- The days when Tusk could say whatever he wanted are over. He could say that he would implement 100 concrete proposals within 100 days, say various things which he must have known himself, unless he is completely out of touch with state affairs, that for example he would raise the tax-free amount to PLN 60,000, but there were many such cases. He toured the country, misled people, simply shamelessly deceived them, and largely thanks to that, he won the elections. But today it is clear that the power he gained is stagnant governance, and this stagnant governance, one can say, constantly deepens this pathology. And an expression of this pathology was the recent conference with the participation of three ministers, that agreement, and finally this PLN 100 billion and everything connected with it – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

"The agreement between ministries raises fundamental doubt"

- The agreement between the Ministry of Interior and Administration, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ministry of Finance raises at least one fundamental doubt. Putting aside the question of the legal basis, and public authorities must act based on and within the law, on what grounds are such agreements concluded at all. This can be discussed, but when it comes to an agreement between the supervised, because the Ministry of Justice supervises the Ministry of Interior and Administration, and the supervisor, and a ministry that is undoubtedly part of the entire justice system and should be completely independent here, it is at least questionable.

"The government continues to want to use false propaganda"

- The most important thing is that this government continues to want to use false propaganda, and this time the PLN 100 billion has been constructed, which in common understanding is simply to be stolen by PiS, and in a more subtle way, simply illegal. And here, on the one hand, as it has usually been explained so far, it is simply about propaganda, about the fact that after the commission's failures, after various other difficult situations in investigations, after the situation that forces them to constantly break the law, for example, currently the law in courts, especially in appellate courts, with special consideration for Warsaw, which will supervise and adjudicate in the second instance in cases where they are probably preparing political cases, and all this is happening with drastic violations of the law, we still have this supplement in the form of mentioning a sum that can indeed impress society.

Kaczyński on supporting social activities motivated by Christian, patriotic, national values

- Now let's ask if this sum [PLN 100 billion] is actually real, when it comes to expenditures that – it seems – are to be the subject of special analysis, with the assumption that we are dealing with a crime here, given the close cooperation between two ministries that are in a special relationship. Well, if it were about various kinds of support for social institutions, we do not hide that we implemented what was in our program, we had the intention, and we indeed carried it out, to support social activities motivated by Christian, patriotic, national, or classic old-intelligentsia values.

"Constant lack of money"

- Indeed, for local Poland, together with road funds, certainly about PLN 120 billion went. And perhaps even more. And here, this is a conjecture, there is no certainty, but this might simply be about the financial situation. It is known, we have repeated it many times, Civic Platform cannot govern, it is burdened by various social connections and environments that seek, one can say, non-equivalent exchange, and this simply leads to a constant lack of money.

"A blow to Poles living outside major cities"

- A blow to Poles, and this is the majority of Poles, who live outside big cities. A blow that could be very painful. I warn against this. I repeat, I have no certainty here, this is an assumption, but if someone talks about PLN 100 billion, it could of course be a completely fabricated sum, but it could also be a sum that is not fabricated at all, but is needed to take away a lot of money from local Poland in the coming years or year, and thus save itself from the excessive deficit procedure.
