huge deficit. So, he will not sweep this problem under the rug – stated Leszek Balcerowicz on PR3.

– The very fact that the current Minister of Finance has resigned from his previous position as an independent expert and joined Civic Platform (PO) suggests that he is rather a party economist or minister – stated Leszek Balcerowicz on PR3.

– The fight against hate speech is not an "ideology." It's an attempt to deal with one of the most serious problems of social life in Poland. Everyone can see it – hate speech poisons public debate, interpersonal relationships, and social interactions. – If Madam Kidawa-Błońska wanted to know if I am healthy or sick […] she could have asked me, not sent people to spy on drivers […]. These are not European standards, Madam Marshal Kidawa-Błońska. – The Civic Platform people will not ask me if I feel healthy, if I am well, but they want to ask the driver, they want to spy on my health. “I Expect Apologies and Resignations”

– I tried to contact her, but the Head of the Chancellery of the Senate, as usual, has not been answering since morning; she knew that I was requesting contact on an important matter, but she hasn't contacted me yet, and she doesn't need to anymore. […] I only expect apologies and resignations from those people who are responsible for me and Madam Biejat, because it concerns her too, our drivers being forced to reveal things about us that no one has the right to access – said the politician from Trzecia Droga (Third Way).

– This raises the question, of course, whether it only concerned me and Madam Biejat, or other senators, or perhaps the Madam Marshal is demanding other private information about other senators from other officials. […] Or perhaps there are, for example, questions about what senators […] who are being driven are discussing – he mentioned.

“Ubeck-like Things Are Happening in the Senate, This is an Ubeck History”

– I assume that the Marshal of the Senate, either this is her decision, I would be surprised, but if it is her decision, it will have serious political consequences, or it is the case that the Madam Marshal […] simply does not control the Senate, in which ubeck-like things are happening, because this is an ubeck history – Kamiński added.

– One cannot compare the European Union to the Soviet Union; for moral reasons, one must not do it, because the Soviet Union was criminal, it murdered its opponents. And if the Polish right speaks this way, they are talking nonsense, because there is no alternative to European integration – he continued.

– This means they are keeping their fingers crossed for Putin; it's a system of connected vessels; if the Union is weak, Putin will be strong – he went on to say, when asked about "those who are keeping their fingers crossed for the weakening of the European Union."

– I observe Marco Rubio's rhetoric and actions very clearly, and I know him personally, as well as many of his close collaborators. I have no shadow of a doubt that Marco Rubio [...] absolutely understands the Russian threat well – Michał Kamiński said on TVN24.
