The evening voting block will commence at 8:30 PM.

- We are not planning any acceleration or changes. It looks like this: of course, certain fundamental, essential issues that are, were, and will be in the Law and Justice program are obviously unchangeable, and certain directions of action are already known - said Radosław Fogiel in a conversation with Piotr Gociek on "Sygnały dnia" on Polish Radio Channel One.
- The chairman will bring all of this together, and I expect him to outline the main directions for Law and Justice, which we will discuss in the campaign and which, I hope, we will implement - Fogiel added.

Müller:
We Reached a Healthy Compromise in Brussels
- No, he wasn't waiting. Firstly, it wasn't about defeating Frans Timmermans' candidacy, but a healthy compromise that we reached in Brussels. That is a more accurate answer, I think. I don't believe there's a need to react to this event in this manner. But it was a very important day, because the Visegrád Group, including Poland which is part of the Visegrád Group, and other EU countries, have proven that the most important positions in the EU cannot be decided without an agreement with this region regarding EU membership - stated Piotr Müller in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego," when asked if the Prime Minister, returning from Brussels, was met by the party leader with flowers.

Krasnodębski was a very good candidate for Vice-President of the EP. This whole situation contributes to the description of how democracy is understood within EU structures
- This is indeed an unfortunate situation. Professor Krasnodębski was a very good candidate for the Vice-President of the European Parliament. This whole situation contributes to the description of how democracy is understood within the structures of the European Union - said Radosław Fogiel in a conversation with Piotr Gociek on 'Sygnały dnia' on Jedynka radio.

Timmermans Isn't Keeping His Word. This Belief Isn't Just in Poland
- Frans Timmermans is not keeping his word. For instance, consider the issues related to changes in the law concerning the courts in Poland. It was repeatedly emphasized that if Poland made corrections, and this was indeed how it was stated, the EU, the European Commission would initiate a dialogue. However, in reality, Frans Timmermans, when the possibility of him becoming the President of the European Commission appeared on the horizon last year, in May of last year, he intensified his approach not only towards Poland but also towards other EU countries - stated Piotr Müller in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego".
- This is a conviction that exists not only in Poland but in other EU countries as well - he emphasized.

- They are being prepared [regulations concerning the disclosure of assets of politicians' close family]. In the Prime Minister's Chancellery. In the sense that there are regulations for changes regarding asset disclosure - stated Piotr Müller in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego". As he emphasized, this law is important but not urgent.

The claim that we supported a document backing Russia's return to the Council of Europe is false
- This information, reported yesterday by Onet, I believe, is simply false, that we supported any document that backs Russia's return to the Council of Europe. That is not true. It is the editorial opinion that this document facilitated any return to the Council of Europe - stated Piotr Müller in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego".

2.5 Years Ago PiS Lost 27-1, and Now They've Even Lost the EP Vice-President
“Either we have success, or a conspiracy theory. If you enter negotiations with only the demand: to get rid of someone – that’s a ‘sandbox game.’ PiS hasn’t learned the lesson of diplomacy. 2.5 years ago they lost 27-1, and now they’ve even lost the Vice-President of the European Parliament. This government has no idea for the European Union” – Borys Budka of PO stated in an interview with Karolina Lewicka on TOK FM Radio’s Poranek.

I'm Not Planning to Run in Parliamentary Elections, but I Will Definitely Get Involved on the Pro-Democracy Side
- This question really comes up often, but mostly from journalists, because people don't ask me about it at all. I'm not planning to run in parliamentary elections because it will soon be 4 months since I became president. I took the oath on March 11th, so July 11th will be 4 months. I'm not planning to, but the parliamentary elections, which are likely to be on October 13th, will probably be among the most important in the 30-year history of free Poland. I will definitely get involved on the pro-democracy side, standing for values such as the rule of law, as well as Poland's position in Europe, and also important matters for Gdańsk, because for parliament, the Sejm, the Senate, and then the government, it's good to have a partner on the government's side - stated Aleksandra Dulkiewicz on Radio Gdańsk. As the president emphasized, her involvement in the nationwide campaign will not come at the expense of Gdańsk, because the city is her number one priority, not only in her heart, but in every step.

Czaputowicz:
Polish MPs, particularly all PiS MPs, voted against Russia's admission to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe
I want to address the discussion taking place in the media concerning Poland's alleged support for Russia in the context of the Council of Europe. No, that is not the case. Polish parliamentarians, particularly all PiS parliamentarians, voted against Russia's admission to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. As we know from the media, one of the opposition parliamentarians voted differently. He explained that he made a mistake, but it was this very body that decided this. Unfortunately, the decision of this body was not as Poland wanted, meaning Russian parliamentarians were admitted to this assembly
" - said Minister of Foreign Affairs Jacek Czaputowicz in Poznań.

