I won't hide the fact that I would like the campaign to be as short as possible. I think Poles and voters, and everyone in general, expect as much peace as possible. A campaign is never a period of peace; it's always a period of a certain political clash. That's its nature. I think Poles want this clash to be as minimal as possible. "The last few days and what is happening in Warsaw, the 75th anniversary of the outbreak of the Warsaw Uprising, make this very clear. Please look at what is the most important symbol of the Warsaw Uprising in Warsaw today – the Warsaw Uprising Museum – a great achievement that President Lech Kaczyński made for Warsaw, for the Insurgents, and for the upbringing of future generations in Poland. In 2003, as the President of Warsaw, he promised the Insurgents that the Warsaw Uprising Museum would be built – something that had been fought for for almost 60 years. This museum could not be established.
