Sellin:

The United States Has Noticed That European Security Can Be Based on Poland. Great Britain and Poland are Today the Most Important US Allies in Europe

- We have succeeded. In a situation of potential threat from the East, an efficient air system is fundamental. The United States has noticed that European security can be based on Poland. Great Britain and Poland are today the most important US allies in Europe - stated Jarosław Sellin in an interview with Dariusz Ociepa on "Śniadanie w Polsat News".

Horała:

I Don't Recall the Right-Wing Opposition of the Time Attacking the F-16 Purchase
- We wanted a permanent presence, and it will be. Troops will always be here, but their composition will change. The entire command of NATO's eastern flank will be relocated to Poland. This constitutes a radical increase in the strength of American presence in Poland. This is a breakthrough. I observe with increasing astonishment the opposition's attempts to make some jab at every opportunity. I don't recall the right-wing opposition of the time attacking the F-16 purchase. 48 F-16s were bought for 18 billion, and now initial estimates suggest 32 F-35s will cost 15-16 billion, which is quite a good price - said Marcin Horała on Woronicza 17.

Dolniak:

It's good that we're moving forward, we just don't know how much the F-35s will cost us, as we've only just submitted an offer
- Nobody is saying that strengthening cooperation with the USA is not needed, not only militarily but also energetically or economically, but when talking about this cooperation, one must realistically assess the situation. Not long ago, we had the announcement of Fort Trump - a permanent base, and even from the American side, the statement was made not to use that phrase. The point is not to create sensationalism where there is none. You cannot say that rotational troops are a permanent base. It's good that we're moving forward, we just don't know how much the F-35s will cost us, as we've only just submitted an offer - said Barbara Dolniak in Woronicza 17.

Kropiwnicki:

The government's triumphalism regarding the agreement with the Americans sounds tragic

- The government's triumphalism regarding the agreement with the Americans sounds tragic. We will have to pay dearly for this. We lack an anti-missile system. It is not Poland, but Germany, that is the most important ally of the USA in Europe - stated Robert Kropiwnicki in Dariusz Ociepa's program "Breakfast on Polsat News".

Pasławska:

I Have Doubts About the Success of the President's US Visit
The President's visit to the USA brings surprising conclusions. I have doubts about its success. How much will all of this cost? Do the ruling party plan to build a nuclear power plant? This is also in the agreement with the Americans - stated Urszula Pasławska during Dariusz Ociepa's program "Breakfast on Polsat News".

Bejda:

I Compare PiS to a Hen Bragging About Eggs Not Yet Laid
- Such attacks on the opposition, implying that we don't want an agreement with the USA and that we don't want Poland's security, are propaganda, a farce, and a lie. We care about Poland being safe. However, when it comes to demagogic slogans like there is no price for Polish security, I want to say that there is also no price for road safety, meaning road construction, no price for internal security, meaning the police, no price for the education of Poles, meaning teachers, and no price for the health of Poles, etc. We are awaiting further Patriot missile purchases, for which 75% of the expenses are expected. I compare PiS to a hen that clucks and boasts about everything as soon as it lays an egg. The egg hasn't been laid yet, and the hen is already bragging – said Paweł Bejda from PSL in Woronicza 17.

Dera:

Security Issues Should Be Above Political Dispute

- Security issues should be above political dispute. Security involves costs that we must bear. We cannot economize on security. Poland is responsible for securing the infrastructure in the agreement with the Americans. This will be counted in billions. These will be amounts paid from the budget for the army - stated Andrzej Dera in the program "Breakfast at Polsat News" with Dariusz Ociepa.

Bejda:

WKK is talking to Paweł Kukiz, right-wing MPs from various groups, and local government officials; there are several significant names
- We know that our leader has the greatest trust on the opposition's side. We want to build a Christian Democratic, Christian-rooted, people's, meaning universal, coalition around the Polish People's Party (PSL). We have the foundations of an electoral program: free medication for children, tax-free pensions, zero VAT on healthy food, a 10% personal income tax for the self-employed, and online voting. Currently, talks are underway; the chairman is authorized to conduct them. WKK is talking to Paweł Kukiz, right-wing MPs from various groups, and local government officials; there are several significant names - Paweł Bejda said on Woronicza 17.

Arłukowicz on PAD's US Visit: A Grand, Propaganda Narrative Was Built Around It

"A grand, propaganda narrative was built around this visit. We've all gotten used to it. The only tangible effect of this visit will most likely be the redeployment of these thousand soldiers. Of course, it is [a success], because the more soldiers, the better for Poland. Regarding these planes [F-35s], I would maintain a lot of distance from that. Only a declaration was made there. Let's wait for hard facts" - said Bartosz Arłukowicz from Civic Platform (PO) on TVN24's "Kawa na ławę" (Coffee on the Bench).

Dera on F-35 Purchase: We're Entering the Global Elite. Technical Details, Offset, and Other Matters are for Future Negotiations
"At this moment, we are entering the global elite that will have these aircraft [F-35]. This is the foundation, and technical details, how much it will cost, offset, and other matters are a question for subsequent negotiations and the signing of a specific purchase agreement" – said presidential minister Andrzej Dera on TVN24's "Kawa na ławę" (Coffee on the Bench).

Cymański on the President's Visit to the USA: "Irresponsible or Bitter Remarks Are Very Sad and Worrying. One can have a critical opinion, but it must be constructive and benevolent."

"Irresponsible or bitter, angry remarks are very sad and worrying. I understand that one can have a critical opinion, but it must be constructive and benevolent. There are forums and places [for discussion]" - said Tadeusz Cymański of PiS on TVN24's "Kawa na ławę" (Coffee on the Bench).

11:58

Dera:

Falenta Will Certainly Not Be Pardoned. The President Did Not and Will Not Yield to Blackmail

"[The President] will not yield [to blackmail] and has not yielded. Mr. Falenta has not been pardoned. Let Mr. Falenta lay everything on the table that he has to show. Six months earlier, Mr. Falenta, in an interview published in the press, said that it was some close associate of Tusk and spun his story. Just as credible as him now saying that Kaczyński is involved in this. The truth is that to this day, no one knows where the other tapes, which are being talked about, are. He will certainly not be pardoned" - said presidential minister Andrzej Dera on "Kawa na ławę" on TVN24.

12:09

Kłopotek:

No Point in Establishing a Parliamentary Inquiry Committee on the Wiretapping Scandal Today

There is no point in establishing a parliamentary inquiry committee [on the wiretapping scandal] today, but if the tapes emerge, then most likely no prosecutor's office will be able to handle it. Many of us believe that it is currently politicized. A parliamentary inquiry committee will have to be established for the good of the Polish state, regardless of who it affects” - said Eugeniusz Kłopotek from PSL on TVN24's "Kawa na ławę" (Coffee on the Table).