I see no reason for the Polish government to be satisfied. Some were so focused on blocking Timmermans that they decided to give up fighting for more prestigious positions.
„I see no reason for the Polish government to be satisfied” – said the President of the European Council, Donald Tusk. The statement from the former Polish Prime Minister was quoted by the portal onet.pl.
„Some were so focused on blocking Frans Timmermans that they decided to give up fighting for more prestigious positions. You can guess who I'm talking about. I haven't mentioned even once that this tactic is good. It's better to win something for Poland, for the region, than to bring someone down. The Morawiecki government was against Timmermans because he dared to defend the Polish judiciary” – he added.

Tusk:
I Don't Know the Reasons for Krasnodębski's Humiliating Defeat
“I don’t know the reasons why MEP Krasnodębski suffered such a humiliating defeat. Of course, it's a very sad sight to see how few votes he received” – these are the words of the President of the European Council, Donald Tusk, as quoted by the portal polsatnews.pl.

„This is a pilot program. July 12-13 – the program forum. There, we will review the program work in all areas and departments we have conducted over 4 years, while being in opposition, in parliament, in the shadow cabinet. This foreign policy program is important. We want to isolate it, to show it. This plan is essential in the program we are presenting before the elections, and it will be the foundation of the coalition program, but also, as I deeply believe, the basis for the future government's program” - said PO leader Grzegorz Schetyna.
„The program is essential. A vision is essential. We are transferring certain frameworks that we consider an important program investment in rebuilding the Polish government. We will consult this program. The results of recent events are catastrophic. Not only Poland, but all of Central Europe has not obtained any positions, nor any influence, within the European Union. We will suffer from this as Poles, as Europeans from the new Europe. Without influence on EU decisions, all of this will have great consequences” - he added.
„The question is whether we can limit these humiliating defeats, whether we can close this process, whether we can find a new idea, even before the elections. The role of a regional leader, a country that is a bridge between Western Europe and Central Europe, building an effective variant of the Weimar Triangle, which was an effective message of aspirations, the growing position of Central Europe, today this does not exist” - Schetyna explained.
„If we believe that Polish foreign policy can be different, can be effective, can be like it was during our two terms, then we will do it. It will require patience, consistency, rebuilding relationships that we had in the European Union and in the world. I believe that this is possible and I will do everything to make it happen” - said the PO leader.

- The European Council summit, during which we discussed personnel proposals. It was a summit indeed full of emotions, and as one could imagine at the beginning of this selection process, it would be. Consequently, on one hand, there were some disputes, some emotions, but in the end, we reached an agreement. On the other hand, we have a strategic interest for years to come, for 25-50 years, for a very long perspective, namely an EU that is a union including European states, that as a continent wants to work as a whole on improving its competitiveness, improving communication between individual parts. I think that once these emotions subside, this arduous process of improving the political situation in the Balkans, and at the same time presenting a certain perspective to the Balkans, will not only continue, as it is ongoing all the time, but will even gain momentum. So I am an optimist, at least a moderate optimist, when it comes to the further course of this process. It will, of course, take a few more years, a good few years, but I think this strategic reflection will return to everyone, and there will be an opportunity to truly work through these assumptions and negotiation chapters. Later, when the negotiation process for individual countries opens up to the EU, countries that are making many efforts, e.g., Macedonia, which agreed to change the name of its country, which was a condition for starting preliminary talks. And I think we must keep our word. Poland is in favor of keeping agreements, of keeping our word, and therefore, even though some statements were indeed skeptical now, I think that within a year, two, or three, this process will gain positive momentum - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, during a conference with the Prime Minister of Croatia.

Biernacki:
I Will Accept the PSL Club's Proposal to Form the Polish Coalition. The Problem with Civic Platform is its Inability to Decide on Our Return
- Yes. I will accept the proposal made by the PSL club to form the Polish Coalition. This is to build a new center, to build a Poland that will be a democratic state, and we also want to ensure that the war of tribes in Poland ceases, replaced by normal political dialogue and discussion - Marek Biernacki told Wyborcza.pl, when asked if he had decided to join the PSL club.
- A year and a half ago, we were expelled, or one could say excluded, from Civic Platform for voting on worldview matters. In the meantime, the Civic Platform board managed to accept Ms. Barbara Nowacka and the Democratic Left Alliance, and is now starting talks with Spring. It's hard to imagine myself in that company - Biernacki continued.
- I can imagine a coalition. We haven't gone anywhere. This is where Civic Platform's problem lies: they couldn't make a decision about our return - Biernacki stated.

