At 10:00 AM, Prime Minister Donald Tusk will meet with leaders of protesting groups as part of the Agricultural Summit.

At 12:00 PM in Tychy, Szymon Hołownia will hold an open meeting. At 2:30 PM in Sosnowiec, a press briefing will take place where Szymon Hołownia will present the candidate for mayor and candidates for the City Council.

At 12:30 PM in Pabianice, the Civic Coalition's local government convention will be held, with Rafał Trzaskowski among those participating.

- And something very bad has happened, because these elections, which will take place on April 7th, have drowned, I feel, in grand politics. As if on April 7th we were electing MPs again, as if we had to go through the entire dispute we had before October 15th, and we have already fought it, and the elections that will take place on April 7th are not elections for more small MPs, if I can put it that way. These are not elections to the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, to the Senate. Those are already behind us. April 7th will be significant for whether we elect people who have an idea for our voivodeship, for how to renovate the senior citizen's home, how to arrange a square, how to ensure good public transport in the place where we live. Let the MPs and senators deal with their disputes – stated Szymon Hołownia in Tychy.

- This abstract language needs to be translated into concrete terms. And today, we are fighting precisely for the observance of the rights of all of us, sitting here, all those who are watching us today. And for the past few years, local government has stood guard over these rights. In these difficult, challenging times, it was we who took responsibility to defend the fundamental rights of all of us, to take on the challenges that arise and continue to arise - stated Rafał Trzaskowski at a local government convention in Pabianice.

- Local government is so important because we need to end the era of populism, but it is also important because we can focus on solving problems. Of course, we must hold PiS accountable, and we have specialists among us for that. If we want to focus on solving problems, then we must go to the local government elections, which is simply what people have been doing for the last few months, years - stated Rafał Trzaskowski during the KO local government convention.

- If there isn't this full mobilization, we might not win in the regional assemblies. Little is said about this, but remember it. - We have just concluded a meeting with the Prime Minister and a group of farmers, actually two meetings, as first all demands were discussed with the Prime Minister from beginning to end. The concrete outcome is that on exactly March 15th, we will be able to announce what changes will be made to the Green Deal. There is a very high probability of moving away from the most harmful regulations, and I do not want to go too far with any declarations here. Fallowing, which is generating the most emotion, here we have many indications that there will be a departure from it. The problem also lies with the legal provisions that indicate withdrawing from these regulations is not so simple and obvious, nor does it fall within the purview of a single country or a single Prime Minister. It is worth emphasizing that we are the government in the European Union that speaks loudest about this - stated Michał Kołodziejczak at a press briefing.

- Damn it, someone stole Women's Day from us. It was Marshal Szymon Hołownia. What now, are we left with this sad mood, with the feeling that nothing can be done, that we can't do anything? No, absolutely not. - We will not give up and will see the abortion liberalization matter through in this Sejm term. If for a moment that sad gentleman thought that the local elections on April 7th would not be about women's rights, then I have sad news for him. These local elections will definitely, and now for sure, be about women's rights, about your right to decide about your health, body, and life. We, as ministers, will be watching over this here, in Warsaw - stated Katarzyna Kotula during the Left convention.

- What is delayed is not lost. Abortion will be available, free, up to the 12th week of pregnancy - still in this term, we will make sure of it. For us in The Left, for all of us in the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy, it's not just about what good, what pleasant, what kind happens for women on Women's Day. We work for women, for women, and with women all year round. That's how we will work, from the very first days we took office - stated Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk during The Left's convention.

- We will fight to introduce the European Charter of Women's Rights, which will finally, once and for all, guarantee equal rights for all women living in the European Union. This is our task, and we will take the first step in this regard in the local government elections - stated Robert Biedroń during the Left convention.

Easing the provisions of the Green Deal, particularly those concerning land set-aside, and aid aimed at minimizing grain surpluses – these specifics were presented by Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the second meeting with leaders of protesting groups.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced during the meeting that he has tasked the Ministry of Agriculture with presenting an aid program designed to minimize grain surpluses. The solutions are to be prepared by the ministry by Wednesday, March 15th.

Decisions by the European Commission regarding the Green Deal are also expected on that day. The head of government admitted that based on his conversations with European politicians, a softening of the regulations concerning land set-aside is very likely. Donald Tusk announced that the abolition of cross-compliance controls for smaller farms up to 10 hectares is also not ruled out.

The Prime Minister acknowledged that he will strive for the European Commission to introduce the possibility of applying the Green Deal's mitigating provisions retroactively, meaning as early as 2024.

- We are planning a great march in Warsaw on May 18th, a great march that will refer to the march of January 11th. We decided that this resolution will also be part of the program, the agenda of this march. We decided that if this resolution is not adopted by then, because if it is adopted, the matter will be irrelevant, it will also be a slogan of this march, i.e., the main demands. To reject, and unequivocally so, the Green Deal, and at the same time to do everything to prevent the import of grain from Ukraine, which has led to wheat currently costing 600 PLN, whereas it was 1400 PLN - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS local government convention in Śniadowo.

- The Green Deal is simply a kind of religion that is professed today. In extreme cases, these are people who run around various places shouting 'the planet is burning'. - This must be stopped decisively, and we are heading in this direction and will push for it when we regain power. Hopefully as soon as possible, we will also say this in the EU. Enough of this madness, which has no justification - he continued.

- At this moment, we have no prospect of gaining power in the country in any short period. Something extraordinary can always happen, but then it would have to be treated as a miracle. However, I am not claiming it must last 4 years; it could happen sooner, but it will certainly be a more distant future - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS local government convention in Śniadowo.
