- I have such a proposal, and I take it very seriously. I am pleased with the NBP’s cooperation with the Polish government, because it cannot be done otherwise. Let’s leave SAFE, SAFE is handled, we have a very good line regarding the financing of Polish armaments; there are also 200 billion PLN in the budget for Polish armaments - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty at a press briefing.

- I have such a proposal – let’s allocate the 200 billion PLN that the NBP will generate to our security, understood a little differently, to healthcare. Healthcare is the same element of security as purchasing armaments; it is also infrastructure, security is primarily healthcare. Mr. President, coffee does not exclude tea; 200 billion PLN in the budget for armaments, 180 billion PLN from SAFE for armaments, and 200 billion PLN for healthcare - he continued.
