At 10:00 AM, the Pegasus inquiry committee will question Edyta Gołąb, employed in the Personnel, Training, and Legal Services Office of the Police Headquarters. Subsequently, at 1:30 PM, MPs will consider evidence motions during a closed session.

The Council of Ministers will convene at 12:00 PM. The agenda primarily includes the Assumptions of Polish Foreign Policy for 2025 – serving as the basis for the so-called annual expose by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, as well as a draft regulation concerning the preparation of the national security command system.

At 5:30 PM, an open meeting will be held in Radom with Civic Coalition presidential candidate Rafał Trzaskowski.

Poland 2050 presidential candidate Szymon Hołownia begins a two-day visit to the Podlasie Voivodeship. At 6:30 PM, an open outdoor meeting with residents will take place in Suwałki.

If the German government intends to implement what it has announced, our reaction will certainly be unequivocal and very sharp – stated Maciej Duszczyk in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News' "Graffiti".

– It [the decision] has been made. If Germany breaks the law, stating that they are not accepting asylum applications, despite being obliged to do so, we will simply communicate very clearly that at that point, any German applications will not be accepted – he continued.

– The Prime Minister stated this very clearly, communicating it to Germany. If this situation were to change in any way, our reaction will be unequivocal – emphasized the Deputy Minister of the Interior and Administration.

– I am more pleased that Prime Minister Donald Tusk has finally moved forward with deregulation, because deregulation was ready at the Ministry of Development and Technology back in September last year. Inter-ministerial consultations had begun, and it was the ministries of both Civic Platform and The Left that were blocking this deregulation. When the Prime Minister realised that if he didn’t go back to the entrepreneurs and focus on economic development, and if he didn’t engage Mr. Brzoska, then probably nothing would have come of this deregulation – said Marek Sawicki on TOK FM.

– One question mark remains, which worries me. Because the Prime Minister keeps suggesting that you can deregulate, but you cannot violate laws. It’s like I would offer you a holiday in Madagascar or Jamaica and say: Sir, you can go there […] but you cannot use either sea or air transport – he continued.

– If this motion is not considered and if they attempt to get rid of a problem that they themselves have somewhat earned, by solving it with the hands of other states, then our reaction will simply be negative. – Currently, the problem isn’t the Catholic Church, but rather smaller churches, because they know they might have problems with maintaining themselves through tax deductions, so this matter needs to be agreed upon not only at the level of the team headed by Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, but primarily at the state-church team level – he went on to say.

– We are open, we in the PSL do not hide that for years we have been saying that the form of a tax deduction would be a better way to finance the social and public tasks that churches perform in Poland than the form of this Church Fund – he added.

– What we know at this moment is the interrogation record, and a few days ago I also requested the National Prosecutor to explain whether the witness's rights were respected during this interrogation – stated Marcin Wiącek in the program “Rozmowa Piaseckiego” on TVN24.

– Exactly one year has passed since the biggest electoral fraud in recent years – says the narrator in a video released by Paweł Szefernaker, Karol Nawrocki’s campaign chief.

– And now the question is whether they simply understand nothing, or if they want to play games at a time when our future and our security are being decided. Now is not the time for political games, now is the time for agreement and understanding on the most important matters – he went on to say.

– If someone doesn't even like Europe, if they have this feeling of imperial Polish pride, then we've taken a lot of money out of Europeans' pockets for our armaments. And is that bad? Then I really don't understand anything anymore – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Radom.

– Even if someone doesn't understand Europe… even if someone doesn't like Europe, we've secured billions for our defense industry and for defense investments in Poland. We've obtained billions to also contribute to the East Shield, which we manage anyway. That's the best deal I've ever heard of. Also bad? – he continued.

– This is a problem, because it means that either someone is extremely stupid, which I don't assume, or someone simply always has to be negative – he went on to say.

– We could even tell the Germans that this is part of those reparations. Give this money, give this money to our defense industry. Maybe that's how it needs to be explained to them. … A tiny part of the reparations, so that no one tries to twist my words – he added.

– Poles do not like it when someone talks about themselves, and rightly so. That is why I will try to be as objective as I possibly can. It seems that in difficult times, above all, we need to choose someone who has experience, who is guided by common sense – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Radom.

– If we are talking about connecting the United States with Europe, we need someone who understands the EU and who neither wants to lead us out of the EU nor sees the EU as a threat, but rather sees it as an opportunity for more effective pursuit of our interests – he continued.

– I always talk about imagining who will represent us in conversations with the USA, in conversations in Europe. Someone who understands foreign policy, has contacts, has experience. Even foreign languages, which PiS mocks so much, can be useful – he pointed out.

– We are working on abolishing the Church Fund. This is exactly the right direction. Let citizens decide which church they want to support. And let me be clear, there is nothing militant in my stance, it is common sense – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Radom.

– The Church plays a very positive role when it comes to tradition, when it comes to helping in crisis situations. In Warsaw itself, we support Caritas from the city budget because Caritas does a brilliant job helping, for example, people experiencing homelessness – he continued.

– There are really many places where local government or the state can cooperate with the Church on truly important matters […]. However, in other matters, simply separation, a cordial one – he went on to say.

– Few people associate Mentzen with the views he has actually expressed over the years. Today, everyone is just focusing on his economic proposals, forgetting how improbably conservative his views are – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Radom.

– Few people ask him questions, and even if they do, he doesn't answer them. How can he want to introduce a flat tax, a lot of different solutions that will completely drain the state budget and how will he replace those losses? Because Mentzen is in favor of abolishing the 800+ program and the 13th and 14th pensions, but this will not fill those gaps. So, it's worth someone – a doctor of economics, by the way – asking him that 2 + 2 still equals 4 – he continued.

