- Mr. President, Mr. Governor, there is no time for games. Poland, Polish companies, the employees of these companies, and Polish security are waiting for money from the SAFE program, from the Polish SAFE program, amounting to tens of billions of zlotys. These factories are already working towards this program. People are already designing and producing what will be financed by the SAFE project. This money is on the table. By May, we can design the disbursement of nearly 200 billion zlotys precisely from this project - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk in a recording published on social media.

- Gentlemen, there is a war going on around us. This situation demands the utmost seriousness and responsibility. There is no room for any political games. Yesterday, I listened to your address with growing astonishment. First and foremost, this offer or idea that the National Bank of Poland would finance an armament program worth tens of billions of zlotys as an alternative to SAFE. Listen, I have here a letter from the President of the National Bank of Poland from December, two months ago, in which he writes that NBP incurred losses in 2024 and 2025. And we are talking about a loss in 2024 exceeding 60 billion zlotys, and by the end of 2025, it approached 100 billion zlotys. We are talking about a loss, and most importantly, the Governor wrote in capital letters - a loss for the NBP in the following years cannot be ruled out - the head of government continued.

- So, what is it? Either there was never any money from the NBP for our government, because there are gigantic losses. And suddenly, after a visit to the President's office, some miraculous possibilities appear. If this is true, we expect very concrete and precise information on this matter, because these are truly serious issues - said the leader of Civic Coalition.

- I have three demands. First - please sign SAFE immediately. Not a single hour can be wasted here. Second demand - precise information about the actual financial capabilities of the NBP and about the project to utilize this money. And third demand - let this Polish gold, because it is not the gold of Messrs. Nawrocki, Glapiński, or Tusk, which is currently scattered across banks in several places around the world, finally return to the country. I count on quick decisions and quick answers - he concluded.