- A parliamentary club, PSL-Koalicja Polska, has been formed. This is the first stage of actions related to preparations for the parliamentary elections. This club consists of everyone who was part of the PSL and UED parliamentary club, all MPs who belonged to it, and Senator Filip Libicki. Additionally, three MPs have joined our parliamentary group: Marek Biernacki, Jacek Tomczak, and Radosław Lubczyk, who today co-create the PSL-Koalicja Polska parliamentary club – announced Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a briefing in the Sejm.
- Within this club, we will cooperate, implement projects, and base the club's actions on freedom of conscience in worldview matters and on cooperation in program matters. We invite all those who share our values, who want to build a moderate center with us, which is so much needed by Poland – emphasized the PSL president.

- There are no such talks, I completely deny that. In terms of building a coalition for the parliamentary elections, there are [no talks with Civic Platform]. I would know about it, I am part of the top leadership of the Polish People's Party. The leaders met once, but I don't think much came of that meeting – said Piotr Zgorzelski in an interview with Karolina Lewicka on TOK FM's "Political Interview".

- Of course, it's nice. Nice, because I don't like him personally. Because he cares about an over-liberalized Europe, because he interfered too much in the internal affairs of the Republic of Poland. But announcing this as a great success with slogans like 'We don't want Germans,' even Tusk was called a German, PiS called him a German, and then choosing Ursula von der Leyen, who is certainly not French or Scottish, I don't consider that to be any kind of major success - said Paweł Kukiz in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program "Wydarzenia i Opinie" on Polsat News.

Kukiz:
If PiS hasn't jailed anyone in four years from those I called an organized criminal group, then I was wrong, because it's impossible for the leader or PiS to be mistaken.
- For four years, Law and Justice has been in power. If PiS hasn't jailed anyone in four years from those I called an organized criminal group, then it means I was wrong, because it's impossible for the leader or PiS to be mistaken – Paweł Kukiz stated in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program “Wydarzenia i Opinie” on Polsat News.

With Non-Partisan Local Government Officials, if Talks Go Well, We Can Get Dozens of Seats in the Sejm
- I know one thing. With Non-Partisan Local Government Officials, if the talks go well, we are able to gather signatures. We are able to bring at least several dozen sabers [seats] into the Sejm – said Paweł Kukiz in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program “Wydarzenia i Opinie” (Events and Opinions) on Polsat News.

Siemoniak:
There is no Pole, no one from Central and Eastern Europe in the EU's top leadership. I would respect Morawiecki if he said: I lost, I couldn't manage.
- I will not congratulate him, because this is no success. The measure of Prime Minister Morawiecki's achievements is that in 2009 Jerzy Buzek became President of the European Parliament, five years later Donald Tusk became President of the European Council, and now there is no Pole, no one from Central and Eastern Europe in the top leadership of the European Union. I would respect Prime Minister Morawiecki if he said: I lost, I didn't manage, I couldn't do it - said Tomasz Siemoniak in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program "Wydarzenia i Opinie" on Polsat News.
20:17
Siemoniak:
We'd like the bloc to be as broad as possible. But if there's no chance for that, then we're definitely closest to the PSL.
- Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz knows full well that we want to go with the PSL. If we say 'first choice,' that means first choice. We've had the experience of the European Coalition. We'd like the bloc to be as broad as possible. But if there's no chance for that, then we're definitely closest to the PSL – stated Tomasz Siemoniak in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program "Wydarzenia i Opinie" (Events and Opinions) on Polsat News.

During an evening session, MPs adopted the presidential draft amendment to the act on supporting borrowers in difficult financial situations who have taken out housing loans, and the act on corporate income tax, referred to as the so-called presidential Swiss franc bill.
During parliamentary work, provisions related to the establishment of the so-called Conversion Fund were removed from the draft. However, the proposal expands the scope of the Borrower Support Fund – it assumes, for instance, a twofold increase in the income threshold for eligibility for support.

- Recently, my former party has shifted extremely to the left. It's no longer a centrist party. It's probably not even centre-left anymore, it's a left-wing party - said Marek Biernacki in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program 'Wydarzenia i Opinie' (Events and Opinions) on Polsat News.

Balcerowicz:
The Opposition Should Consider the Electoral System, Which Favors the Largest Party, and Even If Three Blocs Garner More Votes, PiS Could Still Win.

Monika Olejnik asked Leszek Balcerowicz if he was sad about Ryszard Petru's departure from politics.
- I am sad that it turned out this way, that a man who, in my opinion, represented views correct for Poland, has left politics due to his undeniable mistakes - Balcerowicz said.