– I see that today there are, in my opinion, no emotions, especially on the right, center-right, patriotic side. It is this side that needs these emotions, and they are unable to reignite them. People are not getting emotional, the electorate is dormant – stated Marcin Mastalerek on TV Republika.

– On the other hand, the campaign team is doing nothing to address topics that are uncomfortable for PO. Between December, January, and February, confidence in the government and Donald Tusk dropped by over 10% in every poll. However, PiS has been unable to capitalize on this in any way. Today, it is in Donald Tusk's interest not to talk about the cost of living, economic problems, or unemployment. Instead, it is in Donald Tusk's interest for the campaign to be lukewarm, for everyone to talk about Donald Trump, Ukraine, and Europe – stated Marcin Mastalerek on TV Republika.

– In my opinion, Sławomir Mentzen is doing the right thing by refusing to discuss only what his opponents want with them, because no election campaign is about saying what your opponents want to hear; rather, every election campaign is about presenting what you have to offer to society – he continued.

– The only rational premise for Szymon Hołownia to withdraw from the elections now would be a desire to help Mentzen overtake Nawrocki. It seems to me that if Szymon withdrew today from the campaign, from the elections, it would help Mentzen. – Half a year ago, I said – this should be a referendum on Donald Tusk's government. After about half a year, the presidential candidate repeated this, and that's very good. Everyone knows how to win an election campaign, because it's trivially simple. You need to mobilize your own voters, demobilize the others; any amateur campaign strategist will tell you that you need to design the campaign from the end, not from the beginning – stated Marcin Mastalerek on TV Republika.

– Everyone knows these banalities, but from saying: this must be a referendum, has something happened? Has PiS, or this campaign team, done something, every day, by striking precisely, have they really targeted this government, Donald Tusk? Or are they still talking about Rafał Trzaskowski? There is no consistency. One is the diagnosis, the second is to say it, and the third is to do it – he continued.

– We accept the fact of our membership in the European Union. We don't like very specific things in European policy, particularly the so-called climate policy. We believe it is destructive, but we see the benefits of trade within the European Union and the benefits of peaceful cooperation. We would arrange it a bit differently, but we accept the fact that Poland is in the European Union – said Krzysztof Bosak on TVP Info.

– Konfederacja has voters who voted both for and against [Poland joining the EU], and we are currently trying to find the national interest in the situation we are in – he continued.

– The question is whether it's worth Szymon [Hołownia] withdrawing. I don't think he faces a humiliating defeat at all. He faces a serious defeat, but I believe that if he secures a result above or within the range of the 8% threshold for a coalition, meaning he confirms the minimal support for the Third Way… – said Michał Kamiński in the "Political Triangle" program on TVP Info.

– Not this time, but perhaps the next – said Krzysztof Bosak on TVP Info, when asked if money would be a problem in the Confederation's election campaign, in connection with the National Election Commission's decision regarding the party's financial report.

– Every party has the right to organize a march, but as politicians of different parties, we compete with each other, and I don't attend marches organized by other parties – said Krzysztof Bosak on TVP Info, when asked about participating in a march commemorating the 1000th anniversary of the Kingdom of Poland and the 500th anniversary of the Prussian Homage, which is scheduled for April 12. – If someone wants to do something historically obvious, they do it under the banner of a non-governmental organization; if someone does something as a party, they do it as an event that builds that party – he continued.

– What benefit is there for Donald Tusk today from polling-wise consuming the Left and the Third Way, if only three parties enter the next Sejm, and Donald Tusk cannot form a coalition with any of them? – Instead of understanding that people like the Left on one hand and the Third Way on the other are indispensably necessary for him […], if Donald Tusk ever understands this simple fact, that neither he nor his party will be popular enough on their own to govern, and therefore he needs partners for that. If he treats them as partners, people will reward those partners for it – he continued.

– Today, Hołownia has the poll numbers he has because he doesn't distinguish himself from Tusk and Trzaskowski in any way. People who fear Nawrocki's victory have the right to fear him, and for understandable reasons don't want to vote for Mentzen. They have no other choice. Whether they like Trzaskowski or PO, or not, there is a political logic that dictates voting for the stronger candidate – said Michał Kamiński in the TVP Info program “Political Triangle”.

– Donald Trump [...] is trying to strike a deal with Putin, primarily a peaceful one, and as for the energy aspect, we'll see about that later – said Krzysztof Bosak on TVP Info.

– He promised this to his voters and is now trying to deliver on that promise, and I'd say he's not doing too well. [...] Either he overestimated American strength, or he underestimated Russian expansionism and the Kremlin's stubbornness – he continued.

– If [Karol Nawrocki] reaches the second round, he has a very high – unfortunately – chance of winning these elections. That is obvious – said Michał Kamiński in the TVP Info program “Political Triangle”.

– Neither the previous nor the current American president has done what they should have done to strengthen deterrence on NATO's eastern flank, meaning they haven't deployed troops, significant combat-capable forces, in the new NATO member states – Krzysztof Bosak stated on TVP Info.

– This shows that the NATO-Russia Founding Act, meaning the agreement concluded by our Western allies with Russia before they admitted us to NATO, stating that they would not deploy large forces in new member states… this agreement is still in force, and in my opinion, too little is said about this in Poland, that Western nations made certain commitments to Russia, which they still respect today, without particularly asking for our opinion – he continued.

– You may not like Rafał Trzaskowski, you may be furious about anything regarding Civic Platform, the Polish People's Party, or all of us. You have the right to do so. There is one thing I can tell you with all honesty: if Karol Nawrocki becomes president, one of the first decisions he will make will be to acquit, pardon, whatever we call it, all the thieves from PiS.
